The room is large with stained glass windows and furnished with a large wardrobe and double bed with bedside table and standing light. We have a full kitchen set up and most of the furniture but you are more then welcome to add anything :) The lounge room is set up with a massive TV, and there is another room virtually empty opening out onto a large backyard where we enjoy BBQ's and music! We grow our own chilli and if you have a green thumb we are starting to plant various vegetables and chilli! It's a 2 minute walk to the park down the road that has a separate mini beach on the water. I share my life with a beautiful, well behaved border collie (medium/large dog) who is house trained and friendly. She needs some outdoor space however I will be walking her a lot. I’d love to live with people who have similar interests - not party animals but also like to have a good time. I like to cook, stay fit and also enjoy a drink at the end of a busy week. I’m extremely clean and tidy and always clean up after myself. I work a lot, sometimes from home. I also have my own fridge and washing machine, if needed in a household. Drummoyne is a great part of Sydney. We have direct public transport to the city right out outside the building there is a bus stop and frequent buses available on Victoria road direct to the city. Drummoyne is a great neighborhood ! We have views of the bay from our back balcony. Beautiful peaceful spot to share a place. Great environment for active people , short walk to Drummoyne Oval, shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs, bay-run, bus, ferry transport to the city.The apartment is a three bedroom spacious living space. The building is dated , probably built in the 60's or 70's. But even though its not a flashy new place we have a great view and living space to share. The apartment and the room for rent is fully furnished. The laundry, living room, kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. You are welcome to bring any furniture you may have, we have some space, and also some storage in the garage. The room for rent has a wardrobe a queen sized bed frame and mattress, new pillows and doonas if you need/want them, full length mirror, bedside lamp and bed side table. The ferry stop is around a 10-15 min walk from our place. The rent is $250/week. Long, Short term or temporary stay are welcome to apply. 2 weeks rent in advance required as Bond.
