My name is Brad , I am a single father of a 3 year old boy who I share 50/50 custody of, I’m a carpenter by trade and I also coach rugby league and boxing .
I’m looking for someone to move into the granny flat of my house. It’s totally separate to the main side of the house therefore making it your own space won’t be a problem.
You will have your own entry, living space, kitchenette, bedroom, ensuite and walk in wardrobe.
I also have my own gym in the garage which you are welcome to use.
It’s a great location in Cleveland near shops, public transport, sporting fields , bush trails public pool etc
