Great townhouse in a great location close to the city and pretty much everything that matters in the inner west, Large living area downstairs and bedrooms upstares. Good Airconditioning to keep us cool in the hotter weather. Your room will have a built-in robe and enough room for a queen sized bed and some other furniture and possibly a desk but furnish as you will. Garage at the back is used for storage so on-street parking but never a problem to find a park on the street. The previous flatmate taking most of the furniture with him so we are starting afresh in the dining room and lounge room, so if you have furniture or wish to make suggestions we will be open to ideas. We will be having a cleaner for common areas and is included in the rent to save any stress/ friction and having to arrange a roster. Current full-time university student, working part time in the city. I am pretty laid back and enjoy relaxing at home or going out for good food. I am studying a Bachelor of Construction Management and Economics and will graduate mid year 2022. So I would prefer to have a long term lease where i can finish my studies and decide where to go and what to do from there. I have lived away from home for about 8 months, on my own, before i started my studies, that said this is my first time that i will be sharing accommodation with anyone outside family. I work in hospitality, at a 5 star hotel, mostly in the evenings on the weekend, home by latest 00:00. I do get the occasional week where I'll be on mornings where I'll be up early, about 05:30ish but i am very considerate of this an can try my best to be a ninja when I leave or arrive home. I've always been a very tidy person and grew up in a household were you earn your keep by contributing to house work, so I am no stranger to chores in and around the house. Prefer organisation to chaos, so I am more than happy to work to any cooking and/or cleaning roster/schedule. I personally don't have any pets, but i have grown up with a family dog and fish tank, that said I do love both dogs and cats, and am more than happy to live with any sort of pets and help look after them. I have my own car and thoroughly maintain it, so either parking on the property or off street parking would be greatly advantageous and preferred. I have traveled/immigrated a bit through my teens, thanks to my fathers career, and am no stranger to meeting new people. I was born in South Africa, lived in New Zealand and finally settled here in Australia with my mother and brother. I speak fluent English, although i still do have a slight South African accent remaining, but that shouldn't hinder communication in anyway. I usually get along very well with everyone i meet and am quite friendly and polite, in general I am a quiet person and highly respect and appreciate my own as well as others privacy and space. However, i am more than happy to sit around a dinner table or lounge room engaging in good conversation, watching TV or eating food. I spend most of my time studying, playing video games, watching Netflix or Youtube and working out at a gym or playing sport when in season.
