Residents of the complex have access to a pool for summer and unit is located right next to a bus stop for those who don't own a car or wish to save on expensive city parking. Internet is extremely fast for those who like Netflix and YouTube. I also have a bit of storage space around the house for anything extra you wish to bring.
Respectful of other peoples space, and I clean up after myself. Emotionally intelligent, and good communicator have lived in share houses for many years and not suffering from any mental illness. I'm flexible on the move date. I would prefer a maturer age share house, with reasonably quite people. Seeking a share house where the place is kept relatively clean.
I have 2 dogs, a maremma x and maremma x Labrador, they come with me everywhere so their unlikely to be left home alone. I’m a tidy and organised person I also enjoy cleaning, therefore living with tidy people is preferred. I’m usually out with the dogs to give them as much exercise as possible and am addicted to Netflix. I also have a really pretty tropical fish tank. I have elegant furnishings for an entire house except for bedrooms other than my own, though can help out in furnishing a room if needed. I’ld prefer to team up and apply for a rental with another person or two. Also interested in just renting a room in the short term
I am a full time student at ANU in my third year of study and also work part time in Braddon. I'm often quite busy but during my free time I like to cook and walk/ride around the city. Looking for a quiet, neat and tidy place, but not averse to conversation.
Hi! I am a master student in ANU, studying in Anthropology. Intended to find a quiet place where I can study and rest. I would cook regularly but don’t worry, I always keep the things clean and organised. Good at cooking Szechuan Cuisines, would love to share with others if you are also an explorative foodie. Loves beers and liquors for casual drinking, hiking, and video games. It would be perfect if I can find roommates who can play PS4 or Nintendo Switch games together.

Hello I'm Jem! I'm 23 currently trying to make a move away from my hometown and begin a body piercing career. I'm quiet, honest, easy to talk to and very respectful. I also absolutely love meeting new people! I have full time work where I am now and have located many suitable jobs in the Canberra area! I have a friendly calm 6 y.o cat who does his own thing, has never attacked scratched or bitten anyone ever, however he does not get along with other animals. I know how to take care of myself and how to take care of a home, I have lived by myself for a year and out of home since I was 17, I am very clean and tidy and always willing to chip in with anything that needs to be done. I enjoy creative things, I love gardening reading writing and drawing but also love to binge watch stan and Netflix or weird documentaries with a cheeky glass of wine. I like cooking I don't know if I would call myself a good cook but I do make a killer potato bake I promise you that! I will very rarely have a cigarette maybe once a week but never in my life have i smoked inside a house and I never will, I'm on my way to completely stopping. I don't party I just want a nice place to call my own so i can work hard. I have all my own furniture and appliances so unfurnished is fine or I'm happy to bring along anything that might be needed. Due to unforeseen and unfortunate circumstances I am now unable to move from my hometown until mid-late Feb.
I'm a Uni student looking for a place that I can have my 1 year old golden retriever in. I like to keep where I live clean and tidy, and respect other peoples space. I'm pretty easy going, interested in almost everything and prefer to relax at home.

Spacious 4 bedroom place with large living areas. You will get to chose which bedroom you want (either 3 or 4 on the floor plan picture) and you’ll also have the main bathroom to yourself. Both bedrooms are big enough for a double bed and bedside tables and both have built in wardrobes. We are keeping one room for a study and one spare bedroom. House is fully furnished but the bedroom will be unfurnished!
Hi, I'm a research scientist who enjoys playing sports and being out in nature. I’m friendly, respectful, tidy and reliable. Please message me if you'd like to team up or if you have a room available.
Hey, my name is Jamie and I'll be studying in Canberra. I'm easygoing and more than happy to help around the house. I enjoy cooking, photography, and going for runs. I like going out but prefer Netflix and a heavy doona most nights. So far this is sounding very cliche so I may as well double-down and cover all my bases by stating that I'm looking for a fun but relaxed; open but cosy; quiet but adventurous place to live. To be honest, I'm quiet and respectful and I'm looking for a place that matches.
Hi, I’m Zoe. I’m a quiet, nice country girl starting a diploma of screen and media in early Feb at CMA training. I’m tidy, respectful and know how to live independently as I went to a country boarding school for six years. I like a good scotch on nights out, I love movies and playing/watching sport. Rent is guaranteed as my parents are paying for it. Looking forward to starting my life in Canberra and making close friendships with my new flat mates.

I and my partner, mid-20s, are looking for a room and we are interested in the room. Briefly, both of us are professional full-time workers. I am an engineer and my partner is a graphic designer. We are social people who spend their free times by going for a theater, movie or a concert, bushwalking, camping, cycling and juggling. Tidiness and cleanness in common areas are our priority. We are quite social people. Most of the time we prefer to cook at home in the weekdays. Respecting private is crucial for us. We like socialising with the housemates . We would be happy to spend sometime with the housemates. Cheers!
I'm a 4th year advanced computing student at ANU, where I also work doing tutoring / lab demonstrating. My hobbies include video and board games, cycling, Netflix and food. I have been in share accommodation for about 4 years and enjoy socializing with my flatmates but also respect privacy and space. Would prefer a place close to ANU (with a car space) but flexible.
Jasmyne, 20. I'm very neat and tidy. I enjoy cooking and baking a lot so there is always the promise of some kind of treat! I'm a big lover of books, drawing and casual gaming (I even come with my own Nintendo switch if anyone is up for a few rounds or Mario Kart!) I'm a fairly quiet person and will definitely respect any privacy wanted, but am always willing to watch a movie or binge some Netflix. I currently work part-time, and am looking to study graphic design/floristry at CIT in the following year or so. I have a great rental history, and am punctual when it comes to paying rent/bills.
