My partner and I are looking for a leafy household with a laid back atmosphere. We're one final year student at Adelaide and property developer recently moved from New Zealand. It goes without saying that we are sociable while knowing how to respect others' personal space. We're friendly music lovers that are most often found cooking in the kitchen, or working on our laptops and sketchbook. Looking for flexible length of stay, with ideally periodic cycles. Do let me know if you have anything close to top east corner of CBD. Parking is essential.
Hi, I’m on the lookout for a peaceful share house, and hoping to live with one or two other full time workers or post-grad students. I’m sociable and like to spend time out of the house, but when I’m home I usually keep to myself. Happy to crack a bottle of wine and get to know whomever I’m living with. I have a 9 to 5 office job in the CBD, so a home with enough privacy to relax after work would be perfect. A large unfurnished bedroom is essential. I’m a non-smoker, housework doesn’t scare me and I usually try to do all my cooking on weekends. Coming with me is the ability wear headphones and an indoor cat named Aslan. I also have a fridge, microwave and plenty of kitchen supplies. Anything not needed I can put into storage.
I'm a very quiet, clean and tidy person, can keep to myself. But am always down for hang outs and chats. I come from the Riverland originally, but have lived in a share house in Adelaide for the last 5 months. I work early mornings. so I won't be loud late at night throughout the week, but am a heavy sleeper so will be fine with noise at any hours. I make music and play a lot of video games in whatever little free time I allow myself, am looking for people mature minded and willing to work together to run a household in tip top shape!
Hello! Im Zoë and I'm 18. I'm currently studying and wrap burritos for a living. I'm fun n friendly, can easily keep to myself but also love having some good chats. I study law and work in town so won't be home too much. I'm looking for a comfortable place where I can focus on my study, but also chill out, have a couple drinks once in a while. I love going op shopping and creating things in my spare time
I'm an easy-going gal in my late twenties looking for a share house that is within bike ride from the city and social/friendly. Would love to live with people who enjoy hanging out, having meals together or don't mind the odd games night. At the moment I'm actively looking for work, but also enjoy picking up volunteer gigs and learning new things with my free time! I'm from out north-eastern suburbs way, so ideally looking to live a lot closer to the city.
A three bedroom townhouse on the fringe of the CBD within walking distance to the city and Norwood. Included in the rent are: 2 bedrooms, one with a built-in robe and own bathroom (not ensuite) and the smaller room which could work well as a study. A queen-size bed is available if needed, however happy for you to furnish your own space. The rest of the house is mostly furnished, however happy for people to add their own touch. A dishwasher is available and ducted heating/cooling. Washing machine and laundry facilities also available on the lower level, with lots of storage space. There is also an extra space for one car in the double locked up garage. I'm looking for a non-smoker, neat and tidy person who is professional and responsible. Not looking for someone that is looking for a party house.
Hi, I'm Ethan. I work full time in the city (For the last few years as well) in a business role and am looking for a place to rent which is within riding distance or has some form of good public transport available close by. I try to keep myself fit with gym and sports and consider myself to be quite a tidy and neat individual by nature. I look forward to meeting with you if a suitable option becomes available.
I've lived in 4 different countries (few months or a year) with many roomates from various countries. It's always fun to meet new people so I decided to come to Australia for a year to work and travel. As a roomate, I'm pretty easy going and tidy but I also like to be on my own once in a while.
I'm currently studying Masters in Biochemistry at SAHMRI. I am easy-going, independent, clean and tidy. When I'm not studying, I like to get outdoors for the occasional hike and on weekends I umpire footy. I am looking for a place to move into that is close to the city. Other interests include learning German, travel and riding my bike.
I am sociable, friendly and respectful. I work 4 days a week and like to get out and about on the weekend, though need my down time at home too. Travelling is my passion. I also enjoy bushwalking, gardening, reading, music and yoga. If possible, I'd like to find somewhere that's within a half an hour walk of the city, have my own bathroom and a spot to park my car. Ideally I would like to share with people who are a similar age to me and don't mind a chat over a drink or 2 :) Thanks!
I'm Bonnie, I'm from the outback and am looking for somewhere to live in the next few months as I am finishing my job at home and have to move away. I was a boarder for three years so I'll have no problems with communal living! Am interested in all things cars and motorsport, will use earphones when I listen to country music and will let you sit in the backseat for my annual trips to Bathurst. In all seriousness though, I'm a super easy going chick, hate drama, am fairly tidy and will always chip in around the house :)

Hi, I am currently a first year student in UniSA. I'm a easy going person who loves to meet new people and learn new things. Quiet and friendly. Enjoy being relatively active, soccer with friends and the occasional run or surf. I also like time to potter around the house and can read a book or tinker with my old motorbike for a few hours. I’m open-minded and considerate. I like a chat or sharing a meal when timetables coincide. Not a party person, but enjoy a drink every now and again. I’m from Adelaide and have friends and family here, and usually meet people out, rather than at home except for the occasional coffee or drink. For me, home is more a place to just chill out. Also interested in teaming up with a couple of people to look for a nice house / townhouse in the city. If you're interested in creating a bit of a homey place let me know.
I'm an easygoing and reliable flatmate. I've lived in share houses previously without any issues. I'm used to keeping my own tidy space as well as doing my share of the chores around the house. I'm friendly and outgoing but not invasive. I am usually busy 9-5pm as a full time student and working casually. In my spare time I like to be out and about or spending time with friends.
Hey, I'm Matt. I'm 27, work in media, plenty of experience in share house living, very respectful, sociable and happy and willing to chip in around the house. I spend my time painting, reading and watching the odd nature doco on Netflix. A keen gardener, cyclist, play footy, enjoy hiking and hanging out over a drink or meal. Looking for like-minded people to share with :)
