Hi there, I am a healthcare professional and an aspiring physician from Melbourne, moving to Hobart in July to study medicine at UTas. I am extremely clean and tidy, love to explore nature, try out new restaurants and wineries, play some golf or just go for a nice drive (if and whenever I do get the time) and generally try to be as polite and helpful as I can be. I am always up for a meal together but am also very respectful of other people's space. I am definitely not looking for a party house or a place that is loud on the weekend, but a place where we can share a meal, have a glass of wine occasionally and share an intelligent conversation. I am looking to move into a shared house or team up ASAP as my uni starts in the second week of July. Regards, Dhruv
This is a great place to live- its a 3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms, 2 lounge rooms with 2 TVs- it's an easy five minute walk to Bellerive Beach, and Bellerive Quay which boasts shops and eateries. Close to bus route for town and Uni, leaving every 10-30 mins. The Clarence Pool is a 30 minute walk from the house. There's a BBQ and bikes -with the Bellerive bike track following the beach line.

My current flatmate is returning to the mainland and so a room in this tranquil two bedroom apartment will become available soon! The apartment is about a two minute walk from the cafes on Hampden Road, and a five minute walk from Salamanca Square. The apartment has an epic waterfront view visible from the open plan kitchen and living room, and a small balcony. The available room is a modest size, and will fit a Queen sized bed, drawers and dresser, and can be left either furnished or unfurnished by the current tenant. The lounge room has a dining room table and sofa. *MOVE DATES* The current tenant's move date is flexible, with options for you to move in on approx August 31, September 13, or September 27 (those are the fortnightly rent cycles). The current lease runs until 25 May 2019, so depending on your move date, this lease will last for 9-10 months. Bond is $1280 (which was the equivalent to four week’s rent on our first lease, we are now onto our second lease and the rent has since increased). Bills are split evenly. The apartment is within a quiet apartment block, and within a pretty quiet neighbourhood, so we do need to be mindful about noise. Features: Heat pump / air con Washer and Dryer + outside clothes line Fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle etc. and kitchenware Storage compartment downstairs Partially secure and sheltered area downstairs for bicycles Very safe building and secure door NBN connected, unlimited internet is $30 pp monthly (as much Netlfix as you like!)

Hi, I'm 23 years old originally from Hong Kong, graduated from Deakin Uni 2 years ago, have a little bit of experience living in a shared house for 6 years in Melbourne. I'll be coming to live in Tasmania for 3 years. I'm friendly, tidy, sociable, organised and easy going. I'm a very outgoing person, I love sports, soccer and futsal are my first sport. In my spare time I hang out with my friends, I like to go out for drinks or dinners. I also enjoy chilling at the beach, shopping, the occasional night out and relaxing nights cooking. I'm moving in mid-September for 3 months first because I cant do inspection before leaving from Melbourne, so I’ll see how it goes and decide to leave or stay. I need off-street parking my car as I wouldnt park on street. Please do not call me, shoot me a text/direct message instead if interested :) Thanks, Alex
I am a chartered structural engineer I have just moved to Hobart from Adelaide as I got a new job here. I have my family staying in my own apartment in Adelaide CBD and it’s likely that I will be travelling to them fortnightly at the weekends. I lived in Dubai for 12 years 5 of which were sharing with other flatmates, so I used to share accommodation with others in a good way. I work full time in Salamanca and I was looking to rent a two bedroom place near that area but couldn't find a good one. I am currently staying in Somerset on the pier hotel and should move on 24 August.
