Current student studying podiatry. I work in medical industry currently and hospitality. Play AFL, soccer and mtb ride. Very active. Social and not alot of free time. Me in a nut shell.
Need a place before the 11th of April Currently taking a year off uni to earn some money. I'm super chilled, don't mind a few beverages on the weekend. Super clean and tidy in common areas. Own my own bedroom furniture and a BBQ. But could be able to take conch, dinning table and washing machine from current house, if needed.
Hey! My names Angela, I'm 22 and studying. I have a part time job, no official rental history, but have been paying board for the last year. I'm real easy going, social but also respect others space. I always clean up after myself, and enjoy cooking. I have a good size fridge and dining table and chairs if need be, but can keep stored if not. Im also able to be super flexible with moving dates. Hope to hear from you
Tell us something I am a bit of a free spirit. I enjoy a reasonably healthy lifestyle, vegan, fitness and the outdoors. I also don't mind a good time come the weekend, anywhere with live gigs. To live with I am social but definitely enjoy my solo time (only child syndrome). I am hugely respectful of the living environment and personal space.
Hi all! I'm Ami. Summing yourself up in a paragraph is probably the hardest thing ever but here goes.. I'm pretty active, I enjoy the gym, hiking, the beach and just generally being out and about! I'm pretty easy going and friendly and would love to move in with like minded people. I don't mind going out for the occasional drink but I'm also quite likely to be curled up at 9pm on a Friday night with a book and a good cuppa tea, grandma at heart :P haha
Hey! :) I'm a clean, friendly person looking for a social household, but I also enjoy my own down time. I'm a uni student studying Primary Teaching and am in my third year. I enjoy playing sports such as basketball and am always up for drinks or movie nights.
Hi there, My girlfriend and I (Abe from Australia and Miri from Germany) have recently moved back to Australia and are looking for somewhere to live while Miri completes a graduate certificate at the Uni and I am working. We enjoy the outdoors, meeting new people and are generally pretty relaxed people.
I am renting out my huge room in a very central location. Town, beaches, Market town, Beaumont st can all be driven to in under 5min. Or just a quick bike ride away. Roomy house with high ceilings, Plenty of room for storage, big backyard, secure block. Sorry no pets, Garage will not form part of the lease agreement. Water is included in rent. Internet Is NBN unlimited. All bills are split. You will be living with my awesome current flatmates. Steph, is a full-time student writing a thesis for her honours degree, and also works casually. She enjoys cooking, travelling and drinking red wine when possible. Nick is a final year civil engineering student who also works casually. He loves fishing, going to the beach and loves to watch and play sport. They are both very busy people, whom have a constant and heavy workload for university; therefore this is not a party house. However, you are obviously always welcome to have people over for casual drinks and chill (as we do) etc. They are very clean and easy- going people. We are looking for another couple or young profesional to fill the room.
Looking to move into preferably Merewether and surrounding areas to be closer to the beach. I am a bartender so I'm not home most weekends and I'm also a special effects and makeup artist on the side. I love being outside and being active and am generally out with friends if I'm not working. I love animals so if you do have a dog that's even better! Looking to team up aswell so feel free to shoot me a messsge
Hi there, I'm Kelly and I am friendly, easy going and clean. I enjoy a wine and chat and I like to keep fit and get outdoors. I have travelled extensively and love to share travel stories. I have a beautiful miniature poodle named Maverick and a dainty little cat called Zaney (who thinks she is a dog). Both house trained and very respectful... just like me. I am studying as well as working and would love to meet new people in my spare time. I would ideally like to be either close to uni or close to the beach so open to offers between Mayfield West and Bar Beach. I have house shared many times in the past both here and overseas. I look forward to hearing form someone like minded and fun! Thanks for reading. Kelly
Hey my name is Cassie, I have just moved to Newcastle and looking to find a place to live. I am 22 years old and currently studying Social Science at the University. I'm pretty easy-going and social, always up for a chat and a wine but also like my down time. Very respectful to other people and like to keep a tidy house. Feel free to send me a message :)
The house is 5 minutes walk to the centre of Cosmopolitan Beaumont Street in Hamilton. Plenty of cheap eateries, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The closest bus stop to all Uni Campuses is across the road. We are close to the FREE Buses into Newcastle. The same bus stop has buses for all over the Newcastle district. Your room has a wardrobe, large corner study desk, desk chair, and full length mirror. Your room only requires a bed. Furnish the room as you like it. The rest of our house is fully furnished, with a large back yard and deck area. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking appliances. We generally look after our own meals individually. We have both a clothes washer and dryer that you can use. Your internet connection can be high speed WiFi (5GHz), or cable. Speeds are 100Mb/s Down - 35Mb/s Up. Great for gamers and online video conferencing. Just bring your own PC/Laptop. Due to site limitations,l'll just manually explain rent/bond clearly. Actual rent per week is $150 (same as we pay) So 4 weeks bond is $600, not $720. The other $30 per week for all of us covers virtually all monthly and quarterly bills.

