I'm 50 years old, im a cigarette smoker unfortunately, I was employed but now I'm currently on the disability support benifet due to back injuries although I do love gardening and keeping my area nice & tidy I have a partner who is a carer for her mother and a 10 year old daughter who lives with her mother at her grandparents, I'm in desperate need for any accommodation as soon as possible as I have been living and still am living in my partners car for the past 4 years I've tried applying for many houses and been turned down for every single one there isn't anymore that I can afford I have been attending housing pathways but there is a waiting period of 21 years, I have loads and loads of receipts for hotels and motels but sometimes there not always available for me and too pricey as I do have to eat and have clothes plus support my daughter etc if there is anything around the peninsula that is suitable for me please msg me thankyou in advance kind regards Rodney :)
Hi, I'm Mel. I work full time, generally Monday-Friday, with the occasional Saturday. I'm easy-going and considerate towards others, I've lived in a few share house's and I like to get along with my house mates. I'm easy to talk to, mature, and open-minded. I enjoy a few drinks here and there, but my real aim this year is to get back into my fitness. I can't wait to explore all the national parks and chill on the beach! I'm moving to Woy Woy ETA June/July to manage our new store, and am looking for somewhere in the area to stay hopefully long term. I would prefer an ensuite as i do like my space and privacy, but as long as everyone is neat and tidy I'm ok with sharing a bathroom. A big room would be amazing as I'm looking at studying part time on the side, so would love some room to have a desk!
Hi i'm Emma-Kate I am currently studying and have been working at McDonalds for 3 and a half years. I am easy going, respectful and tidy. I am not into the party scene, would rather relax at home or spend my time with family and friends but in saying that I wouldn't mind having a social drink with my housemate. I like animals so am happy to live with them. Prefer a place near public transport as i do not drive yet. Look forward to hearing from you Emma-Kate
Nursing student studying in Sydney but lives on the Central Coast. Working casually, also a rower. Easy to live with, likes a clean and tidy environment. Has a kelpie so hopefully a place that is dog friendly
I am looking for someone to rent a house/flat with as soon as i get back from my holiday which will be the start of July. I am working as a casual in hospitality but have been getting reliable hours until i get a permanent job. I am a non-smoker, tidy, very friendly, easy going and love having a good chat. However once in a while i do like my space to read, watch a movie or do my own thing. Like to have a laid back environment (not a party animal) but like to have one or two drinks once and a while. I have a cat who is very friendly and loves cuddles and is mostly inside. Hope to become great friends with my flatmates :)
Hi, I'm an easygoing, healthy, quiet, housetrained, non-smoker, with 3 adult children in Sydney/Melbourne and 5 adult Godchildren between Lake Macquarie and Lismore, looking for furnished accommodation for 12 months. (My kids and god-kids are all healthy, functioning adults living their own lives and I tend to visit them, so you can relax if children bother you). I'm healthy, don't drink or do drugs (longtime JP), get to pubs to watch live bands and miss the live comedy in pubs in Sydney and go to Church. I have references available that I'm clean, well-behaved and respectful. Also, I have a pretty active life, so I don't need to be entertained but always enjoy a chat and am fine with pets, so long as they are clean. Meet soon? Cheers, Grant.

Hi the place is a brand new granny flat. I was the first person to move in, 6 months ago, so it is still all shiny and new. I am not present Monday to Thursday and often away at weekends, so you will largely have the place to yourself. The room is currently being used as an office, but will easily fit a double bed. It gets the morning sunlight and has two long windows. I do have two mini groodles (included in the pics) which are just the sweetest wee dogs. The house is 2km from Woy Woy town centre and 2km from beautiful Umina Beach. I will be moving out in November, so you would either be welcome to stay until then or take over the lease.

Woy Woy *Can furnish upon request *Unlimited internet included *Only need to pay electrical bill We are sad to say our lovely roommate is spreading his wings and getting his own place so we are on the hunt for another amazing roommate. The location is amazing. You are over the road from the water and 5 min from the train station that takes 1h10min to Sydney. Shops and cafes are also at your door step. The property is large and you will be sharing with a couple, there is plenty of space, you also have built-ins, large ensuite bathroom and private balcony. The house is two story with living/dining and kitchen down stairs and bedrooms up stairs, so if you are doing shift work and working funny hours you don't have to worry about waking your roommates. The bedrooms are also on opposite ends of the house so very private. (The pic's don't really do it justice there is ample room for a double bed, more photos upon request)
