Hello! My name is Jamesina and I'm 25, working full time in the city as a dental assistant. I like to think of myself as a very reliable, friendly, tidy person who is easy to get along with and enjoys a healthy lifestyle. For fun I enjoy going out for Sunday brunches, horse riding and watching GoT 😁 I'm ideally looking for a place that is north to east of the city quite close to the CBD, max $350 a week, and have everything to furnish a house. An animal lover is a must, as I have two adorable fur babies- one hairless cat and one hairy cat! Looking forward to hearing from prospective housemates ☺️
Hi, I am looking for share house or someone who may be interested in renting a 'new' 2 - 4 bed place with me. I like relaxing in a clean & tidy place, with mature easy going people, male or female. Any quiet area of Adelaide & reasonably close to shops & public transport . I have some furniture. A built in wardrobe in the bedroom would be good. I am friendly, clean, respectful of others and like to live a healthy lifestyle. Unfortunately I can't live with cats or other animals inside the house and prefer no carpet though its ok in bedrooms. I rarely watch tv as have other things to occupy me. I'm quiet but also enjoy socialising. I'm a bookkeeper and studying and in the process of moving from Brisbane to Adelaide sometime after the end of 'July 2017'. I stay in Adelaide regularly though where I am is too far from the city. I'm looking forward to getting established in Adelaide.
Hi I'm a hard working, well mannered, relaxed country guy and work as a security guard. Moving to Adelaide for an initial period of 6 months may stay longer. Require my own room, does not need to be furnished but a bonus if it is. Will be taking as many shifts as I can get so may not be home all that much. Suburb isn't that important.
Private access down side of house to fully contained granny flat. Large backyard with pool. Green leafy well maintained front and back garden. Heating, cooling and cooking facilities with fridge and TV in the room. Valley View golf course a short walk away as is O'bahn bus service into city via NE Road. Must be pet friendly as we own multiple cats and a dog. Laundry facilities available as required in main house. Must be a non-smoker and this is non-negotiable. Thanks
-Large front and backyard -Close to Primary School -Walking distance to Gilles Plains shopping Plaza and Valley View shopping centre -Up the road from the local pub - minutes away from Good Life and Jetts Gym (If the mood strikes) -Surrounded by great neighbours -7km away from CBD -Very close to public transport -Direct buses to the O-Bahn -10 minute drive to Tea Tree Shopping Complex -Wide variety of Ubereats
Internet, Netflix, Stan, Youtube , My home has a real zen style tranquil feel about it. Home is fully furnished and has all the amenities for a comfy stay. The back yard is a fab place to chill and read a book or enjoy a cheese platter with friends. There are 2 of us here in separate rooms and looking to fill the 3rd room which has a built in robe. We have the O-barn not far from here at paradise exchange which is 2 stops to the CBD in just 8 minutes. Sorry however i will not respond to profiles without a photo as I dont know who im talking to.. cheers
I'm moving over to South Australia in November from New South Wales to study next year and am looking for a place to stay while I'm there. I'm quiet and respectful of others. I like to cook and keep fit either at the gym or outdoors.
The houses are in excellent locations, 8 and 10 km from Adelaide city centre (North Terrace) and ideally suits students who are studying at UniSA and Adelaide University. Our Gilles Plains property is located within a short walking distance (5 min.) from Gilles Plains TAFE. SH Share houses are close to public transport, shops, cafes and parks. All of our student rooms are fully furnished and tastefully decorated. The rent covers utilities, broadband, cleaning and gardening services. The house is new, on a quiet street, near public transport and shops The rent include utilities (gas, water, ecectricity, internet), cleaning and gardening servicesBright, new
New house with air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room, giant television, barbecue area, overhead projector for cinema, solar heater, solar panel, high wall height for better air circulation throughout the house, bathroom with bath, kitchen Equipped with new and functional appliances, large front garden with variety of fruits: grape, lemon and tamarin, bedroom with a couple bed, ceiling fan, air conditioning and closet. Also next to the house we can see some koalas in a park, the CBD is only 10 minutes by Buss and it came every 5 minutes. There are supermarkets around the house as well.
My house is a hop, skip and a jump from Gilles Plains shopping center and all local buses. Gilles Plains is about 12km from City Centre. I am renting room out on just a temporary basis as I may need to move at end of lease. Would be suitable for backpackers or someone just needing somewhere till they find something more permanent. I try and keep house clean and tidy as possible but at same time like it to have that lived in look. Lounge does have reverse cycle aircon and does have a digital tv and DVD Player, but not cable, satellite or netflix. I expect anyone sharing with me will also contribute to keeping the place clean and tidy. You can easily access the Botanical Gardens, the Museums, Rundle Street Mall and the Central Market and Adelaide Zoo and the Uni in the City and Mawson Lakes. The shopping center nearby has a Woolworths and an Aldi, their are plenty of places nearby to eat. There is also 2 bigger shopping centre nearby by bus being Ingle Farm and Tea Tree Plaza. There is an off the street parking available but it is not undercover. I use undercover area as my craft/arts workshop area. Room available is a fairly small room and consists of a bunk bed (double bottom single top) or that can be taken out and just a single bed put in. Also has 2 camping wardrobes, small 3 drawer lockable filing cabinet, and 1 draw dresser with mirror. Suitable for single female only or couple. No pets allowed. There are many buses from here to the city which is only a 15 min -20 min bus ride when using Obahn bus routes along Sudholz rd that run between City and Salisbury (502) City and Mawson Lakes (501). The Uni shuttle bus also goes along Sudholz Rd Gilles Plains. Most other bus routes to city do take 30 - 40 min depending on traffic.
