Hi everyone! Herald here (aka Frankie), working part-time and studying, and I am currently looking for a share-house around Gungahlin area that is pet friendly as I am having to leave the current house (due to major renovation) that I have lived in for 3 years with many other university students and professionals throughout those years. I am really easy going and friendly and I believe in maintaining a peaceful, clean and respectful house environment. I love to chat but can respect when people need downtime. I also clean and tidy up after myself as well as participate in all shared household chores without a problem. Love listening to Metal (don't worry I use my headsets :) ) and all the geeky/pop culture stuff like computer hardware, Marvel/DC universe, Movies, TV shows and Video games (PC). I have a 2 year old cat (Pixel), who is well trained and well behaved and stays indoors (mostly in my bedroom). My budget is $180 - $200 per week with utilities and internet. If you are looking for a housemate and don't mind my cat, please message me :)
Hi my name is Gil. My friend, Keilani, and me signed a lease together last year. Unfortunately my circumstances have changed and I need to place my bedroom up for rent until next April (with possibility of extending the lease with the remaining housemates thereafter). It is a super cute 3 bedroom townhouse. The house will be shared with Keilani and Gavin (both in late 20s). Housemates are happy, clean, respectful individuals who love to have a chat but are also quiet during the week. Extremely respectful of privacy and space. The room isn't massive but plenty of room for a queen size bed and other key pieces of furniture. The available room is can be furnished or unfurnished. You would be sharing bathroom with Keilani, so females strongly preferred. Please feel free to shoot me a message and tee up an inspection/ meet and greet. ☺️
Large room becoming available in our spacious house, sharing the main bathroom with one other female. Off street private parking. The room has a built-in wardrobe, plus Netflix! Bills are all split evenly each quarter, and we have a cleaning roster to eliminate any tension. We are looking for a like-minded roomie between 25-35 who is responsible, clean and tidy, preferably non-smoking and looking to join the lease for the next 9 months or so. Someone who is fun and relaxed to hang out with after work and have a chat would be ideal. If this sounds like you then please contact me for more details or to inspect!

Hey everyone!! About the house: We are looking for a third person to share a large modern house with us! We will be applying for 4+ bedroom homes - most likely renovated or near new. You will have the master bedroom with walk in robe and ensuite and potentially your own living area. The propective housemate will be paying $280-350ish, with the total cost of the house being $650-800. Rach will rent two bedrooms, one for herself and one for her home business, and Ash will take the final one. The house will be fully furnished only requiring you to bring your bedroom. If you do have furniture of your own I am sure we will be able to accomodate as most of the places we are interested in have multiple living spaces. A little about us: Rach works full time the for APS as a Senior Project Officer upgrading the infrastructure at APH and runs a small business after work and on weekends.. (yes, I do have time off work.. sometimes!) Somewhere in amungst this she also studies a never ending part time degree of Building and Construction Management at UC. As a result it is pretty rare that you will find her sitting on the couch or hanging around the house with nothing to do! Random fact: favourite band - red hot chilli peppers!! Ash also works full time for the APS as an Executive Assistant at the ACCC and keeps herself busy during the week at crossfit. Of a weekend she will usually either travel to our home town or catch up with friends. Random fact: salt and vinegar flavoured anything! In summary... We are pretty laid back, easy to get along with, mature and love to have friends around every now and then however are well and truely past our days of partying every weekend. We would be looking for someone who is happy to have a dinner and a drink together of an occasion, but is also happy to do their own thing most of the time. We have lived in share houses for a long time and expect everyone to clean up after themselves and be proactive in sharing the cleaning duties throughout the common areas. That being said, we aren't absolute clean freaks either. Our preference is for a male, mid to late twenties however definitely more than happy for females to get in touch too. Shoot us a message if you'd like any more info or to catch up to meet! Legends need only apply :)
Work full-time in the city, so I'm looking to move closer to work in late November/early December-ish. I'm pretty easy going, and I'm a very clean and tidy housemate. I like being social, but I also respect people wanting downtime. I'm into sport and being active, and enjoy the occasional beer/wine/whisky.
The apartment is two stories so you'll pretty much have the whole bottom level to yourself. The room is a decent sized and can fit a queen bed. There is massive 3 metre long wardrobe, with mirror doors. The room can come furnished with a king single and a bookshelf if you need. There is central heating and air-conditioning, NBN is also available, and secure undercover car-parking. The apartment is fully furnished, includes a comfy couch, great wifi and a moderately sized tv. The apartment is fairly new, completed within the last 18 months. The apartment is on the second and third story of the building. There is also a storage cage in the car park for use. It's close to a major bus route, the local shops, and a 10 minute drive to both Gungahlin town centre and Dickson. The city and Belconnen are a short 15 minute drive. I do have a 12 month old cat, she is very friendly and very good at not scratching people and furniture. You would have to share your pretty decently sized bathroom with her. Any other questions, please ask.

