I would like to point out that this is not a sharehouse in the traditional sense: the tenancy area has all the required amenities and equipment to function independently. The main lounge area is not available to the tenant.
The kitchen, laundry, and dining-room areas are 'common' areas and the tenant has full use of these facilities.

I am a professional mature-aged male currently living alone in this two-level creatively decorated home. I am easy-going and would describe myself as being very tidy and clean about my living space and would appreciate having a tenant with similar traits.
I enjoy quiet time at the end of the day and for this purpose the downstairs lounge is generally limited for my use. Having said this, I do enjoy the occasional shared glass of wine!
