Hi I'm Iain, A 25 year old recent Physio grad relocating to Hobart for work. I'm a social person, who loves the outdoors. My favourite hobbies include basketball, surfing, camping and snowboarding. I enjoy living an active healthy lifestyle. I've lived in share houses previously in Melbourne & coastal Victoria. I am clean and respectful of house rules. I'm a relaxed, friendly and easy going person.
I have a brand new house to share. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Huge yard and only a few hundred metres from the water. The master bedroom and ensuite is available along with the whole house to yourself whilst I work away interstate the majority of the time. Brand new fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer included. Gas water and cooking. Electric oven. Ideal for someone who wants a whole house to rent for themselves but at a price below normal rental rates for this quality of home. I’m a 35 year male who works away within the mining industry. Great location and great vibe. Come and take over the house and enjoy it as your own! I’m looking for someone who has a steady regular income, who likes to have a ‘home’ of their own to look after and take care in. Encourage all to apply.
Hi flatmate(s). I am easy going, clean, tidy and respectful, private and quiet. I am away a fair bit as i am travelling from time to time. Prefer the Eastern Shore but not necessarily if the right house and flatmate comes along. I have been in Bellerive now for a year and planning to stay here i Hobart. Originally from Norway and I have been in Noosa for the last 23 years. Hope to find a modern bright house to live in. I have police check if needed and great references. I like cooking, yoga and all good things that life has to offer.
I am a good cook, keep a clean house, very busy with own business so keep to my self a bit in my room as I run it from home but also happy to get together to watch a good movie or go to the local pub for a dink. Not a smoker and a light social drinker. Have two wonderful rescue dogs that are very friendly. They are very clean too, don't dig holes or are very obedient
Hi everyone, myself (Talitha) and my partner Luke have recently moved from Coral Bay, Western Australia to Tassie! I will be studying marine biology at UTAS and our hobbies include surfing, freediving and music. We are looking for like minded individuals to share a place with; anyone who's keen for an adventure! We would prefer a place that is between the university as well as close to some surf, but as we are currently living in a caravan park we will take what we can get for now. We are both very tidy, easy going non smokers who enjoy a social drink every now and then, but also respect individual quiet time.
We are a couple looking for a a great place to live. My boyfriend and I met in Canada while he was over on a working holiday visa. Now I'm over here on my working holiday visa. We are looking to explore around Tasmania taking in all the sites while still having a cozy home to come back to while working. We love to cook. We mostly keep to ourselves but also down to hang out with good friends from time to time.
Hi, I am a 34 year old male who is on the Disability Support pension and work a couple of casual jobs in Cleaning and as a Dishwasher as well. I am pretty friendly, super neat and tidy. I need to leave my current place in a couple of weeks, because the lease has expired and not being renewed at my current place. So I need to find a room anywhere in the Hobart urban area for around $150 per week. I am not picky on the neighbourhood and be totally happy to live out in say Bridgewater or Gagebrook.
This is my home I own out right. This is reasonably new home... imactlutley appointed luxury home with views second to none. I've suffered some heath set backs and really just want someone that can help me maintain it in slow of very cheap deal on accomadation... there's not be whole lot to do and areas of living a basicly separate we would just be sharing the kitchen so you would have a pretty awesome living area. The person will need to be solid .. uni is good. But solid.. that's all, only help with a few things that I need doing sort of a pa... and you've got your self a nice home.
We are mid 20s looking for a room to share and going to work in woolworths. we are relaxed and easy going people who are respectful and helps keep the shared areas clean and tidy. Non Smokers
I am originally from Germany, but have been living in Tasmania for over four years. I am quiet, tidy and enjoy cleaning. In my spare time I like to study and read and go hiking. I like the outdoors and love travelling. It would be nice to not only find flatmates, but make some new friends as well.
Hi! I’m a student in grade 12 at Elizabeth College. I work at Hill Street in West Hobart and I’m also a reservist in the Defence Force Army. I have also worked as an office cleaner for four years. I’m looking for affordable accommodation for myself that is within bussing distance to my school. I have been brought up in a loving, hard working family. I would love to live with other young people who can work well as a team. Thank you!
Ola, weird gal from Queensland, 24, got my feed of city life after living in melbournia for several years and am ready to move on. Beginning study at UTAS in Feb, work hospo currently but hoping to get out eventually. Looking to move asap. I'm pretty laid back as long as everyone is putting in/doing fair share ect. Clean as hell, respectful, bit of a home body; love cooking, eating, gym, climbing, animals, playing music, camping/hiking and reading. Always up for a bit of a chat but need alone time as well. Like parties occasionally but it's not really what I want to be surrounded by when I'm at home trying to relax or study etc. Definitely important we get along but in saying that I'm pretty easy going and honest so as long as we can have a normal conversation we'll be sweet. Can be annoying due to aloofness, inability to remember things people say and non-apologetic cackle laugh. Sorry. Thoughtful and abrasive. Ups to free speech and diversity. ok i think this enough, peace
I am studying fine arts at the Uni of Tas and working as a freelance muralist and Tom is a carpenter studying drafting. We are respectful, clean, tidy and friendly. Looking for a place to call home :)
Hey I'm Grace, I've spent two years living alone and managing my own tenancy but I'm looking for a new place to share with a group of groovy people who can relate. I work most week nights and attend Tafe so I would hope to find people with similar goals to be working and/or studying. I should probably have more hobbies than I do but I love making art and petting cute dogs counts yeah? I'm also on Centerlink for studying whilst living independently so I am able to pay rent and responsible enough to have savings for bills and emergencies. I have a really good record with my current landlord and am only leaving in the hopes to find a bigger place and other folks to share somewhere with. If you feel we could get along shoot me a message or even if you just have some questions.
Hello! I'm a 29 year old, full time worker, non smoker currently living in Hobart. I'm looking for a room within the greater hobart area. I come with a 7 year old rescue greyhound, Dolly. She's very quiet and well mannered and sleeps for most of the day. I'd like to think of myself as very friendly and easy going, i'm quiet but social and very much respect your space and privacy. When I'm not at work, I'm either out hiking/camping/enjoying the outdoors in some capacity or relaxing with a book/record/glass (or bottle) of wine.
