Hi, I'm Carina and I am 22 years old. I'm looking for a place to live (preferably long term). I'm currrently just doing volunteer work and looking for work. I will be going back to study soon. I'm tidy, clean and respectful of others and rules. I'm easy going, keep to myself but can enjoy the occasional social drink or meal or chit chat. Thanks.
Hi future roomies, I am currently a studying Teaching at Mawson Lakes (3rd Year) and my partner works full time (fully qualified mechanic). We are both easy going, clean and are just wanting somewhere affordable to live. We do have a dog. His name is Max and we absolutely adore him. He is currently both an indoor and outdoor dog but if needed he could just be an outside dog (although he does really love a cuddle!). We hope that we can find some great housemates really soon! Look forward to hearing from you :)
I am easy to get along with, I am fun and outgoing. I am currently working at House & Garden and a little restaurant called Campania Club. I like to socialize with friends and go out and have a good time, but then I also like to stay home and watch movies and just relax. I am laid back and chilled, anyone can get along with me. Big lover of food!!! When it comes to the house, I am very clean, neat and tidy. Always looking for something to do.

Hi, I am looking for share house or someone who may be interested in renting a 'new' 2 - 4 bed place with me. I like relaxing in a clean & tidy place, with mature easy going people, male or female. Any quiet area of Adelaide & reasonably close to shops & public transport . I have my own bedroom furniture. A built in wardrobe in the bedroom would be good. I am friendly, clean, respectful of others and like to live a healthy lifestyle. Unfortunately can't live with cats or other animals inside the house and prefer no carpet though its ok in bedrooms. I rarely watch tv as have other things to occupy me. I'm quiet but also enjoy socialising. I'm a bookkeeper and studying and in the process of moving from Brisbane. I stay in Adelaide regularly though where I am is too far from the city. I'm looking forward to getting established in Adelaide in 2017.
I'm independent, neat, reliable and like to keep to myself however I like talks and going for lunch, keeping healthy and exercising even though I do smoke cigarettes it is never a priority nor problem, I enjoy education and studying and do hope to have a part time job as soon as possible, I would have one already if I had a room I spend a lot of time with my boyfriend however we do like our space look forward to hearing from someone soon as I'm very eager :)
I am currently 19 years old and studying at uni. i work a lot of night shifts. I enjoy having quite weeks and just seeing my friends. When i am not working on weekends i enjoy having a few drinks with my friends.

The available bedroom is right across from the bathroom with the bath and shower in a separate room to the toilet. I have my own ensuite so only visitors would use your bathroom. I have on offer a choice of 2 rooms freshly setup however only offering 1, with all the amenities needed for your stay. Hello, Originally I had signed up to this website to find a roommate interested in living around Andrews Farm. I am now desperate to find a residence as close as possible to Modbury Hospital. My father has recently become critically ill and will be transferring to that facility on March 28th. He will be staying at the hospital for specialist care and rehabilitation for the next few months and I am wanting to find somewhere close by, so my family and I can spend as much time as possible with him. I am hoping to find somewhere appropriate as soon as possible that is a short distance away, within budget and available for a short term lease. This would be a huge relief for my family as our home is quite a distance away from where he will be. I am also applying through real estate agents, I would just like to exhaust every option available. About myself: I am currently studying full time in the CBD. I have two small pets, Lucy and Cleo. They are very well behaved and trained. I enjoy gardening and growing my own organic produce, bike riding, ice skating and general outdoor activities. I love to cook, I watch endless ammounts of Netflix and love to sing and play musical instruments (currently learning piano). I have previously lived out of home, I have good references and evidence that I always pay my rent on time. I take pride in my home, the way it looks and feels is a huge priority to me. I may be open to a team up but you need to be ready to apply for properties now and have the credentials to do so. My ideal housemate would have a good sense of humor, be financially stable, love dogs, like there own space but enjoy company at times, be clean, respectful & trustworthy. Looking for a whole property to rent or a possible team up for a new place. Not interested in renting single rooms under current circumstances. Thanks 🙂
This house contains gas heating and oven, air conditioning, unlimited internet. It is 300 metres from the nearest shopping centre and is 2km from the Paradise Interchange. It is a 10 minute drive from Tea Tree Plaza.
My house is nearly new (approximately 3 years) and I am looking for a respectful, trusting, clean, responsible, caring, and independent person to rent in my home. 1 Bedroom (furnished or un-furnished) with floor to ceiling mirrored wardrobe including drawers. TV antenna connection in bedroom. Shared kitchen, lounge and bathroom. $150.00 per week (inc. rent, bills and internet) [suitable for 1 female only] BOND= $600.00 Plus 2 weeks rent paid in advance. Close to Tea Tree Plaza Shopping Centre, Bus Interchange, Modbury Hospital and TAFE.
The property is beautifully presented with an ambient and modern feel. With plenty of outdoor and indoor living space and good views. 5min drive to the O'Bahn interchange, and literally less than a minute walk to a bus stop on Lower North East Rd. Minutes within many amenities including schools, parks, plazas, cafes, restaurants and approx. 5min drive to TTP mall. The house provides off street parking and will take approximately 15-20mins drive to the CBD. The house is fully furnished, with free wifi and rent is inclusive of water usage. However, there will be split bills for electricity usage. I am a chilled, very clean and mature full-time male employee. The other male housemates are very clean and chilled, and also rather quiet who tend to keep to themselves. However, a beer/meal will still be shared once in a while. We would prefer to find like minded housemates, extremely tidy and not afraid to do basic house duties. Also as I am allergic to fur, the house is not pet friendly. No smokers. No couples please.

I am very active and social, I get along with most people with my wide range of interest (Football, gym, art, hikes etc). I am laid back, have stayed in hostels for long periods of times without problems before. I guarantee I will have no problems in paying rent I have a dog that is perfectly house trained, currently I leave him inside and has never destroyed anything. From what other people have said he does not have a strong dog smell. Would prefer for someone who enjoys the company of dogs as he loves people.
Hi, my name is Jenny. I am a full time student, studying 5 days a week so I would generally be out of the house for most of the day. I love to socialise, and have a good time, but also of course would need some time to myself to study from time to time. I am a extremely clean, organise and tidy person. Hobbies includes, having a laugh and chilling out with my friends, watching TV shows and movies, listening to music. I like to keep myself busy so I won't be home much, but when I am I'd love to live with laid-back, but social people that would be keen to hang out and have a good time, very sociable, ready to make new friends. I'd probably prefer to team up and start a lease with one or two other people. Would prefer staying with females but would also consider staying with males if the location and the price is right.
