This property is a very spacious house with character, cosyness, and that homely feeling. Large bedrooms and huge backyard with shed and outdoor area for entertaining. Thick walls block out most of the sound between rooms. Great location being a 10 minute drive from the city, 20 minutes from Marion. Also close to woolworths, Hilton pub, Schnithouse restaurant, and an OTR servo right behind us. Also bus stops within a 2 minute walk, with busses available heading in multiple directions (West Beach, Glenelg, City, Marion). Furnished lounge room, with air conditioning. Wifi available but not included in rent. You would be moving into a large bedroom with air conditioning. Massive yard/outdoor area/shed/great for unwinding or entertaining. There is also a cat but he is 10 years old and very friendly. He mostly just sleeps haha
Hi! I'm Alex, I'm 24, I have a casual job at Panini Cartel and I study a Bachelor of Teaching with Bachelor of Mathematical and Computer Sciences at the University of Adelaide. I'm a pretty relaxed guy who can mingle in a house of any size, having lived in shared accommodation of 7-8 people for the past seven years. I make brilliant/terrible puns, you'll love them. I enjoy going out for a drink or three, or staying home to watch movies or play a terrible round of pool. I have a 1 year old white cat, Coconut, he's well behaved, playful and loves to meet new people.
Hi, My name is Astrid. After spending 21 years in the rainy, cold and generally miserable weather of the Netherlands, I thought it would be fun to spend Christmas somewhere in the sun, on a beach, with a cocktail for a change. That’s why I'm going to study at the University of South Australia, starting at the end of July. I am only going to be there for half a year, to scrape together the last points for my bachelor's degree. I am relaxed, can get along with almost anybody. Currently, I play volleyball, but thinking about learning to surf in Australia (I know very cliché) or learning some martial arts. I like to eat (sometimes bake) pie, occupy my friends' couches, go on camping trips or watch some mindfuck movie/series with my housemates in my free time. I will probably have a lot of free time considering I only need to pass half of my courses so I would like some housemates who are social and occasionally do some activities together. I have lived in a house shared with other students for three years, so I am capable of cleaning my own shit and my cooking skills are more imaginative than just pasta. My dream house has +/- 4 other students, who at least eat together but more ‘gezelligheid’ is always welcome. I prefer to have my own room but I don’t mind sharing a bathroom. I would really love a garden or rooftop terrace but it's not necessary. I will not be able to check out any property before 17 july!

Hello! I am an Argentine / Italian male moving to Adelaide for 6 months. I work in the film industry. I love animals, my hobby is photography, I like to cook and I am very calm and quiet. I lived in shared houses for a year in Spain so I am used to sharing with other people and respect their privacy. I keep order and cleanliness and I like others to do it too. I am very excited to visit Australia and meet its people.
I’m a social, friendly 4th year uni student studying engineering. I’m involved with heaps of clubs at uni and enjoy getting to know new people. I also work part time and I love to have a good chat over a glass of wine. I come with a coffee machine too!!!
I'm an easy-going, open-minded and bubbly person who's recently moved down from the northern Flinders Ranges where I lived, and worked in hospitality, for 2 years, to go back to school (hopefully with snackpacks!). I'm looking for somewhere within 10 minutes of the Adelaide CBD, preferably not on the east side of town. I spend most of my time in my room when home but, if we have things in common, I'll venture out to chat. I love music, but I prefer to listen to music with my headphones. So you won't hear it much. My ideal weeknight typically consists binge watching The Simpsons or Rick and Morty. Hopefully my housemates will like to watch them with me. My ideal weekend consists of going to the markets, nature walks, good food and drink with friends and a few chapters of a good biography. I'd like to live with easy-going relaxed people, ideally, between the ages of 25 and 30, who like similar things that I do. But, as long as your life doesn't impede on my life you can do you, whatever that may be :) I need to live with people who can communicate openly about any issues that may arise. I am the type of person who is open and honest. I would rather be a little upset in the short term than let things fester into arguments. I love animals. But will (forcefully) live without them. I have a very small tank-dwelling pet. You'll never see or hear her and she can't possibly destroy anything. I'm a non-smoker and would like to live with non-smokers. But, as long as you smoke outside, I don't mind. Animal, LGBT+ and 420 friendly.
