I am an extremely tidy person and I always pick up after myself so I would say I am easy to live with. I absolutely love animals although I don't have any myself but I am open to living with them!

I'm moving to Gatton for university. I want to eventually study veterinary science but what I study first will depend on my ATAR. I am fun, easy-going and an all round chilled out person. I can be shy at first but once I break out of my shell, I get along with pretty much anyone. I will be leaving my current job when I move and will start searching for a job in Gatton as soon as I can. I have a pretty tame budgie named Pokkee who I will be bringing with me to Gatton. Drama free, decent person to share rental home with - East Toowoomba, best part of town, nice n quiet and reasonably close to shops etc Hands down the best part of this place is the atmosphere - it's a great house with a relaxed feel and just awesome to live in. I've been here two years now and am hoping to find someone after a longer term arrangement, but open to negotiate on this provided sufficient notice is given before you move on. You'll have to go on the lease, though. The place currently rents for $285/week, and utilities come in at $65/week, but I'm asking $160 with utilities included. The quirky house is 1930's old school, so stain-glass windows along the front, tall intricate ceilings, big rooms, no fly screens, outside laundry and weird old fashioned keys - you know the ones. There's a big yard with some garden going on, so if you're into that kind of thing you're very welcome to help out maintaining it. Your room is pretty big, it's the main room so it's got a big bay window with stain-glass and the only 'built-in' in the house - no ceiling fans or aircon so it does get warm but I'll chuck in a pedestal fan if you're interested and there's a great breeze through the place most days. You can also have the lounge room for yourself as I don't use it, I have an office where I spend much of my time. The place is furnished, though your room won't be - there could be a queen sized bed if you require it, and there's a decent sized shed for storage if required. If you want to set up the lounge room with your own stuff, I'm happy to put my own in the shed.
