Clean, relaxed, easy going and open minded person. In love with the ocean, surfs every free minute. Enjoys a good kitchen/cooking/beer/wine session with flatmates. Works as an automotive engineeer.
I’m Nicole, I’m 22 and I enjoy meeting new people and making life long friends. I love going to the gym and eating healthy as well as hanging out with friends and family.
Hi! My name's Jack. I'm a high school Mathematics teacher and way more fun then that makes me sound. I'm currently living with family but intend on moving to the Cronulla area early next year before I start my new job in a new school. I'm very easy going. I like spending my spare time kicking back, watching some Netflix, to going on road trips and exploring new places. I'm pretty social, so going out and having a few drinks sounds like the perfect way to spend a weekend evening. My interests outside of work really entail anything related to the beach. I've just started surfing so I'm sure that's where I'll be most weekend mornings. I have a boyfriend who lives in Caringbah with family. I'm moving into the area to be closer to him. Ultimately, I'd love to make a friend out of this scenario. I know I'm still a few years away from living with my boyfriend, so having the opportunity to develop a mate, male or female, would make all this worth it.
I am great to live with because I have a fulltime job LOL and I am friendly and super clean and am fun outgoing and love relaxing/chilling out and my own space but will definitely share a glass of wine or 3 with my flatmate I do have a small super house trained BEST dog in the world so it has to be pet friendly please. Am ready and looking to move ASAP
Beautiful, large federation style home nestled in bushland at the end of a leafy quiet cul-de-sac. Moving through the upstairs French doors, you enter upon a bright, naturally sunlit living area boasting an open fireplace, air conditioning, and French doors opening onto wrap around balcony. The Master room with walk-through-robe and recently renovated ensuite, also boasts an open decorative fireplace and private balcony overlooking creek and bush. *Currently occupied. Moving downstairs, you pass through a chandelier lit sitting room to make your way into open plan kitchen and second living area. This living area also boasts an open fireplace, French doors opening onto wrap around balconies taking you into the garden with a babbling creek running along the length of the property. The kitchen, less than two years old, includes all as new appliances and stone bench tops. There will also be an additional fridge and freezer available. Laundry area includes a washing machine and outdoor clothesline. The downstairs has two bedrooms. Room 5 is brightly lit, huge built in robe, French doors opening onto the backyard. *Now occupied. Westfield Miranda is a 5 minute drive, Cronulla beaches is 15 minutes. Train to CBD is 45 minutes, airport is 50 minutes. There is a lovely bushtrack running alongside the creek that takes you down to Gymea Baths and estuary. During the day, the trees are filled with kookaburras, cockatoos, currawongs and lorikeets. At night the sounds of frogs can be heard in the creek and you may even be so lucky to hear our local Powerful Owl. All the neighbours are particularly quiet so the peacefulness and the sounds of nature in the surrounds are really wonderful. TPG WIFI installed. All bills included.
1 bedroom available in 3 bedroom two storey home (with a pool) in the lusciously green Grays Point, a town with picturesque views of the Port Hacking estuary in the Sutherland Shire, and just across the bay from the wondrous Royal National Park. The home will be fully furnished with the exception of your room, which is yours to do with what you will. Third bedroom will be spare room for storage, guests, even your wardrobe if you like. Would suit professional with full time employment, aged 27-40yrs. You must be a clean, tidy, and respectable person, mature in behaviour as well as mind. If you're not really clean and tidy, it won't work out - sorry. This is not a party house. It is a nice place to come home to from work and relax in, in saying that music and happy dancing in the living room is definitely acceptable at appropriate hours, especially when cooking dinner. Must love dogs. You will be living with myself, and a friendly Staffy who would love and sort of needs your recognition and pats when welcoming you home. Rent $350 per week paid fortnightly, not including Bills or Internet. Bond is 2 weeks rent, $700. Bills and Unlimited Optus Wi-Fi Internet will be split evenly between us at $30 per month. Rent would be cheaper with 3 people however I prefer just one housemate, more room (even though it is a sizeable home), easier to live, easier to be chill etc. If you’re looking to be surrounded by incredible nature and water, yet still be only 35minutes from the city, in non peak hours traffic, then this beautiful home and area is for you.
Hey potential housemates! I am looking for a place somewhere in the Sutherland Shire which will accommodate a little doggo. My dog is Dexter the Jack Russell, he’s house trained and loves cuddles. I am a firefighter so work 24hr shifts which means I do rely on my housemate to also care for Dex when I’m at work so that he gets fed and has water. I’ve done the flatshare thing so know how to keep clean and to myself but also happy to have a drink and some banter with my housemates. I easy going, enjoy the ocational Netflix binge, a good movie and games nights. I love to keep fit and eat well but am all about balance ;) Ideally I’m looking for a place with a yard appropriate for Dexter so that he can be happy too! Feel free to contact me to ask any questions you might have.
