Hi, all! I'm currently renting a shed turned rumpus room out the back of someone's house. They have just told me there is a 90% chance of them moving back to Queensland in January next year. I know that's a little bit away, but due to past experiences of never having time before I move out, i'm making sure to start looking now and putting out feelers. I can afford up to $300 a fortnight, but would prefer bills to be included in rent. I do own a cat so need it to be pet friendly. She is a very shy and quiet cat, prefers to be alone but in saying that, she can still live with other animals 100%. I'm also looking for 420 friendly humans. 🍁🍁 I'm currently studying 4 days a week, until October next year.
I’m a really respectful person and I’m clean and tidy and I’m also and really good person to talk to and to have around for a laugh and I also help people a lot so if you need help doing something don’t be afraid to ask me and I’m also looking for a job atm so when I do get one I will be doing that instead of sitting around everyday.

Hi friends!! I’m currently working the snow season in Falls Creek and am looking for a place to call home when I return to Adelaide next month. I’m 24, friendly and social, love my quiet time though, like a clean house, music and always trying to keep myself busy by getting out of the house as much as I can - gym, walks, beach etc. I don’t smoke (don’t have a problem with those who do), love dogs and do have a boyfriend who will stay over occasionally. I’m looking for a shorter term rental (6 months or so) and somewhere hopefully near public transport but not imperative. Open to locations and furnished/unfurnished :) Let me know if you think you have something suitable! Thanks :)
The property is located directly opposite a lake that is close to public transport , shopping/medical centres , cafes , tennis/basketball courts and other amenities . Washing machine, iron, internet access with Netflix and gaming entertainment provided .
Up for grabs in the quiet and peaceful suburb of Modbury is probably the best deal ever in terms of house sharing. For just $200 per week, you could have your choice of either 2 bedrooms and your own hallway bathroom, or the master bedroom with private ensuite + study. You’d share with 1 other person, Michael, who works full time in the city & his cat, Hamish. Bills to split (gas, water, electricity). Internet is available for an extra $50 per month. Did I mention it’s NBN-connected and unlimited FTTP? (That’s the really quick one!) Other great benefits: - super walkable! The house is literally a 5 minute walk from TTP and 10 minutes to the Obahn interchange. - Off street parking - Ducted split AC - Heaps of space if you want to bring your own furniture - Built in robes to Beds 2&3 or a WIR to the master, depending on what you pick - Michael makes excellent omelettes
*Please read whole listing description and consider whether it would be suitable for you before making contact * Looking for a friendly, cat-loving, non-judgemental kind of human with good critical thinking ability to share. Someone who wants to make this smaller sized house their home for as long as they're living here. Quiet, uncluttered environment in a fully furnished two bedroom unit, to share with one other. Polished floors throughout for easy cleaning. Room available is not large, measuring 3m x 2.6m. Unfurnished. R/C air-con, gas cooking and hot water, dishwasher, small private back yard with lawn and veg/herb garden. Full size bath and bathroom. Friendly, considerate landlord. Recently signed lease for another year. Close to regular public transport, shops, library, gyms, O'bahn and Linear Park walking trail. Not far from Morialta Conservation Park. Indoor swimming pool nearby. Covered, off-street, allocated carport adjacent to the unit. Unfortunately dogs are not allowed here, due to Strata. Cats wouldn't work as one of mine is intolerant to other cats. Possibly other responsibly cared for pets could be negotiated. While I do not yet have internet set up, I am currently looking into this. The rent is listed as $146, bills additional. Bill payments would be divided equally between us as they arrive. This isn't a party house. Having friends or family visit you is not a problem. Heavy drinkers, binge drinkers, alcoholics, chain smokers, and drug users are not welcome here, as I have only had bad experiences so far with people have such habits.
