Hello :) I've just moved to Newcastle for a job. I'm staying somewhere temporary at the moment while looking for somewhere more permanent. I'm a full-time worker, i love the beach, animals and anything health and fitness. I'm always up for a roomie date night, however, i do enjoy my own space and i respect others personal space. I'm very organised, clean and house proud. Preferably looking for a place close to the beach with my own bathroom or share with 1 other female. Looking to move as soon as i can! Please feel free to msg me! Thanks :)
Hey I’m Liz and I’m a full time registered nurse looking for a home for myself and my 1 year old kitty. I’m a shift worker including night shifts and I’m a pretty easy going gal. I enjoy a day at the beach or hanging out with friends. I’m looking for some house mates that don’t mind sharing a home with a cat and won’t mind me being up early, coming home late and sleeping all day on the occasion of night shifts!
Hi! I'm Indiana, 20 years old and about to begin a teaching degree at the University of Newcastle (Callaghan campus) mid year. I'll be packing up, leaving my full time office job and moving from my hometown in the Northern Rivers in mid to late May or first week of June. I am a respectful and tidy person to live with, quiet and low key but enjoy good conversations and the occasional wine. I've been raised to always clean up after myself and to contribute to housework, which is what I'm looking for in potential housemates as well :)
Great location in that it is very central-only 5 mins from town and beaches. The house is part of a small complex so is very safe and protected. Our neighbour also has guinea pigs.... The house has 3 reasonably sized bedrooms (all with built-ins) and two large lounge rooms. Everything is furnished except the available bedroom. Also, we have a large double garage which is perfect for storage Extra points to you if you have a large TV and a washing machine. Rent is $165 p/w but this doesn't include the net and power bills.
23 year old male. Working full time as a Paramedic. Love hanging out at the beach, surfing, fishing and spending time with friends. Don't mind the occasional dinner and glass of wine or beer but also like my quiet time (especially after a night shift).
Very easy going. Don't mind doing my own thing or going out for a coffee with others. In my last year of diagnostic Radiography at Newcastle university so I am looking for a place until I finish university.
25 year old male working full-time looking for a social household with like-minded flatmates. Clean, tidy and respective of personal spaces. Enjoy being outdoors on the weekend and socialising over a few drinks. Hoping to find a place where my four-legged friend Otto can also call home.
Hey! My name is Bec. I'm 24 years old and am moving to Newcastle from Brisbane in early February to start a new job. I work in the legal industry so during the week am pretty busy with work. I like to keep fit and healthy, I enjoy playing soccer and love food and cooking. I consider myself to be a clean, respectful person. I enjoy my own company but also am keen to socialise on weekends, meet new people and get outside when I can. I am either looking for like minded people to team up with to find a place - preferably one or two others or for a bedroom in an existing house. If you think I might be a good fit, please send me a message!
I'm Gemma, a 23 year old environmental engineering student studying at UON and also working part time at an engineering firm. A bit about myself - I'm friendly, easy going and tidy. I enjoy being social and getting to know my housemates but also like some quiet time and respect other's space. On weekends and when I'm not working, I like to go to the beach, go for walks, read a good book and hang out with friends and family. During the week, I'm either at work or studying at uni. I've lived in Newcastle for the past 10 years and am looking for a new place to stay for the next 6 months, for my final semester of uni. I'm not looking for a party house, but I would like to chill out with my housemates occasionally sharing a drink or a meal and I'm more than happy to do my fair share of chores and keep the place tidy.
I'm a 5th year medical student based at John Hunter Hospital in 2019. Originally from Sydney. Very active, love the beach, food, exercise, yoga and enjoy a few drinks every now and then. Looking to share a house with a positive vibe and friendly people :)
Easy going nature, with great sense of humour. Always clean up after myself. I mainly keep to myself but always up for a social beer or two over a movie or when the occasion calls for it. Always available to help out when someone needs a hand.
I work mon-fri full time and study part time and am super social so I’m usually out with the girls ☺️ I’d love a roommate that is clean and tidy, easy to get along with, and isn’t afraid to have a chat. The room is unfurnished except for the wardrobe, that stays.
1 room for rent in Hamilton East. Great location, less then a 5min drive to Marketown, Beaumont Street and The Newcastle Interchange. Room is unfurnished but house is fully furnished(TV, fridges, cooking utensils, lounges, ect). Shared bathroom with one other person. No pets allowed sorry.
I'm a 19y/o male starting uni at the end of Feb. I'm an easy going social guy, clean and tidy. I don't go out much, definitely wouldn't be bothering the house with any parties/super drunk mates. I work at Bunnings a fair bit and will continue it around my uni timetable. It's a well paying job and i have a lot saved up so paying expenses won't be an issue. I love soccer, the gym, the beach and going on roadtrips.
Hi, I’m Kaitlan and I’m currently looking for a place to rent for next year. I am a 22 year old female and have just completed my last year of a pharmacy degree and am just about to start an internship in a community Pharmacy. I’m very clean, tidy and respectful of others privacy. I’m also very easy going, have a good sense of humour and am very adventurous. I love to get out and about and stay active through social netball and the gym. I will be continuing study into my internship and I’m therefore often happy to do my own thing, although I am always up for some good times with friends over a few beverages or a good old cup of tea every now and then. I am also flexible with my move in date if necessary.
Hi, My name is Ashleigh - i'm looking for a room in a share house - i like doing yoga, going for coffee with friends, working, the gym and beach. Hayley 27, moving to Newcastle in March 2019. Work full time in the Community Services Sector. I am friendly, professional, tidy. I enjoy socializing with others, but also like quiet time to myself to read, watch a movie and have down time, and respect that of others. I enjoy the outdoors- the beach, bush walks, and yoga. I love a glass of wine with a good meal, and conversation. I have a 6 month year old Cavoodle (Dog). He is an inside and outside dog (toilet trained). He is friendly and loves everyone, gentle natured, but full of energy. I am looking to share or rent independently, but must be a place that is pet friendly. If i were to share, the other person/s would have to like small dogs. I am looking for a place with a small backyard.

Its really central, walking distance to the beach, the junction village and approximately 50m from the prince of wales, which screens all major sporting events, (ITS GREAT). I haven't had any trouble living in the area! its pretty great! People in the apartment block are really friendly. You can leave your clothes on the clothes line for a few days, nothing gets stolen...i've had washing on the line for 5 days before. We have two balcony's which we use to leave the doors open and screens closed for a great breeze when its hot at night/day. We are lucky enough to have the first floor front balcony which faces the street.
