My name is Brooke, I am 26yo and am a designer/brand manager. I work 3-4 days a week and freelance nights/weekends. Just putting my feelers out there at the moment, looking for a cheap, little room to stay over summer, possibly til mid Feb when I am planning on saying “seeya later Perth!”, throwing it all in and going backpacking. I have flexible move in dates. I am super clean, I love cooking weird shit and feeding people, and most the time I am pretty chill or doin shit (beach, gym, yoga, seeing mates, eating constantly). I’d like the place to have a nice, friendly vibe. I don’t watch a whole lot of TV, but I love music and I hope you don’t mind having some chill tunes on (I have headphones too). I am pretty social too and like having people about. Big ticket items are: a home for my car, fighting over bathroom time, wicked WiFi, and a little quiet to work and meditate. I have minimal stuff, so furnished doesn’t matter to me – so long as I am not living in someone else’s clutter. I don’t smoke, I drink a little, and am single. I will be easily woo’d with spice collections, vege patch, Spotify playlists, crazy travel stories, if you can speak spanish and musings about the universe. If this sounds like something that sounds like a deal, let’s catch up for a chat! Cheers! Brooke
Hey guys 😊 My name is Steffen. I am from Germany and I will start my working holiday year in mid-october. The German company I am working for at the moment has an Australian affiliated company that will hire me for six month when I am in Australia. That means I will be employed immediately when I move to WA. I have been in WA three times this year and I am already a bit familiar with the Australian language and culture. Concerning me, I am an easy going and caring person that likes being outdoors and several kinds of sports. I play European football for a local team and I also like/play volleyball, table tennis, fitness/body weight exercises, bouldering, hiking. Of course I like hanging out, chilling, drinking a cold beer and having a nice conversation. I prefer to live in an open flat-sharing-community with nice people. Cats and dogs are absolutely no problem. I also prefer a furnished room. I’ll be at Perth Airport in the early morning of the 14th of October.. Unfortunately I havent had time for flatmates.com during the last two weeks and I am still looking for a room. (I cant edit my details. I like children and all kinds of pets.)
The room is in a 2 Bedroom unit in a medium sized complex in Wembley and is furnished. the complex is in a quiet location set in landscaped gardens. The room has a view over the garden courtyard. I have lived here for 27 years and have experienced an 0% crime rate. There is an on site Laundry and plenty of Clothes Lines Space if you prefer not to use the Dryer. I do not have a set of rules for my Lodgers but I am neat, clean and tidy and respectful of other peoples bounderies and space. I expect the same from my Lodgers. Other than that, I am pretty easy going and Laid Back.

Clean and tidy person. Good sense of humour, respectful, team work. Good cooking skills and non smoker.
Moving back to Perth on December 6 after living in Melbourne for ten years. Staying in a hotel for a week, and then with family. So hoping to find something relatively quick. All I really need is a bed and wi-fi. Open to all suburbs. I just listed the ones that I could remember.
Hi I'm Laura, 28 and French. I have been living in Perth for the last 3 years. I work in IT (program developer) full time in the city, and I'm looking for a nice sharehouse with friendly housemates I can share a couple of beers with sometime, and a bit of room to park my sufboards :)
24 year old male from the UK. Very laid back with a good sense of humour and very easy to get on with! I like to stay active with sports, trips and going for a beer or 2 but equally like chilling out at home with Netflix or even better a game of FIFA!! Looking for a room ASAP ideally with a wardrobe or some storage. I have a mattress so all good for a bed. I have a car so would be good with somewhere to park too! Looking for a room now till around mid January
Very tidy and considerate. Mature & sociable but not a party animal at all. Looking for a quiet, clean and comfortable place to live with like minded people. Would ideally like own bathroom.
Hello hello everyone! Nice meeting you ;) My name is Jorge ('George'). I came from Spain 6 years ago and I quit my career as an engineer to build myself a better life. I'm currently working in an organic grocery shop and setting up an online business on the side. I also work as a freelance stripper on the weekends (no, I'm not joking, haha). I live a sporty, healthy life and I've always been into self-improvement. I love camping and nature, and my biggest passion is windsurfing, which is why I'm looking for a house close to the beach. My housemates said I'm easy to live with (self-tap on the shoulder). I'm clean and organized, but have a laid back personality. I like socialising and I'm preferably looking for a mixed gender house (ideally 2 and 2, but flexible on this). Oh! And... I respect people's sleep! Talk soon! Cheers!
I have a large furnished single room available in an all female townhouse in a quiet complex just 10 minute walk to Glendalough train station!!! It is a 2 bedroom partially renovated unit near everything you could need, the local shops are just down the road with IGA, subway, pizza chemist and more. Bus stop out the front of complex, a short walk to the train, lake monger, and herdsman lake. Under 15 minutes drive to the city, ecu mt Lawley & Scarborough beach.
Wembley is situated close to the city and also the beach. The house is quiet and has a great vibe to it . People love staying here and always stay long term. There are numerous bus stops that take you directly in to the city, UWA, Fremantle and the beach. There is a park opposite the house, a gym, shops and coffee places in walking distance. Herdsman lake is at the end of the street which is great for exercising! Wembley is a very friendly suburb of Perth. The room you will be renting is fully furnished and very spacious with a large desk, chest of drawers, built in robe and timber flooring. Linen can be supplied if necessary. You will be sharing the bathroom with two others.
