Both love cuddles and enjoy being around people.. The house is double story and 3 bedrooms but you'll only be sharing with myself. The house is approx 10 years old but is still in fantastic shape. You'll have your own full sized bathroom with bath and a downstairs toilet making it a 3bed 2.5bath house. A lovely backyard and a single lock up garage which is used for storage. The house is fully furnished so all you need is stuff for a bedroom and you're done. Looking for a single professional (no couples) and being a non smoker myself, I have to say no to smokers. Being the dogs are important to the household you must love dogs😄😄

Hey guys! We're a young couple looking to move out of our current accomodation to somewhere a little closer to our respective schools, and where we can bring our furkid-family members with us! Gemma is a 19 year old psychology student at Monash University in her second year, and works part time as a sales assistance and puppy school instructor in the pet industry! (Which means her amazing pet product bargains are yours too! 😉) Brad is a student at Holmesglen TAFE studying his first year of Networking, is a whiz at all things technical, and would be happy to deal with any totally annoying technical failures with WiFi or your computer if a housemate ever needed a hand! Together we're hoping to bring our two furry friends - Gemma's greyhound, Bellatrix, who I assure you will have you weak in the knees within seconds, and Brad's indoor cat, Mia, who is a little princess. 🐱 (Gemma is also hoping to apply all her certified dog training skills into bringing a new puppy into the mix sometime in the near future.) We are not too picky on our new home other than friendly, fun, and carefree housemates who are happy to have a quiet night in (maybe watching horror movies, if they're up to it!) but also respect each others privacy and keep a comfortable home environment. The home is in Cheltenham which is approximately 19 km from the CBD, 5 min from the beach and 5 min from the train station . There is also a bus stop 5 min walk from our home. The train is express and goes directly into the city. It's just myself and my 15 year old daughter living at the home. We are very relaxed, easy going as well as very family orientated. The home has ducted heating and cooling,, internet, off street parking and a swimming pool. The only rule is that you treat us and the home with respect. Hey we are Steph and Justin! I work in hospitality and Justin plays footy and trains at the gym everyday. I also train a few times a week! We eat very healthy raw fresh produce as I have intolerances so we will prob take up half the fridge with meat veggies and fruit, but we will cook grouse dinners for you as well. We always clean up after ourselves and like keeping things neat and tidy! We love being outside and adventuring, going out for food and drinks, shopping (Kmart runs). We are wanting an unfurnished master room, either with ensuite or without as long as it has a very large wardrobe! We hope you allow pets as we would love to adopt a dog, but we can wait until we move on!
