Great top floor apartment in nice neighbourhood! This is a large 2 floor apartment. Master bedroom upstairs complete with own living room, bathroom, and massive walk-in closet. I'm currently living in the smaller bedroom downstairs which pays less rent, but I'm negotiable as to who live in which room. Either way you basically have a flat to yourself. I've been here 3 years and love it. Roomate just moved interstate and I don't want to leave. I work in healthcare. Just outside of Parramatta. Massive park surrounding the neighbourhood. 10 min walk to train/bus and shops. Garage parking. Come see!

Our home is beautifully styled (although I'm a bit biased) and is walking distance from Parramatta City Hub and the train station. There is also a bus stop located just at the end of our street. Our house is right in the middle of Parramatta which is easily accessible whether you're work place is towards the west or into the city. We have unlimited Wi-Fi included in the rent as well as all the bills. We also have both a PS4 AND an Xbox, Smart TV with Stan, Netflix and Youtube. WE LOVE PETS so if you have a pet we will 100% consider- the more the merrier! We also have a nice backyard and a veranda where we can chill and have barbecues with mates. Ultimate young people house!!!
Very easy going, sensible and tidy person, always helps out with day to day chores, loves to cook for others! Also works a full time job, and most weekends too so I rarely bring any guests home lol Other things to know: - non smoker - doesn’t drink
I am a quiet, hard working mature woman. I work long days and come home to cook and then rest. I am very clean, tidy, responsible and pay my rent on time.n I am happy to have a chat but respect other peoples privacy. I have a boyfrind which will come over occasionally.
I work away and am only here for weekends mostly. I'm respectful, polite, hygienic and clean up after myself. I am a supervisor for a landscaping company and work full time and have my personal vehicle and a dual cab work ute. I'm not particularly fussy with the location especially if the room is nice and has an ensuite but ensuite not essential. Team ups are very welcome. I'm looking for a place that has internet and bills included in the rent and is quiet and clean. No drugs As I work away mostly I can only view properties on weekends unless I'm in town. I look forward to hearing from you
French student coming to Sydney for an internship, gonna work full time but still want to enjoy, walk around Sydney Harbor, go to the beach, visit national parks etc. I'm very frindly and the most open minded and nice person that you will ever find :) I am looking for cheerfull flatmates and people who have time to share with others. I have already been in Australia for 3 months and I enjoyed doing bbqs with friends and this kind of thing but also visiting many places, so if you are this kind of housemate dont hesitate to write to me, I will consider all options as long as the house is in a safe area and not too far from my working place and Sydney CBD! I am also interested in team-ups to create a houseshare, I will be happy to receive any message and find potential friends before arriving to aussie so don't be afraid to write to me!! (People who only advertise their house to anyone in this website and are not actually looking for new friends, please dont write me!)
I was lucky to work and stay in 10 countries so far. Australia is going to be my 11th home. Due to my previous job , I made a good friends across the globe not at the professional level but also at personal level. I am quite flexible and easy to go with. Love my friends and exploring new places.
