I can cook, am very social, easy going and quiet person. Love catching up with friends and family to have a beer and having a chat. I am a Supervisor on Road Traffic Control. I have lived in Raymond Terrace for 27 years and in Cooranbong with my family on an orchard before that.
I'm very easy to get along with and very honest. And I'm also a neat Freek. I'm 29 and I work fulltime permanent, I work on a rotating roster . in my spare time I love to go fishing and kayaking and spending time with family.
I am very reliable, always pay my bills and rent on time. I work full time in a stable job. Happy to split evenly. I have two very clean animals (cat and small hypoallergenic dog). I work in the industry so am very vigilant with them. I take my dog to work with me and he goes to day care on Fridays. I keep to myself a lot, I consider myself as clean and tidy and clean up my mess when I make it. I like a drink every now and then, don't mind if you smoke outside and clean the mess or if you don't smoke at all. I'm pretty easy going. I'd prefer one female housemate/friend who is an animal lover, loves having a chat over some wine and a cheese platter. I have lived with a housemate before until she moved out with her partner so know the ins and outs of sharing a place. I am recently single hence why I am looking for a housemate. I am looking to move out together so applying for a place now and moving out.
Very quiet and tidy. Not a huge partier but sometimes will go out to stay with friends and don't mind a few drinks at home. Mind my own business, good to talk to. I'm a full time apprentice in Lambton working 5 days a week. Don't smoke but have no problem if others smoke around me. Might have the gf over once every couple months but that's about it.
Currently renting with a nice couple, have been here for around 18 months but the lease is up in May so looking for a new place. My roommate is very neat and tidy so I've picked up some good habits! I'm a full time software developer working in Newcastle, currently the drive is around 45 mins so hoping to move a little closer. I'm pretty easy going and respectful but don't mind the occasional beer with mates at the pub on the weekend after a game of cricket/soccer. Looking for somewhere where I can still have a little space but don't mind socialising. My girlfriend lives out of the country but when she comes to visit we are barely home. There are 4 pets here currently (none are mine) so I'm quite happy to live with furballs/take care of them when needed if you have any.
Looking for a share house, i am clean and tidy but still relaxed. I have a budgie which would be nice if he could live with me too :) I currently work full time as a vet nurse. I do have a boyfriend but understand he would not be able to visit so this should not be a problem. I like spending my days off at the beach or having a few drinks with my friends.

I do have 2 indoor cats which are completely harmless and well behaved. Just recently moved to NSW so I'm looking to live with someone I can get a long with quite well. hit me up if your interested. *I may need a garage for 1 weekend car I currently have stored interstate.
Hi! Looking for another flat mate or 2 to add to our house! Move in date is flexible! Must be pet friendly! The house is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets with a large backyard located in Shortland. There is an option to the rooms available, with a large room with airconditoning and a double built in; or a smaller room also with a built in being available or both being available. Either room can be furnished or unfurnished depending on needs. Communal lounge and kitchen/dining, with an external laundry and deck. The house is completely furnished including a washing machine. 10min drive to the University and easily accessible for public transport. Close to shopping centres. Bills are included in the rent but are capped; just meaning that if the water, gas or electricity is to go over a certain amount, more money will need to be chipped in.
Hello! I am a 24year old Medical student at the university of Newcastle, looking for a clean, tidy, house mate, under 35years old. Currently there are 2 people living here - me, and another lady who works at the Hospital. This brick villa is only 3 years old, it has gas stoves, air conditioning, carpeted bedroom floors, fully furnished. Rent is $180 per week for a 1 year lease and includes all bills including NBN internet! Bus route 107 right outside. It takes 4minutes to drive to the university (callaghan campus) and Jesmond shops. Sorry, no couples and no smokers please. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions! Thanks
Kind, easy going, clean, soon to be podiatrist, love to get out and try new things, meet new people ☺. I am an aged carer pt and pt final year student. I enjoy dancing running and being an aunty. Im also an experienced pet/house sitter ☺.
We're a couple from around Gloucester/ Forster area, we're both currently studying full time at the university of newcastle and looking for a new place before the start of second semester. Mason is an all round top bloke, He studies civil engineering and surveying and can pull off a mullet and a moe pretty well. He's pretty great to live with because can hold a friendly conversation but won't be in your face at all. He likes playing the Xbox and drink of choice would be a ice cold schooner of tooheys new. Jasmin is alright herself, she's studying writing at the uni and is a bit of a creative sort. Loves live music, bushwalking and reading. Pretty good to live with as she can talk about pretty much anything and is always there for a chat if needed. Drink of choice would be a double shot tequila sunrise when she's feeling loaded but lets be real, usually you'll catch her with a bottle of harddys charddy. We're both pretty good at keeping to ourselves or having a cheeky chat in the kitchen, whichever you prefer. We're both clean, tidy and love a good netflix binge. We've listed ourselves as looking for a place near the city but are open to suburbs close to the uni. We both have a stable income rolling in and the 280$ a week is our maximum rent SPLIT not each.
Hello! I am Marissa, or Missa for short. I currently study at Callaghan and I'm a car-loving gamer and book freak. I'm a clean freak and an introvert so no wild parties from me, but I don't mind to join in with others at times. I don't really drink much but I'm happy to have a glass at times and I like to have one or two friends visit. I study a Bachelor of Visual Communication Design, second year, and I love studying languages (currently in Japanese but also want to study Korean, too). My ideal locations are anywhere within a walk or bus ride from Callaghan campus excluding Jesmond. I prefer to keep costs to a minimum so my absolute maximum is $180/week including bills. If I had to say three main criteria for my perfect place it'd be safety (current place is in a dodgy suburb), avoiding Jesmond and off street parking is a must (my car is my baby). Overall, I'm clean and quiet usually, and I both like to hang out with housemates as well as time out to myself. I think I'm fairly easygoing. :) - Marissa
Holla I'm Imogen!! Im a 20 yo student studying Environmental science at uni (2nd yr) I'm super laid back, easy going, social and love a chat and a drink ! I love to get out and do things, grab dinner, hang, go to the beach etc I'm clean and respectful! Wanting a place that's social and happy, dreaming of burrito night, a heated game of pictionary or hitting town every now and then!
Both of us are full time students at Newcastle University and work part time. Brad would only spend a few nights a week in Newcastle, as he likes to spend most of his time on the Central Coast with family. We are neat and tidy people who enjoy casual banter as well as time alone to study. Neither of us are big drinkers or party goers however will enjoy a casual night at home on weekends. Ideally bills and internet included in rent, off street parking would be nice but not necessary. We are going on a month holiday in June/July and are looking to move after we get back. Thanks :)
I am a friendly person and need somewhere to live while I am studying. I'm easy to get along with but generally keep to myself. I'm considerate of other people, don't drink or smoke. I enjoy computers, gaming and learning.
