Hey All, My boyfriend, Danny and I are looking to move out with our puppy, Lexi. We are both employed full-time in the Sutherland Shire and work most of the day. We are friendly and sociable people who like to have a drink every now and then. Danny is a smoker but is respectful of where it is appropriate to do this as well as not one to leave cigarette butts everywhere. Our ideal price for rent per week would be max $200 each preferably including bills and internet. But if not, we are very flexible. We are both considerate of boundaries and we are quite clean so we would not be leaving mess in the bathroom or kitchen. We would also help out around the place as I am OCD with things being clean and tidy. If your place has a front yard, backyard or both, Danny would jump at the chance to help out with mowing the lawns and do the gardening etc. In regards to our dog, she is deaf so she doesn't bark much at all. She's the runt of the litter so she isn't going to grow very big but is very friendly and adorable. Hope we are a good fit, Cheers!
