So, starting off my current lease expires 10/03/2017 but I am trying plan ahead. I am currently looking for work and hoping to study a Cert IV in education support. I'm pretty quite for the most part and you may completely forget I am there. I'm not overly tidy however it isn't dirty just scattered. I have very few belongings and just a few pieces of furniture that I am happy to store, sell or use. Am really happy to just have a small space to myself or to coexist with someone else. While I have a preferred area I'd like to live, if it means moving a little out of my known comfort zone, probably a good thing for me.
I am extremely clean and respect others privacy.working In the landscape construction industry.I am not much of a drinker and would probably prefer a BBQ to the pub scene.love an intellectual conversation.I keep very fit and active although I don't mind laying on the couch with a good movie and lots of pop corn..
Hi, I am looking for share house or someone who may be interested in renting a 'new' 2 - 4 bed place with me. I like relaxing in a clean & tidy place, with mature easy going people, male or female. Any quiet area of Adelaide & reasonably close to shops & public transport . I have some furniture. A built in wardrobe in the bedroom would be good. I am friendly, clean, respectful of others and like to live a healthy lifestyle. Unfortunately I can't live with cats or other animals inside the house and prefer no carpet though its ok in bedrooms. I rarely watch tv as have other things to occupy me. I'm quiet but also enjoy socialising. I'm a bookkeeper and studying and in the process of moving from Brisbane to Adelaide sometime after the end of 'May 2017'. I stay in Adelaide regularly though where I am is too far from the city. I'm looking forward to getting established in Adelaide.
Want a relaxed environment, close to shops and easy access to public transport than this home is perfect for you. This house will allow for privacy but also offer space for you to entertain your friends. Located 20-50 metres (I'm terrible with distances but it's like 1 minute walk) from a bus stop that links to the O-Bahn. From the front door to Grenfell St in less than 30 minutes. There are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms and the house is only 5 years old and with all brand new appliances and furniture. Also included is a dishwasher and washing machine. The available bedroom is right across from the bathroom with the bath and shower in a separate room to the toilet. I have my own ensuite so only visitors would use your bathroom. The bedroom (3.2 x 3m) includes built in robes. Included in the rent is internet, gas, electricity, water and Netflix.
My home has a real zen style tranquil feel about it. It is fully furnished and has all the amenities for a comfy stay. The back yard is a fab place to chill and read a book or enjoy a cheese platter with friends. There are 2 of us here in separate rooms and looking to fill the 3rd room. We have the O-barn not far from here at paradise exchange which is 2 stops to the CBD in just 8 minutes.
My name is Bec and I am looking for a place to share close to where I work in Stepney. My current Rent Lease runs out at the beginning of July and I was hoping to spend less on housing by sharing a place, hence why I am here. About me, I am 30 years old. I keep to myself a bit. I enjoy going to the footy and going out for dinner with friends. I work FT Monday to Friday. I try and keep healthy but fail usually. I do like things to be clean, however I'm not a neat freak. I don't smoke and I can't be around cigarette smoke. I do love animals though and have no problem being around them! Anything else, just ask :)
I'm 18 years old, currently working part time and studying at the TAFE in the city. I'm bubbly, outgoing, mature, like to have my own time but also like to socialize. Am really looking for somewhere i can be myself and be comfortable in the house i'm living in and would love for a house mate that could turn into a friend. I love to go out and adventure around good old Adelaide, and also love to spend time with friends and have a drink. I'm looking for something long term if it works out well. Also absolutely love animals especially dogs, so if you've got pets no problem with me. :)
I am from Adelaide & looking to share with someone, who is female, non-smoker in the north eastern area. I also prefer to live with a student who has no pets (but am flexible with these last two). My house mate will share responsibility in all matters relating to the house. I have good character & am in a reputable full-time job. I am a great cook. For fun, I enjoy exercise, music & going out with friends. I don't often watch tv, but prefer to do more productive things. I can keep to myself a bit at home, at times.

I work full time and travel to Melbourne weekly. I'm clean/tidy, punctual with rent/bills, non judgemental and respectful of others privacy and property. I enjoy cooking, travelling, cars/trucks and chilling out with a social drink over antipasto, tapas or sushi nibbles. Please don't let my age discourage you. I'm rather young at heart, enjoy a laugh, will not invade your personal space, and I've experienced many things in life. I would not hesitate to help out with the chores and cook a meal or two. I do have an adorable 8 month old cat named Millie. She is friendly, loves a tummy rub, her food and long naps. Millie was bought from the RSPCA so she is desexed, vaccinated, chipped and house trained. I would love for her to be with me, but if that's not possible, she will stay with my parents where she currently resides. I have recently returned home after living in Darwin for the last 15 years and would like to be close by my elderly parents who live in Newton. I'm not into multiple share accommodation or a party house, but if you live by yourself and require the extra financial support or would like to share a house with some one mature and responsible, then contact me if you require any further information or to meet each other to see if we would be suitable to share a house.

Hello, Originally I had signed up to this website to find a roommate interested in living around Andrews Farm. I am now desperate to find a residence as close as possible to Modbury Hospital. My father has recently become critically ill and will be transferring to that facility on March 28th. He will be staying at the hospital for specialist care and rehabilitation for the next few months and I am wanting to find somewhere close by, so my family and I can spend as much time as possible with him. I am hoping to find somewhere appropriate as soon as possible that is a short distance away, within budget and available for a short term lease. This would be a huge relief for my family as our home is quite a distance away from where he will be. I am also applying through real estate agents, I would just like to exhaust every option available. About myself: I am currently studying full time in the CBD. I have two small pets, Lucy and Cleo. They are very well behaved and trained. I enjoy gardening and growing my own organic produce, bike riding, ice skating and general outdoor activities. I love to cook, I watch endless ammounts of Netflix and love to sing and play musical instruments (currently learning piano). I have previously lived out of home, I have good references and evidence that I always pay my rent on time. I take pride in my home, the way it looks and feels is a huge priority to me. I may be open to a team up but you need to be ready to apply for properties now and have the credentials to do so. My ideal housemate would have a good sense of humor, be financially stable, love dogs, like there own space but enjoy company at times, be clean, respectful & trustworthy. Looking for a whole property to rent or a possible team up for a new place. Not interested in renting single rooms under current circumstances. Thanks 🙂

Hi, I am Chantelle, a 20yo student looking for an awesome place to live! i find myself to be creative and a bit artistic, i love to read, write and have a knack for sketching and drawing, currently keen on the anime genre! i am often quiet at first but when i get to know people more, feel more comfortable i open up like a book (specifically, a horror book - my favourite genre). I am also considerate, bubbly, enjoy a good conversation and good company while being respectful of others privacy and space. i am currently studying a Cert III in Hospitality full time and am currently applying for work, so if you know of any places hiring, give me a dial! i am focused on looking for quiet, friendly, easy going housemates, preferably less than 30, who share a mutual respect for home but also enjoy a drink and friendly chat and shared meals occasionally as well. If you think your somewhere could be our somewhere, then drop me a line! I look forward to hearing from you, Chantelle
Clean and respectful. Working in child care can get stressful, weekdays I just like relax to save my energy. Weekends are usually dedicated to my girl, Maia, a beautiful, friendly and trained Alaskan Malamute. Easy going person, love to have a laugh and easy to get along with.
