We have great views and fantastic bush walking trails, are close to Historical Wisemans Ferry and Windsor, Riverside Oaks Golf Resort, Peats Ridge Horse Riding and Outdoor Activity Center. You’ll love your stay at our place because of the ambiance, outdoor spaces, neighbourhood, and our own tennis court. My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. We are just a short 45 min drive to the CBD, or the Central Coast. A gorgeous and relaxing property with fantastic views and chilled atmosphere. Friendly animals including a miniature horse, sheep and dogs to pet and play with should you so desire. Guests can access the whole house. We have 3 sitting rooms, 2 with televisions, 1 with an open fireplace and all with gorgeous views of the bush and flowing into the National Park. A stunning balconey with furniture to relax and enjoy the sunrise or sunset. Feel free to use any amenities. We just ask that each room is left as tidy as when you arrive. We are usually on hand during the evenings and on weekends to interact with guests or to show them the best places to go for historical tours of the Hawkesbury Area or bushwalks around the Hills and into the lovely National Parks. For those that prefer privacy, there is plenty of space to enjoy the solitude.
Myself and my partner Brock plus our friend Karyn have just been approved for a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom property on acreage in Mount White 2250. (Moving dates for us are 17th and 18th of June) We're looking to find a 4th housemate/couple ASAP to share the rent and living space with us. We are animal loving down to earth people who are all full time and part time workers, there are multiple living/entertaining spaces in the house that would allow privacy and down time for you, in saying that we're all quite friendly and love to have a drink and play a few games, watch movies etc as mates. In the house will be 2 pythons, 4 lizards, 1 dog, 5 quails and 7 ducks... Karyn and I work in a veterinary clinic and will probably have animals in and out of the house frequently. (this will include native wildlife under licenced care)
Fun, energetic, responsible, clean and sociable Dane searching for a place to live while studying at USYD and experiencing beautiful Sydney! Coming from the people that have been ranked the happiest worldwide several years in row, I am very positive and keen to create a good atmosphere. In my sparetime I enjoy wine and running - rarely combined though. I am going to study at USYD from July, and currently also searching for a part-time job. I always pay on time, are very clean, and used to live with other people. What's not to like? Let me know if you are interested in getting a new Danish flatmate - you wont regret it!
I am very helpful and friendly, easy going, generous, loyal, humble, generous, funny and happy 😊. Love to chat. Work as a horticulturist at a wholesale plant nursery which supplies plants for all the flower power stalls in NSW. Love animals such as birds. Other hobbies are exercises eg weight training and running. Also one more thing, i love 😍 washing up and drying.
I'm a full-time librarian with a background in musicology, with 2 very friendly, lazy dogs: a whippet (Laszlo) and a greyhound (Luisa). They are both about 7 years old. All 3 of us are quiet and well-behaved :) I'm respectful, open minded, tolerant, down to earth and easy-going. I enjoy being part of a social home environment but also value my quiet downtime too (and respect that of others!). I love the outdoors and enjoy exploring bushy and beachy places with my 2 canine companions. I'm also a keen cyclist.
I am clean and considerate of shared spaces. I work in Terrey hills between 7:30 and 3 every weekday and usually enjoy quiet chilled times on the weekend. I am looking for a private room in a shared house with tidy, like minded people.
I am fun , down to earth, clean and considerate female looking to either start a share house or join one! Have been in the same job 3.5 years and stability in my next house is what I'm looking for :)
My name is Angie and I am interested in renting an unfurnished granny flat/whole or self-contained property anywhere in the Central Coast area within the 2261 postcode or any other suburbs that are not too far from the M1 freeway as my job is based in Sydney. I would prefer that the property has an oven in the kitchen (I'm no Masterchef but I do like baking, so no kitchenette's where this is not possible) and a secure lock up garage for my vehicle . I also wouldn't mind a property with a small yard/garden as I do enjoy gardening. I find it very rewarding and therapeutic 😊 About me; I'm 39yrs young, single, no kids and work full time as a long haul flight attendant. I travel overseas 4 - 5days every week so I will literally only be around half the time. When I am home, I tend to keep to myself and just enjoy winding down. I'm a very organised, house-proud and neat person, and would treat the property as if it were my own. I am actually a home owner myself, however I have great tenants who I don't want to displace and part of the reason why I am looking to rent myself.
I love the normality of life, I love routine, going to work, having a good rest, and healthy living. I am friendly and helpful in any given situation, but I also like to detach and enjoy my own space and my own company. I love a cold beer after work but it is all very controlled as I enjoy to feeling healthy in a sense of, I have no major addiction in my life, except working and getting ahead. I enjoy cooking and gardening and doing handy man jobs that need to be done. I consider myself to be a good bloke.
I am a young student, looking to break off from my parents and make my way through life :) Friendly, always happy to help out and a bit of a perfectionist (I love having my space organised, clean and pretty) I am a fan of all kinds of animals and plan to get a lizard, snake or turtle soon. (Very clean animals that live in tanks with locks on them (no worries of escaping, I promise))
My name is Andrew, 30 years old. I am an easy going person who enjoys the outdoor lifestyle. In my spare time I love to go trail running and scuba diving. My other hobbies include reading, movies and magic. I work full time in the city but want to move further out because I'm fed up of running on concrete :)
We are a young working Indian couple, who love to live in a clean and tidy house and maintain it clean as well. We love making new friends and will be very easy to get along with. We love pets and hence, if you have a pet, they will love us.
Artist / musician / teacher / Counselor / minister ... still traveling but looking for a peaceful home base. We are creative, caring, sense of honour, discrete, acknowledge sense of 'your own space'. Non-smokers, not loud, easy-going. Home is sanctuary.
I am a medical student from Germany. To finish my doctoral dissertation I will stay at the University of Sydney for six months, starting in March 2017. I am an easygoing, calm and friendly person who is looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay. On weekdays I will be in the lab most of the time, but still I want to meet new people and get to know Australia. I am vegan, but I do not mind whether my flatmates are/aren't. Looking forward to hear from you!
I'm a easy going guy who enjoys socialising , but also respects the privacy of other people. I work, mostly 6 days a week, as a fitter. I'm also interested in teaming up to start a share house.
