Hello My appartment is fully furnished and newly renovated. It is a 5min walk to the Harbour Bridge and Milsons Point train station. The postcode is North Sydney but its really in Kirribilli. Short or long term stay will be fine. The room availiable has a double bed, wardrobe and bedside table. I also have sheets and towels if required. If a couple would like to apply we will need to negoitate a diferent price as the price I have advertised is divided in the middle. I can also supply two single beds if two people are traveling. I do not smoke but if you do you can out side. The appartment is in a lovely position and feels like its in the suburbs but very close to the city. It is also quiet.

We have a two story, 4 bedroom townhouse that is north facing and gets plenty of natural sunlight. The living space is open plan so it feels big and spacious (photo's don't do it justice at all! It's actually a lot brighter and bigger). Please PM for a video that gives the place a lot more justice :D. It's in a really convenient location and you feel very close to the city. 5min walk to North Sydney or Milson's Point train station.
