I'll be transferring my lease of six months. The rent for first month is already paid and your welcome to move in at your earliest convenience. All rooms are fully furnished. Your rent also covers things like heating, air-conditioning, all utilities (water, gas and electricity), laundry facilities (washers, dryers, clothes lines and ironing facilities), use of shared spaces, internet access and 24-hour security and staff support. You must be studying full time to be eligible to live on campus at Deakin. Domestic students can live on campus if they are under 18 years old. International students are not allowed to live on campus until they reach 18 years of age and will need to arrange a home-stay until then. Each single gender two-bedroom apartment will feature private bedrooms and study spaces with a shared kitchen, and bathroom.
Hi there! Are you looking for a place to stay while you study the year away? Tired of commuting using PT or your precious petrol to get to uni? Then look no further! Located directly across from gate 2 of Deakin, stands a little house with a lot of love. The room you'll be looking at is UNFURNISHED, but has plenty of space for a double/queen size bed. Also has a large wardrobe with plenty of hanging/storage space. Rent is dirt cheap, and though bills are not included, we promise they won't break the bank! Also comes with one off street parking space, so your precious car won't be sitting out on the highway! Both Clare and Jessie will be responding to any messages on here as well (The two housemates) **Serious applicants only, message for inspections
I'm currently studying my master degree and working part-time. I'm a non-smoker, calm, tidy and respectful person. I spend more of time studying. When I have spare time I enjoy watching movies.
I am a 29 year old female, laid back, clean, adventurous and like the outdoors. I don't like to party hard but like a drink every now and then. I work full time so would only be around in evenings and on weekends. I have a beautiful friendly cat named Harriet who I would like to take with me. She mainly spends her days outdoors but sleep inside at night. She is super clean, doesn't smell and is completely toilet trained.
I and my husband are looking for a nice place to live. We like to cook but will clean up afterwards. We spend our time together going out or watching movies. Happy to say hi and have a chat now and then or will keep quiet if you want privacy. We will be very respectful of your property during the stay. We actually prefer a little furnished house but will be happy to inspect and move in whichever comes our way.
My friend and I are both outgoing people who enjoy hanging out with friends but also value privacy. We're both students at Deakin university and need a single big room. We don't drink or smoke or do drugs and don't wants roommates who smoke or do drugs(drinks are fine). Both of us are persuing our bachelor degree in information technology. We were born and raised in india. Prabhteshwar enjoys watching anime and English TV shows and playing video games. Anirudh enjoys watching English TV shows, playing video games (especially FIFA) and enjoys playing soccer
I'm Virginia, a quiet, keep-to-myself tidy type who loves TV, reading and dining out. A few notes about me and what I'm looking for: - I'm only looking for a woman of similar age to start a share house with - I'm retired so will spend time at home, as well as out with friends and appointments etc. - I'm looking to have my own defined space: my own bedroom, bathroom and living area - happy for this to be a third bedroom though. - I have a small house's worth of furniture, fridge, washer/dryer etc, happy if my housemate is the same and to compromise, keep some in the garage or shed etc if it doesn't all fit! - I have one adult daughter who's left the nest but we're close - no partner and no other family in Melbourne - I currently have no pets, but love all animals, especially dogs! I'd ideally like to get my own dog in the future so if you have pets and we find a place that is happy with them from the get-go, even better! - I would like to keep to myself mostly, but happy with some social interaction! I'm a kind, big-hearted person and a good listener who loves telling stories. - My lease is up in March so that's when I'm looking to move in the outer East or so - if you think we could get along, send me a message!
I mind my own business and generally keep it to myself. Don't really party much. I read a lot and stay upto date with current affairs. I play a lot of sports in general.
My name is Udit Kabra. I am currently a student pursuing Masters of Accounting and International Finance in Deakin University. I am a very flexible person. I like to interact and meet new people. As far as living is concerned I like to keep the place clean and tidy. I am pretty sure that whoever I stay with will have no difficulties in staying with me in fact you will enjoy. Cheers!
My girlfriend and I , we are looking for a room near to the city or glenferrie station. We are very clean and friendly. Also , we want to improve our English and to know new culture . ASAP.
Currently studying Master of Agriculture at the University of Melbourne. Looking for a quite place to call my own for the next 6 months+. I tend to be very particular with keeping the house neat and tidy so a messy house will not be a problem. Love hiking , catching up with friends and binge watching tv shows.
I'm 20 years old, working 30 hours a week as well as being a full time nursing student so I wont have all that much free time to annoy you. I'm friendly and pretty relaxed about most things however still enjoy my own space. Looking for a lease around about 6 months.
We are a couple from Hong Kong and Taiwan (27 & 29 yo) both of us are students (English and Patisserie) now, working part time. We are non-smokers. We have been in Australia for at least 3 years. After finishing our 2-year Working Holiday visa, we decided to stay here to learn English and more about Australia. We are both easy-going and love to make new friends. In our spare time, we love to play sports, go camping and cooking sometimes. We can move in in early April, planning to stay long-term, with a budget of $300 per week.
Hey! I'm a 24 yo bloke working full-time as a carpenter as well as building up my own business, and I do a fair bit of volunteer time in the entertainment industry. I've been out of home for a few years now, done the share house thing for a bit so I know the drill, happy to help with housework etc etc. I'm a bit of a workaholic, so I like having my own space to crash, but I'm totally up for social times as well. I have a cat, he's an adorable 5yo ginger short hair, very affectionate! As far as I know good with other animals, he definitely makes friends wherever he goes! I'm looking for some humans to share a house. Non-smokers preferred, but ok as long as you smoke outside. Pets ok, if you're keen shoot me a message and we can go from there! Also looking at joining someone else's share house if possible. Looking to move pretty much as soon as I can, and looking for long-term like at least 12 months, but I'm easy. Any other questions let me know!
Hey! My name is Taylor, I'm a 21 year old female looking for a house to share with some lovely people in Burwood (or surrounding suburbs) as I have just started my bachelor of psychological sciences at Deakin Uni. I work part time in Doncaster, am not a party animal but am social and open to parties if that's what suits the house. I'm easy going, tidy and respect personal space whilst also enjoying the company of others. I really like animals, however, won't be bringing any of my own. I'm also not a smoker but don't mind if anyone else is. I like a whole lot of stuff and if you want to know more or If you like the sound of living with me and think I might be a suitable candidate, hit me up! Taylor :)
I am easy to get along with and very flexible. I would do my fair share of house work and responsiblities. I am from India, been in Melbourne for 4 years. I work at a pizza place. I like heading out on long drives on my days off.