Hi, I'm Harrison. I'm friendly and easy to get along with and I'm always up for a good chat. Really passionate about cars, music, and skateboarding. I lived in Perth for 8 years before moving back home to Adelaide. I enjoy a night in rather than a night out.
I'm an independent student with a part time job at Boost Juice. I am a responsible, friendly, clean and outgoing person to live with. I am 17 years old, with an Australian (Caucasian) nationality. I'm pretty laid back, down to earth, easy to get along with and understand the definition of personal space. I have my P's and my own car but I would still prefer nothing to far from school and work. I'm receiving youth allowance as well as getting income from work. My budget is roughly $150-160 with included utilities. I would prefer to live with all females. Please feel free to message me if you have any questions about myself. Thank you. :)
MASTER BEDROOM WITH ENSUITE, WALK IN ROBE AND PRIVATE LOUNGE... Your room will be the master room of the house. It's big enough for a queen sized bed along with a desk, drawers and bookshelves. You will also have an ensuite, walk in robe and a private lounge room. The bedroom and lounge both have air conditioning. (They are bedrooms 1 and 3 on the floor plan). The house is furnished besides your 2 rooms. It's freshly painted, easily maintained and filled with light. The kitchen is a very decent size, with a walk in pantry and lots of storage. There is a large garden which has plenty of room for plants, outdoor furniture, bikes etc. The property is a walkable distance to the O'Bahn and Newton shops. The neighbours are quiet, and it is privately located over 10 metres from the road with entrance gates. It's secure with roller shutters on most of the windows, lockable windows and a security light out the front. The rooms have been emptied, so you can move in when it suits you. We would like to have a new house mate within 2 weeks...if possible. Looking forward to hearing from you :)
My current lease finishes on 30th October but can give 4 weeks notice at anytime. I am vision impaired but am independant and people I live with would not be expected to take on role as a carer or provide any assistance. Now with that out of the way I love being around people! I have previously been a host of couchsurfing.com since 2008 and helpx.net since 2015 (both are free accommodation sites that promote cultural exchange and community) I also for sometime have been a airbnb host. Therefore I am use to sharing the rental where I have lived over the years with others from Australia and abroad and have enjoyed interacting with others from various walks of life. I have a very friendly, caring, generous nature and am easy to get along with. I am also frugal when it comes to saving money and I am very arty crafty so always trying out ways of saving money. Once I move from current abode I will not be continuing to being a host as I don't want that to be a stumbling block to me finding somewhere to move too. I will disable hosting profile on those sites. Fully aware that now I am moving into situation of sharing on a ongoing basis with others I have to be prepared to make some adjustments and sacrifices. I like animals but do not have any of my own at the point in time. I love to socialise but am not a party animal and do not drink or smoke. Until I get to know a person I can be a bit quite at first. I am vision impaired and do have Epilepsy but am very independent. Epilepsy is well controlled by medication and on the odd occasion I do have a seizure I tend to self manage as most of the time they are at night. I do all my own cooking, washing, and housework. As stated earlier people I am sharing with would not be expected to be my carer or provide me with any assistance needed in anyway. I pay someone to provide me with any extra support I need.
i am a friendly person who loves to make friends. i love art (painting pottery and design) and im good at them.
Really nice house on a nice street. Good size, has ducted reverse cycle air conditioning for year round comfort. House is furnished, apart from your room, you will need to furnish that yourself. Room has a built in wardrobe. All bills included. Internet is unlimited, high speed NBN Shops nearby (tea tree plaza, etc), public transport, parks. Must be clean, respectful and pay bills on time, this is very important. If you prefer room to be furnished please let me know and I can provide a bed. Thanks
House is furnished apart from the room for rent. The house features heating/cooling, ceiling fan in bedroom, spacious living area and big outdoor entertaining. Walking distance to bus stops and Hope Valley shops which includes Foodland. It’s also about a 5 minute drive to Tea Tree Plaza/Bus Interchange .
Hi, I'm Benjamin! I will be moving to Adelaide in the beginning of October for an internship of 7 months at the University of South Australia. I am looking for a nice shared place within commutable distance to the university. I consider myself to be respectful and easy to get along with. I've been living in shared houses before and know how to do my share to keep the house nice and tidy. In my free time I like spending time outdoors, doing sports, cook, read, watch a movie and I like to socialize. I am ideally looking for like-minded people and a place I feel comfortable calling home. If you think I sound like a good fit, I'd be happy to talk further :)
Mid 40s relocating from far south west NSW am and looking for accommodation after selling my home. My dog and I are looking for somewhere whilst I save to purchase another home. I plan on returning to University (Sociology) and working part time (Nursing). I am fairly quiet and very easy to get along with. I much prefer humour over drama. I unfortunately still enjoy a cigarette and am happy to be banished outdoors to indulge in my otherwise filthy habit. My dog is a four year old Shar-Pei named George. At first he is a little apprehensive with strangers, but soon settles and is fairly laid back. He only barks when it is absolutely necessary, is fully house trained, obedient and has enjoyed being both an indoor and outdoor dog. I will be able to pay at least three months rent in advance, possibly more.
