The available room is spacious and sunny with large built in cupboard ,a queen size bed , desk ,chair ,lamps and bed linen supplied . I will be the only other person living in the home . You will see me very occasionally as I will be living mainly in the downstairs section of the home . A minimum 2 weeks notice must be given when ending tenancy .
