Happy New Year to you all. I am a mature aged man who is young at heart and fun to be with. I am seeking short term accommodation during February and March 2018 while I am in town for the Adelaide Fringe. Would prefer somewhere within walking distance to the city centre or handy to public transport. My exact dates yet to be confirmed, but will be approx. February 12th - March 20th. I would be happy if you have just a couple of weeks available in that period. I will not be home most of the time except to sleep and consume a morning meal, but would be nice to catch up with house mates either at home or at the Fringe. I am house trained, non smoking and considerate of others. All I need is a clean, comfortable bed in a reasonably quiet household. Cheers, Woody
The house is located in a great spot, only a short 10 minute walk to Rundle street and a 5 minute walk to the Botanic Gardens across the road! House had a lovely open plan, light filled living and lounge area and a nice small courtyard/grassed area out the back. The room is a great sized room and has a built in cupboard. There are citrus fruit tress in the front yard also. This is not a party house! Looking for someone who is relaxed, easy going, reliable with rent and bills, tidy and enjoys having a laugh!
Professional Artist (conceptual, writing and visual). Qigong practice & remedial massage therapist (mobile). Healthy, non smoker, fun, respectful, friendly sharing and caring. very Interested, hopefully interesting. Well traveled / lived globally. From Australia originally. Looking for place / people in it with great dynamism. Desirably with opportunity to setup table (In room or side space) for a few respectful private clients... Back shed / granny flat / second room to do some art in a bonus! that I would be willing to incorporate into the rent, or pay more for... Gratefully
quiet, considerate, friendly. I am looking for a quiet place with good vibes. I am a non-drinker, so I'll be happy to share a cup of tea at the end of the day. I am sociable, up for having a chat but not as a must. I like to live in a clean environment, but don't keep tidying up obsessively. I like to do quiet things in my spare time, like reading, meditating, watching films with my headset on, so places where the TV is the central 'altar piece' in the house and is always on, don't really suit me. I am a teacher working in the CBD.
I'm Maz local citizen living in Sydney from last 4 year. I lived at GoldCoast , Brisbane and few weeks in Melbourne. I worked in E-commerce and DropShipping Business . I did plenty of travel here and there around the country. I travel overseas in my holidays. Now this FEB i am planning to do something new in my field. I am moving to new place to start study (Graphic Design) .I'll keep to myself or I can be your best friend, whatever works. I always say " FIND YOUR TRIBE " & life will be more cool. I am Truely a Minimalist . Normally when i am working get home around 6pm and head to the gym after work. Like to keep busy on weekends then do the occasional Netflix binge when I am not. I am into my tunes (mainly the triple J variety) . I like sociable housemates who don't hide in their room. Always good to have a company when watching sports and going through movies/Netflix. Personal space is obviously pretty important too. I am on Intermittent Fasting (IF 23:1 OMAD ) routine from last 1.5 years however I really like to cook sometimes for friends. Shoot me any questions if you have them. I am looking for Long Term place for 9 or 11 months. I am quite reserved, easy going, respectful and tidy. Preferably looking to share with just one other but open to sharing with two in the right circumstances. I won't know any one in this city so I'm excited to meet some new people. I'm punctual with the payments, relaxed, easy going and likes to keep things clean and tidy. I have good rental history , previous owners references will be provided on demand . I always pay on time . Looking to share with someone Fun and like-minded! :) Thank you Maz
I've recently moved back to Adelaide after travelling overseas and I'm looking for a share house.
Will be studying a Masters of teaching full time course at adelaide Uni. Friendly, clean and quiet, don't mind cooking. Happy to give people their personal space, I like to spend time reading and occasionally exercising but will happily socialize If I know someone well enough. Otherwise I prefer not to tread on other peoples toes. Will probably try to find some part time work for the first half of the year before teaching placements start, depends on how intensive coursework is. I don't mind who I'm living with so long as your friendly and respectful.
Hi! We are two graduates coming from Scotland to work at Adelaide Fringe in February and March and are looking for a place to stay during this time. We're relaxed and respectful, really friendly, and keen to experience as much of Adelaide as we can while we're here! Also willing to do team-ups with other people to find somewhere to stay.
Hi, I'm Brad. I'm outgoing, laid back and pretty easy to get along with. I enjoy socialising, a quiet beer but am happy to keep to myself. I'm keen on music and sport and I play footy, cricket and touch football. I'm a nurse working at Sportsmed and North Eastern Community Hospital where I mainly work during the day.
Everything you're looking for in a sharehome! 15 minute walk to Rundle Mall, easy to catch a bus or cycle into the CBD. Less than 1km from East Tce and North Tce. Unlimited internet split three ways. Quarterly bills split three ways. The household itself is mostly furnished, although each bedroom will be empty so you will need furnishings there. One off-road parking space, plus on-road parking available with the purchase of a permit from the council. Of the three rooms in the house, two are large and available at $150 p.w., but I'm more than happy to rent someone the smaller room I'm currently in for $130 p.w. Larger rooms are 3.9 by 3.9m, and 3.6 by 4.5m, while the smaller is 2.95 by 3.9m. Technically have access to foxtel but it isn't currently connected. The shared area has air conditioning. High ceilings and wooden floors. The lease rolls over in February, with one housemate wanting to move out ASAP due to travel while the other is moving back home when the lease expires and doesn't mind exiting earlier.
