I’ve been in this property for a few months, now and am really loving it! I’ve really taken the time to pick a great place to call home am quite happy I did. I’ve furnished it quite well, and yet have allowed for someone to bring their own creativity to the place Quite happy to share my home with someone… Some highlights from living here for a bit: 1. Proximity to water! The shore is a 2 min walk and there’s heaps of great waterside walks to get out and about… 2. Property has been renovated since the last tenancy and is absolutely new - kitchen, bathroom, carpeting, paint work, etc. It really does have that new apartment feel to it! 3. I’ve furnished the place with enough to make it cozy and homely; this includes ALL new appliances/whitegoods (kitchen & laundry) The living room and study are also furnished. And, while you don’t need to bring a thing, if you have your own books/bookshelves/couches/futons/electronics – there’s heaps of place in this roomy apartment… 4. Brilliant public transport connectivity – buses/ferries are 2/4 mins away and really regular. 5. Great café, pizzeria, deli and a bottleshop right next door! ;) This really is about sharing a home for me, so if you’re tired of sharehouses and are looking to call somewhere home with good, mature company, let’s talk.
The apartment itself is located in Chiswick, a quiet nook with harbour views and easy access to the city. The ferry wharf is a two-minute walk away, and the bus stop is at our door step. There's also a convenience/liquor store right outside, as well as the famous Blackwall Cafe. The apartment is freshly renovated, super modern and well kept. My room contains an extremely comfy double bed and built in wardrobe, should you need the space. I'm happy to provide bed linen and extra pillows/blankets, or you can bring your own. We have a fully contained kitchen with everything available to you, as well as an internal laundry with a washer/dryer. Use the wifi if you like, I'll even leave you my Netflix login. I have an undercover parking space which is optional, but there is always plenty of street parking.

Join us at our three storey large house with two large living areas and two large balconies with water views. We are close to the waterfront, parks and bus stop and Chiswick ferry. The room available is very large and is 2 rooms in one. As there is a pre-room which fits a sofa and table and chairs, which leads into the larger room (bedroom) which fits a queen/king size bed with extra room. There is an existing wardrobe (not a built-in) that can be used. It could be possible to have 2x single beds in these 2 rooms. The additional amount to cover bills would be $30 for an additional person. Photos to follow shortly.
I am a full-time teacher working in Five Dock. I am easy-going and clean. I love cooking and I am an animal lover (Even I don't have now). I don't smoke and not a party animal. I am looking for a room and hoping the housemate would be similar to me: Clean and not making big noise during midnight. The Ideal room would be a double room with wardrobe and no need to share the bathroom with too many people.I will need a good kitchen to use too.Thank you
I'm a pretty easy going, chilled out girl who doesn't mind a good chat with my roomies but also respectful of the need of personal space. I like to think I'm fairly funny, not a clean freak but definitely not a pig with personal belongings around the house. Absolutely love banter and dad jokes are my weakness!
I am looking for a place to stay I want to relocate to Sydney due to my work demand on the railway. I am currently staying with a friend in five dock and I really like the area. I am very neat and tidy and trustworthy.
I'm down to earth, tidy, pay rent on time and reliable. I'm studying and working. Don't smoke, don't drink and am easy to talk to.
First and Foremost I am fully house trained IE: CLEAN and TIDY, I am also a good cook but I won't be trapped into doing it all the time, as a past employer and charter operator, my people skills are generally pretty good but I don't suffer fools very well, especially if they are annoying other people, I'm a senior first aider if s*&t happens, my hobbies are many and varied, I drive a Corvette, ride a Harley and spend as much time as I can sailing my big sail boat, I also enjoy interacting with people from all walks of life.
I am Clare, mid twenties American girl, and a masters student at UNSW. I also work part-time at the hospital. Looking to move in the end of August. I will be traveling late June to late August, will need a place when I get back. =) I am a pretty fun and social girl, I like exploring all that Sydney has to offer.

Hi, my name is Bessie. I am a bubbly 25 year old looking for a wonderful place to live in. I work full time as and EA in Architecture and also have a casual job working the photo-booth at party's. :) My hobbies include craft (sewing, designing, anything creative) and competitive cheerleading 2 nights a week. I have a pet turtle named Squirts McTurts, and a Burmese cat named Happy. :) I am looking for a friendly place that will accept me and my animals, or someone who is also a cat person to team up with and find our own place. I am friendly and love to have a chat, but due to being so busy, like to have time to myself to recuperate as well. :) I am a bit of a nerd, love CGI, anime, and a few games (I studied 3D animation). I also love to go for a drink and explore Sydney. If you would like any more information, let me know. Thanks guys. :)
I just got back from a long stint working in China, need a new base of operations in Sydney. So, I'm "mature", friendly, quiet, non-smoker, I don't mind a beer or glass of wine at times -but well past my partying days - I prefer coffee these days. I'm a big music, comedy & podcast fan. I'm interested in geeky stuff, although I'm ambivalent about superheroes + Star Wars. I love a good bike ride, enjoy seeing music or comedy live, and when I can, getting out in nature. I've been known to cook once in a while. I attended the Chop It All Up & Bung It in a Pan school of cookery. I'm looking for friendly people who have their own things going on, but don't mind a chat either.
Hi, I'm looking to fill a room in Drummoyne. The room is a good size with a big window that you can see the bay from, & it easily fits a double bed and then some. The apartment gets lots of light. Bills are roughly $80/month ($30 for internet and power is split evenly) and the bond is 4 weeks. I'm terrible at writing these so if you have any questions/are interested shoot me a message :)
The area is great to live in, quiet with cafes and shops within walking distance. The apartment gets a lot of sunshine and has a very open setting to it. Looking for people to move in by the 22nd of May. Looking for someone either male or female between the ages of 20-28
