I am clean and tidy. I always pull my weight with house work and pay my bills on time. I enjoy cooking, baking, craft projects, board games and curling up with a book and a cup of tea. I am often up for a chat but also like my privacy.
Hey there! I'm a full time physics student at ANU about to start my fourth year, and part time aerial silks teacher and performer. Having lived in a share house for the past 2 years I think I've pretty much got the hang of the housemate etiquette - I'm clean and tidy, pay my bills on time and tend to cook a bit more food than necessary in case there's hungry housemates wandering around. Love having housemate drinks and family time, but personal space and quiet time are also vital. Sound interesting? Maybe I'm the housemate for you!
I’m a quiet, clean and respectful girl who is looking for somewhere to live. I work two jobs as a bartender so work odd hours but am respectful of others when coming home late. I enjoy personal space and time but also love socialising with others and am keen to make new friends.
Hi there! I am a student moving to Canberra for 1 year to work while completing a postgraduate degree. I love animals but sadly will be leaving my dog at home. I am typically a quiet person when at home who prefers to relax by going outside or watching videos/movies. I clean up after myself and enjoy gardening and adding some green touches! I prefer to cook my own meals at home most of the time but do enjoy going out to try new places to eat. I will have a busy schedule so wish to find a place that is calm and quiet. Hope to be in touch soon!
Hi! I'm Alyce! I'm originally from the Gong but have moved to Canberra this year to start working for the public service. I'm looking for a nice, clean, friendly share house preferably in the inner north. Big on travel, exercise, dogs, the outdoors and the usual :) I'm looking to move in to a place by the end of this week or next week (22jan). Looking to start a share place together or a place that's already established. I completely respect people wanting time for themselves and space but I’m looking for a flatmate who wants to be friends too. Hit me up for more info Cheers!
Hi everyone! I'm Alex, a recent graduate fortunate enough to be offered a graduate position in the APS. I'll be moving to Canberra from Brisbane in late January and am currently on the lookout for a furnished room. I like to think of myself to be an easy-going person with a passion for exploring new things. I have never lived in Canberra before so I am excited to get out and have a look at the national parks around ACT & NSW. I am also that person who loves Netflix and I do value my personal space along with others'. But I love being able to sit down with my housemates every so often, share a couple of drinks and have a little chat. I have had six years experience living in shared accomodation in which my most recent location I was at for two and a half years (reference available if requested). Please feel free to contact me if you would like to hear more from me.
Looking for a home for myself and my Kelpie Beau, we are moving back to Canberra after living in QLD. I adopted Beau 4 months ago from Animal Welfare League, he is 6 years old and is my running buddy. He would prefer a backyard to chill in during the day and prefers to sleep with me inside at night if possible. Beau is super friendly and loves cuddles with everyone. He is very well behaved, he is not destructive at all, and loves the company of other furry friends.I will be starting work as a Youth Worker Part Time on the 31st of January. I enjoy spending time outdoors running, hiking and camping. I am neat and tidy and happy to contribute to cleaning the house regularly. I would prefer a room that is furnished if possible. Please get in touch if you think your place might suit! :) Cheers Gemma.

I enjoy nice wine, food -cooking and eating and music and am pretty social but also respectful of others personal time. I stay very active outside work and enjoy many interests. Hi, I'm an easygoing, clean potential housemate who enjoys having a chat and a laugh. I'm from Melbourne but have been studying in Canberra for the past two years. I'll be starting a job in Canberra at the beginning of March. I enjoy trivia nights, British comedy, racquet sports and reading.
Hey all - I'm a PhD student at ANU, currently living in a great place in Turner, but my housemate / landlord is moving interstate at the end of January, so I'm looking for places in the inner North within cycle commute range of uni! I'm super diligent about household upkeep, generally pretty chill, have a few pieces of whitegoods should they be needed - anything else, please just ask!
Lovely house located in a quiet suburb close to bus stops and Hackett shops. The street is lined with beautiful trees and there is a park with playground nearby. Just a short drive to Dickson where there is an abundant amount of restaurants and Woolworths. The house is spacious with living areas and a big backyard. I treat this as my home and would like to find some housemates who would too.