I'm English and am in Adelaide as part of a year abroad programme for university. I enjoy playing sports, listening to music and love to cook. I am a sociable person but will always give people their space, just as I like to have my own. I have six weeks until university starts up again and so have put six weeks as a minimum term, but may be open to staying longer.
I'm Hayley! A full time Tourism student and a part time hospitality worker. I have just spent the past 6 months in the Netherlands on a student exchange and now I'm looking to move back to Adelaide to complete my studies. I love adventure and travelling, I don't mind a drink and a boogie as well. Positive thinker, clean and a chatterbox
Hello Beautiful People, I am an Artist, originally from the Netherlands, but I fell in love with the spaciousness of the Australian continent. I have a studio in Port Adelaide, where I am working on absolute masterpieces in secret. I hold a PhD from UniSA in Visual Art and I am toying with the idea of maybe doing a second one. I have done many exhibitions around Australia and overseas. A little while ago I had a show at the Art Gallery of SA, which was well received and maybe there is another one on the horizon. I sell most of my work overseas, because the Adelaide market has some issues. I would love to have a nice, calm place to live and enjoy good food and friendly company. I don't drink, smoke or do drugs. I am not interested in a party place, but I love dancing. I have an amazingly beautiful two year old son, who lives with his mom, but who will be over now and then. I would love a place with people who are interested in the arts, maybe even get it a bit. Have a wonderful day and I hope to speak soon,
Hello! My name is Julie and I am 24 years old. I am an exchange student from Denmark and I will be studying full-time at the University of Adelaide from February till July, hence seeking a room for this period of time. (I am flexible with the dates) I am a social, easy going and open-minded person. A side from spending time studying, I love hanging out with friends, going to museums, reading and cooking/baking. Why choose to live with me? Well, I am easy to get along with, pleasant company (so my grandma says) and I am a good cook (and willing to share!) I will also be a considerate flatmate, who knows how to keep a home clean and nice. Let me know if you have just the right room for me! Sincerely, Julie
Easy going, clean and tidy, positive vibes, kind and friendly, student and part time worker. Looking for a home (not a student share house) and housemates to have some chat and coffee/drinks every now and then :)
Hey, I'm an outgoing and friendly guy, respectful, and reliable with rent and bills. I'm currently studying winemaking at Adelaide Uni and work at a pizzeria/wine bar in the city. #leftovers I like the idea of 'teaming up', but also open to joining a house. Looking to make a house a home :)
Hiya! I am personal trainer/ yoga teacher and also run a juice bar at plant 4 Bowden :) I love having a home environment that has a peaceful vibe. I love growing herbs and some basic veg, i have a small dog named bruno who is always a hit with house mates ( once he gets to know you he's very cuddly and sweet)..I also have five chooks who lay amazing eggs and are pretty cute too. i like cooking... I value living with people who will do their share of the house work without prompting, people who are easy to talk to and generally have their adult pants on... :)
I prefer living in private with 1/2 mates who likes privacy, comfort and ample of freedom. Personally I am an extrovert with openness to new thing. I am fun-loving, respectful to others and a little bit sensitive. I believe a good partner is more important than a good place. So I am looking for a fun-loving, honest, respectful mate.
Hey everyone I'm moving back to Adelaide on the 22nd January for work and I have lived in Adelaide previously for 1.5 years and its a great place to be. I have shortlisted a few apartments but need another person to move in with me in the apartment in the second room. Preferably a couple or someone who'll responsibly pay rent on time. Not fussy for a male or female. I'm graduating in March from my Masters degree and I'm currently working full-time. I love to go out, watch shows on netflix, listen to music, watch football, love cooking meals at home. I'm laid back and pretty chill, so if you plan to have house parties i wouldn't mind so far as you take ownership of the mess you will make. If you want more information on the apartment i have shortlisted, things like pictures/rent etc. please feel free to message me. Thanks
Hi everyone, I am currently looking for a new residence, as my lease is up in march, and I am looking for a change. I have enough furniture to deck out an entire house on my own, so ideally am looking to team up and find a new house to share with some nice peeps, either male or female, ideally under 30. I am also open to moving into an established house if the right fit comes up. A bit about me - I am 22 years old, and originally from Melbourne/country NSW. I moved over for university a few years ago and am currently undertaking my last placement before graduating in September. For my placement I am working full time at Penfolds Magill estate winery, hence the choice of suburb, as I would ideally be within a 20 minute driving range from work. I have lived in quite a few share houses, and previously attended boarding school for 6 years, so am well versed when it comes to sharing houses. I am quite a clean person, and love to cook. I am also a big fan of Netflix, wine, food, tea and music of all persuasions. I am not going to consider moving before February, as I cannot afford to pay x2 lots of rent for a month. So please do not ask me to consider anything before then. Looking forward to chatting!
Im a clean easy going guy looking for a house mate. Im a social person and quite comfortable with new people. Im currently a student at uniSa doing masters in Advanced Sports Physiotherapy. Im looking for a share house or an apartment share preferably in the CBD but any suburb close to the UniSa city East campus would also do.

Hello :) My name is Taila, I'm a full-time student, currently in my 3rd year of psychology and working as a bottle shop attendant roughly 30 hours per week. I like to keep myself busy and live a fairly active lifestyle, but I am also very neat and organised and prefer to keep my living space as tidy as possible. I'm friendly and extroverted when appropriate, however I understand that people need time to themselves and I always respect people's privacy. Overall I think I'm pretty great to live with :) I'm looking to move out of my current rental property into a sharehouse and my move out date is February 11th. I look forward to hearing from anyone who's happy to have me as a housemate!
