Hi! I am planning to study nursing when I arrive back in Australia after my travels to South America. I'd describe myself as an outgoing, positive and hard working person. I am described as being bright and bubbly which is nice to have around the house. With reference to my values as a housemate/flatmate, I am very tidy, easy going and friendly. I am always up for a chat, though on the flip-side, understand how important personal space is, especially at night. Like I mentioned earlier, I like to keep my home space very clean and tidy and I learned through bar work that there is always a place for everything. As I do study uni full time and work, I will be out of the house moreso than being at home, which also allows for more space for others sharing the house/flat.
I am a French and Australian uni student about to start my Masters of Research in science. I am social and enjoy talking about anything, I love outdoor activities (especially rock climbing), but also enjoy a relaxed day at home. I am looking for a room as I live with a couple and their adorable young girl who is now old enough to have her own room and will therefore be taking mine. I am a clean, respectful and hard working person and hope to find like-minded people to live with! ;)
I would like to live with a friendly person that has positive vibes, who I can share a meal or glass of wine with on the odd occassion but who can also respect giving some space. I like to keep things clean, neat and tidy. A lot of my time is spent balancing full time work and part time study. On the weekends I usually like doing something active and/or being outdoors or I'll be out catching up with friends and family. However, I do like quiet weekends once in a while to recharge.
I am moving to Sydney from Melbourne for several months to work on a project in the CBD. Ideally, I am looking to flat share with one or two people on the Lower North Shore. I'm a professional male in my early 40's. I have a diverse range of interests in sports, arts, and music; but equally, I am low key, unassuming, and in touch with the world around me. Courteous and considerate towards others, I am also good humoured, but I like to keep things nice and tidy. It just makes for harmonious living!
3 British backpackers on a working holiday visa looking for a house! We are very friendly, clean and fun! All work full time during week so we are not party animals. We are all looking for 2 private rooms or 1 private room and a shared room. Feel free to message if any properties you have available for a booking. Matt
Hi, I'm looking for an ensuite master bedroom that is unfurnished and within close proximity to the CBD or a train station. I am a Persian-Australian who will be commencing work as a full time auditor in Sydney CBD. I may also take up a weekend job or study at night, so most of the time I will not be at home. Lastly, I am a very easy going person who is clean, independent and does not throw parties. If this sounds suitable to you, then please send me a message.
Hey I'm Liz, I'm 22yo and I'm working full time in finance over in St Leonards. Originally from Wagga Wagga, I like going out to new food spots, listening to music and hanging out. I like to keep clean and tidy and am respectful of others space. Looking for somewhere that I could stay long term with great housemates. Hoping to find a place with either 2 or 3 others.
Hi I am a looking for a private room in a flatshare environment. Mid 40's working Professional, mature and have respect for home. Easy going and friendly, looking to share with similar housemates. I enjoy most ball sports, Soccer, AFL, League, watching not playing these days, lol. Too many footy war - injuries. I am a contract Project Manager that is currently working in the CBD for a large corporate client and looking for a place within a 5km radius of the CBD so that I don't have to commute to far or too long. I am typically out of the house around 7:30am and return around 6:30- 7pm most weeknights. Weekends, I am pretty much away every weekend up the coast in QLD, sun and surf. I am from QLD and travel regularly most weekends up and down the coast Fly-in, Fly-out, typically fly-out on a Friday night and fly-in back either Sunday night or Monday morning, depending on work schedule. I'm pretty quiet, very easy to get along with and don't mind a social chat after work. I can cook, have been doing it for years actually, and keep my place and surrounds clean. Don't mind going out for dinner or getting some takeaway, with a glass of wine and good banter about nothing in particular, good social chat after work. I am currently sharing a house in the south western suburbs and want to move closer to the CBD to reduce my commute time. I will require some form of parking, either off street or on street (not metered). Ideally off street if possible. I am looking for a private room, ideally with a Queen or Double bed, in the following areas which include: Inner Sydney areas : Balmain, Rozelle, Lilyfield, Annandale, Petersham, Stanmore, Newtown, Glebe, Ultimo, Pyrmont, Surry Hills. Easy walking distance to CBD or short trip on public transport. North Sydney areas: Milsons Point, North Sydney, Kirribilli, Cremorne, Crows Nest, St Leonards, Cammeray, Wollstonecraft and Mosman as a my preferred locations. I don't have any furniture, so I prefer a furnished place to share. Just me, my clothes, a couple of bags, my car and my charming humour, lol. Happy to chat and share a wine after work. Drop me a line if you have a room for a fair price. I do have a budget which I am trying to stick to. Talk soon. Regards Eddie
I am friendly, laid back, easy to get along with, clean and tidy. I am quite and I respect others privacy and space. However, I do enjoy occasional social nights. I work full-time (9-5) in higher education sector. During week nights I usually like to have chill evening binge watching tv/netflix with a nice meal. I am not much of a cook ,however, I have recently gotten on to healthy eating bandwagon (and i am enjoying it so far!). So I have started doing some meal preps with simple and easy cooking. I am looking for a private bedroom (unfurnished) with ensuite/ own bathroom close to the city and public transport for long term 6 months - 1 year. With flatmates who are easy to get a long with and respect my privacy and space and don't mind occasional hangouts!
Hello! I'm a lithuanian studying in Norway and taking an exchange semester in Sydney (Macquarie Uni). I'm very social, love to travel, meet new people and socialize. Im okey with living with everyone, had all kinds of flatmates through times... During my free time I enjoy exploring the surroundings, playing sports and cooking :) I am currently travelling through Europe and in the end of January I will come down to Sydney. Ideally I would like to rent a place from the end of January/beginning of February, but I'm open for all suggestions :)
Very clean couple and kind
Recently moved back to Aus. Project Manager in Goverance industry working in CBD. Currently living alone and finding it too quiet and super expensive! I'm very tidy, respectful and enjoying cooking and socialising with a wine or two. Have my network of buddies here in Sydney and therefore I'm out a bit. Hobbies include basketball, climbing, trekking, swimming, music and motorcycles (yes I have one). Thanks!
Hi! I'm Mark, a 22 year old USYD graduate. Just came back from 6 months studying abroad. Working in consulting, in Barangaroo so prefer a place very close to transport. Super clean and spend a lot of time out of the house for work.
Hi there, I’m Rachel, 33, and work in the city as an urban planner. I grew up in the country, but have been living in Sydney for the past 8 years. I’m currently living in Double Bay, but my lease is ending and I’m looking to experience a new area. I’m looking to move in with someone/people who are social when they’re home and occasionally share a glass of wine or a meal. Also looking to join people who have created, or are wanting to create, a ‘home.’ I pay bills on time and am very happy to help maintain a clean home. Please call, text or message any time. Rachel
