Hi all!! I'm new to looking at living with someone who I don't know personally but looking forward to it!! I work full time with odd and flexible hours at times. I have lived in many share houses with friends before so understand and respect personal space but if you want to chat over a glass or 2 of wine after work I can definitely do that too!! Looking to live with someone/people around the same age who I can hopefully live easily with. I like cooking, shopping and socialising. I'm not a neat freak but very clean and tidy
I'm looking for 1 house mate to share with me(second bedroom, pictured). House is a new 3 bedroom house with built in robes, and is fully furnished. Room currently has a single bed which can be negotiated. Rent of $200 p.w (paid fortnightly) plus bills. 4 weeks bond required up front. Pets negotiable for the right applicant. Prefer someone professionally employed, easy going, with a relatively quiet lifestyle, who enjoys drinks/dinner and occasional outings when we're both available. Feel free to message me regarding any further queries you may have. Cheers.
Any Area East, South preferred, happy to move further away from the city, clean and non-smoker, drug free, alcohol occasionally, non interfering, single, happy to help around house work, walking, like to travel, looking for 3 months plus.

Hey there, we are two pretty chilled out ppl who are looking to fill 3 empty rooms in our lovely old place. Situated in beautiful Tranmere, we are very close to the shops, and a quick bus ride to the city. The three rooms are available now. Not hugely sized, but they are cozy. One has a mattress if needed. There is a decent sized living room with aircon, room for another couch and a great secure backyard with plenty of room. We don't have a washing machine atm but there is a laundromat very close by. There are a couple of small sheds out the back for storage as well.
Recently renovation townhouse, new floors and painting etc. internet and reverse cycle aircon in every room. Great central location. Although off a main road, it is surprisingly quiet as I have recently installed soundproof windows in main living area and bedroom. There is a balcony running off both rooms and a nice courtyard area out the back
- Walking distance to Firle Plaza Shopping Centre (Coles, Kmart, Medical Centre, Australia Post, Pharmacy, Banks etc), Glynburn Plaza (Indian, Korean, Asian Supermarkets, Fitness 24/7 Gym, Caffee Primo, Restaurants etc), Marden Shopping Centre - One minute walk to Bus Stop 17 (Buses H33, H30, H20, 178) to CBD, Universities, Rundle Mall etc - 10 minutes by bike to UniSA Magill Campus - Fully furnished single room from $145, twin share / couple rooms from $95/person/week including bills and wireless internet - Large living and kitchen area - International students welcome
We have a pretty chilled, happy relaxed environment. We are all respectful of each other's space and belongings but..fairly often share a glass of wine, a meal, and a board game together. Home comes with everything you need, fully functioning kitchen with well stocked accessories, lovely large room with built ins, awesome gas heater, dishwasher, seperate toilet, eat in kitchen, huge lounge, seperate small bedroom with a bit of storage space (if you got stuff that needs storing) and AC. Room is unfurnished but can be furnished upon request.
I'm an easygoing person, looking for a nice place in Adelaide that I can call home for 3 months, while I complete an internship. I love my own space, but also enjoy company and a glas of wine to unwind after a long day. I like to be fairly active and spend my spare time exploring the great outdoors and will hopefully find some nice areas to hike not too far from the city. It would be nice to live with someone with a laid back attitude, who also knows how to replace the toilet paper once it runs out :)
Share a gorgeous modern newly built house with a mum of two boys (6 and 8) who stay 8 nights a fortnight. Your own private room and bathroom, huge mirrored built in robes, lovely tranquil back garden, quiet peaceful cul-de-sac, amazing brand new house. Everything available in house, washing machine, fridge, furniture, beautiful surroundings. Please note that while the photo shows furnishings in the available bedroom, your room will be unfurnished.
I'm a 19 year old student in my fourth year of Uni and am looking to move to Adelaide for my final year. I don't mind having some fun but also don't like things getting too untidy. I can cook and won't complain when housework needs to be done.
I'm 18 years old, working part time and studying at university. I am easy going and friendly, and love people I can chat and connect with. I like my own space and downtime, but I also love to socialise and have a drink with friends. I'm clean and tidy, easy to negotiate with, and really respectful of other people's needs and quiet time. I'm looking for somewhere with a minimum stay time no longer than 3-4 months (although there is a chance I will be looking to stay for a longer term after that if its offered). I love animals so pets are no issue. I'm also pretty open to different locations.
Hi my name is Melvin and I'm looking for a place to stay in Adelaide or any nearby suburbs that is close to the city really as I am starting a job soon there. I'm a tidy person, non-smoker and would say that I'm a pretty easygoing person. :) Looking for furnished rooms preferably!
I'm a 22yo final year law student at Adelaide. Have rented before so we know how to be sociable but also respectable to others' personal space. Clean, friendly and love good coffee. Please let me know if you have anything close to the Adelaide Uni.
I am easy going bloke who enjoys meeting new people. I would describe myself as esoteric. I am well educated and very respectful of others differences based on being a final year law student. I enjoy meeting new people and enjoy cooking. I also like listening to records in my spare time.
I am mature age with own furniture and BMW which I am very fond of. Unfortunately my art deco "heritage listed" home of the last 10 years is being knocked down and I have to find a place for myself and possessions. (I can't do without my big screen TV's, computer equipment or 16 drawer office furniture but can put the rest in storage if need be). I am single, have references spanning many years and would like to view properties pending initial chat/conversation. Please let me know of a time agreeable to discuss possibilities. Kind Regards, Michael .
Hi, I'm Carina and I am 22 years old. I'm looking for a place to live (preferably long term). I'm currrently just doing volunteer work and looking for work. I will be going back to study soon. I'm tidy, clean and respectful of others and rules. I'm easy going, keep to myself but can enjoy the occasional social drink or meal or chit chat. Thanks.
