About the property
The room for rent has a large sized wardrobe with ample storage. There are four power point sockets in the room. Additionally, a remote controlled ceiling fan & light so that you can switch on/off the light and control the fan from the comfort of your bed. The room has a huge window allowing for lots of natural light during the day and a view into the courtyard and garden.
The toilet and the shower area are separate making it easy and convenient to share.
We have just occupied the house ourselves and so a dishwasher will soon be fitted. The house also has a top of the range internet package Dodo has to offer: DODO nbn100 92Mbps.
The kitchen is well equipped with a gas stove, top of the range microwave, electric oven, fridge, kettle, toaster and crockery. No need to bring your own appliances, but I’m also open to it if you wish and we can make space.
