Hello My appartment is fully furnished and newly renovated. It is a 5min walk to the Harbour Bridge and Milsons Point train station. The postcode is North Sydney but its really in Kirribilli. Short or long term stay will be fine. The room availiable has a double bed, wardrobe and bedside table. I also have sheets and towels if required. If a couple would like to apply we will need to negoitate a diferent price as the price I have advertised it divided in the middle. I can also supply two single beds if two people are traveling. I do not smoke but if you do you can out side. The appartment is in a lovely position and feels like its in the suburbs but very close to the city. It is also quiet.
Hey future housemates, please take a moment to read this. Rent is $240 a week (paid fortnightly) which includes internet but not electricity (halved and paid on a quarterly basis). Real estate have informed me rent will increase at some point due to the renovated kitchen which will likely bring the rent total to $265 but I don't know when it will take effect and I have no intention of reminding them about it. About the apartment - 2 bedroom apartment with separate lounge room, bathroom and renovated kitchen. Shared laundry. I have a washing machine which you are welcome to use. There is a total of 6 units in the apartment block and as of writing all neighbours are generally quiet with no excessive noise late at night. The unit sits next to the bay in Neutral Bay with great views overlooking the water from the lounge-room. Your room is 3.5 by 3 metres with a leafy view and some natural light and comes unfurnished. About the area - sitting in between the major shopping hubs of Neutral Bay, North Sydney and Kirribilli there is a lot of food/bar options to choose from. All are within 15 minutes walking distance of the apartment. Transport-wise the 263 will get you to the city in 5-10 minutes with the bus stop 5 minutes away, and North Sydney and Kirribilli train station are 10-15 minutes walk away. If you prefer the more scenic route Neutral Bay ferry is 5 minutes walk. There's buses late at night (between 12 and 5am) that'll get you within 10 minutes walk of the apartment and an uber will cost you $10-15 from the city. There's no designated parking space but you shouldn't have any problems finding parking within a 2 minute radius of the property. About me - I'm a 29 year old bar manager who grew up in Sydney, and I used to be a part-time journalist writing for a magazine. I enjoy conversation on a range of topics from travel and movies to religion and psychology. I like to keep the communal areas fairly clean so someone similar would be ideal. I'm single so most of the time you'll just be living with me but I do have friends over on occasion. This is not a party house and I'd prefer to keep it that way. About Leo - Leo is a three year old male rag doll who loves long walks around the apartment block, canned food from the nearby Aldi store and terrorising the local lizard population. About you - ideally you should be that happy medium. Someone down to earth who's up for an occasional chat. I don't smoke but if you do keep it confined to your bedroom. If you're a weed smoker you'll have to do it outside because it seeps through closed doors and I don't want Leo exposed to the fumes. Travellers are fine but I'd prefer someone who expects to be around for at least 6 months.

My apartment is located directly opposite Milsons Point train station just minutes from the harbour wharf, Luna Park and Bradfield park. Kirriblli and Milsons point have some great bars and restaurants and you are only minutes from the city by train (20 min walk over the bridge.) The building is secure with underground parking (will need to give current renter 1 months notice for space), and a gym! The apartment has air con, balcony, huge living space, bath, washing machine, dryer, dish washer, wifi and is really quiet at night. Room is furnished, double built-in wardrobe, double bed , two bedside tables, own bathroom with bath and shower (not en-suite) and air con.
The room on offer is a double bedroom (3.6m x 3.2m). It comes with a standing wardrobe. The apartment is opposite Milsons Point Station. Great view out over Lavender Bay. Huge balcony and huge apartment. All the bedrooms have access to the balcony and a view over the water that you'll get to wake up to every morning. The apartment is fully furnished except for your bedroom. It also has ducted heating and cooling as well as undercover car spaces. Undercover visitor parking is available. We have superfast 100mb/s cable internet. $40 p/m each. Other bills include gas and electric which work out around $120-150 each per quarter - so its pretty cheap. An undercover security car space is available if needed and takes the cost of the room up to $330 per week. Normally the room is $310 but the rent is reduced by $20 a week to $290 as we currently rent out the second car spot. North Sydney pool and gym is less than a ten minute walk down the road and Aldi/Coles are a similar walk in the opposite direction.
