I’m independent and sociable. I work at a couple of different aquatic centres teaching kids to swim and also with a coordinator Position at Waterworld. For fun I like to sketch, paint and sew basically anything to do with fashion design as that’s what in studying. I am looking for a place to move away from the family and have my own space to learn and become more independent on my own.
I'm a mature trans woman who can be social when appropriate, and self-contained when not. I respect other people's privacy and property. I'm not much of a green thumb but do well with destructive gardening activities. I am pretty handy around the house - I have my own power tools and know how to use them safely. I have worked in IT for the last 22 years. As such, I'm pretty handy with helping out with tech matters. I am between roles right now, but when I am earning, I do so in the low 6 figure range. I am looking not just for a room for me, but for a place that has a rumpus area (or similar) that I can use for recording podcasts with half a dozen friends a couple of nights a week. I've just had to downsize from a 3BR house, so I still have a fair amount of stuff that I need room for as well. (Most of it is in plastic tubs and can be stacked vertically.) Note: Thanks to factors beyond my control, I have a hard limit for rent of $148/week at the moment. I can pay separately for utilities/internet but the rent has to be below that number. Bond can probably be fudged if I pay an extra week or two.

I am a pretty quiet guy, spend most my spare time playing video games or reading. I'm not overly fussy on the type of place or people, as long as everyone is friendly. I'd prefer somewhere furnished, I adore animals but have no pets with me so I'm all for pets. My budget is $300ish a fortnight, preferably including bills. Cute 50s built house with a nice backyard in beautiful neighborhood right in between Payneham Rd, O.G Rd, Lower Portrush Rd and North East Rd. There are 2 buses that run on the next street over that go directly in to the city up North Terrace. Marden Shopping center is a 7 minute drive away. Two petrol stations, Hans Sushi and O.G bakery on O.G road a street away. Room 2 is the middle room with a window out onto the side of the garden. The house also has a lounge room and a small dining area next to the kitchen. There is a car port and a drive way that can fit another car. Parking can also be on the street. I work in a Hospital full time, and casually work in events on the side. I am looking to get a place by around mid-November that is possibly pet-friendly, as I want to get a doggo at some point.