Our house is close to everything! We're about a 7 minute walk to the station and a stones throw from the Gymea Bay Road shops. The spaces available for rent is a compact room and a slightly larger room on the quieter side of a fairly large home. Both rooms have large windows looking onto a big backyard. We currently have a wardrobe and futon lounge/bed in the smaller room if required (can be moved out). Our common living areas and kitchen are spacious. Included in your rent is foxtel, unlimited wifi, a fortnightly cleaner (common areas only) and all utilities. Easy peasy! Smoking is okay outside, pets are negotiable as we have two active dogs who will need to get along with a new animal in the house.
We are 2 females looking for a 3rd female housemate to join our brand new pad. We have lived here for 1 year. We have 1 dog 1 cat 1 bird. House has 2 loungerooms 2.5 bathrooms and a small backyard. The bedroom had mirrored BIW and you would share the bathroom with 1 other female. Thats rarely home. Close to amenities 5 min walk to shops and train station. No couples and unfortunately no more pets
The unit comes with NBN and a undergroud lockup garage with a internal lift and is less than 5 minutes walk to public transport. Only 5 minutes by car from shopping at Westfield Miranda. The room in question measures 3.5 x 2.7 meters with a built in wardrobe (not included in the room dimensions). Whilst the property is listed as a single bathroom, it does come with a second toilet. A spare tall boy is available should one be required. Unit is air conditioned.
I’m in Miranda it’s $275 a week. Have a cat who has a bigger personality then me. I’m easy going. I work a lot. Ensuite room available, all brand new unit. Gas kitchen and laundry with dryer. Two court yards and a car space available.
About to finish my degree and looking for a new place to live! Moved to the Shire at the beginning of the year and don’t really want to leave. I’m constantly on the go and have a lot of things to do but when I’m home I like to relax and have a chat here and there. I like a clean environment and one that has no hostility or dramas. Hopefully y’all can help me out!
I'm Emily, I'm 23 years old and studying Secondary Education. I work two casual/part time jobs in the Sutherland Shire and I am looking to move out early December for a flexible amount of time (between 6-12 months). I'm easy-going, clean and very respectful. I love to cook, watch true crime docos and also enjoy a nice glass of red on the weekend. Not only would I make a great housemate but I'll also make a great friend.
I work full time (shift work) in (usually) 4 day blocks with 6 days off. On my days off I tend to go Wollongong to hang out with my friends, but I'm also interested in exploring new areas and making new friends. I would require to live within walking distance of a train station because I'm working in the CBD and don't have a car. Access to a private washing machine is also essential. I'd like to have a bedroom large enough to have a wardrobe, double/queen sized bed (because I'm very tall) and desk for my computer. I'm not fussy about space outside of my own room or sharing a bathroom. I'm a pretty laid back guy, I enjoy playing video games and going to the gym in my spare time. I'm trying to learn how to cook a bit more by meal prepping some staple, healthy meals. My current lease is up on Oct 20th.
I’m bubbly, always smiling, always up for a laugh, I have some terrible jokes that I think is funny, obsessed with movies and shows, will share my snacks with you, clean freak and you will never see me at home because I’ll probably be at the gym !
I am a student who works permanent part time to full time hours, seeking a place to live. I am clean, respectful, don't mind the odd chat or banter, if you would like your private space then I can give you your space.
We are a couple from the UK looking for a room to rent for 3+ months. Dan is 28 and comes from an IT background. Currently looking for work but in no major rush to find a job. Amy is 24 and has just started working at a nursery in Bangor. Somehow enjoys looking after screaming kids all day! :) We’re friendly, tidy and enjoy exploring new places. Both love a glass of wine and good food after a long day. We love to socialise but also enjoy our own space.
Hi!. I am relocating from Newcastle to Sydney for work. I am clean, tidy, friendly and very easy to get along with. I am a social, active person but also very respectful of privacy and space. In addition to full time work, I will also be studying next year so that will be kept pretty busy!
Hey I am Monique, 23 and full time shift worker in the city. I am super easy going, I'll either be at work, sleeping, at the beach, at the gym or away seeing family. I am looking for a place from the 20th October as I sadly finish up house sitting for a mate on that date. I plan to stay a minimum 6 months and then possibly longer depending on work transfers after April next year. I am clean, quiet and respectful of others space and items. As usual, if you want someone to chat with or hang with I am also up for that. I have a bed but would require a built in wardrobe. Happy to share bathrooms. I have lived in the Shire previously and am open to new locations so long as its realtively close to the beach, miranda (my gym) and a train station to get to the city for work Anymore questions shoot me a messgae :)
I am friendly, easy to get along with and very respectful of others privacy as I mostly keep to myself. I don't smoke. I am clean and tidy, and I will happily contribute to all housework. I work in Engadine 3 days a week in retail and as a dog trainer, and I am continuing studies online. I have a very small (1.7kg) 10 year old, indoor dog. Pommes is very affectionate and spends most of her time sleeping; she is more of a cat than a dog. Pommes is house trained and if I am out for longer than 8 hours I take her with me. She only barks if there is a loud noise that startles her, she is otherwise quiet. Health wise; Pommes is vaccinated, desexed and routinely treated for flea/tick/worms. I have a reference for her from a previous landlord if required.
