The apartment (including your future bedroom!) has fantastic views of Sydney Harbour, and is spacious and light throughout. The open-plan kitchen and east-facing balcony is great, along with the comfortable and well-appointed living room. The bedroom itself is furnished with a brand-new pine double bed, mattress, bedside table, lamps, a computer desk, chest of drawers and spacious built-in wardrobes. Unlimited high-speed cable internet with WiFi is available, along with Netflix and Stan. The Kurraba Point ferry wharf is a 4 minute walk, with cafes and shops just a bit further. Larger supermarkets in Neutral Bay aren't far either.
Unfurnished, polished floors bedroom with air conditioning, own private verandah and terrace and a leafy outlook. The house is fully furnished, walk to shops, cafes, buses, rail, ferries and North Sydney CBD. Just around the corner from Kirribilli. Parkside and near the water this is a great location! Hey there... Over living in a shoebox? We have a huge room for rent in an awesome 3 bedroom house in North Sydney. Seriously wait til you see it. Unfurnished w/wardrobe $290 P/W plus bills. Fully furnished $310 P/W plus bills. Bond is 4 weeks rent. The room itself is large and comes unfurnished besides a big wardrobe. It is available on 09 December. This house would suit someone who is ideally working in North Sydney (but not necessary) as you could walk to work, not to mention the money you would save on travel (I personally save about $40 p/w on travel) The house is fully furnished with all modern appliances and furniture (apart from your bedroom). Highlights of the house are the huge sunroom at the back, the huge 2 level backyard, great views, second outdoor dunny and wine cellar. It is about 7mins walk to North Sydney CDB and train station and about 10mins walk to North Sydney Ferry Station. 25 min walk to Sydney CBD. Only 5mins walk to the water. Oh and I have Netflix, Hulu Plus and super fast cable internet! Unfortunately the street parking is timed and myself and my other housemate are using the only 2 available parking permits, so if you have a car it probably wouldn't work for you unless you knew some secret untimed parking spaces around here. As for me, I'm in my early 30's and work full-time in North Sydney. During the week I'm pretty busy with work/gym/dog and then on the weekend I like to do all the general stuff people like to do. Scuba Diving if I get a chance. I have been told I'm pretty clean for a guy, have been living in share houses since my early 20's so I know the drill, I'm very laid back and I also enjoy having a beer every now and again with my housemate just so we aren't strangers. I have always lived in the inner west so am still kind of adjusting. I also have a super friendly 8 year old staffy who will probably want to be your best friend. Dimity's blurb about herself - I'm in my mid twenties and work as a personal assistant in the CBD. I'm a huge animal lover, especially Craig's dog and the possum that comes to visit here every now and again. I'm usually out at least a couple of times a week at a dance class or dinner with friends. Enjoy going out and socialising with friends or hanging around home, baking and watch Netflix! Can't wait to meet you!!! I'll be showing the room starting this week, so if you're keen drop me a line to tell me a bit about yourself and then we can organise a time for you to come check it out and meet myself, Dimity and Buddy (the dog). Any questions just ask. Look forward to hearing from you Craig

The apartment is located close to the harbour, a short walk to Milson's Point station, ferry and Kirribilli village, shops and restaurants. You are one stop away by train from the city or if you enjoy walking, it's a lovely walk across the Harbour Bridge!
My apartment is located directly opposite Milsons Point train station just minutes from the harbour wharf, Luna Park and Bradfield park. Kirriblli and Milsons point have some great bars and restaurants and you are only minutes from the city by train (20 min walk over the bridge.) The building is secure / intercom system with a gym! The apartment has aircon, balcony, huge living space, bath, washing machine, dryer, dish washer, wifi and is really quiet at night. Room is furnished, double built-in wardrobe, double bed , two bedside tables, own bathroom with bath and shower (not en-suite) and air con.
2 minute walk to Milsons point station in a very secure apartment - fairly newly built apartment with your own marble tiled bathroom and bedroom with views of lavender bay. Apartment has aircon and central heating. All bills included in rent, this includes internet (NBN), gas, electricity, use of miele washer (includes miele detergent) and dryer and a cleaner that comes every two weeks to do a tidy clean of the whole apartment. Common area is furnished for your use also. Your room and bathroom comes unfurnished. I like to keep things clean in the apartment, so a clean housemate is appreciated. I'm not a late night party person and work in financial services in the city - looking for someone similar. The building is extremely secure and has a concierge/building manager. Bond is 4 weeks rent.
We have a 4 bedroom townhouse that is north facing and gets plenty of natural sunlight. The living space is open plan so it feels big and spacious. It's in a really convenient location and you feel very close to the city. 5min walk to North Sydney or Milson's Point train station.
