I am an easy going straightforward guy and like to make new friends
26 year old Australian born male, full time student at the University of Adelaide in a Bachelor of Arts focused on Music and Sociology. For work I have two part time jobs, one is at a food wholesaler. the other is in the wine industry. In my spare time I like to go hiking locally, but in my breaks I will often travel. I also DJ as a form of relaxation - you might have heard me on Fresh92.7. I tend to keep to myself a lot within a share house in environment because I am quite a busy person, but I can also be a massive socialiser when the time is right.
Quiet, clean and easy going, enjoys the outdoors. Respect every religion and gender orientation. Not exactly a neat freak, but you will not find my socks lying around the house. Since I may be travelling at time, you might not even notice my presence.
I would say I am a laid back and down to earth person with a strong passion for technology and the arts. I am well versed in flatmate living arrangements and I consider myself to be very courteous and generous. I work in Computer Science and Audio Technology, I also study part-time to further my keen interests and my career. I am always on a quest for knowledge and yearn to learn something new every day :)
Easy going, conscious guy, love meditation, personal development, photography, nutritious cooking, beach action, just got back into cricket and passed L1 Salsa! Started new business in Jan so focused on building that atm. Been known to have a cheeky beverage and a boogie on the weekends!

We are not party animals but are always up for a good talk, a beer or a movie night. Non smokers and pet friendly. We both love working out and hiking to discover new places. We also like reading, photography, travelling and hanging out with friends.

I am a mature 22 year old, responsible and reliable. I don't party, or have a crazy social life. I enjoy being home and working on the house and being in the garden. I don't drink often, enjoy a glass of rosè every now and then. I work full time as a Nanny (up at 500hrs) work from 600hrs to 830hrs. I go to the gym 4 days a week during the day then pick the kids up from 1515 every week day. Normally finish up work around 2030. I enjoy quiet weekends reading, catching up with friends for brunch, seeing the latest movie or working on the house. I prefer to have my own space, so own bathroom would be ideal, but not a deal breaker if the housemate is clean and respectable. I have my own car so a garage if preferred, but good street parking is also fine. I will hopefully be going to university next year studying eduction, so that will also take up some of my days also. I am going to Japan for most of January, so I am looking for someone flexable during Jan as I would prefer to not pay while I am not there. If this all sounds good, give me a buz or an email! Denielle
I am a new migrant from India, easygoing and friendly interested in sharing with like minded people male or female or with a small family. I am committed to live there for at least an year to start with as I settle down there.I will be independently living there without bothering any of the flatmates as I will be busy with my own commitments.
Hey, My names Guy and I work full-time in real estate and also run an online business. I am currently living with my brother but looking to re-locate in the next few months. I would prefer to rent somewhere in the eastern suburbs close to the city or in the city and also to share with one other person (Preferably female but I'm open to more housemates depending on house size and layout). I have many interests including health and fitness, gym, reading, hiking, cooking, travelling etc. I have lived in Adelaide my whole life and have a small group of good friends. I occasionally like to entertain and like a relaxed, chilled environment. I am very clean, mindful and easy-going. I believe in open and honest communication in a share house. It's always great when you can become friends too. I am looking for someone who likes to be social and also respectful of each others privacy. *The dog in the picture is not mine and I have no pets but I would like to get a dog if possible (although it's not a deal breaker). I do love all animals but am allergic to cats.
Hi all, I'm a full time PhD student at UniSA and also work in retail on the weekends. I'm looking for a housemate to move into the spare room in the house I'm currently in. The place is in Norwood. 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, gas cooker. Small garden outback and a carport you could use if needed. $200 per week, includes Internet. Really close to the parade. I'm quite busy so wont be at home during the day a lot. Looking to live with other like minded people. Cheers
My name is Marianna, I'm 24, I'm very easy going and tidy, work fulltime so mostly stick to myself, but happy to be social with a housemate to, happy to help with any cooking aswell, I'm a beauty therapist, so am trained in massages, waxing etc, I do have a small very sweet Maltese terrier that I'm hoping to find a shareholder suitable or someone willing to find a house with me and my pup :) *will pay extra to keep my pup*
I am a separated female with a young outlook on life, loving music, yoga, walks and catching up with friends. I am very social but like time on my own. I squish my work hours into 4 days per week so I can have one full day off so I can catch up on stuff. I get along well with females, males, children and animals. I like to keep a neat clean home and I am an "early to bed, early to rise" person. I have 4 gorgeous adult kids and some special friends who would visit from time to time. Looking to share with someone who has a similar outlook on life to me.
I have just finished uni and started working. I am clean and easy to get along with. There must be mutual respect for each other. I have been house sharing for 5 years now, and i have never had any bad experiences. I enjoy relaxing over food and getting out on the weekends.
Easy going person that is clean and tidy, spends a lot of time at work, can be social or keep to myself depending on the environment, have lived in shared accommodation before so I have experience in making it work
PERFECT if you're working or studying in the city. After looking at many properties when deciding to move to Adelaide, I found this property had the most reasonable rent for a prime location and included furnishings. It's a two minute walk to the bus stop on the same street and a ten minute drive to the CBD. The body corporate manages the beautiful, spacious garden outside. The property has been recently renovated, the room for rent has a very large wardrobe and can fit a queen/double sized bed and desk. There is an inbuilt dresser with a lot of drawers and cupboards. There is unlimited internet every month for $40. There's a shared water bill between all residents, which is usually quite inexpensive. I'm looking for a flatmate who is organised, has a relatively set routine and who can agree to a set of house rules. The lease expires in February 2017, however, I'm looking at releasing the property next year. If you become my flatmate, the next six months may be considered a precursor to the lease extension.
