I'm a Yoga teacher, dancer, photographer, nature-lover. I'm very tidy, thoughtful and responsible. I am independent with a full life, but I also enjoy the buzz and colour of communal living with good-hearted and gentle people. I like to live in places with beautiful light and near to nature.

I work full-time as an asphalt curator and have been doing a lot of work on the light rail getting built in town (Yes its a nightmare) Im very sociable and love having a good a yarn to my housemates after a day at work and the occasional beer on the weekend. Im a very clean and easy going bloke! Hope to hear from you soon :)

It’s very close to Kippax shopping centre for your groceries. A fully furnished room is available for rent. You will share the main bathroom and toilet with my two children but located next to your room. You are welcome to use my kitchen, utensils, laundry and one of our fridges for your food. The rent includes all energy bills and unlimited internet data. We usually have a movie night on Friday for you to join! We have fish and a dog who is extremely friendly and mostly lives outside.
Female, full time student, studying law. In my final year and applying for internships. Part time working in retail and keen to move on up and out into the law field asap. I keep to myself most of the time. Though I do like the regular movie night and training sessions. I have a dog, titan, that's in training for mind dog program. So he is well behaved, house trained and loving. Would love to remain living in Canberra but it's getting pretty hard to find pet friendly accom as a one person. North Canberra would be my preference... anywhere lol. Keen for team ups
Hi, My name is Ben. I’m 20 years old and I work full time as a retail manager. I have a beautiful husky puppy named Pablo. He is very friendly and well behaved. I mainly keep to myself and I enjoy skating.
Looking to join an existing share place - or start a new one! About me : Fully employed, financially independent. Well travelled & a bunch of life experience. I'm an experienced house-sharer, considerate of others, clean, respectful, social / independent. Creative and inquisitive soul... If i'm not at home pondering the origins of the universe, i'm travelling, at work, going on hikes, photography, nature, reading, seeing live music, catching up with friends, music festivals, or wherever the day takes me. Home Life : I enjoy social time when living with others but also value my own space. I like to keep things fairly clean, but i'm not a clean freak. Iideally : i'd be sharing with some awesome, creative type people, who enjoy a meal / get together, but who also respect each others space. The usual really. If you think we'd be a good fit get in touch! Anthony.
Looking for a place for me, my daughter and our indoor cat to live. I work fulltime and my daughter attends pre-school. When we're home we're quiet, clean and I'm a non-smoker. Ready to move now.
Hi there, I will move down to Canberra from Sydney for study and work in late Feb or early Mar. I am looking for one or two females/couple to share a flat with for at least 6 months or longer, but I am flexible with the length. I am an easy going and friendly person. I like to make friends, and wish we could become good friends to hang out and have a talk with. But I do respect others' privacy at the same time. I have experience of living with a family with little kid or females over 5 years, so I have learnt how to be considerate to housemates. I am also a quiet, clean, tidy and organised person. I would like to have a room with build-in wardrobe, ideally also is furnished (but I am flexible with that if the rent is a bit lower :P). I have a car, so off-street parking is necessary, of course garage is perfect! I do want the location of the house/flat has an easy access to public transport too, although lower frequency is acceptable. I look forward to hearing some good news from you guys! :)
I'm employed full-time. I'm relaxed and easy going with a good sense of humour. I'm happy to socialise but also pretty good at knowing when to give people some quiet and space. I'm neat and always happy to help out with household chores/maintenance.
Single room available in large modern home in Latham, Belconnen. built in wardrobes and fast NBN internet. House in great location. 5 minutes to Kippax shopping centre 10 minutes to Westfield Belconnen 20 minutes to Canberra city 15mins to Gunghalin. 5 minutes to Lake Ginninderra Bus stop at the end of the street Heating for Canberra winters and cooling for Canberra summers. Utility bills and internet would be spilt three ways. Fantastic location for a great price, plus two cool roommates! We're looking for someone who is friendly and easy going, but who is also respectful of privacy and personal space. Basically just the normal housemate requirements. Someone who can crack a joke or gets cheesy outdated movie references would fit in nicely.
Hola!! I’m a down to earth gal who enjoys a glass of vino and cheeseboard more than what’s considered healthy. I’m a clean and tidy person who can respect others space, but also up for some friendly banter! I work full time Monday-Friday so enjoy making the most out of my weekends by getting out of the house for a brewsky and a boogie and then picnics in the sun as a form of recovery. Looking forward to hearing from you! Peace, love and body rolls ✌🏽 Arielle
Hey so I'm Josie and am living in Belconnen at the moment. I work part time as well as part time at UC. Currently studying a bachelor of commerce. I am very clean and tidy, I respect others, I don't party but I normally will have people coming over often as I don't go out. I will need to move in somewhere that will be okay with me bring people over. I love Netflix, play Xbox, draw and enjoy camping even tho I haven't gone in a bit.
I'm Imogene (Immi) a 26yo female interested in creative arts. I work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons. Often out of the house in the evenings for night class, theatre company meetings or rehearsals. Light smoker (perfectly happy to not do it at the house). Often content to just hang out and read comic books or watch cartoons, but I do enjoy a cheeky drink. INFP- if that's something you are interested in knowing?
Hi, I'm Sophie. 26 years old from Maldives. I recently moved to Australia in Feb to d my masters degree at UC. At the moment I'm visiting my family during the winter break and I'm looking for a nice place to stay for the 2nd semester. I'm easy going, and I like to keep my surroundings clean. I'm friendly but I do respect your privacy and expect the same. I'll be spending most of the time at home studying as its a full-time course. However, I'll be trying to find some casual work in the meantime. If you think I'll be a good fit, please contact me. :D
We are a young couple from Newcastle and we are moving to Canberra for work at very short notice. We urgently require short-term accommodation until we can get settled in and find our own place. We would like to move in preferably no later than the beginning of June. Our preferred length of stay is around 2-3 months but we can be flexible with this. Elliott (22 y.o.) - Public servant and Clark Kent look-alike; currently working as a research assistant and finishing the last semester of a commerce degree via distance. Michelle (27 y.o.) - Recently completed a B.A. in politics and international relations; moving to Canberra to work and study at ANU. • We are mature, respectful, and clean up after ourselves. • We're sociable and easy to get along with, but we also appreciate having our own space. • We'll be working full-time hours Monday-Friday and studying during nights/weekends, so we're looking for housemates who are quiet and considerate, especially during the evening. (We don't mind sharing with other students as long as it's not a noisy 'party house' type environment). • We're not adverse to hanging out occasionally — it would be nice to know some locals who can show us around the city and recommend things to see/do in Canberra :) • Hoping to find a room that's already furnished because we'll need time to acquire our own furniture. A queen bed would be ideal because all of our sheets, quilts etc. are queen size (and Elliott is probably too tall to sleep on anything smaller). • We'll need parking space (Elliott has a car and I plan to bring mine down from Newcastle in the near future, too). • I'll be relying on public transport for at least a few weeks, so accommodation located reasonably close to public transport is a must. • We would prefer to have our own bathroom/ensuite (if possible) but we're not in a position to be too fussy. • Decent internet/Wi-Fi and heating/cooling is essential.
WHO: I'm a full-time worker who is clean and reliable but also very quiet. I do tend to keep to myself but I am happy for a chat now and then. I’m vegan, non-drinking and non-smoking (but don’t mind if you’re not), and I am queer-friendly and pet-friendly. My current housemate/landlord can provide a reference if desired. I have lots of sharehouse experience and references are available. WHAT: I’m looking for a tidy place that I can come home to after work and on weekends knowing I can relax in peace and quiet (no ad hoc parties!). I have my own furniture and am hoping to fit a single bed, chest of drawers, bookcase and desk in my room. I also have a small amount of my own cookware for the kitchen, if it can be accommodated. Ideal housemates will be tidy, responsible, and considerate of others. I don’t mind if you drink/smoke/eat meat as long as there’s no smoking indoors or disruptive drunkenness. WHERE: Anywhere in the ACT, so don’t be put off if your suburb isn’t in my preferred list. WHEN: I need to move by June 30 at latest; if moving sooner than that I need to give 2 weeks notice at my current address. HOW: If you would like to meet me and show me your place, please send me a message (with any extra helpful info that is not in your listing), and we'll go from there.

