Other bills (electricity) will be split equally. Off street parking for both rooms. Larger room will have secure garage parking (or smaller room can for a bit extra rent). I'm 23, a friendly full-time teacher who is looking for tenants with a minimum stay of 4 months (til February) and is willing to go on the lease. I'm an experienced house-sharer, considerate of others, clean, respectful, social / independent. Creative and inquisitive soul... Enjoy the outdoors, travelling, going on hikes, photography, nature, reading, seeing live music, catching up with friends, music festivals, eating (fairly) healthy. Seeking some funky folk to share with. Normally i'd start my own share house but this rental market is crazy. I'm looking for : inner north suburb preferably. Large room with space for queen bed, desk, bookshelf. Prefer a nice, relaxed and reasonably quiet (ie: non party till 4am every night) household where one can unwind and rest and sleep without interruption. Enjoy reading and listening to music, watching TV some nights (ABC / SBS / Netflix), playing acoustic guitar, tinkering around with creative musical projects, sharing a meal now and then, etc... Home Life : I enjoy social time when living with others but also value my own space. I like to keep things fairly clean, but i'm not a clean freak. Most of my friends are aged in their 30s so sharing around that age group would suit. If you think we'd be a good fit get in touch! Cheers Anthony.
I have 2 bedrooms for rent in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house that is clean, tidy and private! Ducted gas heating and inverted air-conditioning for summer makes it an ideal Canberra residence. Converted garage into home gym with spin-bike, free weights and work out area for use A short 10 minute drive to the University of Canberra, CIT or Belconnen Mall.
Very easy going, low maintenance couple who live busy lives due to work, study and social commitments. We are very frinedly and enjoy making friends and conversation. Mitchell: I work in the public service and study part-time, I also play soccer and am a gamer. Link: I study full-time and work 3 jobs. I am very social and bubbly but am also very busy at the same time. We like to keep clean and organised and would be a benefit to have as housemates rather than a hastle. :)
I'm a 21 woman currently working part-time as I'm on break from study. Originally from the Blue Mountains, I've been living in Canberra for nearly 3 years! I try to be creative and have various ongoing art projects. I love reading, documentaries, and learning new and interesting stuff. I always clean up after myself and try to remain conscientious of my house mates to maintain a chill environment! I'm not in a rush to move but preferably by the end of September.
Hey! I'm currently studying full-time at UC and working a hospitality part-time jobs. I have been living in Canberra for nearly 2 years coming from the Central Coast. I like to be social and chat but also like privacy and can respect the same for others. I am clean and willing to pitch in where and when it is needed. I'm easy going and enjoy having or good laugh or listening to some good tunes.
I have lived, worked and studied in more than 4 continents. Loved exploring every inch of the culture and history's of the countries I was residing in. Now working in a field that combines my passions and skills into one and I can make a significant difference in society. In my spare time, I am often hiking, riding my mountain bike, surfing or playing a round of golf. I like to meet new people and hear their unique adventures via a well-prepared curry. Look forward to hearing from you. Cheers, Jack

Hello! I am a young professional in my late twenties. I am often described as thoughtful, playful, and tolerant by those who know me. I consider myself very tidy, clean, and respectful. I am looking to share a house/flat of mixed gender, ideally with other professionals, but students are fine too. Preferably 3-4 people (including myself). I love animals, so pets are not a problem. (That said, I do not have any pets of my own and won't be bringing or acquiring any). I love good food, outdoors, exploring new places, trying new things, exercise and lead an active lifestyle. Well maybe not as much as those who live in lycra and compete in sports... but I do enjoy the fresh air. I also enjoy being a home body, and would be happy curled up on the couch with a glass of red, playing board games with whomever is up for a chat. I am a clean and organised person, but I don't go nuts with cleaning rosters. I believe we're all capable of pitching in with the cleaning when needed and when it's not inconvenient to do so. That said, I'd prefer not to live in a pig sty. If I sound like the right flatmate to you, shoot me a message, introducing yourself and the other tenants. Thanks! P.S. I do want to be part of a home and get to know you all, not just living with flat mates, however I have a preference to do my own cooking. Happy to participate in house dinners every now and then, especially the spontaneous ones, but I don't want to be committed to three different dinners cooked by three different people each week. My cap for shared dinners is probably once a week i.e. someone different takes a turn to cook every Tuesday, rather than three different people cooking three different days in the same week. P.P.S. I cannot live without a dishwasher. They are the best thing ever invented and I will use it religiously.