We are a clean and tidy, friendly, easygoing couple with a good sense of humour, non-smokers with no pets (but love dogs!) We are hard-working, reliable and honest, and enjoy reading, movies and video games.
I got my pharmacy internship in Wollongong, which is simultaneously a happy occasion and a sad one. Happy because, well, I got an internship, WHEE~~. Sad coz it’s not in SA, meaning I’ll have to give up my current home, which I spent so much time in the beginning of the year searching for. I’ll be moving out officially on the 28th of November. So, the purpose of this post basically is: DOES ANYBODY (or know anybody who would) WANT TO TAKE OVER MY LEASE (which ends in mid Feb, and I’m sure something can be worked out with the agent so as to continue on from there)? Both rooms will be available since my current housemate is moving out as well. Rent is $290/week, paid fortnightly. Pros: 1) It’s in Norwood, 2-minute walk from bus stop 9. Smack in the middle of the Parade, there are many restaurants to choose from and is literally behind the Norwood Coles parking lot. 2) It’s fully furnished. However, I am looking to hopefully sell my TV ($50), washing machine ($200) and fridge($150), price of which are negotiable. The queen sized bed in 1 room is also up for sale. The sofa set and the single bed in the other room will be given to the new tenant. 3) Electricity and internet have been set up. The electricity plan I have with Simply Energy was signed during a promotion. It offers 28% discount off the overall quarterly bill and I would be glad to transfer it over to the new tenant. Our last bill was around $350. Internet is with Dodo, and has been pretty stable for as long as I’ve had it. Unlimited ADSL2+ for $60/month. Keen to transfer that over too. 4) Car park. 5) I'll gradually think of things to add. Cons: 1) It’s a tricky situation, but if anybody’s interested, we can all sit down and have a chat with the agent. I’m sure that we will be able to work something out. TL/DR: Looking for someone to take over unit in its entirety. I'll break my lease and hire professionals to clean up the place for inspection before leaving. PM to discuss.
I am looking to rent out two rooms. There are three available, so we are looking to negotiate based on what is preferred by you. There are two standard size rooms, but a bigger room which will cost a little more. There are furnishings available, such as chest of draws, wardrobe and bed in each room. Plus a desk for each room. There is a spacious kitchen and lounge area. It is air conditioned and with internet. The house is close to local shops, with about 5 minutes to the Parade and 10 minutes to the CBD. Must be friendly and responsible around the house.
Unique opportunity to live in the heart of Norwwood, just 250 meters from Cafes Cinemas and the hustle and bustle of the Parade. I am a young professional looking for housemates/to join an existing house. I work long hours in the Adelaide Hills but in my spare time enjoy keeping fit, cooking, travelling and socialising. I have lived in share housing for many years and am a very considerate housemate. Looking for some other people (preferably in their 20s) in a similar situation.
Hi there i'm Nicole! I'm 19 and currently studying at Flinders Uni. I have 2 part-time jobs and am eager to find a place to of my own to share with others. In my spare time I like to binge watch films and catch up with family or my boyfriend. Preferably looking for others around a similar age that enjoy sharing a few drinks and conversation together to share a home with. Hope to hear from anyone interested!
I'm a cheerful, full time worker who has house shared in the past. I understand the need to respect both your property and space. I am friendly and polite. I enjoy both nights in watching movies and nights out socialising. Please don't hesitate to drop me a line and say hey (:
Hi, I have just started working a grad job in the city, working at the District Courts. This means my hours are 8:30 to around 6:00pm (sometimes later). I am tidy and respectful when living with other people. I like my own space but also like drinking red wine with friends. Other interests include travelling, music festivals, movies.
Hi guys! I'm almost finished with my teaching degree (just a few weeks to go and I'll be qualified) and work in a pharmacy on weekends. I've been renting for a year and a half now and am looking to move out of my current place into somewhere bigger and with less drama. I'm 23, friendly, bit of a nerd but also very sociable. I appreciate a bit of downtime and the need for privacy but am also more than happy to share a few glasses of wine over dinner and chat or play a few board games/video games. I like to think I'm clean in common areas (just don't look in my room >_< the floordrobe is very real) and love cooking. Hobbies of mine include: anime, netflix, games, cultures, languages, playing piano (it's electric with headphones), *trying* to keep fit, going for walks, swimming and hanging out with friends. I tend to be out of the house most of the time as I keep busy with work, uni, family and friends. I'm an animal lover but tend to be allergic to a lot of cats =( Please let me know if you think you have something that'd suit me!
Full-time student at Adelaide University. Looking to share a place in the city, or somewhere close to the city, with clean, tidy and responsible person. *Prefer to share a place with one person only* I am currently sharing an apartment at the East End and have few of my own furniture that I will be bringing with me when I move out of this place (queen bed, bedside tables, desk, bookcase, rugs, dresser, washing machine, coffee table, Tv, Tv table and some kitchen appliances). So I would prefer a place where I can fit my furniture in, or ideally a person who I can team up with to share an apartment. I am into health, fitness and anything active as well as art related. I enjoy cooking, playing tennis, working out and socialising in my spare time.