Moving to Canberra for an APS job at the end of January. Clean and tidy non-smoker. Respectful, considerate and sociable but also happy to give you your own space. I'd ideally like to live close to Civic and with flatmates around my own age (late 20s to early 40s). I'm really going to miss my beloved family Labrador, so if you happen to have a dog, bonus.
Hi! I’m Tora and looking for someone to be the Rachel to my Monica! I’ll be moving to ACT for a Masters course at ANU and would love a room mate. I’m super organised, laugh at my own jokes (and occasionally other people’s) and just like the company of others. I can’t cook to save my life but I’m FANTASTIC at ordering from Menulog 👌🏻 I’m doing first lot of house inspections in ACT Sat 13/1 with more to come. Can’t wait to meet my future room mate!
Hi, I'm Cameron. I'm working full time as an electronics engineer and moving for work starting on the 12th of February in Canberra's West, and looking for somewhere to call home. I'm currently living in a sharehouse and you will find me to be friendly, respectful, and easy to get along with. I'll keep the place reasonably tidy and pitch in for chores. I like enough of my own space, and respect that you probably do to, but otherwise tend to be up for a chat, even over a few drinks or a shared meals from time to time. I enjoy nerdy stuff like books and board games, but I also want to get out and explore our illustrious capital. So what am I after? I'd like to be within 20 minutes drive of work, 30 max (and obviously somewhere to park my car). Bonus points if I can cycle within 30-40 minutes too. (Preferred suburbs above are a guide only!) I'm after housemates who are easy to get along with, respectful, reasonably tidy, and will respect my need for enough of my own space and privacy. That said, I'm keen to live somewhere at least somewhat homely, so after housemates who want to hang out sometimes too. It's important that I meet (or at least talk to) all of the current housemates first. Also, I'm not interested in sharing with any couples (sorry!). The house will be big enough that I am able to have space from other people when I need it - whether or not much of that space is in my room. I also have my own bedroom furniture. Like what you see, but more questions? Don't hesitate to ask! I can also get you a reference from a current housemate on request.
I'm relocating from Melbourne in February, looking to share with others around my age. I'm hoping to find a place where I have the option of being social in shared spaces but also having my own privacy. I enjoy spending my free time outdoors and would ideally love to find a place with a courtyard/backyard. I like to cook and would be happy to have shared dinner and conversation. I have been living by myself recently, so I have plenty of furniture and appliances I can contribute if needed. I'm pretty tidy and respectful of other people's belongings. I enjoy playing tennis, reading, board games and gardening.
Hi:) I'm a 23 year old graduate moving to Canberra to start a full time job with the APS. I am friendly, neat and would enjoy getting along with my house mates over dinner or a drink. I know when to be sociable and when to give others their space. I'm also very respectful of other people's property and belongings. Outside of work I enjoy baking cakes and cookies, being outdoors and going out for dinner. Looking for people like me to share a place with! I am looking to move from Melbourne after Feb 7 Happy to pay $220 per week plus bills, negotiable. Non-discriminatory:)
I'm an easy going tradie. Early riser to take my female Husky for morning walks. Outdoorsy kinda guy with a 4x4 Ute and a dirt bike. I can cook alright, keep to myself mostly, but like a good social drink and or a chat. Keep a clean room, but can put up with a bit for clutter. Love to try learn new things, and will also be getting back in to the gym once settled. Looking for a place for a minimum of 6 months for my pup and I.
I am a enthusiastic person who loves to socialize with new people. Nevertheless, I also understand personal space, and will not impose. I am a student of international relations and diplomacy and as such am interested in politics, human rights issues, etc. Before I started this Master I completed my Masters in History as well. So if you like to talk about medieval times, that is absolutely fine by me. Don't worry, I am capable of talking about other things as well. I am staying in Australia for 3 months to conduct an internship at the Belgian Embassy and hope to make some new friends while doing so. Greetings ;) Ine
