Hello! I'm Emily, 26 years old and an employed teacher, currently teaching English to adult migrants. I am very easy to live with and have been often described as the ideal person to live with by my previous housemates. While I do work a lot, I am punctual with rent, bills and cleaning. I adapt to households well, and respect personal space. I would describe myself as honest, approachable and a good conversationalist. I have a 5 year old diabetic Smooth Fox Terrier X who knows? called Marvin. He's a real gentleman, very well behaved, photogenic and enjoys cuddles. So I would need to live with someone/people who are allowed to have animals on their fenced property. I would preferably like to live somewhere close to the City. Thanks!
Hey guys! I'm moving back home to Adelaide on JANUARY 15th I'll be flying all the way from Darwin after a year in the Top End! I'm employed Part-Time working for a Children's Charity, and I work as an Actor/Comedian and live a fairly active social life. But at home, I like to chill out, read, watch TV series and tell bad Dad Jokes as often as possible. I definitely enjoy having my own space though, and will always respect yours too. I'm often up for a beer, and enjoy hanging out, and I can just about always be convinced to join in on a game or board game at just about any given time. I enjoy living in a fairly tidy and livable space, and always happy to lend a hand and chip in too. Being from Adelaide, I have quite a few friends who live there, but it looks like none of them need a housemate in January.. So maybe, we could be housemates! Woohoo! Pete
I’m looking for accommodation for around 4-7 weeks late December. I’m friendly, well travelled, and respect privacy of my roomies. Looking for something with easier access to public transport 😊
Moving to Adelaide to start a new job at the RAH. Wanting a place that is close to the tram line to catch into work. $200 a week including bills. Would prefer my own bathroom but would be open to sharing. Clean and quiet person. Easy to get along with. Just seeing what is out there.
HEY! I'm a social bumblebee who likes cooking, hiking, beach going, adventures, bike riding, reading and the occasional spot of netflix. Looking for a decent kitchen so i can hold lavish dinner parties at which we chat about the astronomical price of brunch at urban cafes and quote rick and morty until our tongues fall off. I like to think I'm a young Nigella Lawson without the cocaine. - Work: bartender - Clean and tidy - Doesn't smoke but okay if others do - Learning to sew and an unquestionable dork at times - Comes with some sweet plants - Will show you pictures of her dogs (they don't live with me :( ) - Spotify fiend Looking for some friendly faces who share some of the same interests.
I currently work full time as a retail manager in the city and am looking to move closer for work. I’m an extremely easygoing, clean, independent, sociable person. I attend the gym quit regularly and like to see my friends and socialise with my time off. I’m adaptable to all types of people and also love my quiet time to myself. Love to have a laugh. Please feel free to contact me for further information :)
Moving to Adelaide for work from Queensland to work for the Masters UniGames event on in October in the city. Easy going, enjoy sport and a couple of drinks on a weekend. Looking for a room in a share house mainly.
Hey I'm Tom. I'm 24 and I work full time for the Department for Education. I'm extremely clean and tidy, health conscious and a bit of a fitness fanatic. Most my days are spend traveling around the Northern Suburbs or in gyms so you really wouldn't see too much of me as your housemate but I'll be around on weekend.
Hi, I'm Luke - an engineer that works on a 7/7 roster, so I'm in Adelaide for 7 days with a heap of free time then I'm away for 7 days working. While I'm a 26yo engineer, I don't act my age or live up to my job title. Also new to Adelaide and loving it! Don't know anything about AFL though, sorry.. I'm often seen eating in Chinatown, hitting the gym at odd hours and occasionally heading out to a rave. Open to long term or short term rental.
Hi all, I'm Michael, 36, and am planning on moving to Adelaide week starting 21st January 2019 from Brisbane. I'm actively looking for work in the Adelaide area, so will hopefully find something before I arrive. Looking for a share house / team up in the Bowden area. I've shared with other housemates for 10+ years - I'm quiet, considerate (noise & timetable wise) of other room mates, and am able to pay rent & bills on time. I'm a fitness / gym person, who likes the occasional outing with friends. Please contact me if you think I will be a suitable fix.
Hey there, I’m hoping to find a place I can be proud of. I am a university graduate in psychology and counselling, but right now I am currently a support worker for community living options. I am very reliable, considerate, tidy, I love to cook and go to the gym, and I am always up for a friendly chat or help out if you need support.
Hi there! I’m a peaceful creative person. I’m an occupational therapist and art therapist and I’m into holistic health. I love making art, yoga, cooking, reading and watching documentaries. I’m not a big party person, but enjoy have a few friends around low key occasionally. I am not able to live with smokers. I have two sweet cats that are about 18 months old, who are affectionate and well behaved. I believe in open communication, honesty, compassion and having a peaceful home environment. I love houseplants, hammocks and art.
