Hi all! I am a Canadian student doing a one semester exchange at Monash University. I'm looking for a cosy furnished room around Clayton campus (although I have no problem with a good walk or with taking the bus) for 4 months. This would be from mid-July to mid-November but I am open to discuss this. I have been living with flatmates for the past two years and I am easy to get along with. I love cooking and consider myself tidy and respectful. I am very much looking forward in sharing a place and meeting new people. Hi, I'm Nikki. I'm a third year Laboratory Medicine student at RMIT University and will be undertaking a 40-week placement soon at Monash Medical Centre so I'm looking for a place nearby that could accommodate me for such period of time. I'd be a pretty cool housemate as I am neat & tidy, friendly & easy-going, and I respect other people's privacy. I'm also a non-smoker and a non-drinker. I don't party much but I enjoy hanging out with friends and eating tons of food. :)
Fabulously completely new renovated 3 bedroom house, common areas fully furnished, bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished. Price is higher than normal as everything in the house is new and bills included with unlimited wifi. Ducted heating and cooling, and new hot water system so fabulous hot water whenever you need it, freshly painted and polished floorboards new secure windows. There is a large back garden and heaps of off street parking. Close to Monash university, Monash Hospital and bus route not far from house. Close to Chadstone shopping centre and Oakleigh cafe's and restaurants and several gyms to choose from . Date available could be negotiated- THE PLACE IS FURNISHED BUT ROOM CAN COME WITH OR WITHOUT BED
The bedroom is a double size with BIR; generally unfurnished, but some occasional furniture is available if required, but you will need your own bed as a minimum. The rest of the apartment includes a full size bathroom with attached, but separate WC; bath and separate shower, fully furnished main living room, and most importantly a spacious and practical feature, a secondary, separate living area which is a big advantaged when sharing a 2 bedroom unit; especially for those that love reality TV, because I cannot stand that shit.. Lol.... This offers you your own space, and I am more than happy for you to make it your own by re- furnishing it however you wish, within reason; The kitchen is well appointed, including near new dishwasher (big plus), separate laundry (good washing machine, with a clothes dryer) The rear court yard is bigger than you would expect from a 2 bedroom unit, (a fab feature, which has an undercover sitting area, with a big outdoor table setting and also a sunny lawn space too with a retractable clothes line. Room for one car in an off street parking .Public transport at the front door, major shopping centres, Southland, and DFO just up the road.
I work Mon - Fri 8 30am - 5pm in a regional role throughout the Inner and South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. I've lived around this area for majority of my life. I keep myself busy with sport and a few hobbies so rarely home. When I am home I don't mind binge watching a TV series, having a beer or wine or even a casual chat. I'm a pretty relaxed person and not phased by much, I also thoroughly enjoy a good laugh

Hello to each and every-one of you, who is taking the time to read my bio. I am gonna tell you, as it is; I am a great cook (but I am not a foodie, no way). I mean what is a, "foodie"?? The latest, "Trendy" word of the hour? Get out of here. When I'm not working or studying, I enjoy heading into town, meeting up with friends, museums, movies, parks or just hang back at home and read a good book. I am outgoing, but on the flip side, hanging about home with any potential housemate/s, provided they wish to is just as chill. I love to spend time with friends, just as much; I enjoy forming/making new friendships. I am a very approachable, friendly individual and I am a great listener and I give as well as I get. I am well read, and proud of my educational/work achievements. I had the pleasure of Studying: Engineering and Law. My Engineering major was in Automotive/Aerospace. This allowed me, to Work and Befriend some of the brightest of people in the, Australian Engineering industry. Other things about me; well my Father is from Austria, whilst my Mother is from Turkey. The rest is for another day. Now to my point; "So Just Chill", cause I am, I am as cool as a cucumber, and do not sweat the small stuff (well, I try not to); What For? Anyways, to those who are reading my intro, I believe I’ve bored you plenty enough, or maybe not. Nonetheless, I now call an end to my intro, wishing all who read or do not; a Remarkable, Blissful, Happy, Healthy, Prosperous, Joyful, Imaginative, Momentous Life. I honestly hope you find what you are looking for in life, the thing that makes you "HAPPY", as well as those around you (your happiness, should not be as a result of someone else demise). Thank you in advance, for taking the time to read, take care and be well. Kindest of regards, Ken.
