This is a beautiful 4 bedroom home in the heart of Bungendore village. I am offering a double room with own bathroom. The property features all the mod cons and has a beautiful deck, however the gardens need some work. There are 2 living spaces and house is relatively new and in mink condition.
The house is a new, light and bright 3br, 2 bathroom house. On offer is an unfurnished bedroom, main bathroom all to yourself and I have converted the third bedroom into a flexible living space so that there are 2 separate living areas. Ducted heating/air conditioning, all new appliances in kitchen and laundry. Internet included in rent. The bedroom is 3x3m and has a built in robe with mirrored doors and other storage is available. The house is a 1min walk from the new shopping centre opening in April 2018 which hosts a supermarket, cafe/bakery, gastro pub, butcher, retail and allied health precinct. Whilst a short walk it's tucked away from the main streets surrounding shopping centre. Club Googong has a swimming pool, small gym and cafe already open. Googong is a new township, 7-8 mins drive behind Queanbeyan. 25-30mins from Manuka, Woden and Tuggeranong. It has a nice safe community feel and friendly vibe.
Hi, I’m a student from Malaysia looking for a place to stay in Canberra for one month. I’m tidy and easy-going and I also respect your personal space. I go to the gym but also enjoy reading at home or chilling with friends over a cup of coffee or beer.
I moved to Canberra in 2011 and have been working for the APS ever since. I've bought a place here so I'm looking to rent until I move into it in August 2019. I'm an awesome housemate because I can keep to myself and get involved with the house. I'm housebroken and have lived in share houses previously.

Hey all, I'm pretty much a "what you see is what you get" kinda guy, polite and friendly by nature, I'm also clean tidy and respectful. I love travelling and the outdoors, meeting new people and having great conversations. Having said that, I also understand and respect the need for privacy and expect the same of others. I've moved to Canberra for a career change and now that I'm settled in my new role I'm looking for a nice and convenient place to live. I'm a Frenchman in my early 30s and have been in Australia for about 6 years now, but in Canberra just a few months. In my spare time I like reading, exercising, watching Netflix or playing video games, listening to music or just generally socializing with friends and meeting new people. I also love skiing and the mountains (especially in Europe and Japan), I speak fluent French and English and a little bit of Spanish (and a few words in Japanese) and I'm always up for practicing. That's really all I care to say as I'm that type of person you'll "get" by meeting in person rather than just reading about me preaching about myself. Happy to answer any questions though. All the best! Nic

Working as a hairdresser full time. Love meeting people and hanging out but know about that personal space lovin. Looking to be in a pretty chilled out environment. Honestly I can move in right now. Sooner the better as my lease has pretty much ended and I'm about to declare myself as homeless 😇
Been in canberra all my life. Tidy, friendly, respectful, funny, social, easy going and mostly keep to myself. Willing to pitch in wherever needed. I love music, gaming, pets and just having a laugh.
I'm a full-time Phd student recently moved to Canberra and looking for accommodation for myself. I'm easy going person but respect privacy. I'm looking for a clean and quite place to concentrate on my studies but love to have chat over a cup of tea.
I always find it hard to talk about myself because I am just me... but here goes. I consider myself easy going with a good sense of humour. I am quiet but also sociable. A non smoker and a social drinker. Work for Anglicare in Fyshwick. Moved down to Canberra in January to help out family down here. I have four kids back in Brisbane whom I visit every 6 to 8 weeks (fly up for a weekend). I am a very tidy and clean person, after cooking I clean up straight away. More than happy to do my share the household chores.
Hi there! I'm moving to Canberra from Melbourne and am looking for a room for around 3-6 months, preferably beginning within the next 2 - 6 weeks, and in the $100-150 range. Pretty flexible with location (north, south, etc) and not fussed if furnished or unfurnished. Am a tidy, clean person, good with animals and generally quiet but more than happy to chill out with housemates :) Willing to split bills and obviously do my share of housework. I enjoy gaming or heading out for coffee/movies/casual drinks in my free time. Let me know if you're interested!

We moved to Canberra from Brisbane cause I got a job in the Venezuelan embassy. I don’t know many people here so that’s is part of the reason why I’m looking for a share home preferably with another girl.
We are a young couple who are looking for a shared accommodation to live in for a few months until we find a property to rent privately. We both work full time hours in retail, and are laid back and easy going. Andrew is a Canberra local and keely has recently moved down from sydney so a shared rental would be great to be able to meet new people in the area.

I’m a friendly, fun and mature person who’s clean and tidy and always up for a natter as well as respecting everyone’s privacy in times of need. I can play a few musical instruments and like my chill out time. I’m always on top of the housework and don’t mind getting stuck in when required. I’m originally from Manchester, England but have lived in Australia for 10 years now. I like to socialise and meet new people and have a few drinks and a laugh, nothing overboard. Would love to meet some likeminded people to philosophise with and chew the fat.
Mid 30's professional, from Melbourne moving to Canberra for a position within the APS. Will be heading back to Victoria every other weekend where my family is based. Enjoy coffee, beer, cycling and swimming. I consider myself to be neat and tidy and respectful of others privacy. Looking to secure a place with either male or female housemates somewhere central.
My name is Tom and i have recently moved to Canberra for work within the defence industry. I am currently looking for a place to live as currently i am staying in googong with some good friends until i find a place. I am a very active person who spends most afternoons at crossfit or mountain biking. If i sound like someone you would like to share your home with or would like to know anything please let me know.
Hey there, I'm completely new to the shared accommodation thing and not too sure what to expect. I'm the type of person who is pretty quiet in general unless I get to know you, then I come out of my shell. I have a possible job opportunity in the ACT, but I'm from Melbourne. This might be a last minute move, so I need a place that would be easy and quick to get into. I'm a bit of a mixed bag when it comes to interests. I'm geeky as I like videogames and comics, a bit nerdy as I love philosophy and exploring ideas, but also a like a drink and a good party or night out. Love camping/hiking and generally being outdoors. Very considerate and tidy, and will put in some extra, extra effort since this will be my first time. ******I'll be in the ACT Friday 16/03 to check out the new position so I'll be out scouting properties as well. I don't know the region very well but the position is in Tuggeranong, so places close to there will be a bonus!
