4 kilometres from Taree, I have 13 acres and a large modern house with pool. The house consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has a living/dining/tv room plus another sitting room and office off the kitchen, with laundry. We have a front and back patio for relaxing. The rental bedroom is large, at the south end of the house, with a private entrance. My bedroom is at the north end of the house. There are walking/biking tracks adjoining the property.
Well, I’m not a slob and I love to cook/bake/try new things. I love pop culture and am always ready for an adventure or a road trip. I work in radio and usually try to get out and be apart of the community, also don’t mind a bit of a sport too 💕 I am from the hunter valley, I’ve just moved back from Tasmania. I have a little cat that’s been living with my parents for the last twelve months.
Easy going and very respectful of others. I am ex Navy and I like to keep everything clean and tidy as much as i can. Keep to myself and respect everyones own space but dont mind a little conversation at the end of a big day.
I've been in Port for a year now and love it. Looking for another home with a relaxed atmosphere and trees in the backyard. I love getting out and about, especially in the water. I do a bit of yoga and enjoy hiking. It would be great to find flatmate/s who are environmentally conscious, enjoy the occasional chat and a clean space.

The location is a short drive to both the Manning Rural Referral Hospital (public) and The Mayo Private Hospital (private). We are also close to schools, shops, the manning river, gyms and bike tracks. As Taree has very poor public transport, a car or bike is recommended, but we are happy to take you around town and orientate you to the area when you first get here. The house is situated in a quiet friendly neighbourhood with an established garden and fenced yard. $200 per week, bills included. I’ve just finished uni and starting full time work in Kempsey as a Registered Nurse. I will be working shift work and will be new to the area, so i’d love to meet some new friends. I’m clean, tidy, respectful and easy going, good with animals, and respectful of private space. I’m happy to contribute to housework as well e.g. cooking, cleaning ect. On the weekends/days off I like to go to the beach, go out for coffee or simply rest and relax at home. I enjoy going out with friends for dinner/drinks after the working week as wel. As I’ll be working in Kempsey for a minimum of 12 months I’m looking to stay for the duration of this time.
I am reliable, pay rent on time, reasonably quiet, as in, no loud music etc. My little dog has good manners and is also quiet. Very much a home body. Clean and tidy. I am mildly disabled (Pensioner) and can not help with chores but, I did have home help when I lived in Brisbane and can access that again, they only visit as needed. I am 63 and was hoping for some one over 50 to share or team up with.
Very quiet area area in the riverbreeze estate at cross lands (wauchope), roughly 15 minutes from port Macquarie. You will have your own bathroom and toilet, the bedroom is a good size right up the back of the house so it's pretty private, if you like peace and quiet and animals then this is the place for you. I have the internet and a deck at the rear of the house. If your car fits in the garage your more than welcome to park in the double garage, if not there is room in the driveway or on the street whichever you prefer. I don't mind if people visit you on the weekends but it is a very quiet house hold. rent is $170 per week + electricity, however water & internet are included in your rent :)

There is currently 1 room available for rent in a brand-new house in Stirling Green. There are 3 rooms available to choose from however the biggest is 3.3m x 3.4m. The room includes a built-in wardrobe and is unfurnished. The rest of the house is furnished or in the process of being furnished. The room is next to a shared bathroom however it is only myself living there at the moment and I have an ensuite so the bathroom will only need to be shared with guests. There is also a spare room available for storage and/or study room for the moment. House has unlimited NBN internet and the $200 per week includes all bills, along with dishwasher and washing machine. At this point, no garage spots are available, so parking is on street or driveway. The house is situated in a new estate with an 8 minute drive to CSU, 10 minute drive into town and a 6 minute drive to the local Coles. 4 week bond required. Happy to answer any questions you have about the place, am currently on holidays so should be able to reply quite quickly. At the moment there are no fences on the property as it is situated next to 2 empty blocks so it would not be suited to pets. Starting date is flexible.
