We are a very friendly couple who love to meet new people and socialize, but also enjoy down time spent alone. With one of us being a passionate cook and the other being a clean freak we would be ideal house mates! We are from Geelong in Victoria and are looking for a whole new life in Northern NSW! We love the beach, being outdoors and exploring new places! We love to travel and try to do 1 overseas trip a year minimum
Hey! I’m Ando, 21 years old and orginally from Melbourne, but am moving up North for work. I’m a currently undertaking my carpentry apprenticeship, so I work full-time Monday-Friday. I’m a very friendly, happy and easy to get a long with guy. In my spare time, I love surfing, heading out around the coast and a drink with friends. I’d hope to become mates with my new roommates, but also respect other people’s downtime, property and can keep everything clean.
Harry and I are really fun and friendly people- who are also really tidy. Harry is studying to be a chef and cooks amazing food! He is a chilled surfer from Lennox Head. I work at Cotton on most days of the week, and love going to the gym. And our dog, Billie, is one of the cutest and cuddliest dogs in the world- and she LOVES chasing waves at the beach!
Hey there! I'm a 19 year old American traveling through Oz on a work and holiday visa! I've been in this beautiful country for just about 7 months now. I worked in a pub for 6 months in Perth and recently moved over to the east coast. I spent a couple of weeks walking dogs in Sydney and now I'm in the Byron area looking for work and somewhere to live! I'm very chilled out and friendly. I'm pretty social, but also value alone time. I'm very tidy and respectful so you won't have to worry about me turning the place into a shit hole. I'm a very easy going gal so feel free to message me! Cheers, Meg :)
Hi I’m Mel, 33, looking for a studio or potentially a share house that’s pet friendly. I’m a nurse, like to keep busy. Not a couch potato. Like to surf (beginner), walk my dog every day, do pottery classes in Byron. Clean, tidy, don’t mind socialising with the odd wine but definitely not a party animal, homes usually a place to chill out for me. Looking for a place that’s secure with a reasonable yard for my friendly three year old border collie. She’s well behaved and gets along with everyone.
I'm an independent, responsible and tidy person who has been flat-sharing for years. Very mindful of others loves nature and is a music collector and lover. If there were the opportunity for two rooms I would be open to this as I would love some space to put a music studio. I work away most weekends so you would only see me during the week. I'm looking to live with people who are considerate, clean, kind, open-minded and fun. I'm ready to move from the 30th of April. Hope to connect with you soon :) Jason
Hey guys, Im moving up to the Byron region in the next month. I currently live in Coffs Harbour (home town) I currently have my own freelance florist business down here but I'm looking to expand into Byron. I'd love to live with some young creatives, healthy living, social and fun. Im very easy going and generally a very positive person. I'm single and looking to make some nice new friends within the community. Look forward to hearing back from you. Alice
So - a bit about me. I'm living in Sydney at the moment, having returned from some time overseas just under 2 years ago. I'm a mature, single female, I'm easy going and respectful of other's privacy and have great rental and professional/personal references. I am an Australian Citizen of UK birth. I am sociable, happy to share a glass of wine, and the occasional meal, but I'm not looking for a party house. If I do share (I'm also looking for a granny flat style accommodation) then I prefer to only share with one or two others at the most. I love living near nature, so a city house is not what I'm looking for. I have two very well behaved pets - a cat called Kitwe (who is a very lazy neutered boy, sleeping most of the day and night away) and a beautiful (small) border collie called Mr Finn. Both are rescues and I actually brought Mr Finn back with me from South Africa (my cat is Australian and went with me to SA and came home again). They are both neutered and I keep them well groomed and clean. I walk my dog for 2 hours a day so he is a relaxed dog and causes no problems. As you can tell I am very fond of my pets and take great care of them. They are clean, house-trained and my rental references for the last 7 years are for properties where they both lived with me.
Hey guys, recently moved to Byron. I work full time in recruitment by day and in my spare time I like surfing, keeping fit, cooking and all the other good things in life. I am very social but understand people need their own space. Looking for people who are similar. Would like to live in a clean, tidy place with some housemates I can call friends. My binge drinking days are probably behind me but don’t mind at few beers every now and again. Any questions then please just ask
Hi, I'm looking for a room to rent. I’m working in Byron. I'm neat, tidy and a conscious person. I enjoy a chat and I also like my own space. I am a non smoker, non drinker and I am drug free. I am looking for a household that is non smoking and drug free. Somewhere I can relax and chill out. I have a beautiful 12 year old spoodle. He is very well behaved and doesn’t shed hair. I have great references too. Look forward to hearing from you.
Hi there my name is Olivia, Im a 21 year old full time pre school teacher in byron bay, student, non smoker and clean female. I mostly keep to my self, like to do my own thing, spend most of my time at work, the beach, gym or studying.
Hi I'm moving up to northern NSW at the start of June. Looking to find a room in a share house, a bungalow or even team up and rent a house :) Can be a bit of a hermit. But enjoy art, exploring nature, and a boogie! Work in early childhood education :)
Don’t really know the area. Normally would prefer to live in a more remote location but likely to do some interstate travel so happy to be close to the airport. $400 is upper limit. Professional from Vic checking out warmer weather for the winter with the view of moving permanently. Want to live close to beach. Keen to swim every day and kayak, and need waves for a beginner surfer. Non smoker...need a non-smoking home, non drinker (happy to be around light social drinkers but if u give it a belt, I’m not for you) relaxed, don’t cook. Will do some work from home. Currently live in small coastal town. Not a fan of tourists even when I am one! And I love dogs.
Comfy glamping style accommodation with reduced rent for minding our friendly old dog. All mod cons in a huge quiet garden with a pathway to the beach. Tenant must be here by 8/6/18 to start minding the dog until 15/09/18.
Homely and comfortable. 5 minute walk to the beach and Suffolk Park shops. Leafy and green yard also very private. Decent sized room with built ins. Can fit a large dresser, bedside and queen sized bed easily. The house is tiled except for the bedrooms. 2 bathrooms. Main bathroom shared with one other housemate. Comfortable sized living space, dinning and kitchen areas. Laundry in garage with space to accommodate guests and some storage if needed. Not a party house as such but do have the occasional late night.
Suffolk Park beach just 10 mins from Byron Bay…. Enjoy squeaky golden sand between your toes just 5 mins walk…. and the comfort of your private room with queen size bed, built-in robes and private bathroom. You’ll have access to the spacious townhouse with your flatmates (myself) and my 12 year old daughter.. Usual common sense applies - as in treat this place like your own home or how you would like others to treat your space… be reasonably clean and tidy - otherwise make yourself right at home! Most of all, we want to share our piece of paradise with you, so whatever can make your stay more enjoyable or comfortable - please ask!
Balcony room overlooking pool and tropical gardens. Own ensuite bathroom. Queen bed and walk in wardrobe. Located in a quiet shared house with 2 other males, full time workers. Swimming pool and communal BBQ area, 3 mins walk to beach, less than 5 mins walk from Suffolk Park shops and 15 min bike to Byron Bay centre. Sorry no pets.
