I'm a 24 year old individual with an Indian background, but have been raised in Australia for most of my childhood. I'm moving from the Gold Coast to Adelaide next week, with a preference to shift into a property that is 20-30 mins away from the city by public transport. Looking to have all bills and internet included in the rent. I'm (1) simple (2) organised (3) friendly and (4) honest individual that is looking to make some cool friends along the way. If you are offering any rooms with the description listed above, please don't hesitate to contact me.
Hey everyone! Let's start with the buzzwords: open minded, relaxed, positive, healthy, fit, social, non-smoker, respectful, active. Lots of interests: food (it's my job), cycling, road-trips, camping, fishing, photography, music, movies, reading (I'm a news junkie), technology and much more. I have plenty of experience with sharing accomodation, both agencies and privates, and multiple enthusiastic references are available. When I'm home, if I'm not doing some work-related email catching-up, I'm very open to socialising during dinner or a glass of wine if that's the type of house, otherwise I respect other peoples' spaces :) My budget for the perfect place is $150-$170 bills included. If there are more people, or bills are excluded, etc that would be reflected in the rent I'm prepared to pay. I have used this website recently and it was a success, hoping to replicate! Now my current housemate just landed a dream job in Brisbane and is leaving by end of July. I don't want to take over the lease so I'm considering other share-houses. Details aside, just feel free to contact me and we'll see how we go from there. Cheers! Some random facts: - I have saved thousands of marine turtles in Mexico. - I'm Italian but I don't like soccer. - I do cook amazing food, I'd love a foodies' house! - Apart from Italian and English, I speak fluent Spanish and it would be great to live with someone who can help me practice my French :) - Eventually in a few years time I want to quit everything, buy a sailing boat and go places.
I am a journo moving to Adelaide from Sydney for work with my partner Arisha (who is a mad cook btw) and hoping to find a place handy for work and exploring a new city. As we're fresh from the horrors of Sydney we'd be really keen for someone to show us around or at least point us in the right direction. We're pretty quiet; love pets (particularly dogs), music and good food. Always keen for a chat or you know silently leaving you well alone.
My name is Maighan, I'm 20 and studying International Development at Adelaide Uni, as well as commencing an internship with SA Parliament (how do I adult??) I enjoy going to markets, hanging out, exploring adelaide, taking videos and photos, being creative, meditating and brunching. I'm from Tassie so I go home when I can to catch up with friends and family, but I've also got a really stable and fab group of friends in Adelaide. I want a social share house, somewhere with 0 drama and supportive and friendly people. Feeling safe and accepted is really important to me and it's my main requirement for a share house. If you're looking for someone to share cups of tea with (I have a crazy collection of T2) and who is regularly down to go for a walk, get coffee or a beer then I am ya gal! I'm generally clean and my floordrobe always stays within the premises of my room ;) Excited to hear from you :)
Hi! I'm Sarah and I'm searching for a room for my cat Mouse and I. I'm looking for a sharehouse with a friendly communal vibe - I don't want to live with people I never talk to so let's be friends. I'm also looking for housemates who are considerate and tidy. I'm very clean, love cooking, and going to the gym (Goodlife members: let's work out together). Ideally, I'd like a decent sized room with floorboards (because asthma) and plenty of light, a backyard for my cat to chill out in (supervised of course), and that's pretty much it. Vegan housemates would be a bonus. Chuck me a message if you have somewhere you think I'd like. Thanks! (:
Hey hey! I live in a 3 bedroom house in Hilton (between Mile End and Richmond) with 2 other housemates who are both moving out! One is heading to Germany and the other is moving home! We now have found a housemate to move in next week but still have one room available! The house is a spacious 3 bedroom red brick house with a massive backyard and we've got a heap of couches out there and a table tennis table which makes it nice to chill with friends there. The kitchen is quite modern (featuring dishwasher, hooray!). And the rooms are well sized! The room is at the front of the house are has a beautiful fireplace in the corner (not for use, just for looks :) ) Rent is $120 a week! Bond is $720... I know, that sucks. But everything else is quite cheap especially for living 3 minutes out of the CBD! If you're interested or have any more questions.. please contact me!

