About the flatmates
I am a professional single women mid 40's who resides with my 7 year old son. My home is 4 bedrooms with a swimming pool on the deck situated on the water in Birtinya, 600 metre walk to Sunshine Coast Hospital. Would suit a professional person who works at SCU and would like the convenience of being able to walk to work. I work from home for a Melbourne based corporate company and travel once a month for work. The room available is at the front of the house above the garage well away from the main living areas of the home. The room has a double mirrored wardrobe, ensuite with shower and toilet and a large balcony. If you are a professional looking for a place close to the hospital for work this would be the perfect fit. And to top it off I am an amazing cook!
