I'm from Adelaide and about to start the final year of my design degree at UniSa. When I'm not at university, I work in hospitality (mostly evenings), or can be found in the garden, making pickles, or reading. I am a quiet, happy and social person who is happy to partake in communal meals and events, but also respectful of the privacy and space of others (and hopefully you are the same). I come with an array of plants as well as a lovely cat named Charlie, who is settled and loves a good pat and lying in the sun.
I am a fun/outgoing individual. I enjoy being at the beach and playing sport. I work a lot, so won't be around home too often. I am neat and tidy. I enjoying getting to know new people and having a drink or 2 :))
Hi I'm an Irish student coming to Adelaide to do a semester of university. I'm traveling with a friend and we are looking to live with other young people/students.
Just a gal looking for a room with my 14 year old kelpie. I'm pretty busy so I'm either working at home or out and about. Tess is a chilled out darling who will love you if you pat her. I'm a pretty self-contained person, but love a communal housemate hang. My parents are winemakers so I get a care-package of wine pretty regularly that I share around happily. I'm in my third year at uni, work part-time and volunteer regularly, so I won't be at home constantly. Looking forward to hearing from you!
Hi, my name is Dilara and I am a student of German and English, coming from Stuttgart (Germany). I will be studying a semester at the University of Adelaide, starting in February this year. Therefore, I am looking for a fully furnished room in a shared household. In my free time, I like doing sports, going to the cinema, cooking and meeting up with friends. I would describe myself as a very neat, outgoing, active and friendly person, who is always eager to meet new people! I am looking forward to meet you! Regards, Dilara
Heya! Super chill friendly florist gal that’s all about making a rental feel like a home with like minded people, ideally sharing with 2 others. Females highly preferred, nice dudes maybe considered (if you were offended by the Gillette ad we probs won’t get along lmao) Great banter a huge advantage as well as considerate and houseshare-trained. Everyone wants their home to feel like their sanctuary! Likely to share food if I’ve cooked too much. Note; can cook. Also note; teeny weeny kitchens and electric stoves are against my religion. Hope that’s cool. Clean and tidy for sure but no perfectionist, live and let live ya feel me. Always reliable with rent, bills & topping up any other shared stuff. Keen to start up a cute place with easy-to-live-with people! Hit me up if we sound like a match!
Hey I'm Sav, looking for accommodation while I study at TafeSA Adelaide in Visual Arts. I've lived in Adelaide all my life and still enjoying it, although next year I'm considering moving to Melbourne and/or working while traveling around Australia. I love music and most often have some chilled beats in the background going. I like to travel to festivals interstate and enjoy the experiences that people, art, music, and more from around the globe have to teach me. I also enjoy spending time at the beach, camping, or going for trips in Adelaide Hills with my dog Cujo (Pug X Jack Russell). I have always enjoyed cooking really good food, having grown up with a mostly hospitality family memebers! I'm contentious about my consumption and waste, using as many reuse and recycle tips as I can. I'm mature and very respectful, I care a lot for the people around me. I'm looking for a share house with social, respectful, mature people that allow my dog to come along. A room that can fit a bedroom set including a desk, and a veggie patch or nice garden to maintain would be desirable!
Hello, I am Libi. I am a 29 years old Chinese student. I am moving to Adelaide to pursue my Master's degree. I am very outgoing and friendly. I am looking for a home where I plan to stay for the next two years. I like nature, animals, movies, music, outdoor activities, travel and people. I look forward to sharing a lovely home with respectful and open-minded people. :) Also, I'd prefer to live somewhere close to the university of Adelaide (within 30 minutes walking distance would be great).
Just graduated from an Acting degree and am working part time in hospitality. I love music and the arts and any sort of creative outlet, plus a big animal lover and would dearly love to find a place that would accommodate foster kittens or guide dog training puppies as I have volunteered for both in the past and would love to again.
