My name is Catherine and I am looking for a room to rent as close to Adelaide CBD as possible, available to move immediately. Originally from Russia, I am a Permanent resident in Australia since the end of 2015 and planning to become a citizen. Starting my new job at Women's and Children's Hospital, will be working rotating shifts. Have been doing nanny work before, and my background before coming to Australia is in HR -- I am planning to get back to it once I settle down here and sort out additional training and other things. I don't have a car, pets, don't smoke or drink, don't party, clean after myself, and don't have any furniture except for a queen mattress (+quilt and pillows). I am pretty quiet, like to have my privacy and don't bother others, but happy to chat, cook together or hang out in the outdoor areas. I am usually the tidiest person in the household (at least that was the case in all sharehouses I lived in), and every once in while will get in the mood to bake pies and cookies to share with everyone.
I'm an energetic and social working professional that loves to meet new people. In my spare time I'll often be exercising, with family/friends or playing gigs on the weekend. I'm also super clean and respectful of privacy - I would live with me!
Looking for en-suite, modern clean non-shared bathroom. I am a new Lecturer at UniSA. I will now prefer places close to the beach between Henley and West Lakes.
I am a native of this fine city. My job is to turn paper into happiness. I am great to live with because I am open-minded (but closed enough that my brain stays in), reliable, funny, modest, and I can cook. I'm not real picky about fun as long as it's fun.
Convenient location: 5 min drive or 15min cycle to the CBD. Close to the city, airport, beach, ikea and Thebarton theatre. Located in a quiet, peaceful and safe neighbourhood. The house is cosy with a decent sized backyard. Off street parking.
FLEXIBLE LANDLORDS (within reason), Willing to negotiate for the right tenants! EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY for you to TEAM UP and start a NEW SHARE HOUSE. (navigate website, find suitable housemates and come to us with an offer, we are happy to negotiate) Close to CBD, Shops and Universities Access to Public Transport Nice Neighbourhood Low Maintenance
Large three-bedroom house, ducted air-conditioning/heating, wooden floors, high ceilings, undercover parking space. Refurbished kitchen with stainless steel bench tops, five burner gas stove, dishwasher. Bathroom has both a shower and a bath. The house is mostly furnished, but there's room for your furniture too! An extra couch or washing machine are very welcome. Huge backyard, lawns maintained by the landlord. We've got a medium sized room available, unfurnished, gets lots of natural light in the morning. $155/wk + bills and internet. Bond is $990. We're looking for someone ideally 25+ who is clean, respectful and happy to pitch in with weekly chores to keep the house clean.
Placid warm soulful man who's travelled much and has alot to share. Have a few professions which has had me work with a great diversity of beings from around the planet, on many levels. Good energy with a good ear and much patience. Love animals, music, nature, the arts, great conversation. Extremely open minded and always willing to explore new concepts, adventures, worlds. Play campfire guitar, and am willing to howl along to get others singing. A little on the funny/quirky/silly side, but have that under control when need be. :). Currenly working taking people on wine tours, and other adventures. Looking for a 3-6 month stay, then I guess I'll either have another plan or we'll see how things are then.
Hey, I'm Daniel - I'm a 23 year old human, and I was birthed and raised in Adelaide - I'm a full-time student studying the Flinders Foundations Program and I'm planning on continuing onto Nursing - I've rented twice previously, with friends; I'm reliable, organized and deadly... I mean friendly! :) My interests are: muses (heavierish side), movies and series (sci-fi, mostly; Captain Janeway is the best Captain), photography, cooking, art, astronomy, philosophy, science and video games. I'm kind of a weird geek. :D I have a car - I'm looking for a single unfurnished room I look forward to meeting new people - Thanks :)
Dear potential flatmate, I'd like to join or start a share-house in the Inner-Western suburbs, something along the Westside Bikeway (Camden Park to Mile End) would be ideal, but I'm open to other nearby areas and/or the beach. But first, the buzzwords: open minded, relaxed, positive, drama-free, healthy, fit, social, non-smoker, respectful, single, active, musician, foodie, traveller, great listener, no BS-taker, decent human. I am a business negotiator in the imported gourmet food industry - basically your great food and wine are actually my job ;-) I have plenty of experience with sharing accomodation, both agencies and privates, and multiple enthusiastic references are available. Lots of interests/hobbies: food (it's for work!), cycling, road-trips and anything you can do outdoors, photography, music, movies, music, music, reading (I'm a news junkie), new technologies and random nerdy stuff... much much more. When I'm home, if I'm not doing some work-related email catching-up, I'm very open to socialising during dinner or a glass of wine if that's the type of house, otherwise I respect other peoples' spaces :) Details aside, just feel free to contact me and we'll see how we go from there. Cheers! Some random facts: - I have saved thousands of marine turtles in Mexico; - I'm Italian but I don't like soccer; - I do cook amazing food, I'd love a foodies' house! - (Apart from Italian) I speak Spanish, and it'd be great to practice my French :) - Eventually in a few years I want to quit everything, buy a sailing boat and go places.

