It's going to be sad to leave this place cause it's just so darn perfect, there's even a garbage disposal. And will be sad to leave that cool housemate guy too I guess haha :) It's a lovely house and I don't think it'll be easy to find another one like it.

The house is a three bedroom home that is spit into two levels. It has an open space design but still allows for privacy. The house is fully furnished except the rooms that are to be rented. The street we are in is a super quiet street, and everyone is friendly. We are central to Maroochydore which only takes 10-15 minutes to get to.
I have only just bought this place, a big old 4 bedroom brick home with lots of open green space around it, (unfenced, sorry dog lovers) in a quiet neighbourhood, only 0.5 km to the Nambour Hospital. It's not pretty but it's solid and roomy. My adult disabled son stays overnight one night most weekends, otherwise it's a pretty quiet and comfy place with a couple of different living areas and a patio with plenty of space. It's a five minute walk to the bus stop and cafes near the hospital. I have WIFI set up and data is unlimited (sadly still copper from the node). The neighbours are friendly and it's a pretty 'live and let live' neighbourhood.

I would consider myself an excellent housemate. I have full time employment and i work a 7 on 7 off roster in a health and safety position in mining. I enjoy my own company and i also enjoy socializing and other company whilst respecting others and their need for quiet time and privacy. By nature i am very clean and tidy in the house and always clean up myself, i enjoy time in the kitchen preparing a meal and i try and eat healthy food all the time. I would like to move in with someone who enjoys being in a home and likes making it a home rather than just a place to sleep. I am in possession of a sound moral compass with a strong set of values and ideally i would like to see myself having a long term future wherever i move into. In my spare time I enjoy taking care of myself in the gym, at the beach, in the ocean or on the track soaking up the Kms. I do enjoy watching something enjoyable on the telly but i am certainly not a couch potato. I am a non judgmental guy who has a very open mind to peoples lifestyle choices and i am very accepting of others and the lives they may lead. I enjoy getting outside and rollerblading or reading in my free time. I'm generally a late night study mouse, like to eat healthy (most of the time) and on the occasion would like to be able to hang with house mates who have similar interests. We are easy going, clean and considerate. Most people would describe us as friendly, open minded and polite. We both enjoy socialising however equally appreciate our own chill time as well. We are both lovers for animals (Eden is a vet nurse in training), travel and music. Through both of our own life hardships we have adapted to living out of home, renting from a younger age than most.