Looking for a place to stay while I work at Adelaide Fringe. Preferably walking distance to the Garden of Unearthly Delights. I'm originally from Scotland and have been travelling Australia for a year now working at festivals across the country. I'm sociable, friendly and love meeting new people from all different backgrounds. I've stayed in many share houses so respect others privacy and always clean up after myself.. I hate mess! Pop me a message if you think I would fit into your spare room 😊
Brit abroad for the year working as an intern in the city around 4 days a week and on the hunt for an extra part time job. Not usually in the house too much, enjoy the odd drink and party, usually pretty chilled during week/work nights. Looking for a relaxed household relatively close to the city centre, preferably on the east side for ease of work
I will not be able to be very social during this time and will be in and out to work long hours, chained to a BBQ at the fringe festival. Happy to have a beverage with you after its all over. I am super low profile with making mess and only have a backpack of clothing to wash at a time.
I'm studying computer science in 2019 in Adelaide. I'm trained as a barista and with various other hospitality work, though I will need to find a new job for the move. I'm relatively introverted but if I get going on a topic I enjoy, I could talk for hours! I built a PC earlier this year (would highly recommend, way easier than it seems) which I like to use for gaming and movies, among other things. I'm from western Victoria, near the Grampians, and went to school in Ballarat. I'm also bi, it's a new thing for me and I'm still trying to wrap my head around it. I'm nervous but excited about what the new year and the big city will bring!
Hey there! I'm a full-time mobile game dev/office jockey working in the CBD, and I'm looking for a place to call home. If you're a fan of plants and spicy food I have a bunch of chillis that'll be coming with me, absolutely plenty to share around! I hit the gym a few nights a week and will probably cycle to work if there's a decent path to the city from the house. I'm a vegan (and avid recycler of plastics) so will look after my own food- but am always happy to cook a giant curry, pasta or whatever else I invent to share with the house. I've made some mean veggie burgers in the past and it's much more fun to share my cookery creations. I like to keep to myself in the mornings so I can get things done and get to work on time but am always up for a chat in the evening. If you're musical at all, I have two Rav Vasts (like a hybrid handpan/tongue drum) that are a bunch of fun to share and super quiet too. As far as cleaning, I like to clean as I go but am happy to do a schedule if that's more up your alley. If anything there sounds great, send me a message and I'd love to meet you all!
Hi, i am friendly and easy going person and love to interact with new people. I will be starting PhD at Uni Adelaide in March, 2019. So most of the time i will be studying and busy in my projects away from home. But would love a friendly house mate. So, i am looking for a room in house/flat near Uni Adelaide. You can have conversation to know more about me. I have lived in Melbourne before.
I'm an American student following a biology/geology master's in the Netherlands. One of my projects is bringing me to Adelaide for 6 months. I'm a relatively quiet roommate who appreciates cleanliness in the common areas, especially the kitchen and bathroom. I usually cook for myself rather than eating out. I love pets, but I'm allergic to cats. I do not smoke, and I prefer sharing a flat with others who do not smoke (cigarettes). I play tennis, rock climb, and hike in my free time, and I'm open to trying new sports. I also like cozying up with a book or tv shows to destress.
I’m a fairly quiet guy, lived in a few share houses now and never had a problem anywhere. I’m easy going and generally fairly relaxed. I spend quiet a bit of time outside of my current house because I like to keep myself busy either riding my bike, skating, training or doing yoga. I work full time, non smoker and have no pets of my own but more than happy to love someone else’s :)
Hi, my name is Harriet :) I'm 22, currently working full time in an admin/reception role. In my spare time I like to take it easy and care for my house plants/read/watch Netflix/drink wine/go to the gym. I'm currently looking for an unfurnished room to lease close to the city (preferably in the Eastern suburbs). I'd be open to starting a share house as I have quite a bit of furniture, appliances, etc available. Looking to live with other respectful, open minded and friendly people.
I'm a pretty relaxed person. I work casually in hospitality so I'm usually working instead of going out. Going to be studying full time this year so I would like a house that's relatively quiet. I don't mind having guests around and socialising just not constant parties. I love music and play guitar so occasionally I make a bit of noise singing etc but I prefer to do it when I've got the house to myself anyway. In my spare time I'm usually rock climbing. I enjoy cooking and a bit of gardening. Allergic to cats. dogs are cool.
I'm moving to Adelaide to study veterinary science, I don't know many people so I'd definitely be up for housemates that are more like friends, but I'm also happy to respect people's space. I enjoy reading and nature.