I currently live in Prospect, Adelaide. I quit my job, packed up my life, gave my family lots of hugs and moved here in February 2017 from Tumby Bay (near Port Lincoln). I am a huge family person and I call my Dad almost every day. I am currently living with a 23 year old male named Tim he's wicked and my bestfriend in the world, we game and eat dinners together. I'm wanting to move on to an area more quiet/secluded than Prospect. I don't mind living with boys at all so don't be shy! I am very, very clean. Working in Aged Care gave me a big cleaning bug. I have minimal belongings. I have bought a bed while living here which I love and I wouldn't like to part with so I'd prefer a room to be unfurnished! :) I handle responsibility well. I manage bills extremely well and I am fantastic at budgeting. I study Disability cert III at the moment and I am looking to study in January 2018 to further my career to an enrolled nurse and experience more opportunity in the city. It's either that or RN at UNI I still haven't fully decided yet. I'm always looking for a job but I'm not fussed about employment until I've finished my studying. I love to play pc and console games and socialize with my friends over lunch or during weekends when I have time off. I'm fairly quiet most days, I'm not a huge party goer. I socially smoke cigarettes or when I feel really stressed though I wouldn't consider myself a full time smoker. I occasionally drink maybe once a month or if there's a concert/DJ I want to see but I do not drink excessively. Although I don't mind a cheeky wine on a Sunday night ;). I don't spend money impulsively. I'm a huge bargain hunter and SAVERS is amazing seriously I didn't know second hand shops that big existed until a few months ago and I cried. Anyway. I don't do drugs. I absolutely love to cook and eat food but I don't eat red meat though it's totally cool if you do and if you're a vego I'll buy my own frying pan to cook my chicken and fish on don't worry and keep my stuff totally separate don't worry. I LOVE tea. Especially chamomile tea. With like 5 sugars. I am a very easy going, reliable, honest, open and friendly person. I am all about personal choice and I don't discriminate or judge anyone. I am allergic to cats though I can totally live off of anti-allergy tablets if I need to. I love dogs very much. I have my Ps but I don't have a car (I sold it when I moved) :(. I am a huge music nerd and I love every genre. I play the guitar and I sing in the shower. I like to draw and read books. I love to go on walks during sunny days. I am always willing to help out anyone in any way I can and I am very supportive. I 100% NEED the internet as I do study. I love kids. I don't have a partner although I am seeing someone, he's great and you'll definitely meet him. I would prefer a quiet home. I like my own space and I respect other peoples space but I'll also happily welcome you into my life with open arms. I would love for us all to be friends and get along great. I can't think of anything else to write here so message me if you would like to know more!
Hi you all! I was born in the Netherlands and lived in Italy for 13 years; my friend Pohsuan is Taiwanese. Currently, we study Business at the University of Maastricht, the Netherlands. We will go to Adelaide for our exchange semester abroad, starting in July and ending in December. So we are looking for a place for 4-5 months. We are tidy, we love to cook, we are social and like to hang out with new people that could show us around. We are looking for a place to live, our budget consists of $175 a week each! Since we live in the Netherlands, we will not be able to have a face-to-face viewing, but we can start to get to know each other thanks to technology :):) Looking forward to hear from you! Claudia & Pohsuan
Hi ! I am an international student, currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering at The University of Adelaide. Of Indian descent, I grew up in Qatar from the age of 5 (I still reside there with my family) and would probably call it my home. I am looking to move into a new place sometime by the end of July. Please dont hesitate to contact me if interested in having me as your housemate. Note that I am looking for a place to stay in certain suburbs I mentioned specifically on my profile. Or in generic terms, either towards the west or towards the south of the city. That would be my first preference. I am responsible, tidy, able to seamlessly and quietly adapt to any rules/requirements in the environment. Usually I would be out at the Uni for the majority of the day subject to workloads. Weekends I tend to stay indoors although occasionally I would do a bit of exploring the city. I enjoy meeting new people, getting to know them better and hanging out with them almost anywhere: be it at a restaurant or hiking. If you would rather yearn for some quiet time, a bit more privacy at home, or in essence if you need a quieter flat mate, I would gladly oblige to be so. I have lived out of home for the last 5 years, so I am well experienced in living in a professional manner. If left to myself, while assuming studies dont eat up my time, I would probably be reading up on military aviation, watching classical movies from the 40's to 90's (an addict at that), following cricket, Federer (he is tennis for me :P), playing COD and Falcon 4.0, reading a bit of history or listening to some of the best, western classical music has to offer. Looking forward to great times together !
