Hi my name is Jedd, I moved in from Adelaide shortly before Christmas. Im working a really steady roster at JBHiFi in the city centre but I'm also studying VFX and Animation in Watson, and undertaking an internship in Acton at the Film and Sound Archive, so a place near the city or with good access to it is a must right now. I'm very clean and polite. I can cook for a group and I come with a staff discount at JBHiFi if we need to upgrade any ammenities. I like to get out a bit, either for drinks or the odd walk/jog, when it's in the budget I wouldn't mind joining a gym either. As far as hobbies, I'm big into both awful and good movies, comics and video games, I spend a lot of time illustrating too! I love pets if you have or want to have any, I have history as a pet/house sitter so people can vouch for me if you need it. I don't sweat the small stuff so I doubt theres any chance of friction living together. I'll be out of the house a fair bit anyways with all my commitments, but I'd love to be mates with whomever I lived with If you have any questions for me feel free to call or text me, I'm working till 5:30 most days though so apologies if any of my responses are delayed at all. I check my emails at lunch too! Cheers!
I am a student who will be moving to Canberra from Brisbane to study Aeronautical Engineering at UNSW. I am very tidy and respectful of other's space but always willing to hang out and chat. I will always be out at work or uni so I won't be around the house too much. I may not be the best cook but if you need cakes or slices, I'm your girl. I can't wait to meet my Canberra family!
I'm relocating from metropolitan Melbourne to commence an APS graduate programme in February 2017. I'm perhaps different to other flatmates, may be its an age thing or maturity. I'm a Taurus if that means anything to some, it just sums up in abbreviation as to what kind of person I am. For fun... I'm into computers, computer games, gadgets and highly sophisticated toys (gadgets... again). I like landscape photography, cycling (road, mtb or electric). I also like racket sports (e.g. Squash, Badminton), gym and also driving in addition to exploration and getaways. I generally keep to myself and will either ride, walk or drive to work.
Lovely new house with a nice back yard and deck with a nice view, it is air-conditioned and connected to the nbn. It's not to far from the city or the highway if you need to head to Sydney or the coast. Who ever ended up moving in would essentially have there own bathroom apart from if the kids want a bath (very rare) and their own parking spot in the garage.
Sunny apartment with secure underground parking, pool/outdoor BBQ area and second story views. Two bedrooms (your room has an ensuite!), a spacious kitchen and living area and full air-conditioning. Easy access to local bus stations on Flemington road, 4 minute walk to Woolworths Harrison/BWS. Three gyms located within 50m of the apartment! Your room has an ensuite, inbuilt cupboards and two large windows. It also has its own air-conditioning unit, separate from the one in the shared living area! Plenty of space for a massive bed and desk if needed! Unfortunately, my current roommate owns literally EVERYTHING in the apartment so tenants with their own furniture will be preferentially considered! However, a bonding trip to Ikea could allow us to furnish the apartment from scratch! As much as I love pets, we're not allowed to have them in the apartment :(
Located on a quiet street near the park in Harrison. Close to local shops, the city and Belconnen, and a 3 minute drive from the Gungahlin Town Centre. A spacious, modern and well-appointed two-storey semi-detached house, fully furnished in public spaces. Four living areas, including an open study, and an open plan kitchen/lounge/dining area. Clean bathrooms, including a shower and separate tub, and 2 x separate toilets. Lots of windows for natural light, and you can open the house right up to let the breeze through. Laundry with 7kg washing machine and a large clothes line in the courtyard. Air-con and heating. Nice, private, well maintained courtyard. Plenty of street parking. Probably the best feature is our freezer constantly stocked with zooper doopers, and us, obviously.

Hi, I'm currently a student studying at the ANU and will mostly be out of the house/apartment in the day at uni. I'm pretty sociable and like a chat and movie here and then, but I'm also usually out of the house hanging with friends :) If you need space, I'm also pretty good at keeping to my self. I don't throw parties and do like to have the occasional friends over for a movie or games night, but even then, it's pretty rare (1-2 a week). I've lived in a share house for the last year and it's only due to lease expiring that I need a new place. I don't mind anywhere Northside Canberra as I have a car so I'm pretty flexible with location, but close to the city would be preferable. Hope to hear from you soon!

I can furnish my own bedroom but I do not have any other appliances or furniture.

