I love this house! Huge, renovated property on a big block. Great location from Belconnen Town Centre. Super short walk over to a major bus stop in the area - 350 metres apparently. 3 minutes walk. Otherwise a double car port for you to use too :-) Decent drive to the City too - I work in Deakin and it takes me about 20 minutes to get there in traffic in the mornings. I've got a small dog, and a cat! I will consider pets upon application, but would prefer a roommate who doesn't have pets, but loves animals like I do. My animals are SUPER friendly. I'll often foster a few kittens for my local animal rescue too, but you wont have to worry about that, as I have a study that I use for this. Room would easily fit a double bed, you're also welcome to hang photos/mount TVs. Room includes built in wardrobe, and you will also get half the bathroom and linen closets, but any furniture you want to store you can use the entertaining room at the back of the house! It's HUGE. - Fully furnished living room - Foxtel - Unlimited ADSL internet - Fully furnished kitchen - Air conditioning - Ducted gas heating - Heaps of parking at the front of the property - Extra space to entertain with an indoor/outdoor bar - Extra studio out the back as a media room - Down lights throughout - Brand new flooring - Big deck out the front and back - Gas cooking - New refrigerator with ice making and water plumbed in Electricity and Gas bills will be split between us - but I'll pay for the Foxtel and Internet :-)
I'm a 19yo female who works full time and is looking for a place in the Belconnen area. I'm currently living in a 1 bedroom granny flat but would like to share either with an individual/couple/family. I have a cat who has good manners and is desexed/toilet trained. I'm a neat and tidy person who won't leave their belongings in shared areas. I like to socialise sometimes but mostly keep to myself as I'm quite an old lady and get tired easily. In my spare time I like to op-shop, vintage shop, knit, craft, draw & paint, watch crime dramas, spend time with friends. Happy to cook shared meals, consider other pets, LGBTI friendly, bring my own furniture.
One of our housemates will be moving out soon, and we will have a room available. Another room may be available soon. The room is large enough to fit a double bed, and has a built-in wardrobe and northeast facing windows. The house is freestanding with front and back garden (including garden beds for vegies). We have a shared lounge room, kitchen, dining area, and study (where you could have a desk or shelves if you wished). There's no TV, but we have a projector and can watch anything on the server or online. Good internet connection (VDSL) with very high download limit (1000GB/month). Close to Belconnen mall and University of Canberra. Intertown bus route 2 minutes walk away with easy access to Civic and ANU.
I am a clean and tidy, friendly, easy going, relaxed housemate that is just as happy to socialize as well as do my own thing. Looking for a new place to move in to as soon as possible for at least several months while I am trying to sell my house and buy a new one. I haven't rented for a while but I am always reliable with all rent and bills. I am a builder and have a ute and trailer that I need to be able to park safely and a few tools that I would like to store in the corner of a lock up garage if possible.
A little bit about me: - I have recently graduated from the University of Canberra - I work in administration, but always looking for my next career move. - Enjoy fitness/sport - Spend a lot of time at the gym or on the tennis court. - I am reliable, neat, friendly and respect the privacy of others. Don't spend a lot of time at home, but when I do I like to just relax, eat and sleep.
31 years old, non-smoker, non-drinker, introvert, quiet, respectful of boundaries, responsible, mature, financially stable, and trying to find a place to live with my little kitten.
I am currently looking for a new housemate to complete our house. The room is furnished with a doubld size bed, 1 bedside table and a thing of draws. Internet is available upon request. The whole house is furnished as well as all kitchen utensils needed. Close to the shops and restaurants as well as a lovely oval just a walk down the road. We only ask that you like dogs as we have a staffy x puppy but he is very friendly
Hi, I'm Tom, I'm looking for a room in north or central Canberra. I work full time as a retail store manager and I'm generally a pretty quiet person. I'm a massive movie and music nerd, and I'm always bringing home new movies from work. I'm very easy going, tidy, and am always willing to pitch in on the cleaning. I like my own space, but am more than willing to hang out from time to time. Looking for a place to move into by the end of May

I am currently in a share house but would like to move to Bruce because it would be way closer to my uni. I am from bega and have moved up to Canberra to do uni. I am a very clean and tidy person, I don't go out partying but I do like hanging out. I'm not a drinker because I always have to drive places and don't want to risk it, I am also not a smoker. I do have furniture and other items like a coffee table, large desk, tv cabnet, washing machine, dryer, tall boy, queen bed, and kitchen supplies.
Female, full time student, studying law. in my final year and applying for internships. I keep to myself most of the time. Though I do like the regular movie night and training sessions. I have a dog, titan, that's in training for mind dog program. So he is well behaved, house trained and loving. Would love to remain living in Canberra but it's getting pretty hard to find pet friendly accom as a one person. North Canberra would be my preference... anywhere lol. Keen for team ups

I play Hockey on the weekends and love going for runs with my beautiful Collies. I have two animals Ollie and Missy who are both 3 year old collies. I am looking for a room. I am a middle aged man who is a full time self-published writer and performer. I spend most of my days writing (plus admin and marketing my books) in cafes. I have been a counsellor, cleaner and public servant. I am 'spiritually' minded, for want of a better word. I have been either house-sitting or renting for a few years after the end of a long relationship. The place I was sold. I have temporary accommodation thanks to a lovely friend. I like to meditate, go out to places like The Front Cafe or Smiths, art openings and other things around town. I have a lot of friends of different ages. I like reading and going into the bush and I can cook well. I cannot drive as I have a genetic eye disorder but my brain seems to compensate a lot; so other than driving I am quite functional. I am pretty clean and tidy. I can pretty much talk about anything and I am quite 'chilled.' Also, I have plenty in my bank account to pay rent with, just not enough to buy; I am also on the visual disability pension Look forward to hearing from you. Thanks.
Happy, easy going, clean, enjoy cooking, reliable - especially with rent & bills. Moving from Sydney to Canberra to be closer to family. I have a precious motorbike as well as a car so some garage space for the bike and some tools would be appreciated. Thanks for looking at my profile.

Hi! My name is David, I am 24 years old and I am originally from a small town in NSW called Cootamundra. I am looking forward to experiencing the delights of Canberra (especially the mountain biking) and keen to make new friends! I am easy going, punctual, friendly and always clean up after myself (it's always nicer to live in a clean house). I am also very into skiing and plan to do plenty of trips up to the snowy mountains during winter so if you are into that sort of thing or want to try it out, I'd be more than happy to drive you up!
The house is new-ish looking house in a suburb of Page, 10 min walk to Westfield Belconnen. Many bus stop nearby, but if you ask nicely your house mate willing to take you anywhere, IF you ask nicely that is and the reason is valid. Rent is cheap and bills are cheap too. I will ask for $500 as bond and rent up front each month which is approximately $500 calendar monthly as long as there is 4 bedrooms filled. We have BBQ sometimes in the backyard and have fire when it gets really cold outside. anything else just ask.