Hello! I'm 25 years old, born and bred in Newcastle, and having just returned from overseas am looking for somewhere new to call home. Over the years I've lived with males and females, friends and strangers of varying ages, and in places ranging from 14 beds to cosy little terraces, so I'm very much aware of respecting personal space/possessions (but I also like to be social and have the odd dinner or share a bottle of wine or six when time permits). I'm in the final year of my degree this year (and working part-time) so I am looking for somewhere relatively chill whilst I'm up to my neck in study. I'm an easy-going and liberal kind of person so whatever you're into there's no dramas on my end, but I just can't be living in a trap house. I do also like to keep things pretty clean and tidy (within reason), so I'm looking to live with like-minded people in that regard. I'm very conscious of being respectful and cleaning up after myself properly, so to that end you're never going to find a dirty kitchen bench/sink full of dishes/washing machine full of half-damp laundry/bathroom sink full of beard when you get home and just want to relax. If you've got some kind of cleaning routine just let me know what you need me to take over and we're good. I stay pretty active and in my spare time I love to surf, run and box. On top of that I really enjoy cooking for myself and for others (I don't eat meat but it's just a personal choice and I couldn't care less if you do), and if I'm feeling lazy you can find me draped over a piece of furniture with a book at any given hour. Alternatively, if you have a pet I will spend the vast majority of my life patting it, and if it's a dog I'm very happy to run it for you if you ever need. Now that you have this riveting insight into my existence, please get in touch if you've got any questions or if you'd like to meet up for a drink/chat! Cheers.
I'm a 28-year old guy who's come Newcastle to study Elec Eng/ Health Science at UoN in addition to working. Originally from Sydney. I'd describe myself as having a cool, considerate nature with a good sense of humour. Strong believer of living fit, healthy & staying active. Love most sports and the outdoors! Usually much prefer cycling to commute to most places. Also very experienced in helping keep a household maintained and running smoothly :-) I'm looking for a simple room - or to share a nice place where I can study, work and be reasonable close to the Uni and the expressway as I do travel down to Syd some weekends. If you're after a housemate who's reliable, fun-loving & easygoing, then get in touch! Open to Teaming up to start a brand new place with cool, easygoing like-minded people - so if you think you'd be a contender (girls or guys) don't be shy haha.
Hey, I'm tayla! I am moving to Newcastle to work as a paramedic in April. I'm posted at Birmingham Gardens station so anywhere within reasonable driving distance is sweet. I'm easy going and sociable so looking for someone likeminded. I've lived in share houses and always enjoyed the social aspect of doing so. Ideally I'd like to live with someone I can get to know and have a laugh with. Give me a yell for more info :)
International student in university, from China. Easy-going and quiet, not very socialize but happy to make friends. Like studying & reading books, watching soccer games, drinking, and eating outside. Good at basketball, snooker, piano, PC games, cooking and mixology. Looking for some friends who have the same lifestyle.
I am quite an easy-going person. Looking for a nice and clean place to stay :) Love cooking, going out for eating and having drinks, but also need some time on my own. In my free time I also like to spend time at the beach or doing sports.
I'm a pretty laid back guy, Law student, working for the Department of Premier and cabinet. Love being outdoors, catching up with mates, the beach, cooking, sport etc.
great cook, handy-electrician, I have two children which visit every second weekend. I enjoy surfing, motor bikes, etc. I used to be a chef and barman so thats where the cook comes from. I have also renovated a house which is where the handy comes from along with the fact that i am a licenced electrician. Additional storage would be handy as i have quite alot of tools etc but not essential.
Just a student trying to make impossible marks whilst supporting himself. Im friendly, respectful, honest and never fail to pay rent on time. I currently live at home and pay my half of rent, food, water, electricity, as well as pay for internet, etc. No stranger to hard work, can't stand negative people. I am currently living in QLD and looking for a place to live around Newcastle, as i am going to study at the university there, come 2018. If you have any questions i will be more than happy to answer them. :)
Hi there, I'm Blake. I am currently in my final year of studying a Bachelor of Laws at the University of Newcastle. In my spare time I enjoy rockclimbing, kayaking and swimming. I am tidy, quiet, clean, and love cooking. Rental needs to be LGBTI friendly, unfurnished and non-smoking 😎. Looking to move ASAP. feel free to send a text and tell me a bit about the room, and who I would be living with.
Happy, quiet, responsible, pay rent on time, likes and gives respect to others. Keeps active, looking for a long term with all bills included. Prefers not overcrowded places. Close to transport. Likes Pets. I have my own bed, looking for a private room. Not into parties, enjoys day living, walking, gardening at times. The locations 1) in the Newcastle choices have to be close to the Princes Highway to help me catch the 350 bus route bound to Swansea early morning, this bus is frequent during peak times which sets my traveling time very tight during non-peak hours. or 2) In the Revesby area or 3) in North Parramatta or 4) in Bankstown
