Hello My appartment is fully furnished and newly renovated. It is a 5min walk to the Harbour Bridge and Milsons Point train station. The postcode is North Sydney but its really in Kirribilli. Short or long term stay will be fine. The room availiable has a double bed, wardrobe and bedside table. I also have sheets and towels if required. If a couple would like to apply we will need to negoitate a diferent price as the price I have advertised it divided in the middle. I can also supply two single beds if two people are traveling. I do not smoke but if you do you can out side. The appartment is in a lovely position and feels like its in the suburbs but very close to the city. It is also quiet.
1 private bedroom available (with a built in wardrobe) in a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit - within a quiet block of only 4 units. We don't have a photo of the bedroom at the moment but will post one soon. Room is unfurnished, however the rest of the house is completely furnished, including a dishwasher as well. Awesome location with only a 2 minute walk down the hill to Milson Park and wonderful Harbour views. Also a short walk to Milsons Point Train Station, Kirribilli Village and North Sydney's Greenwood Plaza. What we are looking for: -Someone who is clean and tidy and cleans up after themselves and pays the rent on time. -Friendly and social flatmate we can have a chat with or a drink with from time to time. - Must like animals as we may get a cat or small dog in the future. We also have a small Turtle at the moment :) Rent incl bills: $360/per week incl bills There is 1 x car spot available (if required) and that will be $370/per week incl bills. Bond: $1,336 plus 2 weeks rent in advance. Rent thereafter is to be paid every fortnight.

Room available for one person or a couple Hello! We have a room available from 19 May to 22 June. Bathroom to be shared with two other people professionals, max. 4 people in total in the apartment. We also have a nice terrace for reading, meditating or just having a drink after work. The flat is in Neutral Bay. 15 mins. walk to Milsons Point station. 10 minutes drive to CBD or 1 stop away by train or bus. One week bond. All bills included. WiFi included.
Only 5mins walk to Milsons Point train station only 1 stop to Wynyard, 2 stops to Town Hall. $300 per week plus split bills; power, gas, 2 Foxtel boxes full package (approx $30/week) I am a single male looking to rent 2nd bedroom to another single aged 25-40. Available immediately. Top floor of a two story Art Deco sunny apparent. Room has plenty of storage space with both a double mirrored built in wardrobe plus two portable wardrobes. Room dimensions 3800 x 2700mm No couples please.
Great central location close to both Milsons Point and North Sydney train stations. Air-conditioning. Gas heating in main room. Working Australian family that leaves for work and school by 8.15am during school term and is busy for most of the rest of the day. Prefer non-drinkers of alchohol as there is a 9 year old child resident in the apartment every alternate week in her own room. Prefer non-smokers.
Great location! Big bedroom with a big wardrobe, plenty of space for a double bed and a desk if need be. The house has a big balcony and is in very close proximity/walking distance to the harbour, cafes, restaurants and Milsons Point train station. We keep the house very tidy and would appreciate someone who would do the same.
I am looking for co-applicants for a 4 bedroom house. The rent will vary for each tenant according to the room. We may also want to rent out the living room in order to reduce costs. I have already inspected the place. There a few things that need touch ups, such as the hinge of the door in the back room that goes out to the balcony is rigid so the doors don't open enough. The sliding doors in the built in wardrobe in the adjacent room didn't seem to slide smoothly at the first attempt, but I managed to get them sliding smoothly. The door to the attic in the loft catches on the carpet. The rent listed above is conditional on: - 2 weeks notice before moving out, or failing 2 weeks notice, the equivalent amount of rent being paid, pro-rata; - you arrange to get your own furnishings (you can get some from Freecycle or Salvation Army warehouse in Petersham, where stuff is distributed all over Sydney) - the cost of shared furniture (e.g. washing machine, dining table, fridge) is split evenly Otherwise, the rent will be more. The rent would be cheaper if someone lives in the living room, pending approval from the landload, which can be negotiated after the rooms are filled. On-street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The three rooms on the same level as the kitchen and bathroom have built-in wardrobes. All of the rooms have windows and should fit a double bed. IIRC the rooms on the first storey have flyscreens while the room in the loft does not have them. I would like to live in the room that has doors out to the balcony, as I would use it twice a day to do energization exercises. Some information about me: - I work full-time as a technical support engineer at Sungrow; - I like to meditate during my spare time, as well as learning C++ and Solidity for local electricity trading and Ethereum development; - I don't drink or smoke. I was a vegan, but for the past few weeks I am trialling eggs to see if they improve my health. - I prefer a quiet home - I intend to stay for the long-term, especially if I keep working in my job nearby. If I can't find co-applicants for this place, I will keep looking at other places in North Sydney to share (2 bedrooms or more), so if you are not interested in this place, please let me know what your preferences are. Please only contact me if you are in Australia and are ready to inspect the property. If interested, please get in touch with me, telling me about yourself, such as what you do for work, what you like to do in your free time and how long you intend to stay. For the fastest and most efficient processing of enquiries, please send me a message and text me (you can just put High St). We can talk or meet after that.

