New to Adelaide, splitting my time between work in the Grenfell St office and Roxby Downs for BHP. I'm a keen runner and avid coffee drinker, so I much prefer my Saturday mornings to Friday nights - no need to worry about me keeping you up all night. Between travel to and from site and Melbourne from time to time to see my girlfriend, I'll definitely be a low contact housemate. I own a car and currently live alone in a fully furnished house. I can sell as much or as little as I need to depending on the setup I move into, but would prefer to keep the car and move into an unfurnished bedroom if able. If you're after someone who's clean and respectful, pays their bills on time, and is good value for a chat when he's around, I could well be your guy. If you're after someone to have mid-week drinks and massive Saturdays with, I'm probably not. Having said that, the biggest motivation for me to share instead of living alone is to make new friends in a new city, so it'll be important for me that we click. I'd prefer not to live with students to avoid potential fights over money - rest assured I'll pay my share and on time, I'd just prefer not to have to squabble over a few bucks or who drank more milk this week.
Hi, my name is Jaraad, I am a spiritually (no religious affiliations) minded person looking to live with people of similar mind sets or that are just chilled in general. I'm a laid back, honest, relaxed person and I am a vegan but not a preacher. Not into the whole drinking/partying scene, prefer nature, calm, serenity and would like to share a place with a nice back yard. Working on North Terrace so a house with a nearby public transport would be a plus but not essential. I am a clean, quiet person, warm and friendly. Please don't hesitate to message me, I am open to all opportunities. That includes any offers outside of my designated areas as I'm pretty flexible.
Hi I'm Jess, I'm 30 years old and work as an Event Manager in the Adelaide Hills. I'm full time and work a lot of weekends so often have a day or 2 off during the week instead. I'm a happy, social person with a busy lifestyle- always happy to chat over a glass of wine, but like to unwind by myself a bit too :)
I'm very independent. I cook and clean and depend only on myself. I don't have much of a social life. But will occassionally have friends over. Very much a home body but do like to go out when the opportunity arises. Work in hospo so don't really have a regular routine. Gym often and enjoy and healthy lifestyle most of the time aha. Looking for easy going like minded people.
I'm looking for people to team up with and rent a house, I'll be doing most of the work in renting the house. Just need keen people to commit with. My plan is to get a house towards the end of December as that's when I'll be moving out of my current accommodation. I'm currently a self employed Photographer and movie maker. I love keeping my place clean and I'm a good cook, would love to casually dine together and have a laugh. I've lived in shared accommodations for past 5 years so I know how respect room mates privacy and keep all the shared areas clean.
A double furnished room available from the 12th of November. All bills are included (water/internet/electricity/gas) as well as Netflix. Looking for someone that's chilled and easy going, pays rent on time, cleans up after him/herself and someone easy to get along with. There are 3 large bedrooms, separate living room, dining room and a newish kitchen with a dishwasher. The bathroom is pretty big and accommodates the laundry area and storage space. The backyard is beautiful and has a gorgeous long wall covered in ivy. GREAT LOCATION as it's really close to the city - 10mins walk to the tram stop near the entertainment centre and FREE tram ride into the city. There are loads of awesome restaurants (Enzo's, Addis Ababa, Parwana, New Local), The Gov, Lady Daly, Wheatsheaf, gym, etc close by. Brickworks Shopping Centre is close by as is Welland Shopping Centre.
Hiya, My names adam. I work in the mines 1 week on 1 week off. Looking for some pre chill people that can hold a job and can pay bills on time and can commit to renting. I work a lot, when I'm back in Adelaide I work in civil sites so I'm pre much not really ever home but I would like to get my own place with someone ! I like gym, I'm relaxed chilled guy! Hit us up if your a hard worker! And keen to move out! Cheers
I am easy to get along with and respect shared spaces as well as others' personal space. I am active and pretty busy at the moment and love being social but not looking for party house. I am looking for a flat for immediate future for next 3 months but could well extend beyond. I have a daughter who may visit occasionally.
Hard working student. Pretty much busy with studies and work all week. Looking for a place that's nice and relaxed. I enjoy heading out on the weekend for a few drinks. I'm very tidy and always clean up after myself as I go along. I'd prefer to live in a house with no more than 4 housemates. I love dogs so if you have a dog that's a bonus. I love music, soccer, cricket and travelling around South Australia exploring new places.
