This property locates in a quiet and safe suburb. All neighbors are very friendly. we have a very large yard, welcome to plant any vegetable you like or other things you like. We also have an external storage room. No matter how many stuff you have, you can fit in. It is only 900 m to Kippax shopping center, contains Woolworth and Aldi. Such convenience for grocery. Besides, there are two ovals around the house as well. It is suitable for people who like running and fitting. We are welcome couples or only females. The rent for a couple is $250 and $180 for a single.
Hi there! I am pretty quiet, tidy, I have plenty of hobbies and I'll stay out of your hair. That said, I am friendly and I love board games and card games. I like to garden and paint, and procrastinate doing my assignments by cleaning. I find steady work in childcare and am studying to be a teacher. If you need someone to give you henna tattoos or proofread your work, I'm your girl. I know three dogs sounds like a lot, but they are basically canine cats and sleep about 18 hours a day. They are exceptionally low maintenance and cuddly, and I clean up after them. Looking for some form of accomodation in Canberra that doesn't mind pugs and has a backyard :)
This is a spacious home in Higgins. There is plenty of room with a large living area, a rumpus room upstairs, kitchen and backyard. There is also street parking, one additional spot in the house driveway. Two rooms avaliable. You will be sharing a bathroom with one other person. The property has two dogs, still pups. A lab mix and a kelpie.
Hey, my name is Jamie and I'll be studying in Canberra. I'm easygoing and more than happy to help around the house. I enjoy cooking, photography, and going for runs. I like going out but prefer Netflix and a heavy doona most nights. So far this is sounding very cliche so I may as well double-down and cover all my bases by stating that I'm looking for a fun but relaxed; open but cosy; quiet but adventurous place to live. To be honest, I'm quiet and respectful and I'm looking for a place that matches.
Isaac and I are two full time students studying at Nursing and Primary education at UC. We love music, drinks with friends and a bit of netflix here and there. We are super clean and tidy. We are looking a house that accepts couples to move into ASAP!
My house is located in the very end of Higgins near Southern Cross Drive. Only a short bus ride or drive to Belconnen Mall. 15 minutes (or less) bus ride to UC, 20-30 minutes bus ride to ANU. 2-5 minutes walk to a couple of bus stops and many options to go to Belconnen or Civic by bus. It’s very close to Kippax shopping centre for your groceries. A fully furnished room is available for rent. The room has a ceiling fan, a large window, built-in wardrobe, a single bed, study desk and chair. A perfect setting for a student. The house has ducted gas heating and air conditioning. You will share the main bathroom and toilet with my two children but located next to your room. You are welcome to use my kitchen, utensils, laundry and one of our fridges for your food. The rent includes all energy bills and unlimited internet data. We usually have a movie night on Friday for you to join! We have fish and a dog who is extremely friendly and mostly lives outside.
Recently single, established professional, studying part-time. I have a small dog, who means the world to me right now, so really only in the market for a place that will work with both of us. I promise you, you’ll fall in love with her.
I'm a Yoga teacher, dancer, photographer, nature-lover. I'm very tidy, thoughtful and responsible. I am independent with a full life, but I also enjoy the buzz and colour of communal living with good-hearted and gentle people. I like to live in places with beautiful light and near to nature.
Pretty laid back and quiet guy although I rarely sit still. An engineering position brought me to Canberra and caused me to leave most of my friends down in Victoria, so housemates who are happy to hang out and have a couple of beers, play cards, board games or just talk rubbish would be good. Pros: -Come with plenty of furniture including a home gym, brand new lounge suite and chest freezer. -If you're a dog person I'm a package deal with Trouble, an Australian Shepherd who is definitely the better looking and more charismatic half of the pair. Cons: -Comes with an excess of furniture you may not need. -25kg of furry baggage.
Its new and modern 2 bedroom townhouse fully furnished. I have a lovely furnished courtyard good for relaxing. The townhouse is located across the shop in a very quite street. There is a walking trail and a park. The bus stop is 100 yards from the residence. It is one bus to Belconnen and Canberra City.
6 bedroom house with a large (1500m2) backyard, generous living areas with 65” led tv connected to an Apple TV with free Netflix and Stan (satellite tv can be made available for free if required). The kitchen is spacious with large stainless steel topped bench top, enough room multiple people to cook a meal at the same time. There is a coffee machine with steamer and a coffee grinder that I keep stocked with beans. Outside there is a covered deck with a sauna and bbq facilities. The bedrooms all have key loss on the doors for your privacy and security but we don’t lock our doors
This is a very spacious home, ample lounging space, dining room, lots of kitchen space, decently sized rooms, neat yard with undercover area. Were friendly, enjoy communal living and at the same time the spaciousness means we won't be living in each other's pockets. We are a 15-minute cycle from Belconnen and University of Canberra, and 10 minutes to the Jamison shopping centre. Public transport within reach. Our home is a happy and cosy one, with lots of garden and lounge space to sit, jump and roll.
