Spacious southside townhouse; bedrooms with built in robes, overlooking Narrabundah Golf Course!! This house is in a great location. It’s a 5-minute drive to Kingston and Manuka ($6 Uber!), 800m from Narrabundah Shops, 7 minutes to Fyshwick, 7 minutes to Russell Offices and Campbell Park, 10 minutes to the CBD and 7 minutes to Woden and Canberra Hospital. Closest gym is Fitness First Deakin (10 min). Both bedrooms have their own built in wardrobes. There is a shared upstairs toilet/shower for both the rooms, but the downstairs room also has the laundry toilet next to it with a mirror and sink so you would mostly be sharing the shower with one other person. There are two spots in the lock carpark up for negotiation if you are particularly keen, otherwise plenty of off-street parking in the shared carpark. Split level house with sunroom, balcony, study and downstairs living area- makes it great for entertaining but big enough so everyone has plenty of space to do their own thing.
Hi there, My name is Michelle, I am 24 years old, and I work as a nurse at The Canberra Hospital. I am friendly, considerate, neat, and a fairly quiet, reserved sort of person, who will always make it a priority to pay rent and utilities on time. I am not into loud partying or things like that, but do enjoy the occasional drink with friends. I have a 10-year-old small/medium dog named Roxy, who is the most perfect creature! She doesn’t shed, rarely barks, absolutely doesn’t bite, and I do have a rental reference specifically for her. I am quite flexible on the length of lease. Please let me know if you’d like to see a reference for either Roxy or myself. Thanks for your time!