1 bedroom id available in this 3 bedrooms house. The house is located off Henley Beach Rd (bus stop 2 is 2 mins walking distance and it's a 15 mins GO ZONE). It's a great house with huge living room, open kitchen and a big back yard. The bedroom has built in carpet, cupboard and ceiling fan. The room is NOT FURNISHED but the house itself is fully functional. So in other words, you just need to bring your own bed and study table and you are set to live in here. The house is locaed in a sweet spot where it's surrounded by heaps of restaurants like Tongue Thai'd, Sunshie Cafe, Modinetti, 800 degrees and so on. A Foodland supermarket is located less than 10 mins walking distance from the house. There are also 2 awersome pubs around the neighbourhood: The Wheatsheaf hotel and The Mile End Hotel. For those who doesn't have your own transportation, need not worry. Bus stops are within walking distance. Bus stop 2 on Henley Beach rd is about 2 mins walking distance and it's a 15 mins GO ZONE which means there will be PLENTY buses going through this bus stop. If you would like to save money, Thebarton tram stop is within 10 mins walking distance from home. A little bit about myself: I work shift works currently, which means you will not see me too often and I am a quiet person. Friends around me thinks that I am genuine and easy to hang around with. I tend to keep the house as tidy as possible but I am not a OCD person. Housemate I am looking for: Full-time worker/study full-time, able to pay rent and bills on time, clean after yourself, share house chores, and most importantly very quiet in the day as I will be sleeping most of the time. If you would like to know more about the house, please feel free to email me. P/s: The room isn't available for inspection till 16/09/2017 as there are some issues I would like to fix before inspection.
This property has loads of space; has just been completely renovated and is quiet and yet really close to the CBD (walking Distance!). Excellent public transport accessibility is available with bus stops a few minutes’ walk away at either Sir Donald Bradman Drive or Henley Beach Road, and the Hilton Shopping Centre just 4 minutes’ walk away with Woolworths Supermarket, Post Office, Chemist, Bakers Delight, and café plus plenty of eateries along Henley Beach Road and in the general area. A large bright, freshly painted fully furnished carpeted bedroom will be available for either single or double accommodation as from October 6th. Featuring a comfy queen- sized bed, complete with all linen, towels, pillows and quilt; bedside cupboards with lights; 2 wardrobes; chest of drawers; desk and office chair. The bedroom is lockable and has roller shutters on the window, reverse cycle air-conditioning and a ceiling fan. The fully equipped eat-in kitchen has gas hotplates and wall oven; refrigerator, air conditioning, ceiling fan, storage and pretty much everything you would require. The bathroom has a new gas hot-water heater with a shower, bath and toilet and there is a separate shared laundry with washing machine; freezer, iron and ironing board; storage cupboard and second toilet. A clothes dryer and both an outdoor rotary clothes line and sheltered ‘extendaline’ are provided. Off-street parking is available and the property has a large backyard with room for a vegie patch if you want, an amazing lemon tree and fruit trees that you can feast from! A gas BBQ is provided under the shady rear verandah with a comfortable outdoor setting for casual dining or entertaining. This is a beautiful home waiting for someone easygoing and happy to share and experience its convenience!
The house is fairly old, definitely has a bit of character. 3 large bedrooms with wooden floorboards, one room available to rent, possibly two! Bathroom and kitchen with slate floors, both small but it works! Decent sized back yard with small shed mostly empty. Have only been here for two months, so still trying to furnish the house and make it feel homey! Please note that the photos displayed are of the previous tenants furniture, just there to give you a better idea of the house Public transport is right out the front of the house. Shops 2 minutes down the road. Gym 5 minutes down the road. Rent is $350 a week, split between two or three people, depending on the third room availability. House uses gas and electricity. Currently don't have wifi, but looking into it.
Im a full time worker in the performing arts from Adelaide! I travel quite frequently for work interstate and overseas. Looking for some where close to the city within Riding / Walking distance and close to the Wheatsheaf hotel!
I'm a 22 year old young professional from the UK. I've recently taken up employment with a reputable firm in Adelaide CBD. As a result, I'm looking to move into an apartment with other like-minded young-professionals as well. I work 8-6 Monday-Friday, and enjoy relaxing and socializing at the weekend. I'm a very considerate and clean flatmate, and I'm looking for people who are also this way inclined! Feel free to get in contact, and we can set up a viewing/go for a beer and see how we get on! Hope to speak with you soon!
Hi, I'm Jacob, I'm a friendly, easy going guy who has recently moved back to Adelaide from Melbourne for work. I work in the CBD fulltime and in my spare time like to play sport, go to gigs and socialise with friends. I'm a super clean and tidy guy who respects others space. My moving date is very flexible - I can wait as long or as little as needed.
Hi I'm looking for a room prefereably ensuite but not essential. One to two housemates max :) My friends lease ends and I'm staying in adelaide until Xmas eve, I also work nights so need somewhere nice and quiet during the day.. Fully furnished and no more than 30 min walk to the city ..
Im easy to get along with. Im caring, quiet and considerate of others. I enjoy cooking and sharing my dishes with housemates. I enjoy a laugh and a good red wine now and then. I enjoy watching docos and good movies on the couch. I like intelligent conversations and i also enjoy gardening. I love good old rock and roll music and i like to have fun. I respect other peoples privacy and dont mind cleaning the house when it needs cleaning. I am a clean person and able to always pay rent on time. If you give me a chance i will not dissapoint you. You will see that you made the right choice choosing me to be your next housemate. Im also a very good listener and if im able i like to help people. I enjoy the beach, going to see bands, going out for dinner every so often going to markets as well as enjoying staying home and kicking back and relaxing with honest friendly people. I was living with my father at Woodville South and was his full time carer, but has now passed away so i am looking for a place that i can call home.
A little about me... I recently moved here from Darwin after selling my burger and coffee businesses there earlier this year. I had a previous life in the IT industry which meant I lived and worked in a number of capital cities. I moved here because Adelaide always grabbed me during my visits. I have a good friend base here too but could always expand on that. I am currently working full time as a postie while I get to know the lay of the land here. I am 44, house trained, a decent cook, very decent coffee maker, non-smoker, non-drug user, don't mind a beverage but not generally during the week due to early starts. I eat healthy most week nights. While I love animals I'd prefer to be in a place with no pets but am open on that one. Would prefer to share with no more than two other people.