I'm a 22 year old male that works full time while also studying full time. when i have free time i like to relax, gaming (PS4 and PC) and go for a run outside. I do like to hangout and chat but know when people need their space. I'm a busy person through Uni study periods between uni and work but a relaxed, clean and responsible person. i have a car so a parking space is required. I'm looking to move closer to the city as currently travelling about 40mins nightly for work and uni.
Hi there. My name is Faye and I am a 28 year old who works in the tech industry almost full time and studies french in my spare time. I'm a pretty busy person who enjoys having a calm space to come home to. I'm into going to the beach, movie nights with friends and am always up for a good chat. I like keeping a tidy house and always happy to pitch in with the housework. I have lived with housemates for the last 8 years and am very respectful of other peoples space. I have a partner who lives in Perth, which means that sometimes I will be gone for several days at a time to go visit him and sometimes he will be here with me for several days. He's a good 'un and makes a mean pasta. Please note I do have all my own bedroom furniture and do want to bring my bed etc with me.
I am a full-time engineer. I am on 2 weeks on 1 week off roster. So basically most of the time I will work away from home. I am looking for an unfurnished room in a furnished house/flat/apartment. I have own bed. Or if you have storage for putting my bed is also fine. I am pretty quiet and care about hygiene. Especially not a party animal if it comes to that. I am a non-smoker and don't have a pet. I expect reasonable rental since I will not be at home most of the time. I like cooking in my spare time and share my cooking especially good at Asian food. And at same time do some jogging along the beach.
Hey, standard respectful housemate here. I'm a full-time student and am usually at university 9-5. Always down for a drink or chat but am by no means a party animal. I'm currently renting by myself and looking for someone to move in with me, but if that falls through I'll need to move out.
I am a father of 4, so housekeeping constantly comes natural to me. I dont smoke and I barely drink. I work as an arborist in the tree industry. I love my job and I love my children. Any spare time is spent with the kids or training muay thai. I live a fairly healthy lifestyle but I love to have fun as well. I currently cohabit with the kids mum, we are good friends but we feel now we need to have our own independence. I will still stay with my kids 2 nights a week and every second weekend I will be with them full time. I love animals and nature, play guitar and enjoy cooking. I used to surf but don't have time lately, want to get out and hike but again it's a time thing. I'm looking for genuine people, as much as I like my own space, I feel it's important to have good connections and communication with housemates. I'd love to also meet new people and friends.
Hi my name is Bethanie and I am looking for a place to live with my boisterous son named Moritz. He is a grey and white desexed boy cat who loves to play and eat, and is partial to pats when he feels like them. I am currently studying a Bachelor of Contemporary Art at the University of South Australia in the City West campus and will be starting my 2nd/3rd year in 2019. I often bring my art home, so I can provide many a decoration, and if you check out my instagram you can see some of the things I may end up doing when I move in. I am currently working as a swim teacher in Angle Park, so my ideal place to live wouldn't be too far from where I work and study. In my spare time I enjoy cooking, baking, creating and going for walks. I am looking to live with people who I can communicate and spend time with in a happy and connected household.
Hey I’m Christina! I’m 23 years old and work full time as an IT analyst in the CBD. I work a 4 days on 4 days off rotation, 12 hour days and it’s shift work so my start times vary. It’s a 2 bedroom townhouse. Fully furnished bedroom ready for use. Has security roller shutters and 5 large built in robes and air conditioning. Furniture in home has changed since original pics taken. Located just a quick 10 minute walk to the free tram at the entertainment centre that takes you through to the city, RAH or as far as Glenelg. Has large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine. Seperate toilet downstairs. Low maintenance garden. Internet included in Rent. Other bills are electricity and water.
I’m looking for a flat mate to join me and my little sausage dog in my Bowden apartment. Bowden is an up and coming area 2km from the CBD, with plenty of cafes and bars close by and free tram into the CBD. Perks include your own bathroom, foxtel, internet and the use of some home gym equipment if you are that way inclined. While it is a good sized apartment, it is still a relatively small space so my main priority is finding someone I can be good friends with as well as a good flat mate (guy or girl) and is a fan of playful sausage dogs. Please feel free to get in touch for a chat if this sounds like you. Cheers, Tom

I am a fun and kind young professional working in health research. I am very organised and like to keep tidy. I love spending time outdoors and being active. I will help in household chores and love to cook! I will be a friendly but respectful housemate. Would like a pet-free house due to allergies. Looking to move in mid-January.
