I am currently studying part-time at NIDA while working part-time in Hornsby, so am pretty busy and out of the house quite a bit. I've only experienced share home situations while traveling abroad but as long as people are open, friendly but also respect each other's boundaries I believe it will be a positive situation.

Looking for shared accomodation either on the Central Coast or in the Hornsby area. Currently working on a permanent part-time basis in Hornsby while studying at Ourimbah and living on the Peninsula. I am reliable, friendly and helpful.
Hi I'm Nic and I'm looking to move back to Sydney after several years living in Forster on the Mid-North Coast. I'm studying a bachelor of business part time by correspondence to keep me busy. I'd say that I'm driven but also certainly know how to enjoy my down time with cooking or reading a good book. I'm also into cars, property and travel and I'm always looking to meet new people or pick up a new hobby. I do have all the furniture for a one bedroom flat so it would be great if that could be accomodated, but I can sell what is not required if necessary. I would prefer an unfurnished bedroom.
I'm a (originally Melbournian) medical student that loves books, music, film/good documentaries, good conversations, long walks and runs. I appreciate a wicked sense of humour. I believe in open and honest communication, tolerance, keeping common living spaces clean, respecting the need for personal space and quiet, and I'm familiar with house-sharing etiquette. Looking for a cheap place to stay, preferably close to the train station. The move-in date is negotiable, as is the ideal lease period & rental budget. Thank you :)
I have recently finished my uni studies at Newcastle and will be commencing work at Royal North Shore Hospital in 2017. I am a friendly easy going person who respects personal space and privacy. But I do enjoy socialising and look forward to adventures in Sydney on weekends and days off work.
What makes me great to live with? I'm clean as hell. Happy to have my own time but equally as social as the next flatmate. It's summer so we'll have beers and fried chicken after work. I'm also good at growing indoor ferns.
Hi! I am a responsible, clean and friendly 23 year old teacher. I have some of my own furniture, a car and a one year old friendly cat. I am looking for a long term lease on the North Shore of Sydney somewhere that will fit a queen sized bed, and has a large outdoor space for my cat to explore. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, doing yoga, reading and exploring Sydney. I look forward to hearing from you! :)
