Hey, I have a young son who stays over on the weekend. He is 3 so he is cute though can be loud.
Great living conditions, separate living with 2 bathrooms. We would share kitchen and laundry but the bedrooms are not next to each. They are on opposite sides of the apartment. No balcony available. Though you have a window, exhaust fan, fan, air conditioning, big built in wardrobe, very nice ensuite. You can walk in and out with out walking past my room. It’s quite private. Internet electricity and water included. Really just renting a nice room with an ensuite. Full kitchen available for use any time. Dryer and washing machine will be provided.
Gym and pool up on 8th on the roof over looking some of the city. Can cook and eat dinner on the roof with BBQs provided.
Close to the city, great location.
