My name is Antoni. I am 33 year old male, lived in Sydney now for over 2 years but originally from Adelaide. I work full time regular (although usually long) hours in Lane Cove West with a little bit of interstate/overseas travel from time to time. I am looking to find somewhere to call home with someone who is relaxed & easy going. I would prefer somewhere furnished as I sold a lot of my furniture in Adelaide before the move to Sydney and have living in furnished apartments since. Currently looking at options of moving or extending my current stay. I am prompt with rent and all bills and am more than happy to share the workload with others to ensure a positive vibe and a clean household. I enjoy the good company of housemates over a wine/scotch and cheese platter, but at the same time enjoy space to myself. If you feel you have a place for me in your home then feel free to drop me a message. Thank you.
I'm moving to Sydney for work. I will be working full time as an architect in Gladesville. So I am keen to move anywhere in the areas listed. I am a goal oriented person and like to socialize in free time.
I’ve been in this property for a few months, now and am really loving it! I’ve really taken the time to pick a great place to call home am quite happy I did. I’ve furnished it quite well, and yet have allowed for someone to bring their own creativity to the place Quite happy to share my home with someone… Some highlights from living here for a bit: 1. Proximity to water! The shore is a 2 min walk and there’s heaps of great waterside walks to get out and about… 2. Property has been renovated since the last tenancy and is absolutely new - kitchen, bathroom, carpeting, paint work, etc. It really does have that new apartment feel to it! 3. I’ve furnished the place with enough to make it cozy and homely; this includes ALL new appliances/whitegoods (kitchen & laundry) The living room and study are also furnished. And, while you don’t need to bring a thing, if you have your own books/bookshelves/couches/futons/electronics – there’s heaps of place in this roomy apartment… 4. Brilliant public transport connectivity – buses/ferries are 2/4 mins away and really regular. 5. Great café, pizzeria, deli and a bottleshop right next door! ;) This really is about sharing a home for me, so if you’re tired of sharehouses and are looking to call somewhere home with good, mature company, let’s talk.

This apartment is fabulous. I rented in this block many years ago before buying this very unit I want to buy when I was renting 16 years earlier. It has water views from every window and is right on the water front with an inground pool. The other residents are fiendly and caring. I'm in adelaide a lot of the time so I need someone who will take care of the property for me. It's is fully furnished so all you need is your suitcase. If interested please let me know. I can't come back to Sydney before the end of April and then I can show it to you. Looking forward to a greet flatmate for company. Thanks Lucille Orr

I am a full-time teacher working in Five Dock. I am easy-going and clean. I love cooking and I am an animal lover (Even I don't have now). I don't smoke and not a party animal. I am looking for a room and hoping the housemate would be similar to me: Clean and not making big noise during midnight. The Ideal room would be a double room with wardrobe and no need to share the bathroom with too many people.I will need a good kitchen to use too.Thank you
Easy going, quiet & and keep to myself / respectful of privacy but up for a chat. Clean up after myself but not OCD. Work 2-3 jobs hours vary but I'm quiet when in or out early. If you watch loud TV till late at night through the week I'm probably not the right housemate for you. I pay my rent on time 😊 Work in sport science - fitness / training is both my lifestyle and passion. Looking to live with just 1 other person (consider 2 if a couple)
I'm a pretty easy going, chilled out girl who doesn't mind a good chat with my roomies but also respectful of the need of personal space. I like to think I'm fairly funny, not a clean freak but definitely not a pig with personal belongings around the house. Absolutely love banter and dad jokes are my weakness!
I work full time as a Brand Manager for a luxury cosmetic company. My office is based in Sydney but I travel around Australia every couple of weeks to visit clients. When I am not working I enjoy being active and living an active lifestyle. I am a social person and love to have a few casual wines and the odd night out dancing in old trashy Irish pubs. I am single and enjoy the flexibility a single lifestyle has to offer me at the moment and I don't see this changing anytime soon. I am looking for a place to call my home for at least 12 months. I am easy going and easy to live with. I look forward to sharing a bottle of wine with dinner and movies or the odd trashy Irish pub dance and beer. Tam

I'm a mature quiet and tidy professional who travels for business, and relocated from Brisbane to Sydney due to work commitments 6 months ago. Except for dinner parties, I'm not into house parties. I'm looking for share accommodation for initially 6 months and longer if the place is suitable, with 1 or 2 mature professional people of either gender. I don't mind living with pets but prefer cats..Room can be either furnished or unfurnished. Maximum of $300 including or excluding any outgoings. I would like something in any of the surrounding areas of Abbortsford, Concord, Newington, Botanica estate in Lidcombe, but am flexible with this and would consider further out if the place was right. I would also prefer off street parking if possible. I'm quiet, tidy, easy going, non smoker, non TV addict, who enjoys good conversation, respectful of others, and will pull my weight with household chores, including sharing the cost of groceries and cooking. In addition to other activities, I enjoy going to the markets, eating out on weekends and the movies.
Hey! I'm Marc I'm 26 and I'm a fully qualified mechanic from the UK/Scotland. I'm about to start work at the Mercedes Benz dealership in Rushcutters bay. I imagine I'll be fairly busy during the week working 8-4 Monday to Friday, so I'm looking for somewhere that I can come home to and chill out and relax. Currently in staying in edgecliff at a hotel so I'm looking for a place ideally as quickly as possible, hotels are nice but they don't have the homely feel and help to settle down. I'm a clean and tidy guy and back home in the uk I spent most nights down at my local gym and attending a few classes of mixed martial arts, I'm hoping to continue this here in Sydney aswell. Very open to exploring the city, beaches and any other things I don't know too much about, very easy to get along with and fairly laid back and hopefully find someone in the house who can improve my cooking skills! If you have any questions please don't hesitate too send them to me, I'll respond as quick as I can.
