I am a college student with a part time job, looking to be independent and give group housing a shot! I might be young, but I'm tidy, self reliant and will always pay rent & bills on time. I'm always up for a friendly conversation and keen to meet new people, but respect privacy and personal space. I hope you can look past my age and consider me as a housemate. Please give me a buzz if you're interested, thank you :)
Hi there! I'm an civil engineering professional moving from Sydney to Canberra for work. I'm friendly and easygoing, most of my previous roommates in Sydney have became friends of mine and we are still in touch. Generally speaking I'm very quite and love reading, working, watching movies and play games by myself, but I also enjoy spending time with roommates and friends to cook, play or simply grab a drink and chat from time to time. I'm currently looking for a long term place to stay. Even though I put my preferred stay length as 3 month, I would stay for 1 year or longer is the place and roommates are suitable. Feel free to call or message me, txt msg is preferred. Many thanks!

I have my own bed so don't need furnisher. I don't have a car, but if you are near any bus stops that would be very handy. Like a to have a chat, but am respectful of peoples space as well.
Hi there, I'm Desmond, I am a digital designer working full-time at a graphic design studio in the north side. I know how to cook, clean and pay bills so if these are your focal points then don't worry, I have that covered. When I am not at home I like to go for a cycle, play the guitar (bass, if you want to learn I can help you out), do some cooking go for a walk. I can only write so much in this description, so it is better to talk in person over a coffee or tea... Just give me a call to arrange a time! **I'm interested in teaming up to rent a place as well. Just give me a message**

Ex-Sunshine State in town at least 6 months for work. I'm a big gamer, foodie and muso when time allows. Fun fact about me: I've just spent 6 month abroad in Detroit flat-mating with a Frenchman who passed on a glorious French Onion Soup recipe... Whether your house is quiet/social, filled with pets or social butterflies - I'm flexible.

I have a room available in a 3 bedroom townhouse in Harrison available now due to flatmate moving out at short notice. 3rd bedroom is kept empty You will be sharing with the 34/m owner and my two beagles so a love of dogs is a must but they are mainly outside dogs. You will have own garage spot and own bathroom. House is fully furnished and room for rent can be furnished. Will consider single parents and other animals (yard is not huge so Great Danes wouldn't suit) but would prefer no couples. Price includes NBN and plat Foxtel but Utilities would be shared (approx250-300 quarter) Please message for further details
Hi there! I'm a triathlete who lives an active lifestyle while being very neat and organized. I always clean up after myself and I am quiet most of the times. I don't smoke and added to this, I always follow all the house rules and would only use the necessary areas such as the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Aside from going to work (I work as an Early Childhood Educator - and yes I can babysit if needed), I'm usually out on training either swimming, cycling, running or working out at the gym so I prefer to be located close to any of these facilities. Also, I would thrive well in a modern establishment with respectful, quiet and tidy housemates. Utilities/Facilities that I'm looking for: -Shops and groceries like Coles -Nearby gym and swimming pool -Reverse cycle aircon -Washing Machine and Dryer for clothes -NBN internet that can play YouTube videos in HD without delay (I used to live at a flatshare where it takes 5-10 mins to open my e-mails sometimes disconnecting in between and that was not fun at all) -Storage space for my 2 bikes - 1 road bike used for commuting and the other for training -I have a car but offstreet parking is okay for me. -A small yard or area with access to tap water to wash my bikes (optional) -Unused spare room or garage space (optional): Will primarily use this as a study/gaming/training room for my Ironman races that I'll be participating in months to come so expect me to be in this room most of the time. If you wish to contact me, please send me a message with a detailed info of the following: - Yourself - Flatmates - Room - PHOTOS - Viewing times - House rules And oh, I'm seeking for a home that has NO pets in it (unless its just Goldfish then its all good). Let me know if my profile suits your home. Cheers.

I'm an international student studying a masters degree at the ANU and prefer a place that is close by campus. Anywhere within access to a 30-40 min bus ride to campus is fine with me, as I don't drive. I like my privacy and will respect yours, but am open to meet new friends with similar interests and hang out as well. Neat and tidy and busy with work and school most of the time. In typical homebody fashion, I enjoy art, music, books, board games, the occasional brunch and coffee.

hey guys, I'm from country WA and will be moving to Canberra soon to start a career in the emergency services. I've lived in share houses for the last 5 years so i know how to keep my area (and the rest of the place) clean and respect others privacy. as a housemate, I'm a pretty relaxed and flexible guy who enjoys catching up with housemates and going on the occasional adventure on weekends. I'm also partial to a beer or two but not huge on house parties these days. In my spare time I like to keep active, be it AFL, tennis, cycling or surfing and i'm always happy to have others join in. it does mean that i have a bit of gear to store so a garage or shed at the house would be preferable. I'm looking to share with people in their 20's with male and female flatmates preferably. hopefully some of this has grabbed your interest and i look forward to moving to Canberra soon!
Im a full-time receptionist looking for somewhere to move that I can have my 6 month old puppy stay week on week off (he sleeps with me) as I share ownership with my ex. Hi there, I will move down to Canberra from Sydney for study and work in late Feb or early Mar. I am looking for one or two females/couple to share a flat with for at least 6 months or longer, but I am flexible with the length. I am an easy going and friendly person. I like to make friends, and wish we could become good friends to hang out and have a talk with. But I do respect others' privacy at the same time. I have experience of living with a family with little kid or females over 5 years, so I have learnt how to be considerate to housemates. I am also a quiet, clean, tidy and organised person. I would like to have a room with build-in wardrobe, ideally also is furnished (but I am flexible with that if the rent is a bit lower :P). I have a car, so off-street parking is necessary, of course garage is perfect! I do want the location of the house/flat has an easy access to public transport too, although lower frequency is acceptable. I look forward to hearing some good news from you guys! :)
Hi, Im Cassidy im a full time ANU student studying language. I live a pretty quiet lifestyle, im either at uni or studying. But im also friendly. Im clean, tidy, quiet and reliable and i dont mind doing my share with household duties. comfortable with any animals. Ive had experience renting rooms so i know how it works well enough. It would be great to find a place near ANU, walking distance would be amazing, but i understand its not as likely, so somewhere near a bus stop is great. I’m looking forward to meeting new people and making friends
