Hi, myself saurabh, a 34 Male working in an IT company as a Business Analyst. I will be shifting from Sydney and prefer to have furnished room close to UON. I am a vegetarian and non-smoker. I drink socially. I love to spend time on beach. Go countryside over weekend. I Respect other’s privacy and expect the same. Happy to share good time with flatmates over the weekends. I prefer to share with bachelor or a small family, not more than 3 people. Cheers!!
I'm a classical pianist and piano teacher, moving back to Ncle after a few years in Sydney. I have a cat, not a lot of furniture (I'm a regular purger of 'stuff'), and two motorbikes I'd want to keep off-street. Fairly quiet, (except for playing the piano), I prefer books and the garden and outdoor activity to being indoors watching TV. I don't watch commercial TV (hate ads), nor listen to commercial radio, but will happily binge a good show on Netflix, or listen to ABC radio or music while about the house. Currently I'm also applying for places to rent on my own, into which I'd bring a flatmate, and once I'm back north I'll be looking into the investment property market.
Hey everyone! There is a spacious room available for rent in this newly renovated home. Situated in lovely central Hamilton within walking distance to Beaumont St restaurants, shops and cafes. The house is also conveniently located close to bus and railway services if commuting to Newcastle Uni, beaches or CBD. The property features a huge kitchen with Smeg appliances, 2 bathrooms, 2 lounge rooms, dining/ entertaining + rear deck area. House is fully furnished including wardrobes (optional bed & desk if required). The house is very clean, safe and secure. * Rent includes Electricity, Water, Gas & Internet. ** Brand new ducted air conditioning
Looking to move away from rural Gloucester as I’m studying at hunter tafe a few days a week. Looking for a place to stay as work is being transferred into Newcastle as well,. Clean, respectful, private, social, beach, adventures, relaxed. Prefer a place with good street parking or off street, as I have to travel a lot.
I am quiet and sociable at the same time. I am flexible and looking for a friendly environment to live in. I am clean and care about cleaning. However, I am not obsessed with cleaning. I like to agree on cleaning rules with other mates. I do not smoke, drink (I drink very occasionally), do not have a pet. Please feel free to ask any question or more information.
You’ll be sharing a brand new 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom Townhouse, in the convenient suburb of Georgetown. Ducted air conditioning, amazing Kitchen including a huge double gas oven, floorboards downstairs and plush carpet upstairs. and an additional living space upstairs as well for extra comfort. Plenty of storage if needed. The house is fully furnished. Food fridge and a drinks fridge. Unlimited internet and easy maintenance front and back courtyards. Unfortunately we aren’t allowed any pets, so please don’t ask. Your unfurnished bedroom includes a massive built in wardrobe, carpeted and plenty of sunshine. Shared bathroom (pictured) with one person; Lee. Street parking only. Your room is unfurnished (Bedroom 3 on the attached Floorplan), and can easily fit a Queen or King bed. We’re ideally searching for a fun, clean and social person, that's employed full time, and not a student. just be normal and enjoy a good laugh!. You won't mind pitching in around the house, and maybe a chat at the end of the day, with a drink and a meal or just hanging out watching TV. We're a very social house, but not a party house.
Our home is super close to Waratah Village (Coles and 24 hour Kmart). Also we have the Georgetown shops right on the corner of our street. (Fruit and veg shop, butchers, take away shop, post office, bottlo 😉, and a few others) House features tall ceilings, wooden floor boards , air conditioning. The room is a decent size too. We have a lovely courtyard and lawn out the back fully in closed. Also have a shed to store car or things. I do own a dog and two cats. Cats outside during the day very chilled. Dog is adorable. So anyone applying must get along with animals. Also anyone applying has to be neat and tidy and able to clean up after themselves. I cannot stress this enough.
Hello. (: About me. My name is Jess, I'm 26 and am working in the Childcare industry. I'm currently employed part time but work 4-5 days almost every week. I'm very clean and respectful of other people's belongings. I can't stand mess and things not being where they're supposed to be, so I'm always tidying up. I'm looking for an unfurnished room as I have my own bedroom furniture but no house furniture. I'm looking for somewhere that will feel like a home and not just a room in a person's house. I have quite a fun personality. I'm bubbly and outgoing and quite social but I'm also respectful of people's privacy and don't live a loud lifestyle at home. In my spare time I enjoyreading books, binging Netflix, going to the movies, shopping and out for food. (: If you'd like to know anything else, feel free to ask. (: About Gizmo. Gizmo is a 16 month old black and white, short hair domestic cat. He is neutered, completely house trained and an indoor/out door cat. He is quite friendly with others and loves all humans. He gets along well with other pets once he gets to know them. A bit shy at first as most people/animals are. I don't drive so parking isn't a necessity. (: If you have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to ask. (: (If Gizmo is a no go, please shoot me a message just to know. Nothing is more disheartening than having your messages read without a response.)
Ahoy there 👋🏻 Don’t be fooled, im a 50 year old woman in a 19 year old girls body, i love a tidy household, cooking roast dinners, reading novels, and going for afternoon walks. I’m looking for likeminded people who respect the shared space as well as my own privacy. I’m a freelance artist and musician, i am easy-going and good at knowing boundaries. I don’t have any bad habits, and like to stay away from smoking, drugs and throwing wild house parties, just a few casual drinks and abit of chit chat. Some of my interests include; the arts, music, cooking, fitness and health, spirituality and meeting new people.