I'm looking for 2 people to rent out the 2 spare rooms in a 3-bed townhouse with me, both rooms have built in wardrobes and windows. Has a large kitchen with gas cooking, there is lots of natural light and a reasonably sized courtyard. All bills are included with unlimited internet and a Netflix account. 5-min drive to Gungahlin Market place, 10 min to the city, there is a bus stop close by. The 2 rooms for rent will have a large bathroom to share that also has a bathtub in it, these are located at the front of the house, I am located in the master up the other end with my own ensuite. Great for privacy. There is a garage that I use, however there is plenty of visitor parking and there is space in front of the townhouse also. Will also like 2 week rent in advance. Happy to answer any questions.
I've lived out of home for about 3 years, I like to keep the house tidy and tend to procrasta-clean when studying. I have quite a lot of furniture that could be used in common areas. Work part-time in Gungahlin and Fyshwick, Study B. Heritage and Conservation the rest of the time at UC. Honestly, I'll have the occasional night out but am otherwise pretty quiet or not home. I'm happy to live in a situation where we hang out sometimes, share supplies and whatever else or, complete opposite end of the scale, happy to live completely separate lives under the same roof, doesn't bother me. I also have a 1 year old Kelpie cross Boxer, who's full of energy and very smart, so I'm looking for somewhere pet friendly preferably with a yard. I'm happy to live with other dogs too as shes very well socialized and loves other dogs, I walk her every day and am happy to take any extras on the walk too. So if you're also looking for a pet friendly place or have one available please get in touch!
I currently work full time in hospitality, have a beautiful 1 year old dog, and have had over 2 years experience living out of home. Im clean, respectable and quiet, but love to mingle with my house mates and enjoy a drink or 2 after a long day. Very reliable and friendly!

I am a 31yo male Engineer on the Canberra Light Rail. I try to stay fit and exercise (or just not get too fat) , but I do enjoy eating like a king on the weekends. a bit about me, I enjoy going to the gym, salsa dancing, my beloved Nissan weekend car, and hopefully get into some pilates for my ridiculously poor flexibility! On the weekends i dont mind a few frothies and a good burger with some banter. i enjoy going out and having a laugh , and i equally dont mind weekends chilling at home on the couch with a movie. As for house arrangements - I am very easy going and tidy, clean up after myself and easy to get along with. Im flexible with whoever I live with. Its not my first time doing the house share, so I know that everyone is different and theres always a solution so that everyone is happy. Wouldn't mind someone whos down for a few drinks or sharing a meal and some banter on the weekends! Cheers! Claudio

