Two rooms available for weekly stay or short stay, One is a studio suite room $470 weekly and one deluxe room $320 both have separate and private entry not interfering with one another. We don't live here just renting out.
Can rent out both bedrooms for families or set of friends or just the studio suite room which is equipped with a living room, flat-screen TV, private balcony, kitchenette, spacious bathroom with bathtub, laundry & dryer. Facilities in the building multiple lifts, a gymnasium, 24 hours access entry, sensational pool and restaurant. The deluxe room is a hotel like accommodation, fridge, own toilet and shower but with out kitchen. I got two available private rooms to rent out till April 30, 2022
