Mount Lawley is a safe, highly prized, and peaceful suburb. We have two bedrooms for rent. One is an ensuite ($250) and the other one ($200) has to share bathroom and toilet with one person. The prices listed above are not conclusive of breakfast and dinner. Should you require meals to be included, we can discuss. Our house is near to UWA (30mins), TAFE colleges in the city (10min), ECU (which is just behind our house), Perth Modern College (walking distance) and some other colleges and schools. There is also a bus stand just outside our house that has regular buses directly into the city. You can also walk to the Mount Lawley cafes and restaurants stretch from our home - it is that close by. Our spacious house includes an alfresco, as well as a theater room that you can use socially with your guests. Vegetarians are welcome.
We have a double room to rent in our beautiful newly renovated federation home; it is furnished, private, and also light and airy. The room can be unfurnished if preferred. The house has four bedrooms and two main living spaces, and is located in Paddington Street, North Perth. There is off street parking and the bus stop to the City etc., is less than a 5 minutes walk. The house is extremely secure with shutters on all windows (great block out of light, noise and heat), and has air conditioning. The kitchen has a new dishwasher. There are front and back verandahs (back with hammock) and the gardens have also been newly landscaped. Also, available is a garden shed for storage. The house has good separation and the kids live in the back of the house (kitchen/TV/lounge). The room for rent is in the front part of the house offering options to socialise or have privacy in front TV/lounge area (large flat screen with Netflix). We keep a clean and tidy house so please only apply if you also enjoy living this way. A bit about the area: The Farmer's market is at Kyilla Park every Saturday morning and never disappoints, selling lots of fresh produce alongside delicious food stalls. North Perth is very well placed for shops, parks, gardens, cafes, the City, Northbridge, and especially ECU and WAAPA. $150 per week including wi-fi and Netflix, and we will share cost of all other bills.

Very centrally located in a lovely, coastal location but still central to everything - public transport, beaches, shops, marina, walks, park, cafes, restaurants, gyms. Our home is modern and was fully renovated 4 years ago (we also have Foxtel). Guest room 1 is a double, has a walk in robe and a dressing table with mirror. Guest room 2 is ideally suited to a student, has a single bed, walk in robe, tall-boy and dressing table. We usually only rent one room at a time. We are very close to Clarkson train station and it's 9 mins from nearby Clarkson station to Joondalup station and shopping mall and 33 mins Clarkson to Perth CBD. For students attending ECU Joondalup from Joondalup station it is approx 8 min walk to campus or there is a free bus. :-)

Very close to the river for beautiful walks, kayaking etc. Great public transport links - close to Bull Creek Station. Fun, friendly girly house. Fast NBN and Netflix. Lots of storage space and parking. Convenient for Curtin and Murdoch universities.

We have a beautiful home, centrally located, close to buses, trains, restaurants, cafes, shops, the river and the beach, all within walking distance. Our lovely large character home is quite like an old English manor and set in gorgeous surrounds, with a swimming pool and large garden. We have been happily sharing our beautiful home with others for a couple of years now and have (mostly!) enjoyed the dynamics. Two of my 3 children live with me - they're 14 and 12. My 16 year old is at boarding school overseas and it is his upstairs bedroom that is on offer. There is more than enough room within the house to do your own thing. Our home is very safe, beautifully presented and full of character. Off street car parking is negotiable on a first come first served basis and there is possibly the option to park a car in my lock up garage for an additional fee. Very large friendly home with huge rooms and three large seperate living areas so plenty of room. Home is very clean and tidy, aIr conditioned, swimming pool, netflix and TV point in bedroom, close to bus stop to Fremantle or Cockburn train station. One minute drive to Coogee beach and one minute walk to Grocery Store, Chemist, Bank, Café etc.! House does have furniture and outdoor setting etc. just only pics I had on my phone! Bills are $25 which includes everything - netflix, unlimited internet, water, gas etc.
