I’m a very clean, chilled person who doesn’t take themselves too seriously. I work full time in human services so pretty busy during the week and on the weekends I’m either out and about or binge watching Netflix. I respect and understand people’s space, alone time and privacy but also happy to have a drink, hang out and joke around. I don’t have any pets, but love animals. Ideally looking for a female to team up with to find a place together. Flexible with moving dates so can wait for the right people and place.
Has a lovely backyard. Good location, close to bus stops on North east Road and Valiant road, buses to city via o bahn takes only 20 minutes during peak times too. Several buses to Paradise interchange for transfers. 5 min drive from tea tree plaza and 20 mins drive from CBD. Has ample street parking in a quiet and friendly neighborhood
The home is in a quiet street, opposite a park and is 2 k's from TafeSA and DentalSA Gilles Plains and the Gilles Plains shopping centre. The city, 8 k's away, is serviced by a bus a short walk away. It is also central to other higher education facilities in the area and is close to Modbury Hospital, Tea Tree Gully shopping centre and cinemas. The flatmates' living area is separate from the rest of the house. Both bedrooms in that area have their own entrance (with one opening onto the patio area), shower, toilet, cooking facilities and ducted airconditioning. This area can also accommodate a couple, or one person, with one bedroom and a lounge/study room, but the rate per week would be negotiable.

I am a 25-year old transgender girl who has grown up in the North-eastern suburbs of Adelaide. I work in both the IT industry as well as the events industry in technical production, making me fairly savvy when it comes to technology in general. I do work from home a bit where my job allows. By nature I am pretty quiet & reserved as well and usually pretty down to earth.. although I can certainly be socially active as well, especially once I get to know someone. I also like to be very organised and keep things neat and tidy out of habit, especially in my personal space and living areas. I enjoy good movies and like to game occasionally when I can, and also pretty fascinated with Japanese culture in general. I also love animals, especially Dogs and while I don't have one of my own, I have no aversion to pets at all. What I'm looking for in a place to live is somewhere accepting of me as well respecting of my privacy when I need it. However I do want to socialise with other flatmates and get to know one another, maybe share a meal occasionally, etc. In terms of length of stay, I'm very flexible but prefer to be around 4 months minimum if possible. Looking for something semi-long term if possible, but this isn't necessarily a requirement.
Hi, I’m Irish on a working holiday visa living in Adelaide for a few months and working in construction. I am friendly and clean. I enjoy cooking and chilling with a beer. Hobbies: I’ve just joined a footy team and I enjoy going on hikes. I like going out with friends and watching movies. Looking to meet new people and enjoy Australian culture.