My name is Catherine and I am looking for a room to rent as close to Adelaide CBD as possible, available to move immediately. Originally from Russia, I am a Permanent resident in Australia since the end of 2015 and planning to become a citizen. Starting my new job at Women's and Children's Hospital, will be working rotating shifts. Have been doing nanny work before, and my background before coming to Australia is in HR -- I am planning to get back to it once I settle down here and sort out additional training and other things. I don't have a car, pets, don't smoke or drink, don't party, clean after myself, and don't have any furniture except for a queen mattress (+quilt and pillows). I am pretty quiet, like to have my privacy and don't bother others, but happy to chat, cook together or hang out in the outdoor areas. I am usually the tidiest person in the household (at least that was the case in all sharehouses I lived in), and every once in while will get in the mood to bake pies and cookies to share with everyone.
Old brick bungalow near the CBD. Each room is spacious with high ceilings, wood floors, ceiling fans, and large windows. Shared gas, electricity and unlimited internet, with solar hot water and electricity. Back and front yards with room for gardening, currently growing multiple fruit trees. More images of the property and rooms will be uploaded soon. Combined rent and bills cost $150 a week.
Looking for en-suite, modern clean non-shared bathroom. I am a new Lecturer at UniSA. I will now prefer places close to the beach between Henley and West Lakes.
Hey there, we are 2 friendly females (23 #springchicken & 31 #fossil) looking for a new housemate to move in!!! I (Bronny) am a live-in landlord and have had the house for 9 years, I rent out my 2 other rooms because I enjoy living with others and love meeting new people. I have gained a lot of valuable friendships over the years! We are very genuine and honest and are looking for likeminded people, not party animals, however, not completely introverted either. Someone with a good sense of humour as we are sociable people and enjoy a good chat and I won't lie, generally like to pop open a bottle of wine which is always offered to anyone who feels like one... I'm blessed with a job in the wine industry! I work fulltime in finance working week days, business hours and also studying full time (Accounting). Naomi works part time, studies full time (Law). Ideally, but it's not essential, we’d love someone who is studying or has studied and is used to sharing a house with nerds. Someone who is considerate and respects other people’s property would be perfect. We are clean and tidy people, however, not OCD so someone who knows how to clean up after themselves will be a winner! Ideally I am looking for someone wanting a long term lease(min 12 months). The house is approx. 14 years old and is located at the end of a quiet street, 2 mins from the city and 5 from the beach, close to local shopping centre, bus and train. The house has air-conditioning/heating, broadband internet and main living necessities, all but your room furniture basically!! The room available is approx 3.8 x 4m with a built-in robe. The main bathroom is shared between 2, however, it is a female friendly bathroom being a 3-way bathroom as such. The electricity, gas, water and internet are split 3 ways. The man of the house is Oscar who is a 7 year old Maltese Silky, his offsider, Ollie (5) is a Daschund x Mini Foxie, both are small dogs mainly outside, buuutt sometimes are spoilt and let in at night to sleep. I am quite strict on both dogs, don’t like yappy dogs, but they are dogs after all and will bark to let me know someone is around! Soooo, someone who is a dog person would be an ideal roomie for the Hilton Household! If you’re interested in having a lookie please send us an email :) Cheers Bronny & Nay

I am very friendly, fun and most importantly clean and very tidy. I work Monday-Friday on a rotating roster on the afternoon shift at a pharmaceutical warehouse in Thebarton so I am looking for a place nearby work, I also work saturday nights at a club and generally go out during the day on weekends. I keep to myself and do my own thing, I enjoy my private space and will not annoy anyone. I also have a car and motorbike so will require 1 space off street parking ( my car and bike usually fit in one space) I would require a private bathroom or ensuite as I have way too many beauty products and appliances.
