The house is quite modern and new with an open plan, big kitchen, separate laundry, a study room, and ducted heating/aircon. Rent for the third room is currently $152/week. This does not include internet or bills. We have an unlimited internet plan which is an additional $23/month per person. Bond is $930. We are looking for someone to stay until at least early August 2018 as this is when our lease ends. It is possible we may renew the lease again then and you could have the option of staying longer if we do! The bedroom is a decent size with built in robes, is carpeted and shares a decent sized bathroom (shower, bath, sink and separate toilet) with the second bedroom. The room is not furnished so you will need to bring your own bedroom stuff! All the bedrooms are nicely spaced apart which is great for when you just want time to chill by yourself. The rest of the house is furnished (couches, TV, dining set, fridge, washing machine, outdoor setting). There is little maintenance outside the house - no grass, just the occasional weeding before inspections. There is also an outdoor setting under shade and a pizza oven for entertaining people! Street parking is available and the street is very wide so there is ample parking. The location is very close to the city and a couple hundred metres from a bus stop that goes straight in. Unfortunatey, no pets allowed.

First of all, no pets. Sorry! However, we're located central to the city, beach, airport, can easily access the southern expressway, as well as public transport: buses, trains, and tram, (the tram is free to and from the city from our local tram stop). We are also very close to supermarkets, nice cafes, restaurants, pubs, parks, and Centrelink for government support. The house itself is a Victorian house. It has a spacious front and back yard, which is lovely for baking in the sun, with a shed out the back for storage. The house also has lovely floorboards, and carpet in the lounge. The room available is 4m by 3.5 metres, has a wardrobe for the room, but is otherwise unfurnished (furniture in current picture of room will be removed), so you can add your own furniture to make the space your own. The kitchen has a dinner table, refrigerator,microwave, and other basic cooking utensils, as well as loads of mugs, plates, cups etc. In the laundry, we have a washing machine, a portable linen cupboard that we can put our washing detergents, towels, etc in; the lounge has a tv, couches, coffee table etc, and we also have reverse cycle air-conditioning, so our heating and cooling works perfectly. Finally, rent will be $100 weekly, followed by quarterly electricity, gas and water bills. We also have wifi, which is $17.50 per person each month for an unlimited data plan; we get our lawn mowed every month, for $7.50 each; have a house inspection every 3 months, and we also rotate our weekly house cleaning duties by dividing the house into floors, bathroom, kitchen, and lounge between the four of us.

We are advertising one large bedroom available in a three bedroom house in Mile End. The house is located very near to shops, bus stops, gym and restaurants on Henley Beach Rd. There are two other females living at the property and we are seeking another female housemate to join us. We split all of the bills into thirds when they arrive including the wifi internet. There is limited off street parking available in the driveway. The house is fully furnished (including laundry) but the bedroom is empty.