Hey hey I’ve got a 2 bedroom apartment located in Hawker and currently looking for someone to share the place with. Super close to the shops and less than a minute walk to the nearest bus stop. About 8 mins drive to UC and 12mins drive to ANU and 5 mins drive to Belconnen Westfield. The apartment does comes with a lot of parking spots so u don’t really have to worry about parking and ect. With the apartment it sure does comes with brand new dark carpets and I clean it on a daily basis. Atm I don’t have furniture in there other than a queen size mattress but I’m happy to get u a single bed or a bed frame. Oh and a desk😉. Or u can bring ur own stuff if u want. The requirements for u are u MUST be a tidy person and knows how to clean, trust me the last thing I wanna see when I get home from work is dirty dishes and shits laying on the floor. Preferably have shared house experience and outgoing? And u MUST be someone that’s aged between 18 - 23. And long term preferred but not compulsory. The price will be $150/pw + the utilities, bills are paid every quarterly( 3 monthly) and the Internet is paid monthly. If u have any concerns or any questions, feel free contact me about it. If u are genuinely interested in this place and wants to have an inspection or anything feel free to give me a call or just simply leave me a massage. Because of work I might not be able to pick up ur call straight away but I’ll get back to u ASAP. Have a great day😘
I'm easy going, clean, like a good chat but also time to chill. Currently working full time but will eventually return to uni. I fill my time with work, exercise, good food and rubbish tv :)
