There is a pool for summer time. It's a secure flat area. It's a 10min drive to the beach and 5kms from the city. Close to UWA and the train stations and buses. Near two picturesque lakes and great cafes and eateries in 5min walking distance.
i am a multifaceted personality but genuinely kind. i have lived the last three years in a boarding house so i am accustomed to living with all manner of people. i can be very shy at first but will open up with time. i do tend to keep to myself but will also willingly engage with others. i will be doing a full time dance course over the next 12 months plus some part time work.
I'm a easy going social person, very respectful and clean. I'm working as a receptionist during the week and enjoy getting out on the weekend with friends. Looking at studying (while working) in the next year or so. Love the out doors and animals. I have a dog of my own, Bear. He is well trained and friendly to people and other animals. Looking for a place for Bear and I to live for a year or more. If I sound like someone you would like to live with please feel free to message me.

Close to some great little cafes in Wembley we're a couple of minutes walk from lake Monger and a few more minutes to Leederville. It's a large house which allows us to all live somewhat independently and have our own space. Having said that, there's an awesome outdoor area for BBQ's and the kitchen works well for dinner parties (not that we're having raging parties all of the time). There's plenty of parking and it's close to public transport. Bedroom up for grabs comes with some furniture if you need it and it's quite a large room. How large you ask... well... last housemate had a king size bed, a desk, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and a piano and still had room for more. We'd love to live with a full time working professional or someone who works and studies. Let us know if you're keen!
All furniture in the living, dining and kitchen area are included. The Living and Dining Area has an Air Conditioning Unit. The Room I have available comes with single mattress and built in Robe with a shelving rack on top to put your personal belonging. I have plenty of storage in my Garage area. The room is pretty reasonable to fit in an single or double bed mattress plus a study table if it need be. I am happy to have the room unfurnished. Location wise is brilliant as it is within a couple of minutes walk to Glendalough Stn and it is within couple of kilometre to the freeway both North and South and it is very close to shopping centre, beach, parks and universities. The property is only two years old as it is newly established unit. I am am looking for somebody who is clean, presentable, tidy and had capability in paying the rent on time.
Hi there! Our epic housemate Jack is moving overseas therefore there's a spacious and beautiful bedroom available in Wembley's cutest house! The location is perfect as Subi, Leederville, the freeway, UWA and especially the beach are all short distance. The room is unfurnished aside from a 2 door wardrobe but maybe Jack would be interested in passing on his own. Quiet and friendly neighborhood and really well connected with transport. The house has a great vibe and even though everyone has his own busy schedule we like to share a laugh and a chat. I'm looking for likeminded people who enjoy a peaceful and friendly environment and respect others as much as I do.
*Not available until late February/early March* Hello! I'm 21 years old (22 in April) and have just graduated from a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts from Bond University in Queensland. I start full-time work in February with a commercial law firm in St George's Terrace. I've been out of my parents' place since 2014, and am well 'house-trained'. The earliest I could move in would be mid-February, but as I'm in Sydney for training from the 19-23rd, I'd be hopefully looking at moving early March, and then staying for the foreseeable future. I'm looking for something walking-distance to a train station and relatively close to the city, as I have a car but don't particularly want to pay for parking at the station every day. I'm super organised and like to keep my space and the house tidy - my usual practice is to meal prep once a week or so and freeze so I don't have to cook during the week. I'm vegetarian but not strict, and have no worries about housemates eating or prepping meat etc. In terms of other things, I'm bisexual, although I don't make a big thing out of it. Further, I don't usually bring people home (I'm leaving a boyfriend in the Gold Coast), and am not interested in a party house, although a wine and cheese night or a few bevs is always appreciated. I am very social, but sometimes need downtime (and will respect your space) and usually am a very bubbly and energetic person. I like to keep fit (spent most of my university career working part-time in a gym) and am a bit of a movie buff, especially zombie movies! I look forward to meeting you! P.s. Unfortunately, to maximise my 'break time' between university and full-time work, I'm staying in the Gold Coast until 24 January 2018 so am unavailable for coffee or house viewings until then.
