Concerning me, I am an easy going and caring person that likes being outdoors and several kinds of sports. I play European football for a local team and I also like/play volleyball, table tennis, fitness/body weight exercises, bouldering, hiking. Of course I like hanging out, chilling, drinking a cold beer and having a nice conversation. I prefer to live in an open flat-sharing-community with nice people. Cats and dogs are absolutely no problem. I also prefer a furnished room. I’ll be in Perth on the 13th or 14th of October.
Hey! My name is Emma. I work full time as a teacher, into health and fitness and love being by the beach. I have a three year old Labrador who is absolutely gorgeous so will need somewhere that is happy to have him too. I like to keep pretty quiet during the week with training and school work, but occasionally have people over for dinner. Don't mind having people over for drinks etc on the weekends, but definitely don't want to live in a party house. I've got lots of household items (fridge, washing machine, Thermomix, TV, couch etc etc... actually, pretty much a whole house worth) but can put everything in storage if the house is fully furnished. I enjoy a good chat over a glass of wine or cup of tea and have a fairly busy social life that keeps me out of the house a fair bit on the weekends. I have a good network of friends who are all healthy, positive and lovely people. I run my own business which is internet based and keeps me busy.
You're going to love this place. Close to some great little cafes in Wembley we're a couple of minutes walk from lake Monga and a few more minutes to Leederville. It's a large house which allows us to all live somewhat independently and have our own space. Having said that, there's an awesome outdoor area for BBQ's and the kitchen works well for dinner parties (not that we're having raging parties all of the time). There's plenty of parking and it's close to public transport. Bedroom up for grabs comes with some furniture if you need it and its quite a large room. How large you ask... well... last housemate had a king size bed, a desk, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and a piano and still had room for more. Location wise is brilliant as it is within a couple of minutes walk to train stn and it is within couple of kilometre to the freeway both North and South and it is very close to shopping centre, beach, parks and universities. I am currently living in executive complex house and am looking for somebody who is clean, presentable, tidy and had capability in paying the rent and bills on time.

Hello potential room mate/s :) Ive moved here from brisbane in december. So im still semi-new to perth and what there is to do! Im a very fit and active person, yet I too have my lazy days where you'll find me in my bedroom watching a movie and ordering a pizza. If you like the movie choice I'll be happy to share my pizza! I train at the gym 6 days a week and work in sales in belmont, I love animals but dont have any - So its a win-win for me if you do. I dont smoke and I rarely drink but i do like to be social and go out - Im a good cook and if youre too lazy to cook dinner one night, i'll be happy to make us something. My weekends are usually spent cooking meals for my next week, catching up with friends and exploring what this great city has to offer. Over the last 8 years of renting I have lived with mainly females too, so maybe that shows I'm a very clean and tidy person? Or maybe I just like to make sure that everyone on a specific day gets in and cleans the whole place and then we can enjoy a nice meal out somewhere I do drive, so parking would be a preference but not a necessity as perth has lots of street parking. As well as a furnished room due to only moving here with my suitcases - However I have started looking at bedroom furniture (it would be about time to get my own things over here) I think I have covered everything about me, only thing to do is meet me in person and see for yourself if you like me - Im also looking for anywhere between 6-12 months, maybe less but as i've moved here from brisbane in December i'm trying to find a place where I can start to build myself and not have to move around