Hi I'm Karina, I respect space and love animals. Am vegan but keep my food to myself :)
Perfect location, just 10 minutes walk to the free tram to the city. Also close to the entertainment centre, the Gov, several restaurants and shops. This place has two large bedrooms upstairs. Each has a built in robe and a ensuite bathroom. There is also a guest toilet downstairs. Kitchen has good sized bench space and gas stove. Small courtyard suitable for an outdoor table with washing line. The lounge and dining room are in a combined open plan style. I have recently moved into the house so everything is new including the lounge, fridge, washing machine and tv. The lounge in particular is super comfy and the tv is great quality! Please let me know if you have any questions!

This fully furnished 3 bedroom townhouse is in an awesome location - within walking distance of the free tram into the city, bus, pubs, gym, Hawker Street cafe & Brompton Community Garden. It's a self-contained townhouse with loads of storage, so no sharing walls (& noise) with neighbours, plus it has its own garden shed & private garden/lawn/shaded pergola for those Summer BBQ's! The bathroom would only be shared with 1 other flatmate, plus there is an additional toilet downstairs so no queuing for the toilet! Brand new carpets, blinds & gas cooktop/oven have just been installed (old shown in some photos but current ones have dark grey), and the rest of the house is fully furnished. There's ducted reverse cycle heating/cooling, as well as a split system in the lounge room, and there's an additional small living area as well as the dining area so there are a few places to hang out should you want your own space :) The small sized room (2.66m long x 2.24 wide) has a small built in cupboard & shelving so all you would need is a bed! There is a large linen closet in the hallway that you could use part of. This bedroom would probably only suit a king single bed, though you could possibly fit in a double (it would just be a pretty tight squeeze). The medium sized room (3.65m long x 2.22 wide) has a double built in wardrobe plus additional shelving. It fits a queen sized bed and a desk and there is plenty of other storage in the house should you need it.
I have degree in biotechnology but have two jobs completely unrelated. One's at a bottle-o, the other is a gas field technician, and with it comes a work ute. So I have two cars, but am happy to leave them on the street if there is room. Apart from having 2 cars I'm a pretty solid housemate. Quite tidy, happy to wash as you go or take turns with dishes, happy to cook separately, take it in turns or share a meal every now and then. Have always gotten along with my housemates, the last house I was living with a couple of 21 yo's but the owner is moving back from Sydney to live here. I can spend a decent amount of time in my room but happy to watch the footy/game of thrones/a movie or have a few drinks and banter every now and then! I have a girlfriend who is just finishing a physio degree, we visit each other a couple times of times a week but she's delightful.
Hi! I'm a big fan of a home that's kept clean and tidy, somewhere that is a great sanctuary away from all the hectic-ness of life. I myself am very neat and tidy. I'm a non-smoker, very minimal drinker and enjoy keeping active. I'm not a massive partier, more of a relaxed socalising kinda gal. At the moment I'm pretty busy with work (which until the new year - maybe longer, will include a few days away each week). Ideally I'm looking for a space to share with just one other person, for atleast 6 months if not longer (12 months). Moving date is somewhat flexible. It would be great to have my own bathroom, off street parking and an unfurnished room (I have my own stuff). More than happy to answer any upfront or blunt questions as I feel its the only way when your looking for a suitable house mate. Thanks so much! :)
Friendly, clean, tidy and respectful of others. Am sociable but also like my own space. Enjoy wine and watching tv shows/movies. Love being outside and going for hikes or to the beach. Am a nurse and do shift work so do some odd hourse. Non smoker. My current lease is up end of February so looking for a place around that time.
Hey! I'm a 24 year old barista, just returned from travelling and found out my landlord isn't renewing the lease in January, so I want to get back into the sharehouse lifestyle. I've been living in a beachside appartment for the past year, super keen to stay by the ocean or make the move to city outskirts. I have a cat called Bowie, he's a cute little weirdo and usually keeps to himself. I don't have a lot of spare time but when I do, I'm either out in nature, at the beach, cafe hopping or chilling with friends. At home I love having a quiet drink or two and a chat, but also respect privacy and love alone time. Finding fellow vego housemates would be sick, but obviously wouldn't be a problem if you're not! My lease isn't up until mid-January, so I'm just putting the feelers out at this stage. I haven't got solid plans for next year, but I'd want to stay for at least 6 months. Hit me up if you think we'll fit in your household!
