Possibly looking for house share for 6 to 12 months for myself and my dog ( med size, quite, trained) Me.... also quite and well trained, also clean neat and tidy. I do have "garage stuff" so will require at least a single space for tools and toys. Additionally, looking for own bathroom and off street parking.
We live in paradise.... Salamander Bay. There is an awesome backyard for relaxing and socialising. We are only a ten minute walk from the beach in a nice quiet street with easy access to buses and shops, with off street parking. Internet available. Four bedroom house with two bathrooms. Offering your own room (furnished or unfurnished) and a shared bathroom with one other. We are a family of three (two adults and 10 year old amazing daughter) . Looking for a flatmate that works full time and is fun and free spirited like us. Your privacy and space would be fully respected however anytime you want to join us for yummy BBQ or drink you are more then welcome. A typical Friday night will find us sitting around the fire in the backyard that all are welcome to join. Would love to talk if you are looking for a room, we are open to animals or part time children being a part of the terms and this will be discussed if needed as part of the rent etc. We are open to discussing expense sharing, meals, furnishing etc. Please contact us to chat and come say hi if this sounds right for you.
I can cook, am very social, easy going and quiet person. Love catching up with friends and family to have a beer and having a chat. I am a Supervisor on Road Traffic Control. I have lived in Raymond Terrace for 27 years and in Cooranbong with my family on an orchard before that.
Looking for a share house, i am clean and tidy but still relaxed. I have a budgie which would be nice if he could live with me too :) I currently work full time as a vet nurse. I do have a boyfriend but understand he would not be able to visit so this should not be a problem. I like spending my days off at the beach or having a few drinks with my friends.
half hour drive to Newcastle or bus from down the lane. Shops, childcare, school, tavern, pool, church, sports oval, gym, bowling all within walking distance. Quiet area except the odd jet going overhead. House is fully insulated and we have a fireplace. Two rooms available both recently carpeted. Both have built ins. One has a double bed and some wall shelves. an extra room will be available for use for your family overnight/weekend stays. There is a rumpus room and family room that will be empty so if you wish to make use of those rooms for your own furnishings thats fine.
I am looking for a place closer to work for my dog and myself. I work long hours 6 days a week for a Real Estate agency in Newcastle, train every day, and walk my dog every day so i will rarely be home. Tidy and keep to myself but happy to socialise too.
Beaut 2 Storey house facing directly across to the Brewery, right near the ferry. Fantastic view of Newcastle with only the park between the house and Newcastle harbour. 2x living areas and bathrooms and large open plan kitchen. You would be sharing with only me, my fantastic exhousmate had planned moving in with me here but was unable to transfer her job from Sydney back to Newcastle so there's a big hole to fill. The house is fantastic with great communal area but enough room also not be in each other's face. Would suit somebody working in the cbd, just a short enjoyable ferryride, the terminal is only a quick stroll across the park from the front door. Otherwise I drive each morning and it's only a 20min run into town. Definitely not a party house. Must be a dog person as I have two highly entertaining chihuahuas.Feel free to contact me if interested
I am looking for a potential sharehouse in Cooks Hill, Newcastle, the Hill etc. with one other person, either 2 or 3 bedroom, shared or 2 bathrooms, I have a large budget but rental companies won't rent to me as an individual! I am a shiftworker so I work a rotating roster which gives housemates and myself a chance for alone time. I am fairly active but love to chill out in the backgarden and play with my pet rats (absolutely LOVE any kind of animal) and don't mind a cheeky beer. I don't even own a TV so I keep myself busy in other ways! My perfect housemate would be someone who keeps the common rooms tidy, is relaxed and social but not a partier in the house, wants to be nice to the environment that loves animals and can be respectful when I have to sleep during the day after nightshift (only 2 days every 8). I have a fully equipped kitchen set up (microwave, fridge, coffee machine and cooking utensils etc.) brand new washing machine and that's it! No lounge or tv but some floor cushions! These items don't have to come with me but the option is there. I compost all my veggies to use in gardens etc. active recycler and nature lover, love the outdoors and am obsessed with travel.
Hi, I have been working full time as a training manager until this year when I started full time study in visual arts as a means of a career break. I've been working part time too as a consultant/trainer. I'm friendly and sociable and love a good laugh, but am respectful of other people's space and enjoy doing my own thing too. I'm house trained and can operate most appliances like vacuum cleaners and dishwashers ;) I enjoy staying active and some of my favourite things to do include kayaking, SUP, boxing, beach and photography. I am looking for a home that is clean, tidy and super quiet at night, close to town with a lovely flattie who is friendly and respectful of my space. I also need a car spot (street parking ok) and it would be fabulous if there was room for a 2m kayak but not essential. It would be perfect if Hunter Street was within walking distance, but as long as good public transport is near by this is ok too. I'm looking for a room that will fit a queen bed, tall boy and desk with a built-in included.
Hey I'm Joel! Currently looking for a room to rent somewhere close in town, currently live in cooks hill. I work full time and also study full-time at UON, I love meeting new people and traveling as most people do, very easily to get along with, clean and respectful. Also open to leasing out a place if its decent, any question hit me up. Thanks!
Hey! We're Sophie and Jacob. We are both studying full time at the University of Newcastle and working part time. We're both laid back people who are easy to live with but also clean/tidy and respectful of other peoples space and values. We are very interested in starting a new share house in Merewether. We both enjoy being outdoors, going to the beach and seeing friends, but we aren't party people. However we do hope to become friends with potential housemates and enjoy a glass of wine or beers with them. Message us for any specifics you'd like to know or if you're also interested in starting a new sharehouse.
