Hey guys, we are an open minded, friendly and funny german couple at the age of 20 and 21. We're really relaxed and like to explore the city and meet friends. We also love to cook together, maybe for our new flatmates as well :) We're both working full time which means that we're looking for a nice place to enjoy our free time in the evenings and at the weekend and to have nice flatmates to celebrate it with. Cheers, Michelle & Sebastian
Hi my name is Michael and I will make a stress free and friendly flatmate. I'm a motivated student and will be riding my bike to UniSA City West and working in the city. I'm a tidy, respectful and nice person to live with. I've been in Copenhagen the past year and will come straight from there to Adelaide. I have plenty of friends in SA and I like travelling, sport, trying new things and learning about anything. I've rented in Adelaide for over three years. I'm more than comfortable cooking for myself, paying bills and washing up. Can provide great references if needed.
Hi I'm Guilhem ! I'm 20 and I'm a French Student who will study at the University of South Australia in February for a semester :) I'm currently looking for an accommodation with 1 or many flatmates (students) so I could improve my English while I'm here and of course meeting people :) What can I tell you about myself ? I'm very enthusiastic, dynamic and cool ! I love having fun but I can be serious when I have to. I love sports overall and TV shows (The Walking Dead, Game Of Thrones, The Blacklist, How to Get Away with Murder, Quantico etc...)
I'm an exchange student from Lund, Sweden. I'm looking for accommodation as close to the University of Adelaide as possible. I'm an open, kind and relaxed person. I have lived with other students for 5+ years so shared housing is not new to me, I know what to do and not do to be a good flatmate. I'm also good at cooking! *according to all my friends haha. Looking forward to hearing from you!
I'm a 22yo final year law student at Adelaide. Jamie (24yo) is moving from Auckland, will be working full-time in property development. Both have rented before so we know how to be sociable but also respectable to others' personal space. We are clean, open-minded and love good coffee. Please let me know if you have anything close to the Adelaide Uni.
I'm working at the Adelaide Fringe and am looking for a room ASAP for the run of the festival until approx 20th March. I'll be working a lot so won't be around much but am friendly and sociable, clean, tidy and easy-going!
We are looking for a house or room that is modern and spacious with a decent sized kitchen. When we find the accomodation that will be perfect for us and we were hoping that we could take it for a 3 month lease with the option to renew for another 3-7 months based on Tiff's University. We are both down to earth and really simple to get a long with.. and fun! Tiff studies Law and I am a property developer and entrepreneur migrating from NZ. I'd like to say that we would take the place without looking at it, we are keen to nail something down and I know that anyone would enjoy living with us, we are clean, friendly, fun and respectful. Talk soon! Jamie & Tiff
Hi Ive been living in Adelaide since the past two years. Studied at the University of Adelaide and have been doing event management. Respect others privacy and would like mine to be respected. Chill person and mind my own business. Before moving to Adelaide I was based in Cambridge, UK.
Hi, we are 2 friends from France and we will spend the next semester studying at the University of Adelaide. We are looking for roommates to share a place in the Center of Adelaide. Easy going, clean and friendly, we enjoy good talk, good food, going out but also enjoying quiet evening. We are ready to discover Australia and Adelaide and share this new adventure with nice people!
Hey I am a busy student and part time worker and when I am not studying/working I am at the gym, doing muay thai, reading, playing guitar, learning spanish, eating or bombing out on the couch. I am pretty independent and mellow and am not looking for a party house.. Would be keen to live with chilled out and friendly housemates that are clean and respectful. I don't mind a beer and banter every now and then.. I love smashing the beach in summer and intend to be there often so if you are the west side is a plus in my eyes. I'm after a fairly large room as I'll need a study space. Cheers !
British, 31, respectful, pretty quiet housemate who enjoys socialising but not late nights and not lots of noise. Dinner, drinks, festivals, adventures, yoga = YES. All nighters, constant commotion, smoking indoors, general lack of respect and self-awareness = NO!
I am sociable, friendly and respectful. I work 4 days a week and like to get out and about on the weekend, though need my down time at home too. Travelling is my passion. I also enjoy bushwalking, gardening, reading, music and yoga. If possible, I'd like to find somewhere that's within a half an hour walk of the city, have my own bathroom and a spot to park my car. Ideally I would like to share with people who are a similar age to me and don't mind a chat over a drink or 2 :) Thanks!