I have two indoor/outdoor cats named Tommy and Maxie and a 5 month old puppy named Roy. Roy is outside during the day but I do like to have him in with me at night. He sleeps in a crate though. I understand that people are wary with animals however I am conscious of making sure they are well behaved and cause no issues. I have listed 6 months as my minimum stay time. I'm 19 and have just moved from Perth a month ago. I have a job in franklin. I don't drink or smoke, I'm pretty quiet so I'll probably spend most of my time in my room, at work or I'm happy for a bit of socializing as well of course. I do need a room that is able to comfortably fit a queen size bed frame, but apart from that I'm pretty open to seeing my options. Look forward to hearing from you! :)
Hi, looking for a room preferably somewhere in or near Belconnen or Gungahlin. I am very easy to get along with, I'm kind and considerate. I'm a very neat person to live with. Looking to move at the end of January/start of February. I'm a non smoker and very pet friendly.
My partner and I are looking for a new place to live. He just finished working to extend his working holiday visa and is now working full time in sales. I am studying part time online and working full time in an office. We are both social but not invasive and understand boundaries. We're both easy going and tidy. We have been together now for 2 years and would love to find a place together.
I'm a quiet, clean, respectful and somewhat solitary person. I enjoy peace, quiet and relaxation most of all; stress being my primary anathema, studiously ignored wherever possible. A majority of my free time is spent in solitary activities, I greatly enjoy music, motorcycles, travel, the outdoors and reading. Currently I am saving to combine these in a year long tour of southeast Asia.
I have lived in Canberra my whole life and have been working in sales and marketing for 12 months. I work 6 days a week (Monday-Saturday), roughly 8-10 hours a day. I love to travel and luckily get to with my work so I will be away every 6-8 weeks. I spend most of my Sundays watching movies and setting up for my next week. I am a very tidy and structured person. I like to clean as I go and do bulk washing all on Sundays. I am looking for somewhere to move into from the 22nd of January and as I have normally rented alone I am wanting a short term lease nothing longer than 6 months.
I am young friendly, respectful, honest and neat woman who needs a very serene environment to stay and study at the University of Canberra. They are in Ghana and I am just in Canberra to pursue a 2yr Master of Nutrition and Dietetics programme at the University of Canberra.
What makes me great to live with? I'd hardly be there! I play netball and tennis weekly, I also enjoy watching sports. If I'm not playing or watching sports, my head is normally in a book, swimming or catching up with friends. I like to keep busy and have a good laugh! I also know how to respect people's privacy, keep a clean place, cook and how to talk underwater.

Hello, My name is Jinliang Ren. I am a Chinese student and study foundation for physics; i have been in Canberra for two months. I want to find a native speaker as a roommate, because I need to practice my speaking English from time to time. I want to find a place close to ANU. My life style is pretty regular. I usually sleep at 11:00 p.m. at the weekdays, but I won't make any noise. I hate to bother my roommate with noise. In the morning, I go to school before 7:00 a.m. On the weekend, so far, i just stay in my room in the homestay, because i am afraid to stay in living room when there are many people. Therefore, i want to live with no more than 2 people. I do not have many own furniture, so i want to have a simply furnitured room. I usually take shower at night one~half an hour before going to bed. I can not and also do not have time to cook, so i usually eat outside. I want to have dinner with my roommate, because it is the only time i have to talk with you or them. I like play soccer and table tennis. I play some video games, but usually i study my course or watch TV series on my computer. I'd love to talk with you about my detail face to face, because i do not know how express some of them.
I'm a fourth year uni student in Canberra (though I'm overseas on exchange until mid-January, hence the Taiwanese phone number), studying Chinese and Science. I'm tidy and pretty quiet, though I'm always up for a chat over a cup of tea. I'm looking for a tidy, friendly household (if you've got any cooking/cleaning rosters I'm keen to join). I love pets and I'd help walk dogs if you have them.
Easy going, active public servant looking for short-term accommodation to June/July before heading overseas on posting. House trained and will provide wine and cheese.
I'm a mature adult who is also young at heart. I have a strong appreciation for video games, have a friendly attitude and can adapt to most lifestyles and situations. I recently finished studying at ANU and am now looking for work, as well as a new place to live. I also have an excellent rent history.
