Hi, I am looking for someone or a couple to take over the lease of a 1-bedroom apartment in Adelaide CBD. I have to move interstate therefore I need someone to take over my lease until the end of June 2017. The location of the apartment is very convenient with Royal Adelaide Hospital just across the road as well as the University of Adelaide and UniSA City East campus. There is IGA right on the ground floor of the building and a 24 hours convenience store and cinema just a short walk away. There are also a number of cafes/restaurants/pubs within the Rundle Street area nearby. There is a bus stop right in front of the building that goes to other areas of the city, Marion, Henley Beach, and the 98A city loop bus also stops there if you’re keen for a free ride around the city and North Adelaide. Bus J1 that goes to the airport is reachable for only 5 minutes-walk from the apartment. About the apartment: The bedroom itself has a queen bed so it’s also perfect for couples. The lease is currently at $340/week (not including utilities and internet). My lease doesn’t include car park but the agent will be happy to arrange it for you (at an extra cost) as the building does have carpark in its basement. It’s fully furnished with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, basically all white goods included. The aircon is split system so you will be perfectly set for all kind of weather. There is also a portable heater you can use during those heavy winter months, and a portable fan for summer. Several beddings are provided from the owner, as well as kitchen appliances and cutleries. Basically you just have to move in! P.s. The bond is actually 6-weeks rent not 4-weeks rent (i couldn't find the option for it here haha) Please message me if you are interested!
I am looking for a quite place for studying and working. Hope the room has good soundproofed for the good quality of sleep. The location could be near the UniSA City West Campus. Including all bills (electricity, water, gas, internet fees) Hope the roommates are tidy, friendly and respect for people. No party animal, no cooking and making noise after 10:30 PM. Thank you

We're very friendly, respectable people. All very clean, non-smokers and only occasionally drink. We're just a few young adults trying to make our mark in the world, we're very easy to get along with. Our interests are music, the beach, and just really relaxed lifestyles and we're always up for an adventure or two. All originally from Adelaide but moved away for a few years. Ruby went to Queensland, harry and I went to the countryside. Our budget lets us pay up to $600 rent/fortnight, we can buy our own food and essentials. We only have few belongings and are looking for temp shared accommodation or a permanent rental residence.
I'm a Dutch / Australian med student heading to Adelaide for a research internship. This is my first time living in Australia, so I'm looking for a nice house with some fun house mates to socialize with and who can show me around! I'm from Amsterdam, and lived with and without roommates. So I like peace and quiet but also enjoy spending time together, having a few drinks and go on trips! I'm easy to live with :)

Hi there, I’m Mac (24) and my partner is Mel (21). I’m from Melbourne but have recently received work as a Civil Engineer in Adelaide. I love my sport and am always keen for a chat – preferably over a glass of wine! My partner Mel is from Auckland and works at a fancy café in town (she makes a great coffee). Mel is super friendly and loves trying new things like cafes, bars, parks, wineries and many more. We’re experienced housemates and love keeping the place nice and tidy. We’re friendly, respectful and love a chat. We’re going to be in Adelaide for at least a year so we’re looking to settle in somewhere with a friendly environment. Please don’t hesitate to contact Mel or myself if you had any questions. Have a great day .
Santi here! Am a 23yo Physio student at UniSA. Originally from Perth, have been in Adelaide for a year. Tried student accommodation but now looking for something a bit more comfortable. A bit of a quiet guy here, love catching up on the latest TV shows and teaching myself the ukulele. Definitely mindful when it comes to cleanliness, privacy and plain common sense around others.
