This share house is a large, elevated, older-style Darwin house on the fringe of an industrial area, overlooking Berrimah farm. Basically, it's a room with kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities. It suits working people but not shift workers and is not suitable for children. This is not a party house. It has a large kitchen, undercover parking for 3 cars and all bedrooms are fully air conditioned. The bedrooms are furnished with as single bed but we are also flexible with furnishings.
I am a teacher at a private Christian college and looking for somewhere that is clean and affordable to live. I have no pets, partners, no visitors. I will always be by myself. I also own a house that I rent rooms out so I know what is expected. Thanks.

Im 24, I work full time, and volunteer part time. I am very clean and take pride in my living space. I have two cats that are the sweetest and I couldn't bear giving them up so I'm hoping someone can take us in. I mostly enjoy quiet evenings off work reading and relaxing. I have no problem cooking, and make a mean home style burger. :)
I'm from Sydney and will heading up to darwin for work April-August for a change of scene, however it may be longer. Working up to 80 hours a week isn't unusual for myself. I enjoy my career and get to see some great sights and meet some incredible people. I am neat and tidy with good personal hygiene. Partial to quality beers and scotches. I do not smoke, take short showers and firmly believe the toilet paper goes over, not under. I'll be bring my dog Cookie with me, she's impeccably trained (sit, drop, stay, up, down, get out, on your mat, drop....) and won't touch anything she's not meant to including a perfectly cooked ribeye steak on the coffee table. Her breed is closest to an Australian Shepherd. She is an outdoor dog that will only come inside when invited. I currently own a place in Sydney where I am currently letting out a spare room. My current housemate of 18 months can provide a reference if required.
Hello My Name is James, I have just accepted a full time contract in Darwin, working five days a week. I am in my late twenties and not into the party scene, would rather a BBQ with mates. I enjoy fishing, camping and getting away for weekend.
Greetings people of Darwin :) My name is Uli, I am a 27 year old professional cricket player and coach from South Africa , been living in Victoria for 6 months now , I am heading to Darwin on the 3rd of April to coach and play cricket at University Cricket Club. I have lived all around the world in various places on my own and with other people. I am well traveled and well cultured, respectful, kind, friendly and well mannered. Due to the Nature of my lifestyle meeting and getting on with new people is a constant in my ever changing location of residence. Interacting with people and sports people alike, socializing, training/exercising, coaching, playing cricket and part time work in Networking sidelines is what my daily time mostly consists of. Meaning most of my time is spent away. A number of great attributes make living with me pleasurable and quite easy, my time spent at home finds me mostly keeping to myself and catching up on personal chores, washing, cooking, tidying etc. Personal hygiene and surrounding cleanliness being a part of that. Being handy around the house is to good use too. I do have accommodation as well as friends and mutual contacts in Darwin so finding a place to stay is not a necessity, more of a personal choice in my journey as a travelling cricketer, I feel time spent at home should be enjoyed making great memories with great company, I am hoping to meet like minded people and explore the possibilities of doing so. having something great to come home to, even if its a home cooked meal that I've left over for you, I'm sure you'll enjoy it as much as my company:) I am positive and happy by nature and enjoy a good sense of humor as well as rubbing shoulders with the same. Very much an outdoors person makes for spare time enjoying the good things life has to offer, to me that would be camping, fishing, boating, golfing, motorcycling, beaching/swimming(not with crocs), exploring, etc. pretty much open to experiencing new activities and ways of life, hence my good culture. If you haven't fallen asleep or stopped reading my mini biography by now and would like to know more about me feel free to contact me. I will be looking to stay between 3 to 6 months. Open to a new or existing share. Quite excited to the next chapter in my stay in Darwin and look forward to hearing from you. Best wishes and Kind regards:) Uli

I'm British, I've been in Australia for about 18 months and just working towards my residency. I travelled for 9 months before I got here around Asia and Africa and travel as much as I can. I have lived in heaps of shared accommodation. Really laid back, low drama kind of person. I do a lot of yoga, swimming etc. Trying to stay healthy.
From the UK working full time at the Royal Darwin Hospital. Looking to be in Darwin for some time and hoping to find a place thats a bit more than just a place to sleep. Outgoing, social, and always keen for something adventurous I spend a lot of my free time keeping busy or being with friends. Non smoker but I do enjoy drinking socially or over a dinner with people. Love animals although I don't have any of my own. I'm looking for housemates that arent just after money every fortnight and can make the place feel a bit like home. I've lived in house and flat shares for nearly 10 years now and i completely understand the need for privacy, respect, and pulling your weight in cleaning the house and dishes! I'm clean, tidy, enjoy meeting new people from all walks of life, and not bothered by noise (for those who work odd hours/come home late). So in short: i'm the house mate that'll join in with a beer and a BBQ if you have people over instead of complaining about the noise and i'll help tidy up afterwards. NB i've never been late in rent or bill payments and i've always received my damage deposits back in full.
I'm easy going, clean and tidy and very social although I am new to the Darwin area so don't have many friends yet. I'm up for anything and am a very honest happy go lucky kind of person. Moved here for a job in nursing. My dog is a German shepherd cross. She is a beautiful girl that can be timid when she first meets someone but then is fine around them.
G'day! I'm Stefan and I'm moving to Darwin the pursue my dream job. I am a Veterinarian by day and this typically takes up a heck of a lot of time, so when I get time off I like to use it! On days/nights off you might find me studying, at the gym or jumping around in a park somewhere. Typically I keep to myself but given the chance, I do enjoy a casual drink or two and am always down for a chat. I'm tidy, always clean up after myself and can definitely pull my weight when it comes to general cleaning/maintenance. I may be fairly useless as a cook but I'm great at washing up and bringing back takeaway!

I'm a 28 year old female. I have been living and working in the tourism industry in the red centre and will be relocating to Darwin at the end of April. I'm friendly, easy going and respectful. I will be working full time including some weekends. Outside of work I enjoy reading, having a cold beer and discovering new places. As I've never lived in Darwin previously I'm not 100% sure which area I would like to be based. As such I'm looking for a share house which is open to both short or long term housemates.
Central to everything in Darwin, 15 minutes to Palmerston, 10 Minutes to the City and 5 Minutes to Casuarina Shopping Centre and the Airport. Bus stop right around the corner and recreational oval, parks and tennis courts. House is elevated and fully furnished and air-conditioned. We have established the house to feel more like a home then a place to just to live so we would like to keep it that way.
