When I'm not working my full-time job, I am busy keeping active by generally being outdoors with my dog. I am a big animal lover, being a foster carer for a local dog rescue for the past 18 months which I've been lucky to do while renting by myself. Not only do I have rental references, I also have 3.5 years experiences working in Property Management industry so I know more than most of the responsibilities of a Leaseholder. I enjoy keeping a clean, tidy home and consider myself a pretty laid back person. I do not smoke, drink irresponsibly nor party, and I respect others space. The most important criteria for me is a home that welcomes my dog. As a well trained, surprisingly quiet (for a BC) and well behaved dog, I allow Ari to come indoors with me where he sleeps at night, therefore I would not want to live in a home that is uncomfortable with this. I have two unfurnished rooms available but I'd prefer to keep one room as a study/office/spare room and not overcrowd the house (also means you get your own bathroom!). Although, if my new house mate would like to use the spare bedroom as an office/study space I would be happy to consider that and negotiate the rent. The house is very low maintenance with only a bit of lawn to mow, and I will tend to my own plants outside. Double lock-up garage for secure parking. Bus is down the hill and train a bit further, but you'd probably need a car to get to that.

The house is less than 3 minute drive to shops and public transport is a 2 minute walk. We have furniture in the house but we are flexible as we can move things around and put stuff in storage. I am a Pan-Asian and work full time as an accountant. I am studying for my CPA too. Been staying in Perth for 12 years. I am a Netflix/Foxtel freak and I always listen to music. Like to read in front of a nice view i.e garden, lake, park I do respect other people’s space. I am socialable and it would be nice to get together with other room-mates or the owner of the house whenever they are available.
