We love living so close to the Neutral Bay Ferry, Cremorne Point, Kirribilli and Kurraba Point Reserve. The shops on Military Road are just up the street and our house isn't too far from the city, so an uber home after Friday night bevs is pretty cheap.

I’m out and about quite a bit but would love a roommate that likes to have the occasional cheese board and a bottle of wine or maybe watch a movie. My place is a huge 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment with balconies across the front and back of the property. There are floor to ceiling doors connecting both the living space and bedrooms to spacious and scenic balconies with seating and dining areas. It isn't a party apartment but it is a great spot for entertaining and I do host BBQ's and dinners on special occasions throughout the year. Given the location, new years eve is always incredibly special and probably the best spot in Sydney for the fireworks. The location is perfect for commuting, with ferries, buses and trains at arms reach. The bedroom is unfurnished but has built in robes and seating on the balcony is included (pictured).