Close to some great little cafes in Wembley we're a couple of minutes walk from lake Monger and a few more minutes to Leederville. It's a large house which allows us to all live somewhat independently and have our own space. Having said that, there's an awesome outdoor area for BBQ's and the kitchen works well for dinner parties (not that we're having raging parties all of the time). There's plenty of parking and it's close to public transport. Bedroom up for grabs comes with some furniture if you need it and it's quite a large room. How large you ask... well... last housemate had a king size bed, a desk, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and a piano and still had room for more. We'd love to live with a full time working professional or someone who works and studies. Let us know if you're keen!
All furniture in the living, dining and kitchen area are included. The Living and Dining Area has an Air Conditioning Unit. The Room I have available is unfurnished but it comes with built in Robe and a rack on top to put your personal belonging safe in the wardrobe. I have plenty of storage in my Garage area. The room is pretty reasonable to fit in an single or double bed mattress plus a study table if it need be. Location wise is brilliant as it is within a couple of minutes walk to Glendalough Stn and it is within couple of kilometre to the freeway both North and South and it is very close to shopping centre, beach, parks and universities. The property is only two years old as it is newly established unit. I am am looking for somebody who is clean, presentable, tidy and had capability in paying the rent and bills on time.
Great location, close to everything. I'm a 48 yo male who's only home a couple of nights per week. All outgoings are included, wifi, power, gas, stan, netflix. I have a cat who is home more than me, if you have allergies, don't apply.
Ask my current flatmates! ☺️ I’m currently working for the courts, I love to travel and just getting back into the gym and fitness. I’m Perth born and bred. I’m clean, tidy and respectful of others. I’m mature and keep to myself a lot but also very social and friendly and prefer to live with younger people than myself. Any questions just ask, I’m very open.
My name is Renata, I'm an architect and I'm going to Perth to study English. I'm going to study at night in kaplan. I am calm, organized and I like to study. I like pets. I would like to share with girls.
Hey im Julia, super friendly & outgoing. Im a Personal Trainer and am usually at the gym most mornings and evenings. Im social and keen to have a chat over a meal or cider. Looking for a share house with great people who get along but not a party house. Also, Im originally from Canada and been in Perth two years now. I will start studying at uni in March. My main hobby is kitesurfing, so i go to the beach lots! I have a car and my own furniture so am looking for something unfurnished. I go to bed at 9pm so looking for somewhere wuiet at night Mon-Fri. Also I am very clean and tidy. But still relaxed and down to earth, and easy to get along with.
*Not available until end of January* Hello! I'm 21 years old (22 in April) and have just graduated from a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts from Bond University in Queensland. I start full-time work in February with a commercial city law firm. I've been out of my parents' place since 2014, and am well 'house-trained'. I would be moving in at the end of January (20rd - 30th), and staying for the foreseeable future. I'm looking for something walking-distance to a train station and relatively close to the city, as I have a car but don't particularly want to pay for parking at the station every day. I'm super organised and like to keep my space and the house tidy - my usual practice is to meal prep once a week or so and freeze so I don't have to cook during the week. I'm vegetarian but not strict, and have no worries about housemates eating or prepping meat in the kitchen etc. In terms of other things, I'm bisexual, although I don't make a big thing out of it. Further, I don't usually bring people home (I'm leaving a boyfriend in the Gold Coast), and am not interested in a party house, although a wine and cheese night or a few bevs is always appreciated. I am very social, but sometimes need downtime (and will respect your space) and usually am a very bubbly and energetic person. I like to keep fit (spent most of my university career working part-time in a gym) and am a bit of a movie buff, specifically zombie movies! I look forward to meeting you! P.s. Unfortunately, to maximise my 'break time' between university and full-time work, I'm staying in the Gold Coast until early January so am unavailable for coffee or house viewings until then.
Hello potential room mate/s :) Ive moved here from brisbane in december. So im still semi-new to perth and what there is to do! Im a very fit and active person, yet I too have my lazy days where you'll find me in my bedroom watching a movie and ordering a pizza. If you like the movie choice I'll be happy to share my pizza! I train at the gym 6 days a week and work in sales for Toshiba, I love animals but dont have any - So its a win-win for me if you do. I dont smoke and I rarely drink but i do like to be social and go out - Im a good cook and if youre too lazy to cook dinner one night, i'll be happy to make us something. My weekends are usually spent cooking meals for my next week, catching up with friends and exploring what this great city has to offer. Over the last 8 years of renting I have lived with mainly females too, so maybe that shows I'm a very clean and tidy person if all females can handle me.. I do drive, so parking would be a preference but not a necessity as perth has lots of street parking. I think I have covered everything about me, only thing to do is meet me in person and see for yourself if you like me - Im also looking for anywhere between 6-12 months, maybe less but as i've moved here from brisbane in December i'm trying to find a place where I can start to build myself and not have to move around