I'm looking for a relaxed house/unit with a room close to or in city. I work full time Mon to Friday. I'm easy going, friendly and enjoy meeting new people. A clean and tidy house is a must although don't worry I'm not OCD. I enjoy keeping healthy, cooking and socialising. I'd be keen to live with someone who did their own thing but happy to share a meal once in a while and look out for each other. I'm actively looking to move ASAP. Feel free to get in contact if you have any questions.
Hey guys I'm looking for a room to rent in a house located in either norwood area, unley, Hyde park or the city. I work a lot and also am at uni so I'm fairly easy to live with and i like to be pretty quiet when I'm home. I do require a large bedroom with built in or walk In robes. I am wanting to live in a fairly modern house with like minded people If you have anything available feel free to message me 😊 No couples preferably
Chilled and easy to get along with, I enjoy my private time but also would be up for a night of wine and good food, you’ll find me sociable at times but mostly I keep to myself 😊 Australian with a Chinese background (incase you were wondering) I grew up in Mildura and now I’m in Adelaide to study. I’m at Adelaide Uni, in my second year and work part time in retail in the city. I would prefer to start in the city however closer suburbs would be okay👌🏼
Hi there, I'm 20 years old, going to be working full-time in Adelaide for a year doing animation and hope to live with some like-minded people. Moving over from Sydney after finishing my studies so I'd prefer a furnished place. I am neat and organised person and respect other's privacy. I'm easy going, social and an animal lover. I'm happy to live with pets however I'm allergic to cats. Looking for a place with preferably females and within close proximity to the city.
Worked as a journalist for a year and am going back to study teaching to become a high school teacher. I enjoy cooking, live music, comedy and reading.
I'm a Italian guy and I'm working in a new restaurant like pizza chef. I'm a respectful person, quite, tidy and really clean. I like go to the gym. I'm looking a place for stay for long time.
Hi! I’ve recently moved to Adelaide from Mumbai and I work with a media company. I’m a fairly amicable person to live with. Prefer to keep my surroundings tidy and non-messy but I don’t have an OCD. I’m not a great cook but prefer eating home cooked food over eating out, so a fully functional kitchen is a necessity. You’ll find me cooking Indian curry quite often and trying my hand at some other cuisines sometimes. I also intend to resume my yoga practice so some additional space in the house would be ideal! I’d prefer to live in a place where I have my own space to relax after a hectic workday. But I’d also like to share a coffee or beer occasionally with a housemate and maybe explore the beautiful cafes and places in the city over the weekend. Happy to consider a team up or look at flatshare. But getting along with the housemate is my utmost priority! P.S. Name on the lease is an absolute must.
We are an an open minded couple who likes traveling, friendly and respectful of other people's space. We previously lived in Shanghai, Brisbane and now Adelaide for Jonathan to do his masters studies (Master of Social Work). We are looking for a clean place we can call home. We are tidy and neat should you need details of our previous renting let us know
I am originally from Ireland and have just moved from London, UK. I am looking for housemates between 23-36 who have similar interests to myself, who work during the week but like to see friends and enjoy a glass of wine on the weekends. I'm easy going and easy to live with. I am well used to renting and sharing communal spaces in a house, so I am neat, considerate and clean up after myself. I am looking forward to getting to experience the city for the year, which is the length of my current visa. I will be full-time employed in interior design, starting next week! I am looking in either the CBD or close-by suburbs. I don't have a car so unfortunately anything further away doesn't suit me. Thanks a lot.
Hi! I'm Elyse, I'm 25. I work two part time jobs and a law clerkship (one at T2 so I have a great tea collection to share!) and have started a Graduate Diploma after finishing my law degree last year. I have a 1 year old kitten called Luna, who loves a long nap and gives plenty of nose boops. I love the footy and cricket, and board game nights with very wholesome friends and family. I'm very clean and tidy and love to garden and cook and am always up for a chat over a glass of wine or tea but also value time alone. Looking for a happy, relaxed, respectful house to start up or join close to the city with likeminded people. Also regularly going to rental property inspections so happy to start a team-up in properties like https://www.realestate.com.au/property-house-sa-croydon+park-423216530 or https://www.realestate.com.au/property-house-sa-ridleyton-425488450
