Hello! My names Eamon (19), I'm from the Central Coast and am moving to Newcastle to be closer to UON. I can have fun and love to socialise and make new friends but I'm also respectful of other people (I won't throw parties without asking other housemates). I'm neat and tidy and respectful of other people's belongings. I would like a place where all the roommates are friends and get along well as its where we will spend most of our time. I'm also looking at whole houses to rent so if anyone wants to teamup I have a few places I'm looking at near the uni saved.
Working full time, will be based in Newcastle for a total of 5 months (20 weeks) from mid April to early September, looking for a room in a quiet house (ideally no parties/pets/smokers). Will be away most weekends
Hi Everyone! I'm currently looking for a new home in the Newcastle area as I am moving from North West NSW. I am in the process of securing a full time job in youth work in Newcastle. I'm a super easy-going, fun-loving and open minded in any situation. I hope to hear from you soon! Tamen :)
Room available for rent! I'm looking for a friendly housemate to share a clean and spacious 3 bedroom home located in Hamilton. 10min walk to Beaumont street -shops, buses, supermarket, restaurants, pubs etc. 3 blocks to train station. Nicely renovated home with a great backyard and deck. Some off street parking available. Smokers outside only. Utility bills will be split. Room available is a good sized double with a ceiling fan and a huge built in wardrobe. Current tenants are 1 male and 1 female (not a couple), late 20's early 30's. Cats welcome. Sorry, no dogs.
Great little house in Hamilton five minute walk to Beaumont street, ten minute walk to the farmers market and five minute walk to the train station. Good size bedroom comes with a cupboard. The house is completely furnished so you would only need to bring your bedroom. I have two friendly cats that love to snuggle. All the bills will be split equally. I have unlimited internet that would be $40 a month. I'm actually not quite sure how much bond you have to pay working that out this week although I am rather sure is was 3 weeks
Love cooking, prefer a clean and organised house but it doesn't have to be to clinical standards! I respect other people's space but also enjoy the odd laugh at life's chaos and crises. I'm working full time (thursdays and fridays away, three days in Swansea). No major attachments, hassles or gripes in life. Prefer cycling than driving and would rather a restful weekend in than a hectic night out as I don't drink or smoke or engage in other addictions. I enjoy other people's company most of the time, but don't desperately seek it as I have many interests that keep me busy.
28 year old electrician who has recently moved back to Newcastle from Western Australia. Non smoker, live a very healthy and active lifestyle. Enjoy the gym, surfing, mountain bike riding, and most sports. I've lived in share house arrangements for 8 years and have never had any problems. Work keeps me busy mon -Friday but I do enjoy a bbq and beer of a weekend.
Hey! Myself and a friend are looking to rent a house in Newcastle and are looking for a third room mate. We are looking to move asap! I am 19 and studying Primary Teaching at uni, he is 26 and also studying Primary Teaching. We are both clean and organised people, go out occasionally but not wild drinkers. Neither of us smoke or do drugs. Call or message me
i work as a barista so already I have your attention. I'm up at 4:30am most morning so I will need to be with people who don't mind me getting up that early. I tend to kept to myself but don't mind a "family" BBQ and a couple of drinks. Just looking for somewhere that makes it feel like home and not like I'm bothering and inconvenience to anyone. I'm clean and I'm a massive push over so I'll be deso for you. Just like to see people happy.
Hey I'm Bree 20 years old and have just moved back to Newcastle after living in Melbourne for just over a year. I don't do too much besides work and take photos or the occasional jam if theres a drum kit in sight for me to bang on. Due to my circumstances I need to move out. The catch is I have my 2 year old female Border Collie/Labrador to take with me. She is an absolute gem, is happy being either inside or outside (she is toilet trained), gets along with cats & kids but does have a jealous tendency with other dogs (on the rare occasion) so preferably looking for somewhere where she is the only dog! I'm pretty chilled and laid back, so is Mia but she'll be your best friend if you do want to take her to the beach or throw the ball for 5 hours for her :)
I have an easy going nature, I am to converse with flatmates or keep to myself if that's what is preferred. I enjoy cooking & love to have people over for dinner. I watch an occasional tv show or a movie, but generally spend more of my time on my computer, reading or hanging out with friends or family. I have a background in IT, so i can be a very handy guy to know.
