I'm a Masters student and research assistant at the University of Canberra researching the conservation of small-bodied freshwater fish. Although I'm neat and tidy, I'm also very relaxed and easy going. I'm handy around the house and am always up for a chat even though I usually keep to myself.
We are both hard workers, easy going, clean/neat and reliable. We are both from Wagga Wagga, recently moved to Canberra and both full time working. Breanna is a full time chef at the Knox cafe made in Watson and Trai is a plumber, party bus driver and truck driver. We love our music and always up for a chat but also like to have our own space.
Everything’s at your fingertips with Woolworths, coffee guru, bws, the meadows downstairsand F45 across the road. Gungahlin town Center is a short drive away and light rail right out the front door. Room available early March.
We are Claire (27, full time scientist) and Chilli (7, full time couch potato) and our parents have finally sold up the house, so we are looking for somewhere to live...from September 2018. Claire has been renting/share-housing since 2014, and Chilli is newer to the game but did so in 2016. A simple description of of us is boring - so clean, tidy, early risers with nanna-bed times who enjoy walkies. Claire is your average human - talks, exercises out of necessity, watches TV (mostly ABC), likes board games and escape rooms, is a dishwasher stacker/unstacker enthusiast, a good cook and an average baker. Chilli is housetrained and all round “good boy” (kid, dog + cat friendly - with NSW Green Collar) whose special skills include sleeping, collecting (soft toys, the occasional cushion), smooching and reclaiming unsupervised food... We spend most weekends (Fri night-Sun) in Sydney with Luke (Claire's husband + Chilli's dad) - Chilli goes too, but we spend about 1 weekend a month in town - and it'd be cool if you'd be okay with the occasional visit by Luke. We would like an unfurnished room, and do have some additional furniture so happy to share or loose it. Flexible with anywhere in Canberra/Queanbeyan, commutable to Deakin. Preferably we’d like you to like indoor dogs because Chilli hates the outdoors. There is the possibility for Chilli to live with his dad + fur siblings....but we'd prefer to be together.

We have experience living in shared houses as a couple and know how to respect everyone's privacy, boundaries and belongings as well as how to properly clean up after ourselves and others if absolutely necessary. We both also enjoy gardening and are capable of keeping yards and gardens tidy.
My wife and me are very easy going, clean and quiet. We like making friends and like hearkening. As a PhD student major in agriculture, I am busy with crops, and my wife is preparing to apply for an offer of PhD study. (The moving date is flexible)

Hi there , so I'm looking for a place to move into with someone awesome and easy going ,I work some long hours at work so I am always pretty busy . Always up for a drink or to share a meal or two !
The unit is in Franklin, directly across the road from Woolworths. The bus stop is 50m away and light rail is being built with a stop also within 100m. The complex has a pool, and views of the mountains. Netflix is available but internet is an additional cost ($5 per week). Loungeroom area is air conditioned. Bedroom is not, but a pedestal fan is available to help cool the bedroom in summer. Bathroom is all yours except if there are visitors as it is the main bathroom.
SHARE ACCOMMODATION Room vacant in a spacious and quiet 4 bedroom home in Franklin. Very close to all amenities and Express bus to City and Belconnen. (Close to light rail station commencing next year). You will be the only occupant sharing the home with owner. The room comes with separate bathroom and toilet, Q size bed, TV with built in DVD player, desk, chair, desk lamp, clothes rack built in mirror wardrobe, and cupboard space, bar fridge, free wifi and all facilities in home etc. The owner expects a responsible, trustworthy, quiet, tidy and honest non- interfering person with sober habits (no smoking and alcohol). I prefer someone willing to stay long term. No outside visitors for security reasons. You need to have your own computer and phone. Moving date can be negotiated. Rent $200 per week in advance and 2 weeks refundable bond. No bills to pay. Please ring or email to discuss.
I'm a single professional in real estate. I work 6 days a week and usually spend most of my (very minimal) spare time at the gym, cooking, or watching Parks and Rec/sleeping. I do enjoy a bev or two every now and then, and can be pretty social when I’m not exhausted from work. I have a bunch of furniture but am happy to store some if necessary, currently living alone and looking to save money. The main vice is that I do have an indoor cat who comes with me everywhere, she is pretty useless though and manages to cause no damage, thank god. She is fully litter trained and has embarrassing cat anxiety so is pretty happy curled up on my bed. If you hate cats, she will definitely avoid you. If you like cats, she's pretty much a hilarious alien so you'll vibe. Would prefer an ensuite but not necessary!! Open to roomies of all shapes, genders, sizes. But hopefully someone who enjoys a chat and some Netflix :) Thanks y'all

I'm an 18 y.o girl originally from Perth. I’m currently studying a bachelor of commerce/bachelor of business administration at ANU and am looking for a student-friendly room to stay in. My contract for my current share apartment (of 11 people) is coming to an end and I am hoping to find a place that's a lot more welcoming than my current residence. I’m originally from a household of 7 where I am the eldest of 5 kids so I know what it’s like to share spaces and live with other people. I’m a neat and tidy person and I like to cook. I tend to get involved in community service events and enjoy playing community netball. I also work part-time and can ensure reliable rent payments. I don’t drink and I don’t smoke.
Hi there, I will move down to Canberra from Sydney for study and work in late Feb or early Mar. I am looking for one or two females/couple to share a flat with for at least 6 months or longer, but I am flexible with the length. I am an easy going and friendly person. I like to make friends, and wish we could become good friends to hang out and have a talk with. But I do respect others' privacy at the same time. I have experience of living with a family with little kid or females over 5 years, so I have learnt how to be considerate to housemates. I am also a quiet, clean, tidy and organised person. I would like to have a room with build-in wardrobe, ideally also is furnished (but I am flexible with that if the rent is a bit lower :P). I have a car, so off-street parking is necessary, of course garage is perfect! I do want the location of the house/flat has an easy access to public transport too, although lower frequency is acceptable. I look forward to hearing some good news from you guys! :)
I am a postgraduate Digital Art student in ANU. I am an outgoing girl, but I need some personal time. I hope the accommodation which has a good traffic to ANU (bus or walk or bike within 30min) and the roommates who are tidy and easygoing, whatever male or female. My current tenantry term will finish on 30 Aug, but I 'd like to move before that date if I find my dream room. By the way, I love cooking and I have a Chinese chef certificate. If you want I can always cook dishes for you, HAHA.
* Within an easy walk of the Market Place and public transport * 189m2 of living space * Open plan living with separate lounge * Beautiful roman blinds * Superb kitchen * Segregated master bedroom * Ducted gas heating but no cooling * Ducted vacuum * Auto door and internal access to double garage * Easy care gardens * Lovely deck area
