Hello! Things that you may need to know: I am moving back to Oz from a 18 month working holiday in Germany. I am self employed and work as a Equine Behaviourist and also work with dogs on the side... Because I am basically starting from scratch everything is a ‘trial run’, hence the initial short term commitment to a room... I am working out of horse properties in West Woomby and Palmwoods. So something around these two locations is ideal. The pets thing... I don’t actually have to have my dog with me... she has been with my Mum for 18 months and is happy, a few more will be fine, BUT if the opportunity came up that I could have her with me that would be great! She is primarily an outside dog, female desexed, kelpie cross. She would come with me each day to work etc, so very rarely would she be left in the yard by herself. I like to keep to myself and when I am home I like it to be restoritive down time... When not working I spent my time in meditation, doing yoga, reading, cooking or watching movies... A reliable internet connection is a must for me as I do a reasonable amount of Vloging... Anything else ask me... thanks 🙂
Looking for somewhere for us to live together. Moving out for the first time. Both very clean and tidy. Very efficient and independent. Will both be studying next year and will be spending most of our time working and studying. We have been together for nearly 2 years and think it’s a good time to move out together. Both of us are working casually but are aiming for full time jobs. Trying to move out ASAP.
I am quiet, tidy, and respectful. I have never paid my rent, or any bills, late in my life. I'm laid back and like my own space most of the time, although I don't mind relaxing and having a chat sometimes. I come with a beautiful little boy with a disability. He is quiet, polite, and respectful. He badly wants a backyard so he can get a pet; apparently his main aim in life! We would preferably like to live somewhere quiet, away from the rat race. Ideally somewhere like the Sunshine Coast hinterland (Maleny is perfect), or a quieter area on the coast, like Pelican Waters or Maroochy River. Even Bribie Island would be good - some nice canal homes there with the breeze. It would be great to team up with someone similar to look for a property together. Somewhere with dual living areas would be great, but not essential. Also happy to look at an existing property, although I have all of my own furniture. I can pay up to $350 and would ideally like someone that can pay at least 250, although I'm flexible. Prefer mature female, single, or okay if you have a child. No couples, or males (sorry, but I have my child to look out for). Pets welcome. No smokers, party animals etc. I am looking to move in January 2018 in time for the new school year. :-) :-)
Hello, my name is Josie. I am a 24yr old female looking to move to a new home on the Sunshine Coast. I have lived here my whole life & don't intend on going anywhere soon. I like to keep a tidy house & always clean up after myself. I don't go out drinking & partying & I will have hardly have visitors. I would like to move into a home with people of a similar age. I can be quite social & love to have games nights, but also like to keep to myself at times. I love baking, so there is bound to be cookies & slices to there to share from time to time. I have a Very extensive movie & TV collection, as well as Netflix. I would prefer a large room so I can fit my things in, or be allowed to spread them throughout the house. I am very good at saving & budgeting therefore I always make sure I have my bills paid above all other expenses. I have lived in a few share homes before & enjoy meeting new people. I will be able to attend an inspection & meet you on afternoons or weekends as I work Mon-Fri. Kind Regards, Josie

Hi, my name is Emma. Grew up on the Sunshine Coast. Moved up to FNQ for work (High school teacher). At end of year I have decided to come back home. Miss my family and friends. Clean. Healthy. Active lifestyle. Play touch footy and cycle. Love to cook and bake when I have the time. Now I have a 4 month old wolfhound x Dane x arab puppy. She is going to be big but a super chill, loving and happy pup. Would like to team up with someone who is similar and like minded and have a house that has a decent back yard. I love to socialise with friends, but at the same time, like home as a quiet peaceful place. Not a party animal.
I could write an essay about my world travel, great sense of humour, stimulating career, and my gorgeous, well behaved Samoyed girl Asher, but I'd rather meet in person and have a chat, that way I get to hear about you too :)
19 year old female looking to move closer to work as the hour and 20 minute drive to Beerwah each day is a killer. Not into partying and enjoy reading a book in my spare time. I work largely outdoors, with people and horses, so I get along well with others and enjoy the company of animals, though I have none of my own.
Hi! We have one room available in our share home at the end of a lovely, quiet, leafy street in Woombye. You will be sharing with two other quiet, clean, friendly house mates. Both females, 22-40 years old, both employed and Georgia is also studying. The house is newly renovated and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The third bedroom, which shares a bathroom with one other housemate, is available from the 19th of November. The house has a big kitchen with walk-in pantry and heaps of storage space, gas stove, big island bench and a study nook. The living area is all open plan and opens out onto a timber deck through big glass sliding doors with a private, leafy view. Reverse cycle air con in the living area and fans in the bedrooms. Your bedroom is carpeted and has a built in wardrobe. It's lovely, come and check it out ;-) The living areas are all furnished by us so you will only need to bring your bedroom furniture. The house shares a fenced backyard with the owners/neighbours (that's us). We are a very cruisy mid-thirties couple with two young children and a friendly golden retriever. We keep to ourselves and are very busy with a full time work/school routine. We enjoy our privacy and will respect yours too. We are looking for someone who will compliment the clean, relaxed, friendly atmosphere that we have created here. Our only non-negotiable is that this is a strictly no smoking and no illegal drugs property. We ask that tenants and their guests are respectful of this. This place is really not suited to party people. You don't need a car to live here. We are walking distance to the bus and train. SCU is only a 5 stop bus ride away. Rent is $160 pw and includes electricity, gas and wifi. Bond is 4 weeks rent and 2 weeks rent is payable up front. If you're interested in coming and meeting us and just checking it out then send me a message and we'll make a time to put the kettle on ;-) Happy house hunting! Hope you all find what you are looking for. Thanks, Kirsty.
Street is very quiet and secluded with a leafy outlook. This house is fairly new with wide hallways, white walls and a modern kitchen. Your room is air-conditioned and carpeted, with sole use of the main bathroom and front living room most of the time. The house is within walking distance to shops and schools. Special terms: You will be sharing with a recently separated mature woman and every second week also with her two children (one in high school and one still in primary school), who both have their own rooms.
