I have a room in a beautiful two-bedroom townhouse in Taylor that will be available in June (flexible with move-in dates). As Taylor is a new suburb, the website isn’t allowing me to add the correct suburb which is Taylor.
This townhouse is in the heart of it all, situated in one of the premier streets of Taylor, you will enjoy all of what the local area has to offer. There is a bus stop situated two minute walk from the property and its just minutes from the Gungahlin town centre.
The room is furnished, has a built in robe, a little study nook, and you will also have your own bathroom.
I have furnished most of the common areas with quality appliances and furniture. There is reverse cycle air-conditioning in the living room and bedrooms. Floor-to-ceiling ceramic tiles in the bathrooms, plush carpet in the bedrooms and two separate courtyards.