I'm 26 years old, work full time as a car detailer during the week. I'm also a volunteer race official at motorsport events in NSW, which means I'm away most weekends, when home i enjoy relaxing and kicking back but also getting out of the house for a hike, walk somewhere. Moving date is flexible, as i have a place to live but am looking for a change.
Looking to move into a chill environment with a fairly spacious room , will be studying in february. Im an easy going tidy person that keeps to myself but also likes social interaction. I am quite the uber eats enthusiast so your fridge can be stress free :D.
Current full time student who is in their final year of University. Will be studying Industrial Design at the University of Canberra in 2019. Super easy going individual who is very clean, easy going, relaxed and respectful. I’ve lived out of home for 4 years now so I’m all to familiar with living with others and being respectful of their belongings and space, cleaning, cooking etc. Would ideally like to move in with people around my age and with who I would consider friends rather than just house mates. Do enjoy a sneaky casual drink and a night out occasionally. Would be pretty keen on exploring Canberra in my time there and potentially go snowboarding in the surrounding resorts. Honestly just want to make fun memories with cool people in 2019. I will be moving from Newcastle to Canberra and am currently looking to find a place with myself and a mate who also studies the same course in his final year. Ideally somewhere relatively close to the University if possible. My friend (Jarrod) will be away most of the week so it would be nice to have other house mates to hang out with. Flexible on the amount of extra people in the house. Happy to move in with someone who already has a house or pair up with someone and look for a house all together!
Hi!! I'm Rylee, and I'm starting my 4 year degree at UC this Feb. I am an outgoing and fun person to be around who gets along with anyone! I'm looking for people who i can have a little fun with but also be able to respect each others privacy and time to themselves.
I am currently studying full time at university (b. Sports and Exercise Science / b. Sports Management) and working 3-5 days a week as a waitress and in events, plus completing an internship. I will often be out at uni or work, but would like to socialise with my housemates occasionally when I am home! In my spare time I enjoy watching all sport (I get a few spare tickets to all Raiders home games that would be available for my housemates most of the time if they're interested), going to the gym, reading a good book and going for coffee with friends. I also love to travel when I can get time off! I am a considerate, clean and tidy person, and am good at sharing responsibilities. Having my own bathroom would be a huge plus, but it's not a deal breaker if that's not possible.
Hi guys, My name is Ben. I am 27 years old, work full time in the department of defence at Russell Offices and looking for somewhere to call home over the next 12-24 months. I have been living in rentals for the last 5-6 years of my life, am very tidy, respectful of others space but also enjoy a good chat or a beer on a Friday. I don’t start work until the end of the month so am pretty much free anytime however would like to have something sorted by the end of next week (25th Jan). I am currently in the process of moving down from Darwin where I lived in a 4 bedroom house on my own. I have quite a bit of stuff such as brand new top of line washer and dryer, fridge, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, large 5 seater couch, coffee table, surround sound and 55 inch smart led tv (just to make a few). If not required though some of this may be able to be placed into storage which is no issue. I also have a few tools and see myself as a bit of handy man around the house. I enjoy keeping fit, cooking and exploring what this city has to offer. I will usually be working from 7:30 - 6pm and may be required to travel around the country for a few days here and there. Regards, Ben
Hi, we are a couple looking to potentially team up for a share house. A lot of pet friendly properties are larger in size and there isn't much sense in us renting an entire place just for our puppy. We are easy going people and our main hobby is watching TV shows and basketball. We definitely aren't party people :P Both of us are clean and prefer to live in a tidy space, we only ask that we all chip in to keep the shared living spaces tidy. Jess currently works as an accountant at a law firm and Tim is a carer. If you would like to know more about us or are interested in a team up don't hesitate to ask us. :)

I am a very sociable person (but fall well short of being a party animal). I've just finished my degree, and having spent 3.5 years as a student, I know the value of privacy for both myself and others. I don't smoke, nor do I use recreational drugs, and I only drink sporadically. I'm a reasonably tidy person who is more than happy to help out with housework. I love football (both playing and watching), gaming, and watching classic-era Simpsons in my spare time.

I am a 33 remedial massage therapist with an Asian Studies degree. I am tidy, quiet and easy going and have lived in share houses before. I am a keen mountain biker and have travelled widely. I am in no rush to find a room, as I am back with parents currently(!), so am flexible with start dates. I would like a room in a share house with like minded people who are independent but don’t mind crossing paths throughout the week.

Hello, I am currently studying at both ANU and UC, and work at UC as a lab assistant. I'm pretty quiet and tidy. For fun, I usually play video games or browse the internet. I'm preferably looking for a place that has some space, as I'm moving out of student accommodation (which is tiny).
