Newly renovated house in a quiet neighbourhood! We are conveniently located about a 10 minute walk from both North Sydney and Milsons Point stations between Kirribilli and Neutral Bay. There are several restaurants and parks close by. The kitchen (with dishwasher) and bathroom were renovated 1.5 years ago. We have a fireplace in the living room, both a washing machine and dryer, and a lovely courtyard where I have an herb and succulent garden (more plants are always welcome!) and will be starting composting this month. Two rooms will be available the beginning of September: one room ($400/week, pictured here) has built ins and a fireplace, easily fits a double bed and a desk, and can be furnished with a bed. The second ($375/week) is about the same size and can be completely furnished with desk, bed, and dressers.
Great fully furnished house available in North Sydney on the Kirribilli side of the freeway. The Master Bedroom is available in the 3 bedroom house. 5 mins walk from North Sydney and Milson's Point train stations and Sydney Harbour. There is a large courtyard with BBQ area, big open plan kitchen with dining table, couches and TV with Foxtel and Internet/WIFI. The kitchen and living room have just been renovated and a brand new kitchen with stone bench top, modern appliances and floor boards is the result. You will be sharing the house with Franne, a research scientist at Macquarie University (lovely, down to earth American) and Tom, a recent expat from the UK. Both of them have recently arrived in Sydney from Boston and London, respectively. They are both relaxed, friendly and great housemates. The house is large enough for everyone to have their privacy. The outgoing Flatmate was clean, kind and respectful. He was a real asset to the house and we are sad to see him go. We are looking for another solid flatmate to replace him. I own the house, but will not be living there. I'm looking for a short term 3-6 month rental with the option of extending. Happy for long term too. I just want people that are willing to look after the house and have a bit of pride in where they live. It's a wonderful house with great assets. If required on street parking can be arranged.
Kurraba House is a lodging house for women located minutes from Neutral Bay ferry wharf with a bus to the city or Neutral Bay at the front door. The building has been completely renovated with new bathrooms and kitchens. Your lockable, private room, is fully furnished with a small fridge, TV, built-in wardrobe, sofa, desk and bed.
My house is located close to Neutral Bay Ferry and a small distance by foot to North Sydney and Kirribilli. Its bright and well kitted out duplex, you will have your own room with robe and bathroom as there are two in the property. There is a nice view out the back on the deck and you'll get water glimpses and the opportunity to use the Webber out on the back deck. Im looking for a plus 1 to share and happy to sort out the finer details if you're interested in living here.
There is a bedroom with built-ins with your own bathroom and separate toilet. A third room in the apartment is also available as a study or guest room included in the rent. You can add your own bedroom furniture if you want. This apartment is special because of the view of the harbour, watching the ferries and boats and the fireworks makes apartment living very enjoyable. There is a deck set up with a high table and stools so that you can sit outside and chat and watch the harbour. It's a great drying spot for clothes too. This apartment is very central so you can catch a ferry to the city or a bus and the train is a 10 minute walk around to Milsons Point where the local shops and pub are located. The local harbour walks are breathtaking especially at sunset. I am close to Balmoral and there is a secret beach for a swim just around the corner close to our local Hayes St cafe which does wonderful breakfast and local Thai and French for dinner. We have visitor's car spaces for off street parking. It is a friendly complex with security doors. It's nice and quiet (no buses go past) and I am so lucky to have found this place 3 years ago so I hope you can come and enjoy it with me.
Hello to everybody! We are two Italian friends just come to Sydney! We are clean and tidy, we are very quiet but we really like to go out and meet new people! We were excited to have new roommates! For anything, do not hesitate to contact me

Hello! I am moving back to Sydney from 19 September for work after two years working in Malaysia. I am looking to pay rent from this date, not any earlier :) I will be working hard during the week (long hours and travel) but definitely enjoy having a balance - gym, movies, cooking, going out, trying new things, walking, exploring new bars and restaurants. I enjoy socialising over a glass of wine, meeting new people, swapping stories on the couch and having a good laugh. I am not one for hours in front of the tv or having people over every night of the week. I am outgoing, relaxed but not slack (drama free!), clean, minimalist and easygoing but courteous. I have lived and worked in 8 countries, making me very personable and comfortable with people of all nationalities. I have friends in Sydney but it would be nice to live with someone or people who also enjoy going out with their flatmates occasionally. You won't see any dirty dishes left behind, find randoms sleeping on the couch or music blasting. I would expect the same from the ideal flatmate. I would prefer a non party house and no more than one other flatmate please. I am looking for a room (master bedroom) with my own bathroom/ensuite. Thanks. If I sound like someone you could share a place with, drop me a line.
looking for private room!! Interested in team ups :) I like to keep active, healthy and social. Would ideally like to live near the beach. Im an easy going housemate who is also clean and respectful. Full time professional Mon-Fri. I love a good laugh over wine with friends but am also mindful of other house mates. Give me a call or text if you think i'd be the right fit for your home!
I am moving from Newcastle down to Sydney for work. I'll be working full time in the city and am likely to travel a bit for work. I'm a very easy going guy and always happy to have a chat about anything. On the weekends I'll be exploring the city and meeting new people.
Our names are Taya and Mike, Mike is a biomedical engineer by day and guitar player by night. And Taya is a social worker by trade, artist in spare time. We are pretty cool people, loving of both party animals and home bodies! We are happy to spend our Saturday night getting competitive over a game of Settlers of Catan, or on a pub crawl. Happy to be in a house full dinner sharers and group TV binges, or one that embraces the 'it's a shared space, not a shared life' mentality, or one that incorporates them both We do have one catch, but it's pretty cute, and its really more of a bonus than a catch! We have a beautiful little beagle, six years old, very well trained, always well behaved. He is a stunning pup, loves attention and sleeping! He is only with us part time (Fridays - Monday's), and with Taya's parents the other days, who live on an acre throughout the week! We promise he will bring love to your life ! And that's pretty much a wrap ! email us if you want anymore info !
Hi I am coming over to Sydney from NZ for a 10 week TV contract. I am looking for a relaxed homely place for the duration of my stay. I am pretty chilled, I enjoy my space but love a good chat and glass of wine as well.
Hey! Just moved from Perth, looking for a place to call home. Just finished graduating at university working Full-time now. I'm easy to get along with/bubbly/fun. Also clean and respect peoples space.
Hi I'm Dan, a teacher living in Sydney and originally from the UK. I'm searching for a furnished room in a friendly, clean and modern shared flat/house, to move end of September. I'm sociable and it would be good to get to know new folk :) I like to cook and happy to share meals if people want that, or just leave people jealous if they don't ;) For fun, I like to swim, walk, try to dance salsa, and am up for anything that will get me on the path to physical fitness. Love cooking, eating, travelling, good movies, and the occasional good wine or belgian beer. I've not surfed or dived, both of which I'd like to try sometime, as well as climbing.
My name is Juan, i'm 23 years old and i came to Sydney from Argentina with my girlfriend (Eugenia,22 years old) for an exchange program.
