Our housemate is moving out so we are looking for a new person to move in with us. House is very lovely, 3 bedrooms (one is always spare for visitors) so it does not get too crowded. Max. 3 people living in the house including us. We have one bathroom and two separate toilets. Bedroom is nice, not crazy big, but it is enough for one person. You're going to love this place. Close to some great little cafes in Wembley we're a couple of minutes walk from lake Monga and a few more minutes to Leederville. It's a large house which allows us to all live somewhat independently and have our own space. Having said that, there's an awesome outdoor area for BBQ's and the kitchen works well for dinner parties (not that we're having raging parties all of the time). There's plenty of parking and its close to public transport. Just me and Luciana at the moment (1 guy, 1 girl, both working professionals, not a couple). We enjoy the occasional drink, don't smoke and are out most of the time on weekends. We're both quite clean and whilst we enjoy a chat we're not living out of each others pockets. Bedroom up for grabs comes with some furniture if you need it and its quite a large room. How large you ask... well... last housemate had a king size bed, a desk, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and a piano and still had room for more.