Hi! My name is Kim, I'm 28 and work as a Beauty/Laser Therapist. I'm looking for one or two people around the same age as me to rent a house. I own a dog, a 20kg groodle named Sunny. She's well behaved and has heaps of energy. I'd prefer to live with someone who doesn't have any pets - we've lived with two other dogs at one stage and it was too much! Cats are definately a no-go because Sunny loses her mind over them sorry. I'm very clean and tidy, respectful of other's space and super friendly. Love having a laugh, make a mean cheese platter, love a glass of red and I'm always down for a chat. I like to entertain every now and again or get dressed up to go to a bar. I am by no means a party animal (I'm saving to buy a house) and don't want to live in a party house. On weekends I like to get outdoors, go to the beach, go to cafes or markets, take Sunny for walks and just generally be social with friends. Looking for someone who is a normal, functioning adult that is a non-smoker. I own bits and pieces but no larger items such as fridge, washing machine etc so it would be great if I could team up with someone who has those things already! I work full time so $$$ is no issue and I always pay rent on time. If you're interested send me a message :)
I'm an operating theatre registered nurse and in the process of joining the military reserves. I'm hoping to move when I've found the right place. I'm also interested to team up with someone or a few people to get a nice place together. I am calm natured, easy going and easy to get along with. I'm a tidy and clean person. I love to relax on my off days and have a nice cup of coffee. I'm also well travelled and look forward to doing more of it.

I am a 27yr old professional working in his own video production business. I also work a side job that helps bring in constant cash flow. I am a self-sufficient guy who works a lot and during downtime likes to chill and switch off by spending time either watching a film, tv series or reading a book. Would love to find somewhere to live by mid Jan
Hello! I'm 25 years old, born and bred in Newcastle, and having just returned from overseas am looking for somewhere new to call home. Over the years I've lived with males and females, friends and strangers of varying ages, and in places ranging from 14 beds to cosy little terraces, so I'm very much aware of respecting personal space/possessions (but I also like to be social and have the odd dinner or share a bottle of wine or six when time permits). I'm in the final year of my degree this year (and working part-time) so I am looking for somewhere relatively chill whilst I'm up to my neck in study. I'm an easy-going and liberal kind of person so whatever you're into there's no dramas on my end, but I just can't be living in a trap house. I do also like to keep things pretty clean and tidy (within reason), so I'm looking to live with like-minded people in that regard. I'm very conscious of being respectful and cleaning up after myself properly, so to that end you're never going to find a dirty kitchen bench/sink full of dishes/washing machine full of half-damp laundry/bathroom sink full of beard when you get home and just want to relax. If you've got some kind of cleaning routine just let me know what you need me to take over and we're good. I stay pretty active and in my spare time I love to surf, run and box. On top of that I really enjoy cooking for myself and for others (I don't eat meat but it's just a personal choice and I couldn't care less if you do), and if I'm feeling lazy you can find me draped over a piece of furniture with a book at any given hour. Alternatively, if you have a pet I will spend the vast majority of my life patting it, and if it's a dog I'm very happy to run it for you if you ever need. Now that you have this riveting insight into my existence, please get in touch if you've got any questions or if you'd like to meet up for a drink/chat! Cheers.
Hi, We're a couple (25 and 30) with a well trained golden retriever, and our fur baby (cringe...sorry) must come with us. We're laid back and chill, but we also know how to clean and we are sociable but not loud. We're focused on doing well at work and uni and meeting some really cool people along the way. I'm from Newcastle, my husband is Mexican-American (California). He makes great tacos, enchiladas and nachos. I'm working full time and Trevor is studying and working part time. We love movies, laughing and anything creative...save subway artistry. We are looking for a room in a share house with an ensuite or a granny flat. If you feel like getting in touch, just give us a bell or send us an email : )
