I'm a full time student so I won't be around the house much. Usually keep to myself as the semester progresses. I'm independent and keep to myself but also a great person to have a conversation with. I'm respectful, easy going, open minded, responsible, and a bit shy at first as I'm in a new surrounding but always up for a chat. I don't have any pets (sorry I'm not pet friendly) and an non smoker (don't mind as long as it's outside). I am looking for long time accomonmdation, preferably would like to stay in an all female house, with people who are around the same age as me. Mainly just would like to live somewhere until I finish my studies. I would like to find a place to live that is either close to my campus or has easy direct transportation to the city (preferably links to train station towards city or a nearby bus stop).
I have a room currently available in Hilton if you are still interested. It is a 1 minute walk from Hilton Shopping Centre and is right next to a bus stop. Bus travel time to the city is 10 minutes. The room is fully furnished (desk, bed, wardrobe, cupboard, etc.) There is free weekly cleaning of public house areas and the backyard. Large room Available with queen-size bed, wardrobe, and a desk with an individual lock to grantee privacy. The house is also furnished with a large TV, Dish Washer, Washing Machine, Fridge, Chest freezer, outdoor table and large dining table. The house is conveniently located mere meters for a bus stop. Nearby are a 24 hour OTR services station, a pub/restaurant and Woolworth's shopping center. The city is just over Hilton bridge only a few minutes by bus or car. This room is great for students it's in a very convenient location. Internet and Utilities are included in the rent. Partners are fine to come visit the house as long as their not living in the room there is no issue. Friends can also come visit but a good rule of thumb is to keep the guest to one per housemate. I want you to feel comfortable but I don't want a party house, there is a pub just around the corner if you do feel the need to get a bit rowdy.

hello! I am a 26-year-old architecture student looking to share a place with someone clean, tidy, responsible, respectful and thoughtful like me. I'll be working part-time and part-time student. I have a very focused lifestyle, which is work to pay up my bills, finish my degree and in the couple hours left have a little fun.
The house is modern and new with an open plan, big kitchen, separate laundry, a study room, and ducted heating/aircon. Rent for the third room is currently $152/week. This does not include internet or bills. We have an unlimited internet plan which is an additional $23/month per person. Bond is $930. We are ideally looking for someone to stay for the whole lease until early August 2019. The third bedroom is very decent size with built in robes, is carpeted and shares a decent sized bathroom (shower, bath, sink and separate toilet) with the second bedroom. The room is not furnished so you will need to bring your own bedroom stuff! All the bedrooms are nicely spaced apart which is great for when you just want time to chill by yourself. The rest of the house is furnished (couches, TV, dining set, fridge, washing machine, outdoor setting). There is little maintenance outside the house - no grass, just the occasional weeding before inspections. There is also an outdoor setting under shade and an outdoor pizza oven for entertaining people! Street parking is available and the street is very wide so there is ample parking. The location is very close to the city and a couple hundred metres from a bus stop that goes straight in. Unfortunately, no pets allowed.

I have lived in shared accommodation in the past and understand how they work and what is expected of me as a housemate. I have anxiety and tend to be quite shy until I get comfortable where I can become very talkative. I can cook, clean and manage my own space and tidy up after myself. I’m not a huge fan of conflict so I try to be as polite and respectful as possible. I also have a small 6 year old cat whom I would love to bring with me. Her personality is much the same as mine as she tends to take time to warm up to people but only takes a couple weeks to learn her place with other cats. If it’s an issue to have her with me, I have family willing to care for her. I’m currently doing an online course in Community Services but am hoping to take advantage of the study group that is running in Hindmarsh and for the first few weeks I’ll probably be out applying for jobs