Hey I'm Ali, I am a 29 year old working in community services in the northern suburbs. I am looking for a house with maybe 2-3 other housemates...I'm too old to party hard, but do enjoy wine and cheese nights. Other hobbies include yoga, music, movies...etc.. I have a great advantage of being able to cook nice meals, and I like to feed people. Other skills include being neat, and paying bills and rent on time. :)
Hi!! My name is klaus and I am a student of uni of Adelaide, I am currently doing civil engineering in there. And I am in a long holiday now and decide to move to a new places because my current house is damn far away from town. I have been stayed Singapore for nearly 9 years, but don't worry about it I don't have weird Singapore accent lmao !! and this is my forth year in Australia and I like to communicate and make new friends, and I am friendly not a weird person( if I am not drunk hah), I want to find a room in apartment or teaming up to rent an apartment with people( I don't really want to live with so many persons that is why I want to find an apartment). In my normal life, I usually go gym, play basketball or watch English premier at weekend(big fan of Chelsea) and play tennis. I am also learning French by myself.... I like traveling and I did travel a lot(10+countries), hope to be good friends with my new roommates and probably we can head to Russia next year to watch World Cup hahahahh. I got a long story and I don't think I am able to finish it in here so don't hesitated to msg me and I am happy to chat with people!!
We value privacy and cleanliness the most. We see things in different perspectives, making us understand and respect diverse people. We are very flexible; we can be quiet but we are also up for conversations. In addition, we think that conserving energy and water is important. Lastly, we are cousins!
My name is Haylee and I am 23 years old. I am a country girl and currently work full time as an animal nutritionist. I enjoy music, exercise, wakeboarding, reading, sports & anything involving animals & the outdoors. I'm very down to earth and always up for a chat and a joke. I am quite outgoing, however I can be introverted at times and I enjoy having some time by myself to kick back and relax. I would love to have a house mate that enjoys wine or cups of tea and a good chat & doesn't mind sitting down and binge watching a Netflix show or two. I am also looking for a room which is unfurnished as I have all of my bedroom furniture. I have rented for 4+ years in several places and have a great deal of experience with handling house bills and maintenance. I am also a clean and tidy person to live with. I can provide a lounge suite, fridge, TV, TV cabinet and outdoor setting. I have a dwarf lop bunny named Buster. He is litter trained and is housed in a hutch which can be kept indoors or outdoors (under shelter). He loves having cuddles with people on the couch, especially if they give him a yummy treat! I am looking to start renting start of Dec/Jan next year and in any of the above suburbs. If you would like to know more, please do not hesitate to contact me! :)
Pineapple belongs on pizza. I'm employed full time and I travel a lot with work. When I am in Adelaide most of my free time is split between friends, playing guitar, drinking coffee or any combination of these. I'm a clean person, and I'm respectful of others' space but always happy to hang out or share a meal.
Work full time in the city, odd hours. Love music, but am pretty quiet when I'm home. Gay, frequent traveler, vegetarian. Looking to stay close to the city since I've recently taken to becoming an Uber Eats driver on the side, mostly because I liked the idea I could get paid to study Japanese with my audio books. Also in the process of opening a business for young people to make friends while traveling, so always like to keep busy. Ask me how that ones going :) Bonus points for: dogs, n64, spa/pool, kick ass cooks, non-smokers, chill/kind/tidy people, and storage space
Hi - I do research and teach at Adelaide University during the day and I own a dance studio where I work at night so I'm pretty busy. On the weekend I like socialise, restore old cars, ride motorbikes, eat out, play music with friends (I play guitar). I'm looking for somewhere fairly close to the city. I have loads of references from previous housemates and I'm financially stable, neat & tidy - all the good housemate stuff :) Send me a message if you have a spare room and we can meet up sometime. Cheers. Chris.
I'm a quiet, conscientious transgirl, am respectful and trustworthy. I'm looking for a relatively quiet safe place, but I don’t mind fun and engaging! I love cats, don’t smoke, and don't mind casual drinkers. I enjoy conversations, and am cosmopolitan. Being a part of a respectful happy household is important for me, considerate privacy, and thoughtful tidiness. I am pragmatic about most things, but like everyone, I’m not perfect! I'm currently studying Health Science full time at UniSA in town, and I love what I do. I study either at home, or mostly on campus. I have two loving, kind little boys that would occasionally visit or have a rare sleep over.
Hi. My name is Abdul and I am Afghan-Australian. I am currently studying B. Engineering at UniSA. I am friendly, respectful, tidy and quiet. I love sports, travelling, learning new language and meeting new people.
Moved back home to Adelaide this year to finally finish my degree after a few years back and forth living in the UK and Europe. I love to travel, love going to gigs. I work in the city and work most weekends. I study Psychology at Flinders (though only for a few more weeks!). Looking for flat/house share either near the beach or near the city. I do not own the puppy pictured (unfortunately..!)
