Easy going enjoy share houses - like to be able to relate to people i'm living with however also mindful and respectful of own independence and space to be. Into social justice, in that i would prefer not to live with anyone who may be have issues with people from other cultures and ways of life. No racists or homophobes.
Clean and tidy, easy-going woman, experienced in sharing accommodation, is looking for a room in a share house in the Warburton/Healesville/Dandenong area. I'd prefer a countryside setting. Always pay my bills on time. I love cooking, yoga, meditation and dancing. Happy to socialise or keep to myself. As I'm currently building a tiny house on a trailer, a big enough yard to park and continue building Klaudy's Tiny (2.5 x 7.5m) would be essential but it doesn't need to be under a roof. It won't be too noisy as the big structures are done now
Mature but fun loving adult which an active sense of humour . Independent and happy to help. I'm easy going and friendly. Basically looking for a home base to relax sleep eat n read. I tend to go out to socialise and am not interested in entertaining at home. I co run my own business with my former partner so can work long hours. I love cooking but prefer to cook with other people and enjoy the process and experimentation.
Hi! I'm Ellie! I'm 35, originally from Gippsland, and living back in Melbourne after backpacking across Europe. I'm an Occupational Therapist. I work most weekdays and some weekends. I love music, listen to triple J and try to see live music when I can. I like my home to be a relaxing environment in which to cook, get jobs done, read, potter about in the garden and watch the occasional show on ABC and series Netflix! I've been house sitting and currently staying with friends. Keen to find a new abode to call home! I'm looking for a friendly and considerate flatmate who is happy to hang out as well do their own thing independently. I prefer to eat healthy foods with the occasional treat. No food allergies. Tend to do my own food but happy to share a few times per week. Own a washing machine if required. Access to a decent internet connection is a must!

Hello there :) I'm searching for 1 or 2 housemates to share this beautiful large 4br home in Seville! $180pw for 1 person. If i fill the 2 rooms rent will be cheaper. Bills are to be spilt evenly between us. Bond of $550pp to be paid upfront. ______________________________________________________________ About the house: - 4 Bedroom (1 room used as a study) - 2 Bathroom - 2 toilets - Fireplace - Plenty of drive way parking - Shared rumpus, kitchen, lounge room, dining room & laundry. It's a two-story house with a spacious front yard & back yard (I live up stairs with an ensuite). When you enter the house it opens into a rumpus room, there is a couch & some other items there at the moment with a shoe closet underneath the stair case :) Walk up the stairs into the open living area with the lounge room/dining room and large kitchen... This kitchen is amazing! It has a dishwasher, a 6-burner gas stove top with a stainless steel electric oven. The stainless steel fridge is great quality with a water & ice dispenser! With plenty of room inside. There is also a large pantry & plenty of cupboard space if you are moving any items in. You'll either have a bathroom to yourself or shared with another (all depending atm). The bathroom has a vanity, large mirror, shower & bath. The tiling does need to be finished as well as the taps on the bath... the owner is getting around to finishing off the renovating. The main downstairs bedroom is rather large! I have a queen bed, desk, tallboy & mirrored dresser in there at the moment and still have lots of leg room! There is an open wardrobe as well. The second room is slightly smaller with an open wardrobe as well. It is furnished at the moment but everything can be moved out of there. The 3rd room has been used as a study, so if you're needing more space than what your bedroom is offering than feel free to use that space as well, the rumpus room will also be available to use if need be. I'm open to moving things around :) ______________________________________________________________ About you: Ideally I would like anyone aged between 25 - 35 who has: - Lived out of home before - Has a job/studies with a steady income - Pays rent & bills on time - Cleans up after him/herself - Non smoker & non drug user I don't mind if you have people over or if you're in a relationship & your other half stays from time to time :) as long as they're not over staying. If so just chat to me and we will work something out :) If you have furniture let me know as i'm looking at purchasing some necessities for the house! If you have pets also let me know, i'm open to having them here as long as we talk about it first :)
Its a big house with plenty of room, a large yard, and magnificent views. Often you can hear a waterfall in the background, between that and the birds I sometimes feel like I am living in a meditation CD. We have three dogs, one of which is a puppy, so anyone joining us MUST love dogs.
I work at a wholesale production nursery up in Monbulk. I'm currently living in a share house in The Basin, though I'm wanting to move somewhere else to experience another area and meet some new people! I'm right into my camping and anything adventurous, when I get the time of course! In my spare time I like to relax and watch movies/TV shows, write/play music, and hang out with mates. I'm a very tidy person and make a habit of keeping everything as clean as possible. I'm always up for a good chat, though I do like my alone time as well. I'm a big fan of animals so I have no problem with a few cats and dogs running around the place!