I'm very well share-house trained :^) I spend my time making coffee at Suspension, watching Netflix, planning my next adventure & gardening. I'm not a big drinker/party-er but on the occasion that I get the urge, I'm lots of bloody fun I promise. Vegetarian that doesn't mind being around carnivorous folk as long as the remnants of last night's animal isn't smeared all over the kitchen from the night before 8-) So on that note I should probably mention I'm very clean and tidy and like to decorate my living space with super cool bits and pieces until it is an actual fairytale sanctuary but I'll probably leave stuff lying around and get to it later coz as a human I sometimes feel lazy and just want to chill out and come back to the mess in a few hours, lol. I love animals so am keen to bond with any potential fury friends you may have and additionally I find it really easy to find common interests and get along with just about any (good) human I meet. Kind of like a chameleon (Gemini ;) I'm queer and need to live with other queers or some super cool open minded queer allies. That's why you should select me to b ur new roomie^^^^ :D
Very easy going. Active, keep to myself but love to socialise.
Hey, I'm Gen and I am 25. I'm working full time as a primary school teacher. I'm friendly, tidy, clean and easy going to live with. I enjoy going to the gym, running, the beach, travelling and just being active and outdoors.
Hey there I'm Quinn :) I'm 25 and working full time in health. I've just moved over from Adelaide so I'm looking for a fun and friendly place to call home. I'm easy going, sociable and appreciate a good laugh. I've lived in shared accomodation for the past 5 years with some really cool people so I'm properly used to sharehouse etiquette and am very respectful of personal space. I’m no party animal but I enjoy going out for a drink or two over the weekend and am equally happy to chill out in front of the TV or with a good book. I like to keep active by going for a run or the gym or basically anything outdoors. If you think we'd get along, feel free to swing me a message.

FULLY RENOVATED ISLINGTON WEATHERBOARD We are looking for an easy going flatmate to come join our house. HOUSE FEATURES: + new kitchen with gas, + new bathroom with continuous hot water - a MUST for a share house, + polished floor boards, + fully painted inside and out, + brand new front and rear decks - built specifically for people who love drinking wine and craft beer, + super soft grass backyard, that's perfect for BBQs (and rolling around) ISLINGTON: - cafes and restaurants are five minutes walk, - Hamilton is ten minutes walk, - loads of pubs and nightlife, - railway station is five mins walk, - Aldi supermarket ten minutes walk, - loads of young families and professionals. HOUSE CULTURE - this house will be one of those places that you'll always look forward to coming home to because the people that live here are warm, interesting and friendly - in fact, you might just find more often than not that staying in on a friday night, rather than heading out, is a better option because everyone's home with a glass of wine and the conversation - punctuated by laughter, empathy and awareness - is so good. - simple values to celebrate and share include respect, warmth, awareness, laughter, and a fearless love of texture, complexity and subtlety.
5 minute walk to Beaumont street. 3 bedroom house, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets. Split system air conditioner and gas heating. Garage is not used so it's yours if you want it. Additional pets are on a case by case basis
About to conduct major renovations on my house and thinking it may be better to more out for the building period. Ideally close to my house as I'll be working on parts of the build with the builder. Just need a place where i'm able to cook and shower and sleep. Mature, easy going, love music and a quiet bevy.
Heyy! Me and my buddy James are searching for a third housemate to team up with. We are both Environmental Science students at Newcastle University and work on a part time basis. We're both sociable and would prefer to live with someone who is keen to hangout. However, we also value personal space, especially as the Uni semester begins to pick up.
I am a young lad who goes to uni and also has a part time job so sometimes I might get busy but at the end of being productive I like to relax and refresh by doing fun activities like going for adventures, swimming and the likes. I do like a few drinks sometimes to just relax . I am a social, nice person with a good sense of humour and my other strength is I respect personal space and boundaries.
Considerate and clean, a bit introverted but also sociable, good food and animal lover looking for a friendly and respectful place, closer to uni than my home currently is. I've just moved back home (near Clarence Town from Wollongong) and am studying at UoN full-time. I'm doing a year in the Bachelor of Arts course, enjoying a chance at electives!, and aim to transfer to Occupational Therapy in 2019. I'm interested in travel, nature, good food, music and well-being, permaculture, cycling, art and animals. Why am I good to live with? * I have always paid my rent and bills on time and without issues. * I will respect your space but would also like to have house dinners sometimes. * I like a clean home where we all feel comfortable and respected. * I've shared with quiet a few people in my travels and am open minded and considerate of who I'll be sharing with next. * Sometimes I pet-sit for people so you might get a break from me every now and again ( : What I'm looking for: The people I live with is the most important aspect of house hunting for me... I like people who inspire or encourage a good lifestyle or connection with others, I'm not looking for a party house or a place where we can't communicate with each other (the good and the bad). I'm looking to get along with my future housemates and have time together as a house, every so often, for people who can live independent lives, cohesively. I don't mind living with people who are very different to me, often its quite fun being around others so different and getting to enjoy new things, however like minded is what i'm ultimately aiming for. I hope to feel comfortable and at home where I can have friends over occasionally. I'm happy at home currently and so am not in a rush to find a place, i'm just looking for a good fit, for new people and perspectives and for a place closer to uni than i am now. Feel free to ask me anything or for references. INFJ (personality type- but that's all just a bit of fun really, i'm sure we are all more than just a 'type', though i do enjoy the quizzes sometimes) :-)
Laid back emergency doctor. Moving back to the city after living in Alice Springs for a year. Love to cook, garden, go fishing, have a beer. Dry humour I'm a homo if that matters. Looking for laid back people to watch netflix with, have beers in the pool, and cook family dinners.
Hi, I'm Biddy, I'm 19 years old and studying at TAFE doing a Advanced Diploma of Screen and Media. I don't throw parties, but love musical theatre and dancing. I'm a non-alcoholic and a non-smoker, but love watching netflix and I'm rather easy going.
Hi, my names Meg, Im a pretty easy going person that likes to spend time with friends and family and going out every so often but also enjoy down time to myself to relax and study. I like going to the beach, watching bulk series in one setting and having a good laugh at myself.
