I'm a quiet person that doesn't have parties. I do need at least a double garage and a room or a single garage and 2 rooms as I have considerable belongings and interests. I like to do some gardening and cooking and like to have quiet time reading or watching a movie.
The area is a lovely bushy area. We have a well equipped gym in the garage and partly on the back deck. The house is off street on a private road with pleasant views and great neighbours. The available living space and private bathroom and toilet is downstairs with own entry which can be locked. A dog, as long as it is socialised may be ok I have two very friendly dogs. The area is cool in summer and winter - the downstairs area is built into the cliff face. We also have a good pool table on the outside deck. We are fairly quiet living. The room measures 6.5m x 3.5m so is quite large enough to make a private living area and sleeping area. In addition there is a private bathroom attached to the room.