Certificated personal trainer and exercise specialist, spending most of my time in the gym, playing soccer or making myself busy at work, reading books, I eat a lot - doing grocery 3 times a week - meal preps is life, easy going, always positive, don't take that much of a space, I'm currently single without any girlfriend, IF I've got some spare time i'll spend it by having a nap, watching some movies or reading a book. I can't deal with mess, i'm cleaning my current place twice a week, so i'm happy to do the cleaning by myself i don't really care.. washing dishes isn't problem either. I don't drink or smoke and i'm also spending my weekends at work, home or in the gym.
This year I am backpacking, working festivals around the world in the hopes of one day becoming a successful events manager. My first stop is the Adelaide Fringe festival! I am known for being especially bubbly, and I appreciate a good sense of humour. I am excited by the world around me (although I do like to get a good night's sleep while I'm here)! In terms of interests, I love the arts. Please adopt me hahah!
Easygoing. Clean and tidy. Tend to keep to myself at home - I do most of my socialising in town and don't bring the party home. Reliable with rent, bills etc. Enjoy movies, restaurants, concerts/gigs, travel. Have lived in sharehouses, large and small, most of my adult life. Works 9-5, and will spend some weekends interstate.
Friendly, clean and considerate male from Hong Kong. Currently looking for a private room nearby/in the city. Just graduated from Uni of Adelaide last year. Also enjoy playing sport (soccer and volleyball).
Im an open-minded young professional working full-time at a creative agency called Kojo, based in Kent Town. I also co-run my company Meteor Social. I have a well trained cat named Pepito, he's a dude. I love cooking but don't find much time to do it on weeknights, I usually meal prep a whole weeks worth of meals on Sunday. Ask me to make a curry, you wont be dissapointed. I like to surround myself with open-minded interesting individuals and very much enjoy rich meaningful conversation. Do party when I need to unwind. Do smoke when I party.
Hey there ! Me: from France / 24 yo I'll arrive in Adelaide next April (04/2017) for a full-time job. I had flatmates for 3 years in France so I'm used to share a common space and respect others. I'm very social and friendly. I hope to meet easy going people who likes sport and going out as do I. I don't know the city so I don't mind to live in other places nearby Adelaide. Looking forward to meet my future flatmate(s) ! Tanguy
Greetings all, I’m relocating to take up a research position at the University of Adelaide in March. I get to travel in this job and I will be absent for an extended period later in the year. I have learnt the basics of life and I can cook, clean, and do just about all repairs and maintenance in a house. I’m a caffeine addict (I own a grinder and espresso machine), been known to store a bottle of gin in the freezer, and ideally I would like find a place where I can have friends over for dinner/drinks (yes, flatmates are invited). I’m looking forward to exploring SA once I arrive and will take full advantage of the weekends. Ideally I need a lock –up garage, a place to put a BBQ and someplace that is within 30 min of walking to work. Cheers David
Hi, I am looking for an easy going house to share. I am a vet nurse and have and have a small, old cattle dog x with 3 legs. Mav is quiet and very tidy and respectful. So am I. We need something close to my work, with not too many stairs. I have been living in Q.L.D for the past 10 years but have returned home to Adelaide. I am sociable, and love a BBQ and a quiet drink. Let me know if you're interested. Laura
Friendly Young Couple, Quiet and Easy Going seeking a room to rent. We are looking at moving asap or next week - mid week. Looking for a place close to the city or in the city. One of us works full time and one of us is studying part-time and job-seeking. Happy to meet and get to know each other first so we can see if we will get along...Which I'm sure we will! If you are a couple and want another couple to move in, then we might be the perfect housemates for you!! We are looking for short-term e.g. a couple of months maybe but if it works out great then we could stay longer, as ideally we want long-term accommodation. We aren't noisy and prefer to chill out and watch movies and not to party and make noise. But if you have parties we do not mind. We are clean and tidy but not OCD and just want a peaceful place to live where we can relax. We prefer not to live with anyone that is OCD and has crazy, unreasonable rules because we've done that already and it didn't work out. Saying that, we will definetly respect your home and the way you like it to be. One of us loves to cook and doesn't mind cooking for other people. We are not nosey or annoying - just a cool couple that need a room to rent! Hoping to get something around $200/per week or less but we're open to all options within reason for the right housemates and place. We are pretty much ready to go-can move in pretty much straight away or next week sometime. We don't require furniture but if you include furniture that is cool too. If you have wifi that'd be a bonus and we definetly prefer to use minimal electricity to keep the power bills low!! So housemates that like to keep the bills minimal would be preferable. We will always pay rent on time so you can rest assured!! We have a tiny cat which doesn't make noise, is very small and will stay in our room if need be. She pretty much sleeps all day on our bed. You won't even know she exists! She has a very small voice-box, so she can't "meow" above a quiet whisper. She is pretty much mute. Very clean too! But if you can't accept pets we will have to find something else I guess but please have a chat with us first! Thanks for reading my essay!! Hope to hear from you soon!! Kind regards, Zak and Valerie.