Based in Kurraba Point, this apartment is 40 steps from the ferry terminal and minutes from local cafe's, shops, and bars. It's got awesome harbour views including the bridge, and is pretty peaceful and quiet whilst only an 8 minute ferry journey to the CBD! There’s a great sized living area with a huge comfy sofa and dining table table. Balcony views over the harbour including Sydney Harbour Bridge! The kitchen, although quite dated, has brand new appliances, washing machine and fridge freezer. Good pressurised shower in the bathroom and a bathtub too
Hi all! I've just graduated high school on the North Shore and am really interested in sharing a place at the beginning of next year until I start uni in 2018 or 2019. I'm really easy to get along with and am very independent. I also love animals so i'm more than happy to look at a place with animals. I love being outside or at the beach and then winding down in the afternoons. I have a part time job at a child care centre on the North Shore and looking for another part time job during the day. I do have a boyfriend/best friend who i'm looking at sharing a place with, so if you're open to sharing a place or teaming up with a couple that's also great! If you'd like to know anything more, simply send me a message! :)
Hi There, I am great to live with because I am polite, sociable, don't take myself too seriously, honest, take care of myself, cleanly, interested and engaged with the world. I have lived out of home since I was eighteen both overseas and locally. Best, Lenke
I'm very clean and tidy (definitely on the higher end of that scale), vegetarian, leftie, and will pay bills on time. I work full-time in education in the city. I’m independent and do my own thing but still enjoy a drink/dinner with housemates. I'm pretty quiet at home but like to have friends over for a quiet drink or an occasional dinner party or bbq. Some things I enjoy in no particular order are writing, mainly poetry, whisky, swimming, martial arts, reading, movies, birds, cheese, cooking. I want to live in a clean, friendly, respectful home with zero tolerance for racism/sexism/homophobia/other bigotry. Looking to live with people who are in their late 20s or older who are clean, tidy, organised and independent. If you're vegetarian/vegan, that is a plus but not necessary. Ideal location would be within a 10 minute walk of a train station, without too much plane noise, and near open green spaces. Wanting a fairly spacious room and home with a large balcony and/or backyard. I'm not looking to move immediately but can be flexible for the right place with people I connect with. I prefer being messaged through here rather than texted except when arranging times to visit :)
I'm a full time student at tafe who works in Hospitality. As I have often long days I like coming back in a place that I can define "home". I'm a clean person, I hate living in a dirty place. I love enjoying a meal and a beer in company and chill
Hi! I am planning to study nursing when I arrive back in Australia after my travels to South America. I'd describe myself as an outgoing, positive and hard working person. I am described as being bright and bubbly which is nice to have around the house. With reference to my values as a housemate/flatmate, I am very tidy, easy going and friendly. I am always up for a chat, though on the flip-side, understand how important personal space is, especially at night. Like I mentioned earlier, I like to keep my home space very clean and tidy and I learned through bar work that there is always a place for everything. As I do study uni full time and work, I will be out of the house moreso than being at home, which also allows for more space for others sharing the house/flat.
Hi. I'm Carlos, a spanish-german, who is SYD for work&Holiday. I arrived short time ago, so I am not working yet, but my intention is to find a job as soon as possible. I am very easygoing, who enjoys drinking a beer, talking or watching something with my flatmates, of course depending on my mates mood. But I respect privacy and hope mine is respected aswell. Not a party animal and a non-smoker. I can adapt for the length of stay.
Hi there! I'm currently living in Bondi now. I've just moved from the city & do like it here. I'd love to stay. Ideally - I'm looking for a new modern clean place to live with security and an amazing flatmate. I've been looking for a while now and would really love to find something soon. (FYI - Where I'm currently residing the owner is looking for someone to take over the other bedroom in the next 60 days - modern 2 bedroom apartment right next to beach). Ideally I love to team up with someone who can afford a 2 bed 2 bathroom. Id be HAPPY!!!! I currently work from home on a travel start up, however I'm very active, loves sports; good food, wine, restaurants bars, new friends etc. I tend to travel sporadically last minute, mostly interstate. I've always had my own place so I'm looking for something big and spacious or to share. I've travelled extensively and I consider myself extremely tidy borderline OCD at times and prefer others to be clean and hygienic. I wont bore you any longer. Please feel free to ask for more information.
I'm in my early twenties, work in the CBD for a property firm and looking for a place within 15 minute commute of the city. I work 8:30-6:30, gym often and am usually out during my free time. Im originally from the Northern Beaches and have lived in Sydney most of my life. Speak French and Chinese and interested in all cultures.
Pretty easy going person. Will be working full time in finance from November 11 so looking to move closer to work. Enjoy a drink over dinner during the week but also respectful of other people's space. Very clean and tidy (you can guarantee I will clean at least once a week because of my OCD). Enjoy staying fit and active, would be awesome if the place was near water.