Hi, I'm a chemical engineer and I've moved from Brisbane to Perth for work. I'm really looking forward to making some new friends and exploring WA! I love playing/writing music, going to the gym, having new experiences and a bit of good banter. Looking forward to being a contributing member of your house :)
After traveling for almost a year I'm looking for a new place to live! I am currently studying Psychology at ECU and am looking for a job. I'm very tidy, clean up after myself and love cooking for both myself and others. I enjoy seeing my friends and going for a few drinks but don't mind having a weekend in either. I'm hoping to find a furnished place close to a train station on the Joondalup line (walking distance would be great).
Hi! My name is Elana I am 18, and am a full-time student at WAAPA. I have my own small entertainment company and I facepaint and teach circus for a living. For fun I like craft like sewing and I love getting out and about e.g road trips. I am not a big party person but I am interested in meeting new people.
Hello potential room mate/s :) Ive moved here from brisbane in december. So im still semi-new to perth and what there is to do! Im a very fit and active person, yet I too have my lazy days where you'll find me in my bedroom watching a movie and ordering a pizza. If you like the movie choice I'll be happy to share my pizza! I train at the gym 6 days a week and work in sales for Toshiba, I love animals but dont have any - So its a win-win for me if you do. I dont smoke and I rarely drink but i do like to be social and go out - Im a good cook and if youre too lazy to cook dinner one night, i'll be happy to make us something. My weekends are usually spent cooking meals for my next week, catching up with friends and exploring what this great city has to offer. Over the last 8 years of renting I have lived with mainly females too, so maybe that shows I'm a very clean and tidy person if all females can handle me.. I do drive, so parking would be a preference but not a necessity as perth has lots of street parking. I think I have covered everything about me, only thing to do is meet me in person and see for yourself if you like me - Im also looking for anywhere between 6-12 months, maybe less but as i've moved here from brisbane in December i'm trying to find a place where I can start to build myself and not have to move around
Working full time at Perth hospital and go home to my country town every second weekend. Very easy going and very clean and tidy. Love to have a chat and a wine or two. Love walking and travelling. Very reliable.
I work in hospitality, and am a neat, friendly and social person. I have lived in a share house before, so I understand the balance of socialising and having private space in this situation. I was also good at paying bills and rent on time, so no worries there! I have lived my entire life in Western Australia, and like to sing, read, eat out, go to quiz nights and socialise.
I am from India , working full time as Software Engineer at Osborne Park. I am an easy going person and looking for a long term accommodation with a like minded person.
I work as a full time apprentice chef in Island Market Cafe in Trigg. I'm not a party guy though I'm very sociable always like a good convo at the end of the day or on the weekend over a social drink or two if desired. Love to cook a lot of delicious food. I’d also sing to replace the radio upon request 😁. I’m a 21 year old straight male but can be quite effaminate at times young but mature minded. I like getting my pedicures and manicures😆. I’m happy to divide house chores as it should be. I don’t have any pets but I’m not bothered to have housemates with pets.
We are in Woodlands, a small but beautiful suburb. It has Jackaddar Lake, two parks, Bada Bing Cafe, and its own shopping center (Farmer Jack's opens to 9pm everyday). Its location is very handy: near Innaloo Shopping Centre, Ikea and Osborne Park. 5 mins driving can get to Floreat Forum, Cambridge Library, Herdsman Lake and Bold Park, etc. It is also only 3km away from Karrinyup Shopping Mall, which has Myer and David Jones in it. Bus no.99 and no.85 both have stops off our suburb, takes 30 mins to UWA/Taylor College and city respectively. We have two spare bedrooms for rent. One is single room, another is double. Both are spacious, coming with beds, built-in wardrobes, desks, table lamps, chairs, drawers and bedside tables. Our house is "L" shape. The two rooms for rent are in the east end of the house, while our own bedroom is opposite, in the north end, so your privacy is guaranteed. There is a spacious bathroom in the east end for sharing between two tenants. Our house has bamboo floor flowing through the living rooms and kitchen. However all bedrooms are carpeted. All nationalities and genders are welcomed, including UWA / Taylor College students or people working or studying in nearby areas. Both rooms are empty so far. We could end up with only having one tenant moving in. That will be wonderful for you, our only tenant, isn't it ^-^
