Hey there! I'm Samuel - I work in hospitality at a cafe/restaurant a few days a week and study music on a part time basis at Box Hill Institute. I like to have a casual drink and chat and hang but rehearsal and study takes up most of my time so I'm fairly happy in my own space. I don't particularly want to live with bedroom dwellers who treat the place we live together as a frat house with 6,000 dishes everywhere because frankly I'm getting too old.. A nice garden that I would love to contribute would be a plus. I'm happy to live with pets as long as they rock. I'm really into going to gigs, films, whatever is going on if people want to hang out and do cool stuff. I spend a lot of time out in the northern suburbs having a boogie. I go to festivals and work in food trucks maybe four times a year. I'm 420 friendly (jazz student, duh) but I don't imbibe myself at all. I smoke a ciggie probably once in a blue moon!
Warm, clean and inviting. I've dressed the house with lovely furniture for a cosy, homely feel. At home to greet you is 2 little dogs, a pug and a frenchie! Both love cuddles and enjoy being around people.. The house is double story and 3 bedrooms but you'll only be sharing with myself. The actual room it's self fits quite comfortably a queen sized bed, side table and draw unit. It also has wall to wall mirrored wardrobes, it has plenty of space for your hanging clothes 👌 You'll have your own full sized bathroom with bath. A lovely backyard and a single lock up garage which is used for storage. The house is fully furnished so all you need is stuff for a bedroom and you're done. Looking for a single professional (no couples) and being a non smoker myself, I have to say no to smokers. Being the dogs are important to the household you must love dogs😄😄

I am an easy going guy who is moving from Belgium to Melbourne to do a PhD at Monash University. I am a calm person and I like to have my own space. However, I do enjoy to have a small talk or have drinks or dinner together.
I'm a 2nd year apprentice locksmith working full time in Oakleigh , looking for a place to stay that's within driving distance to work. I like to keep tidy and I'm pretty respectful and easy going to live with, keep to my own space but enjoy socializing. Happy to help around the house and don't mind cooking. Looking to stay for at least a year but I'm flexible. If you have any inquiries, please contact me.
I am currently studying at Monash uni. Due to my large study load (particularly during exam periods) I would prefer a reasonably quiet and tidy living arrangement however I'm not particularly fussy in that department. I work part time at Coles doing nightfill, so would often be out during the evenings. I am interested in sport and fitness, food particularly asian cuisine (I would say I'm a decent cook) and music, specifically house and trance. I would like to move in within next month, sooner if possible. As I have 2 years left of my course I would prefer to stay for that duration, however that is negotiable.
Hi there, I'm 25 yrs of age working as a full-time nurse. Looking for a place closer to Monash Medical Centre as I'll be starting my job there first week of April. Been living in Melbourne for over a year now. Used to live in NZ for 9 years, originally from the Philippines :) I am an easy-going person, happy to chat with a cup of tea or a glass of wine/cocktails haha but can also respect someone's space. And most of all I love keeping my place neat and tidy.

I'm 34 yr old full time worker from the Central Coast of NSW. I am in Melbourne for work after a Hail storm in December last year and looking for a place to live for the next 3-6 months. I spend a lot of time working and on my days off will be out exploring Melbourne or returning to the central coast . I am tidy and respectful of other house mates but am always up for a chat. I am more than happy to help with lawns and cleaning
I’m a 23 year old dad to two rad little women that I have shared care of (no specific times can accommodate potential housemates schedule). Currently a full time student at Box Hill Institute, doing a Cert III in Animal Studies. I’m working towards becoming a vet so I can do something more for animals in need. Been cruelty free since 2k13 🥑🍉🍔 Plant based for the animals 🐷🐣🐮 I am looking for a place around Melbourne or Frankston areas to share with like minded, preferably vegan housemates that won’t mind the occasional overnight stay of my two daughters (ages 2.5years and 7months). I’m easy going, can be super sociable but like to spend a lot of my time at home either learning something new, playing video games or reading. Plus the occasional 50+ hour Netflix sesh. I’m told that I’m very good at exaggerating, but I don’t see it at all 🧐🤪 Totally supportive of LGBTQ+ beings. I couldn’t care less what anyone does as long as it isn’t harming anyone else. I don’t smoke cigarettes anymore; quit about 3 years ago but don’t care if housemates do. I’ve lived out of home since I was 16 so I’m very capable when it comes to household duties. I’m also not bad in the kitchen and happy to share meals occasionally. Looking forward to meeting some new people and hopefully finding a place to call home 👨👧👧🌴🏠 Please feel free to message me ⬇️ ✌️ 📱📸 IG: hktpq
I'm studying full time at Sandringham Secondary College and consider myself a very arty student. I love to keep tidy, decorate, clean and organise spaces. I'm interested in drawing, photography and sculpture, visiting art galleries often. I keep to myself mainly but more than happy to engage in small talk or conversation when appropriate. I don't make a lot of noise and keep a calm and positive outlook on life :)
I'm honest, friendly, easy to get along with though I do tend to keep to myself and always clean up after myself. I'm new to house sharing but due to how my life has played out lately I really need to find some sort of accommodation that has some security behind it and not find myself having to move again in a couple weeks or months time. I have been doing domestic cleaning for myself for quite a few years now on a casual basis plus I receive Newstart benefits as I don't earn enough through just cleaning. I am constantly looking for full-time employment and have been doing some small courses to hopefully help. I don't own a car, therefore I do walk a lot and also rely on public transport.