Current full-time university student, working part time in the city. I am pretty laid back and enjoy relaxing at home or going out for good food. I am studying a Bachelor of Construction Management and Economics and will graduate mid year 2022. So I would prefer to have a long term lease where i can finish my studies and decide where to go and what to do from there. I have lived away from home for about 8 months, on my own, before i started my studies, that said this is my first time that i will be sharing accommodation with anyone outside family. I work in hospitality, at a 5 star hotel, mostly in the evenings on the weekend, home by latest 00:00. I do get the occasional week where I'll be on mornings where I'll be up early, about 05:30ish but i am very considerate of this an can try my best to be a ninja when I leave or arrive home. I've always been a very tidy person and grew up in a household were you earn your keep by contributing to house work, so I am no stranger to chores in and around the house. Prefer organisation to chaos, so I am more than happy to work to any cooking and/or cleaning roster/schedule. I personally don't have any pets, but i have grown up with a family dog and fish tank, that said I do love both dogs and cats, and am more than happy to live with any sort of pets and help look after them. I have my own car and thoroughly maintain it, so either parking on the property or off street parking would be greatly advantageous and preferred. I have traveled/immigrated a bit through my teens, thanks to my fathers career, and am no stranger to meeting new people. I was born in South Africa, lived in New Zealand and finally settled here in Australia with my mother and brother. I speak fluent English, although i still do have a slight South African accent remaining, but that shouldn't hinder communication in anyway. I usually get along very well with everyone i meet and am quite friendly and polite, in general I am a quiet person and highly respect and appreciate my own as well as others privacy and space. However, i am more than happy to sit around a dinner table or lounge room engaging in good conversation, watching TV or eating food. I spend most of my time studying, playing video games, watching Netflix or Youtube and working out at a gym or playing sport when in season. Not sure what else i can say about myself besides that i look forward to meeting and getting to know my new house mates and hopefully lifetime friends :)

Hi, I’m a software engineer looking for a sharehouse to move into at the end of January. I’ve been house sharing for a while with no issues; generally a pretty considerate and self aware housemate. I’m a fairly quiet person, when not working or out jogging, usually in my room studying. Would prefer a quieter (non-party) house, but am pretty tolerant and flexible. I’m quite clean and tidy; would of course contribute to maintaining the house (for common supplies, inspections, etc). Hope this sounds good to you. Will.
My name is John, I'm a 29-year-old Scottish healthcare professional who has recently moved to Adelaide for work. I'm a coffee lover, vego foodie and enjoy good conversation. I'm into nature and the simple life. I've lived over 20 different people excluding family so I know the ropes of share houses. I have a contract until February 2020 so something longer term would suit but can also be flexible.
Im 25 years old, just moved back from Melbourne and will be studying Early Childhood Education in January. I will be studying in the Barossa Monday - Friday and staying at my Mums, so I won't be home too much, I work in and around the city on the weekends so you'll only see me around Friday - Sunday and I will be out a lot for work so it will be like I'm not even there! Im a very tidy, clean, easy going person to live with. I am a bit of a social butterfly so I do enjoy a sneak beverage and card games, but also love my own private time and respect everyone else too :) Im my spare time I find myself at the beach, trying to master the stand up boards or just relaxing enjoying a few Netflix shows. I would like somewhere to move in as soon as possible as I have been driving back and fourth from the Barossa to the city a little too much for my liking. If you feel like I could be a good fit for your place, send me through a message :)
I am a Scottish recent graduate of University here to try and maybe start a new life for myself, and also travel around a little. I’m looking for a nice little home hub I can call my own. I’ve been living in shared flats since I was 18 and been loving it. I’ve made some great friends through out the years and enjoyed meeting a broad range of very different people from lots of different backgrounds and beliefs and cultures. I love learning new things and coming to understand more about people and their stories. I’m very tidy and tend to clean as I go. I’m very sociable, but also understand and respect everyone’s spaces and alone times. I enjoy a wide verity of activities and events and would always be up for trying or learning something new with my flat mates, or even having a nice day in playing video games watching movies and just chilling. I am polite, understanding and a real easy breeze to live with. Hoping to hear from you soon Robert
Hi there! I'm Marjolein, and I'm a 21 year old student from the Netherlands. For my bachelor of biomedical sciences, I will be doing an internship in Adelaide from February until December, and after that I will be traveling through Australia and New Zealand before I go back to the Netherlands. A little bit about me: I'm a biomedical student in Leiden (students city in the Netherlands), where I have been living with flatmates for more than three years now. In February I will be moving to Adelaide, and I would like to live with flatmates as well because I enjoy living together, being able to eat together and do fun things together. What I do for fun here in the Netherlands is sailing, and I also joined the sailing club here in Leiden. Besides sailing I'd love to do drinks or dinners with friends, doing sports, but also do some netflixing every now and then. In Adelaide I think I want to try surfing, or maybe do some other sports. If you have any questions, please contact me!
Hey, I am a student at UniSA, studying Masters in Data science. I am quite and tidy person. Although I always enjoy a friendly conversation. I like reading, outdoors, and photography. I am looking for a room for about 4/6 weeks. I might extend my stay if I like the company and don't need of finding my own place.
