The house is always clean and a nice place to live. It has an outdoor entertaining area, swimming pool, solar panels and air con. There are two TV areas. The house is fully furnished, one room has a queen bed, built in robe and a tall boy. The other room has a double bed and a built in robe.
The home ( in a Cal de sac ) is in a great and safe spot on the Southern River Reserve, is about 250 / 300 meters from Warton & Spencer Roads. There 2 rooms, a single, and a double. Both are furnished with built in wardrobes, but if you have your own bed etc, not a problem. The double also has a Tv. The Domestic and International Airports are a 20 minute drive. A bus stop is 100m from the home, which takes you to all local train stations. From the train stations to city centre, is a 22minute ride. Also shops, gyms, Medical Centre and the Thornlie Tafe all within easy walking distant. There walking and cycling tracks at the end of the Cal de sac. Its a very safe, relaxing and quiet area next to the reserve, which makes for great out door living ( BBQ etc ), and you can enjoy your morning toast and coffee with all the wild bird life that frequent the area. I would prefer females of mature age, also FIFO workers welcome. There off street covered parking. I looking to rent only one room, ( there are 2 rooms to choose from ), that way whoever arrives, will have their own bathroom and Toilet. It's located in a quiet estate only a couple of minutes drive from Roe Hwy, making travel to/ from the CBD and most other locations super easy! Public transport is available nearby and you are welcome to a garage space as well if you'd like! We have unlimited internet which we split the cost of equally, as well as other standard bills (water, gas, electricity) on top of rent.