Hello I'm looking for a sharehouse ideally in Yarra Glen. There doesn't seem to be many rentals in Yarra Glen! Wanting to live with hardworking/reliable individuals (mid 20's to mid 30's) who don't mind hanging out for drinks or a shared meal on their days off. I work at a winery in Yarra Glen as a wedding and events coordinator but am also an experienced emergency department nurse. I am well traveled and love trying new things /going on adventures. I enjoy being social with friends - going out to eat, or inviting people over for dinner. I also prefer and respect some private down time. Looking for friendly hardworking flatmates. Let me know if you are interested. Alternatively I have found a gorgeous home in Yarra Glen, but would need some future housemates to join my on the rental application, otherwise it would be too expensive. 5bed, 3bath, massive living space with open kitchen, rumpas room plus a huge garage with workshop. It's $600/week which if I get 3 housemates, would only be $150/week each!! http://www.realestate.com.au/property-house-vic-yarra+glen-417048806

Situated among the trees. The house sits on a bit over an acre of a wonderful garden. The house has four bedrooms, 3 upstairs and 1 downstairs (Which I'm staying in). The kitchen is new with a dining area. There is a large lounge room with extra space to use for reading corner, desk or any other way you want to utilise it. There is also a laundry room and a storage room + additional storage under the staircase. You may bring your own furniture and decorate to make it feel like home. Im pretty easy going so i would probably say yes a lot more than no :). There is some furniture available if anyone would like to use it. * 2 Bathrooms, one bathroom to share with me and the other bathroom is connected to the room with the large wardrobe. * The rent is for 2 bedrooms next to each other so you can use one as your bedroom and the other as your study or something else. * Large 15m long balcony with views overlooking the nature. I'm sure there are plenty more to mention about this lovely place so come and have a look and Ill be happy to walk you thru the property. Distances to amenities: * 5 Min to Emerald. *20 Min to Fountain Gate shopping centre * 10 Min to Belgrave * 150 Meters to Bus stop 695 that will take you to Belgrave or Gembrook. * 15 Min to Lysterfield lake party (Mountain bike trails). *30 Min to Yarra Valley + Great walking/running/cycling tracks around the area. I am currently building a unit on the property and will be moving out from the house in the next month or so. Potential housemates can be part of selecting the next housemate that will move in. Hello. A bit about me: *I'm a 24 year old female, I have an indoor trained male cat who is 2 years old. *I have lived in a shared house and therefore am used to how it works, respecting people, their privacy and maintaining a home. *I am looking for a new shared house to join or even just one person to move in with who is animal friendly, clean, respectful, cool to sometimes chill with and has an understanding of internet usage and lag in terms of games. *My hobbies include playing PC games, chilling out, seeing my partner, playing board games, cooking, listening to and making music and just having a good time but am not a party go-er. *I am not a smoker and do not drink. *I don't currently work but receive reliable Centrelink payments so rent and bills will always be paid on time. *I take myself as a clean, quiet, respectful individual who just wants to have a good life wherever that may be. I hope to hear from anyone who thinks I would make a good fit in their shared home. Cheers.
Generally am clean, with (almost) no bad habits, flexible in many respects. Am a professional scientist, smart, social and easy to chat on general topics. I am now in the process of the family split up. Being the only source of income cannot afford anything more than the shared accommodation for myself. My kids - two girls 9 and 12 yo, well behaving and adequate - will sometimes come for a visit or stay overnight.
Relaxed, happy, busy student. Not home 4 days per fortnight to visit family. Never stressed just layed back n look forward to making new friends.

I'm Virginia, a quiet, keep-to-myself tidy type who loves TV, reading and dining out. A few notes about me and what I'm looking for: - I'm only looking for a woman of similar age to start a share house with - I'm retired so will spend time at home, as well as out with friends and appointments etc. - I'm looking to have my own defined space: my own bedroom, bathroom and living area - happy for this to be a third bedroom though. - I have a small house's worth of furniture, fridge, washer/dryer etc, happy if my housemate is the same and to compromise, keep some in the garage or shed etc if it doesn't all fit! - I have one adult daughter who's left the nest but we're close - no partner and no other family in Melbourne - I currently have no pets, but love all animals, especially dogs! I'd ideally like to get my own dog in the future so if you have pets and we find a place that is happy with them from the get-go, even better! - I would like to keep to myself mostly, but happy with some social interaction! I'm a kind, big-hearted person and a good listener who loves telling stories. - My lease is up in March so that's when I'm looking to move in the outer East or so - if you think we could get along, send me a message!