The is 1 room available on the 2nd floor with its own lounge/ sitting room and smaller balcony this is $180 p/w. Hi, I'm Anna. I'm 25 and moved from Sydney to do my Primary Education Degree at the University of Canberra. I've started a permanent teaching position in Canberra and am looking for a roommate and place to call home. I'm a super clean and tidy person and enjoy keeping my space free from clutter and mess. I enjoy running and going to the gym equally as much as I enjoy wine and pizza! As much as I love socializing, I am very respectful of peoples need for privacy, quiet time and space. Whilst I'd love to find a place that is furnished but I am equally happy to go on a Kmart/Ikea shopping spree! My lease ends on the 31st of Dec, however, I am able to move in earlier.
Hi there, I'm young enthusiastic education student (Finish end of 2018) that is looking for a place to live! We have a great house in Franklin with two rooms available. It is very modern and quite spacious. Very minimal upkeep as there is no grass, and the plants out front take care of themselves. Rent above is based on one person moving in, but will be dependent on whether we get one or two people in. If one person wants both rooms, we would be happy to negotiate on the rent split. Bond will be an equal split. Bedrooms are bare, but common areas are minimally furnished (lounge, TV, washing machine, fridge, microwave etc.). We have a fairly large garage, but we don't use it for cars, so if you require storage space we have plenty.
Decent size bedroom (approx 3.2 x 3.1) with built in's facing a quiet back street, in a large 2 story town house available with ducted a/c and heating. Small backyard good for entertaining and bbq's. Separate laundry, dining and lounge room downstairs with plenty of extra space for anything you may have. Separate bathroom (with full size bath) and toilet upstairs, extra toilet downstairs for guests or when you couldn't be bothered with stairs. Unlimited plan NBN ("up to" 100 Mb/s Down, 35 up). Bus stops out front, short distance to Gungahlin shops and on street parking.
Hey, my name's Daniel! I'm a psychology graduate working full-time in the public service. I've been living in a 4-person sharehouse in Braddon for the last 1.5 years, with great housemates. Our lease expires on December 4th though, so I'm looking for a new place to move to around then. WHAT LOCATION I'M LOOKING FOR: I'm looking for a place within walking distance to the Canberra Centre, or somewhere close to a bus stop. THE HOUSE/ROOM I'M LOOKING FOR: The place I'm looking for would ideally have an ensuite, covered parking space, dishwasher, washing machine, and a bedroom with enough space for a queen bed, large desk, and digital piano (not necessary though!). WHEN AND HOW LONG I'M LOOKING TO MOVE: My current lease expires on December 15th 2017, so I would be looking to move between December 1-13th 2017. I'm interested in a 12 month lease, but am happy to negotiate :) WHAT I CAN BRING: I've got furniture for my room, but can also offer an iron and ironing board, large chest freezer, and some things for the kitchen. My ideal housemate/s would be friendly, sociable (but also understanding of personal space), tidy, and of either gender. I believe it's important to have a coffee/beer/dinner every now and then so we wouldn't be complete strangers to each other, but I completely understand if you want your space. If you'd like to chat or meet up over coffee, let me know. I'm also happy to provide references.
I’m a 23 year old South African, from Johannesburg. Been in Australia for 4 years studying a bachelor of law at UC. I’ve live in shared student accommodation so I’m respectful of people’s space, clean up after myself and always up for socialising.
My name is Carissa and I am a Dance, Yoga and Acrobatics instructor + performer and also work in retail. All together this equals about 38hrs per week. I'm a positive person, love people and also value my downtime in a peaceful and pretty environment.
I'm fun, talkative, easy to get along with, kind, and great with animals(dogs) and small children. I can sometimes be a little messy, but sometimes be a little too clean. I'm currently working as a casual retail assistant and I will be going to university in August 2018 to study a bachelor of creative arts and a bachelor of primary education. I was originally born in Adelaide, but I've spent the last 10 years living in Canberra. I spend a majority of my free time watching Youtube videos or Netflix, cooking, playing, listening, and making music, 3D modeling and animating, practicing Muay Thai, and I also really enjoy doing art and craft things like sewing, knitting, origami, and thread weaving. Fun fact: I can play 12 instruments

Hola :) My name is Taya and I'm a 29 year old public servant. I'm originally from Newcastle and moved down to Canberra a couple of years ago for work. Although I miss the beach a lot, I am slowly getting used to Canberra. I have been renting with a friend since moving down here, however, it's time to move on and expand my social circle. I work shift work at the moment but hopefully not forever. I enjoy hanging out with friends, going to cafes, walking around the lake and of course, the odd wine or two.
