Hi! How are you? A little about us. My partner (Sean 30 years old) is a traffic controller ( level2) in stable work and has worked with his company TCI now for 4 years. I (Stacey 25 years old) am currently doing study from home and receiving centre link benefits as such. We are expecting our first child who is due in November ( a little miss!) Our combined fortnightly income is $1600 ( although this can sometimes be higher when Sean gets away from home work) We do not have any previous rental history as we have only lived with family but with starting our own little family we would like to be more independent.