Hey there... Over living in a shoebox? We have a huge room for rent in an awesome 3 bedroom house in North Sydney. Seriously wait til you see it. Unfurnished w/wardrobe $290 P/W plus bills. Fully furnished $310 P/W plus bills. Bond is 4 weeks rent. The room itself is large and comes unfurnished besides a big wardrobe. It is available on 10th June. This house would suit someone who is ideally working in North Sydney (but not necessary) as you could walk to work, not to mention the money you would save on travel (I personally save about $40 p/w on travel) The house is fully furnished with all modern appliances and furniture (apart from your bedroom). Highlights of the house are the huge sunroom at the back, the huge 2 level backyard, great views, second outdoor dunny and wine cellar. It is about 7mins walk to North Sydney CDB and train station and about 10mins walk to North Sydney Ferry Station. 25 min walk to Sydney CBD. Only 5mins walk to the water. Oh and I have Netflix, Hulu Plus and super fast cable internet! Unfortunately the street parking is timed and myself and my other housemate are using the only 2 available parking permits, so if you have a car it probably wouldn't work for you unless you knew some secret untimed parking spaces around here. As for me, I'm in my early 30's and work full-time in North Sydney. During the week I'm pretty busy with work/gym/dog and then on the weekend I like to do all the general stuff people like to do. Scuba Diving if I get a chance. I have been told I'm pretty clean for a guy, have been living in share houses since my early 20's so I know the drill, I'm very laid back and I also enjoy having a beer every now and again with my housemate just so we aren't strangers. I have always lived in the inner west so am still kind of adjusting. I also have a super friendly 7 year old staffy who will probably want to be your best friend. Dimity's blurb about herself - I'm in my mid twenties and work as a personal assistant in the CBD. I'm a huge animal lover, especially Craig's dog and the possum that comes to visit here every now and again. I'm usually out at least a couple of times a week at a dance class or dinner with friends. Enjoy going out and socialising with friends or hanging around home, baking and watch Netflix! Can't wait to meet you!!! I'll be showing the room starting this week, so if you're keen drop me a line to tell me a bit about yourself and then we can organise a time for you to come check it out and meet myself, Dimity and Buddy (the dog). Any questions just ask. Look forward to hearing from you Craig

Hi, I'm Chris, I run a telecommunications construction company which keeps me awfully busy on weekdays 7-7 at least (and 1 or more days in the weekends). When i'm not working i am either out with friends enjoying a drink or im on my Boat fishing, skiing or any other fun stuff a boat brings. I come with my best friend Phil- a West highland white terrier who is 18 months old, completely house trained and joins me at work everyday because, well, he thinks he is a human. He's not so good at tricks for treats but ofcourse expects the treat. My busy lifestyle encourages me to have a simple and low maintenance home life where i love a quiet drink in the evening, even more so if you do to!
I'm really easy-going. I like being an introvert but I'm always up for hanging out too for movie nights or something! Basically I'm a sociable hermit, who enjoys socializing but also enjoys being holed up at home :) I just moved to Sydney last year from New Zealand so I'm still settling in. I currently work at Priceline North Sydney and in my spare time I like to do illustration, as well as play my Playstation 4 or go out exploring a bit more of Sydney. My PS4 does come with Netflix too 😆 I also know how to clean, I'm a pretty good cook but I'd say I'm a better baker. I make a really good banoffee pie...just saying. I'm good at chores as well, my Mum taught me well! Hope to meet my new future flatmates soon :D P.S: I'm definitely not looking to share a room with anyone so please don't message me about a shared room you have available. Also I have no problems living with smokers, as long as the actual smoke is never inside the house. Boundaries folks!
We are easy to talk to and easy to live with. Natalia is going home to Colombia at the end of July this year, so after this it will just be me (Sean) renting the room. We are clean and social but at the same time respect others boundaries. We are moving from Melbourne to Sydney as I've been offered a work opportunity.
Although students, we are young and respectable people. I work at a law firm and study law (Taylor), with one of us at Macquarie, the other doing design in Ultimo. We love a good drink, good conversation and are just looking for somewhere to sleep and study!
I'm 25 and Scottish working full time in the city. I'm looking for a room in a place that i can call home
Hey my name's Elisa and I'm 23. My passion is music; both playing and writing (attempting to). I am clean & tidy, energetic, friendly, easy going and get along well with others. I am originally from Sydney, although I lived in the Victorian country for a few years. I am glad to be home, working 2 jobs near the city. I would definitely be easy to live with as I love organisation, cleanliness & most of all style! I am hoping to find someone to get a 2 bedroom, unfurnished apartment with 1 car space with me in or near Surry Hills. If you're interested send me a message! :)