I'm sociable, charismatic, mature and can keep to myself when need be! I'm currently studying full-time Dance at Adelaide College of the Arts. I would love to find somewhere I can call home for the next year :)
Hey there! I’m an international student at the University of Adelaide looking for a place to share in the city or the surrounding suburbs. I’m a tidy person and always clean up after myself when using shared spaces. I’m pretty open minded and always good for a chat, but prefer my own space as well. P.S. I'm overseas currently and will return to Australia on the 24th of Feb, so can only come to have a look at accommodations after that date.
Hey, I'm Evan. I work full-time as an engineer, and am looking to move into a house with a backyard, as my goal is to get a dog (one day). Ideally, I'd like to live inner city. I currently train twice a week and have an almost unhealthy obsession with being active/healthy (also thanks to many Netflix food doco's). I have lived in a share house in the inner east for 11 years since moving to Adelaide from the country. Keen to either join an existing share house or find like-minded relaxed people here and find a house. If you want a chill housemate, who respects you and expects your respect in return, isn't obnoxious, has excellent house upkeep standards, and loves to hang/banter, then look here. P.s. My couches are off the charts comfy
Hi I'm Tarsha, I'm 31 and I've recently moved to Adelaide to work as a film compositor at a post production studio in the CBD. I've been share housing for over 10 years so I am tidy and respectful of shared spaces. I'm pretty laid back and enjoy living with like minded folk who enjoy sharing a few wines with each other every now and then. I am available to move in immediately so please get in touch!
I'm a Dutch / Australian med student heading to Adelaide for a research internship. This is my first time living in Australia, so I'm looking for a nice house with some fun house mates to socialize with and who can show me around! I'm from Amsterdam, and lived with and without roommates. So I like peace and quiet but also enjoy spending time together, having a few drinks and go on trips! I'm easy to live with :)
I am bubbly and fun, looking to live with someone who is respectful, clean and tidy as I am. I love to cook and experiment with food and flavours. I work full time in the Finance Industry and enjoy what I do. I enjoy keeping fit whether it's a work out at the gym or a run up Mt Lofty. I love the outdoors and heading to the beach!!! Family and friends are very important and I enjoy catch ups over brunch or dinner and a glass of wine. I love the Adelaide Hills and enjoy all the little wine bars Adelaide has to offer. Oh and I love to travel..........
My name is Jonathon and I'm currently entering my third year at uni studying Journalism and International relations at UniSA. I have had 18 months experience living in share houses so I am clean and considerate. I work in a busy cafe in the city and will always pay my rent on time. I enjoy being social and will love having chats with my housemates and meeting new people over a drink or two or some good food! :D I also enjoy my down time and am looking for housemates who won't get offended if I want to spend a lot of time in my room. Let me know if you have a room available! :D
Hi there, us 2 lovely Scottish girls are looking for accommodation preferably close to the Garden of Unearthly Delights as we are working there for the duration of the fringe, easy access by public transport into the city would also be ideal! We are sociable, fun loving girls who also love a chilled night in. We are very clean and respectful! Thanks!
I am a wine industry professional back at uni doing my masters degree. I also used to be a chef. Combine these with an easy going approach and i make a pretty good person to share with.
A good sized, cozy room is available for rent in a large townhouse located just a short walk to both Rundle Street and the Norwood Parade. Clean and full of natural light, this is the perfect location for someone looking to live in the suburb but still wants to be close to the city. Plenty of fine restaurants, cafes and a cinema just around the corner. We are walking distance to the bus stops: no. 3 (North Tce), no. 3A (Magill Rd) and no. 4 (Payneham Rd). The house is already furnished, so just bring your own furniture for the room. Although, the room already has some furniture including study desk, study chair and a single bed and mattress. It also features central ducted heating and cooling. The home features a lovely open plan tiled living and dining area which opens out onto the courtyard. Kitchen comes with gas cooking and stainless steel appliances. You will have shared access of the kitchen, living room, dining room, courtyard and laundry. The rent INCLUDES utilities fee (electricity, gas, water, high speed internet, phone).
Planning to relocate to Adelaide. Quiet, clean and easy going, enjoys the outdoors. Respect every religion and gender orientation. Not exactly a neat person, but you will not find my socks lying around the house. A simple kitchen or kitchenette suffice as I may cook simple meals occasionally.
